Dear Sir:
I had visited the Reliance Fresh outlet around 5 pm yesterday 3rd January to buy certain items, but
the counter sales person and the Branch Incharge fiddling the cash machine could not operate it and made me wait behind 10 persons to get my selected stuff. Which made me quite angry and embarassed. It may also be mentioned that only two machines were
working when there are provisions for 4 machines. There should be a clear instruction to
treat Sr. Citizens with due courtesy and others to follow queue. It seems they do not have any fear of losing job for fauling to serve the customers properly, for which they survve. They should be clearly made to relize.

    In all the Reliance Fresh, Reliance super Stores they are having scheme of Giving Rs.50/- coupon on purchase of Rs.250/- worth of any items available. You get Rs.50/- coupon.Scheme is valid till 08.01.2012

    In the coupon it states Rs.50/- is Redeemable on purchase of Rs.500/- at Reliance super on purchase of certain items.

    But when you buy the items for Rs.500/- , your all the Rs.50/- coupon(s) are not being redeemed. They redeem only one Rs.50/- coupon. When I queried that what is the benefit for such scheme when you are not redeeming all the Rs.50/- .The counter persons states that we can redeem only one coupon and they also states there is no benefit of other Rs.50/- coupons.

    They are making fool of consumers. Such schemes must be checked. The Reliance fresh/super must be summoned for consumer fooling strategy/schemes.

    ON 29.12.2011, IT WAS SEVENTH OCCASSION IN LAST ONE YEAR, WHEN I HAD A VERY UNFORTUNATE SAD EXPERIENCE AT RELIANCE-FRESH STORE, VAISHALI NAGAR, AJMER, AS WE WERE TREATED AS TOTALLY UNWANTED PERSONS AT THE STORE.

    THE HARRASSMENT DONE BY THE STORE PEOPLE HAS BEEN NARRATED IN THE COMPLAINT BOOK AT THE STORE - SURPRISINGLY WITHOUT PAGE NUMBERING, WHICH WAS GIVEN TO ME VERY RELUCTANTLY BY THE STORE PEOPLE. WILL ANYBODY AT RELIANCE SEE TO SUCH THINGS ?
    WE GO TO RELIANCE STORES FOR HAVING A GOOD FEELING, BUT...

    THE STORE INCHARGE MR. HEMRAJ WAS ALSO VERY RUDE & WAS A CUSTOMER NON-FRIENDLY PERSON, WHO SAID " JYADA SE JYADA NAUKRI HI TO JAYEGI". WHEN I INDICATED THEM ABOUT LODGING A COMPLAINT ON NET, I WAS TOLD " AMBANI HAMARA KYA KAR LEGA". IF SUCH TYPE OF STATEMENTS ARE DELIVERED AT RELIANCE STORES, IT IS SHEER NONSENSE.

    STORE MANAGER WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE STORES. WILL RELIANCE PEOPLE REDRESS THE ISSUE ?

      My card for making purchases from reliance fresh is temporary and i require permanent card. several times i approached reliance fresh (near Railway station) jabalpur. and even i mailed my details to reliance at [protected]@ril.com. No reply , even for courtesy.my temp card no:is [protected].No concern for RIL.this is how the reputed company like Reliance works.they just donot bother. next time i will through this card on their face. donot purchase any thing from reliance fresh. exorbitant prices.

        Hi,

        Accor gives meal coupons just like Sodexho for purchasing food items from vendors like Reliance Fresh etc. The expiry date for coupons is 31st December-2011, but Reliance Fresh @ Sector-4, Gurgaon started saying no to them from 10th of December only (saying it takes time for THEM to process). Usually people go only during the last 2-4 weeks of expiry to finish the coupons but in spite of continuous requests, they were adamant and said no to coupons. It resulted a loss of 7000 bucks to me as they were not accepting the same. Cleary the coupon said 31st December and on asking they were not even ready to call their manager or supervisor. I even went to other store and they also denied my request.

        Please consider my request to penalize the firm for maintaining double standards.

            Hi.
            I am a customer of Reliance Fresh outlet in Pratapnagar Area of Vadodara City,Gujarat. Since many days i found a havmour Icecream scheme of buying Two Brick Icecreams for Rs.110, on a big highlighted banner at the Reliance Fresh Outlet. But, when i went to buy the same, i was charged Rs.180 for the above. When i asked i want to buy icecream as per the mentioned scheme on the banner,i was told that it is just an advertise and the company does not provide stock for the scheme.I asked them to remove the banner if the scheme doesnot exist, they told they have to keep the banner as desired by the company eventhough they have no stock.

