Reliance General Insurance — Car insurance claim

My 3 month old renault kwid automatic rxt car insured by reliance met up with an accident on 15th of march 2017 (around 9.30am). I have purchased the car from autologic renault (begumpet). I have submitted the car at autologic workshop/service center located at kondapur hyderabad. Its been a month since i have applied for claim (claim no: [protected]). I have submitted all necessary documents immediately to reliance surveyor and third party verification team Mr. Raju. However my claim is still pending and i have no idea where i stand. i feel it was a mistake to go ahead with reliance insurance now. When i call reliance they say they are waiting for third party report. 90% the so called "investigation team: who is still "investigating" even after the case being over never answers my calls. i tried reaching his boss Mr. balaraju and he said he was on "leave". i was given false promises of claim approval date multiple times. This is ridiculous, unprofessional and terrible service from reliance and who so ever this third party "investigators" are. Those people are rude, never answers calls and highly unprofessional. They went to the extend of threatening my driver and up on questioning this he says "its part of my job" and the funny thing is the case was settled in court 2 weeks ago.

As an indian citizen and holding a insurance policy of 4.2 lakhs(car damage 2.6) i demand my rights and i ask for immediate approval of my claim without any delay. I'm not ready to wait for week on week anymore and i expect immediate closure. This is unfair to people who trust insurance giants like reliance and its a shame this is happening. All i have are piled up reference numbers for each call made to you customer service number. You have taken one month of my time and lets not even start about calling your verification team. Please kindly live up your name and do the right thing to who RELY on RELIANCE.

Pal, Its so unfair. When its their need they chase us and try to sell their insurance. But when the time comes to answer the claims, no one bothers. I hope they take steps and keep their reputations and trust in the market :(
Its quite unfair to customers. Atleast now they should respond in correct manner & proceed further steps to sought out the issue ASAP.
Sorry to hear ...why they are doing this to their customers?? What a shame .:( pls check their customers satisfaction rating...very bad...
Ye its very unfair they should not create so much problem to the customer they should cooperate with them and try to solve the problem
They must take a immediate step for this
We have two large borrowal a/c under poultry farm. but your local insurance agent is not accepting on these two farms, plese infom us whether there is any bar in accepting the insurance on poultry farm.
please inform us accordingly

shocking. I hope reliance sorts it out or else its a shame. 1 month is too long for a insurance claim, how can people depend on reliance?

Assurance from Reliance must translate into Insurance for the damage. Till then it is all wait and watch.
The dealers usually do not give the customer the option to choose the insurer at the time of purchase.
You ought to be more cautious in th future. All that glitters is not gold.
resolution date was given to me 24th april. still nothing. shame. reliance is cheating me
Claim papers sent to your New Delhi office and received by them on 22/04/2017. Till date claim yet to be processed