                I am lakshmanan. few days back ( Nov 26th ) i was purchased some home merchants from reliance fresh ambattur ot shop. and the purchased amount is Rs 502. i was gave my debit card for swipe to billing this cash . they swiped and said amount was not transactioned so pay your bill with cash and i paid . but the amount was already debited in my account. i recieved the debiting msg on my mobile. and i argued the shop supervisor he says the amount is automatically recredit your account with in two days but yet i dont have the cash back. and they are not responding my complaint .so please take some immediate action to their concern. and review.

                  I started purchasing groceries ,etc from Reliance Fresh at ID Market, Bhubaneswar in 2009. That time I was issued a temporary membership card and fresh card would be issued soon. I kept on purchasing but till date no fresh/ actual membership card has been issued to me. Its Dec 2011 & I had twice filled forms. I cannot redeem points as data is not uploaded & it takes almost 3 years to upload/update data. These are all fake sales practice.
                  Recently, in this store the person at counter said that they accept credit card ,but if debit card is used it would debit twice the money . I dont understand this

                    Hi,

                    I purchased 3 packs of Paneer from Reliance Fresh, which was marked down 50% from its MRP. However, the Paneer's manufacturing date was 15th November and its best to be used till 25/11/2011. (10 days from d.o.m)

                    I opened 1 pack out of it and found Paneer is unusable for human use (rotten and decayed). I asked the store incharge Harish ([protected]) to get it returned. But, he refused to take it back (even sealed pack pieces also), stating that marked down dairy products are not taken back even if they are rotten.

                    And the argument Harish gave me is that, we marked it down because we knew its near to expiry and consumer is fully aware of the risk buying it at 50% of its price.

                    My question is how can a product be near to expiry in just half the days of its lifetime. (5 days out of 10)
                    I have returned the product in half an hour of purchasing, so they can not blame me for not maintaining its temperature below 4 Degrees (condition for 10 days of product life).

                    Its a clear case of selling a rotten product when the store was fully aware that the product is unusable. (Otherwise, they generally mark it down on the last or 2nd last day)

                    I just don't need a refund but a strong action against them so that they should not continue such unfair practice with other customers. I'm trying to get to their area manager and to the upper hierarchy.

                      Double payments regarding

                      Iam your regular customer and I bought some goods worth Rs.247, and I have issued my HDFC credit card against this transaction. They swiped it twice, but the payment advice has not come out from the machine. Then I have issued my ICICI credit card. Though, the payments agianst these swipes were debited to my credit card accounts, the print advices form the swipe machine has not come out. So, I had to pay the cash. The cash paid vide their Cash Memo-Retail Invoice No.0014 dt.11.11.11.

                      Kindly check up and reimburse these additional payments or arrange to give credit to my card account.

                        Its was thee 12th of november 2011 time 19:56:33 hrs in thee evening. I purchased a deo from Reliance fresh 22 Godam Jaipur branch. The deo was billed to me but while packing thee billing person instead of giving theem to me he kept theem on one side. I also was busy packing my otheer items.

                        I went home and checked thee same. Next day I was told theat Reliance fresh willl check thee video footage and let me know.

                        But theere is no such rule to return our hard earned money.

                        Dear Sir / madam even when we go to a small known shop forget our belongings even theen get back our items.

                        How can we be so careless in a company such as Reliance fresh.

                        Because of less manpower at thee counters we as customers face theis problem in hussle and tussle and we forget what we bought and what we billed and what we did not pack .

                            I am totally dissatisfied by the behaviour of Reliance Retail store manager Balasubramnyam (Employee id:[protected]. The manager doesn't have the courtesy to respect the customer. I haven't seen such an illiterate manager in my whole life and I am really shocked to see Reliance(Branch - Chennai, madavaakam kutroad) recruiting illiterate, abusive, irresponsible and urgent person. He straight away yells and about to hit the customer. He uses abusive language in front of all the other customers. this proves the kind of people Reliance retail recruits and promotes. I have been a regular customer with reliance retail for more than 5 years and I purchase groceries of Rs.5000 every month in reliance. For being a good customer I got tribally bad response Balasubramanyam (Employee id:[protected]. The recording of his abusive behaviour can be seen in the Reliance retail camera itself.
                            I have been monitoring this illiterate, abusive, irresponsible and urgent behaviour of the staffs in this reliance (Branch - Chennai, madavaakam kutroad) for the past 4 months and it is getting worse day by day. If the manager Balasubramanyam himself behaves in a very urgent manner, no wonder the other staffs will follow him. They don't keep any carry bags, or boxes at all. If they don't have they should have the courtesy to write it down in notice board. All the customers spend al lot of time to pick up their groceries and at last get frustrated when they hear an urgent response from the manager.( he says - If you want groceries you bring your own bags, otherwise you can go to other retails). There is another person who is responsible for checking the reliance card points and book vehicle insurance at the same store. He says who am I to ask his name and it is his wish to tell or not. I wonder why the reliance staffs don't give their names , are they so urgent not tell their names even? I know about 25 families have stopped going to the Reliance and moved to other retails.
                            I know my complaint won't work and it will be not treated as important because I have seen people raising the same complaints lots of time but Reliance retail hasn't done anything. The manager is so dam sure that no one from Reliance head office will ask about his urgent , that he claims to me that no customer can complaint about him and if anyone complaints no action will be taken against him.
                            I strongly recommend my friends, colleagues, neighbours, relatives and others not to encourage the Reliance retails business by purchasing their products. I have raised this complaint in consumer complaints, Mouthshut and other grievance websites.

                              i am a regular custimer at your retail outlet (reliance fresh) located at ajmer (thok malian,naseerabad road ajmer.sir i am sorry to say that there are people at your store who are realy stubern & impolite namly Mr. Anil Pareek (store manager). dear sir i had purchased (ashirwad whole wheat 5 kg bag )for Rs. 99.00 from your store 1nov 2011 (bill no.c1017 #0307) . i again went to purchase supplies from your store on 4 nov 2011 ( bill no c1010 #0169) . i noticed that i was charged the same product ( ashirwad whole wheat 5 kg bag )for Rs. 109.00 . when i questioned about the difference in prise the store manager Mr. anil pareek argued that it is not the same days purchase(the dummest thing i had ever heard). i told him that both the bags has same batch number and same MRP . but insted of accepting his mistake Mr.Anil pareek said "if i want i can complane about it but reliance fresh has no person as qualified & intallegent as me so it is of no help & i will do as i like i am the store manager".
                              dear sir i am not bothered about the money but the confidence by which i used to enter in reliance fresh has been shaken . due to such arrogent people may be you are losing your markit share . sir i am not in a habbit of complaining but it realy hurted my fealings. sir if you don't want to take any action . it is understandable that may be mr. anil pareek is right.and reliance fresh dose not have any person as qualified & intallegent as him .
                              if reliance fresh is happy with such an (Mr. anil pareek )as their store manager . then i will never step in the store again

For last six months daily I am complaining for not providing carry bags to carry the purchases,the employees are so well immunised not to answer or to answer to make sale promotion for cloth bags costing Rs.12.50p now it is Rs.5/- each time you step out with a purchase.The Company's policy to make money at the expenses of inconvenience to the customer is well thought.Its high time other corporate should learn from the reliance people how to make money.At Cuttack when you visit a small shop forget about Big Bazaar,Vishal etc. they look to customers inconvenience and provide a biodegradable carry bag which cost in Rs.200/-per k.g in the retail market against polythene which cost Rs.100/- per K.G.Now days I observed a further new innovative money making device has been formulated by reliance fresh,they weigh your item in a paper bag which weigh about 15grams.This morning I purchased garlic Indian 0.[protected]@129/per.kg but the naked weight was 97gms,so I paid Rs.1.93p towards the cost of the paper bag.Really its interesting when the country's SLOGAN IS SAVE PAPER AND SAVE A TREE,but we learn to make money from paper and dupe the customer.
                                ITS HIGH TIME PLEASE CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMER THERE ARE ENOUGH SCOPE TO MAKE MONEY.

                                    How come a company called Relince fresh is selling the product on MRP i.e Maximum Retail Price,and we people are also taking the same .
                                    This is very painful to listen that big brand is in way of fooling the people and add on own walet.

                                    @kirana shop
                                    one can bargain at MRP
                                    no time wastage


                                    I was just thinking if kirana wala can give off of rs 2 on 50 rs than how much profit margin Relince(BIG RETAILER,DIRECT PURCHASE FROM THE COMPANY) is earning.it may be 5%,10%or 15%.
                                    so please be serious while you are at Relince Fresh.

                                      This complaint is against "Reliance Fresh Pataudi Road Gurgaon". The normal opening hours of the store is 7am to 9pm but it is never opened at 7am, they usually open it at 7.30 or 8am. Sometimes its the limit they open it at around 9AM.

                                      If a person is usually buys everything from reliance, where should he go to purchase milk/bread/eggs and vegetables in the morning. Usually the other players like Amul/Harvest gold and other local vendors already almost finish selling milk/bread etc by the time Reliance fresh opens.

                                        I had purchased one Garnier color naturals hair color ( 3.16 burgundy ) for Rs 129/- with batch no B552030 packing date 01.09.2010 & expiry on 01.09.2013 on 08.10.2011 at reliance fresh. payment was made through SBI card. (bill amount Rs 214/-). Next day when we used the product I found it was defective , It did not give the desired results ( there was no trace of burgandy color nor even grey nor even the usual strong odour ) , which I knew because I am a regular user of Garnier hair color . next day when i went to the reliance fresh ltd outlet , they did not replace the product saying that they are only retailers and not manufacturers and that bill is also lost.
