i recharge msg pack 5days ago and i got 500 msg but from 28/11/2013 evening 6.17 pm my send msg and also i dont compelet all 500 msg. when i call in 198 they cant help. so plz kindly do a fever on me and look at this matter. thanking you

    I received a sms from 51234 today stating Rs.30.00 has been charged towards sms alert which I neither wanted or opted. RCOM has done it on their own.MY sms to 51234 and 155223 has no response on refund of this amount to my account.MY mobile No.is [protected].( Prepaid ) Please refund this amount to my account immediately.       Its a fraud company, never go with reliance.its making customer fools by giving 3g in 123.these cheaters are deducting 40 mb for 2-3 text message over whatsapp.no other apps has been downloaded or updated.in just 5 minutes the left balnce is 400mb.cheaters

        My Broadband Internet is down for a week now. Filed a complaint with Reliance Customer care. The case was closed two days later, without providing any resolution. No one even bothered to check what the issue was, A new case was filed. Resolution within 24 hrs is promised as always, but so far nothing has been done. More than the issue not being addressed, what is more disappointing is that no one even cared to check on what the issue is, Please forward this complaint to the concerned authorities so that my issue is addressed at the earliest.           I use a GSM reliance simcard ([protected]) for a 3g data connection. My core balance keeps getting deducted with random amounts for various 'subscriptions'. The funny thing is that more balance in the account mean higher rates of subscription! Even when I'm left with Rs. 2 as my core balance, I am automatically subscribed to a Rs1. service! This happens almost on a daily basis. This is done with absolute no action on my part, I have neither activated these services nor have I expressed an interest in them. When I called Reliance customer care to complain, they deny that I'm subscribed to anything from their end. I am inclined to discontinue using Reliance. The only reason I am still on it is because I have a lot of data usage left, considering that the network is down most of the time and I am unable to use it most times.

            Dear All,
            Very Very Poor service of reliance netconnect in india.I totally disappointed about your network, I purchased from home town in Coimbatore .Today I went to the shop which I purchased netconnect card regarding my complaints but they are saying if you don't want means plse give your id proof and we will cancel my network.No proper response stupidity answer they are answering to me not only to me each and every customer.


            So, from this onwards I plan to quit your reliance netconnect I am going to BSNL broadband doing well now but u people not responding properly monthly bills are forwarding to me.Do the needful otherwise peoples will go to consumet court don't thing Indians are fool then u peoples get fool .I have no words to write in English .


            Poor service and no proper response this month I will throw the money plse catch like dogs.Ever green poor service reliance netconnect no justifications and stupidty answer from reliance.

              Sir, I am using two Reliance postpaid nos. [protected] & [protected] since December, 2009 & since then, I am also using CUG service between these two nos, which allows me to make free calls between these two nos.To avail this CUG service, I pay monthly charges of Rupees 50 as CUG rent on both these nos.I use this CUG service because I need to call between these two nos. many times a day.I have been continuously enjoying free calls between these two nos. for last 4 years including Black Days.But to my surprise on this Diwali i.e[protected], my calls between these two nos. were not free & were being charged, which was reflected in my bill, which i received today.I have been charged Rs 87.50 for [protected] & Rs 23 for [protected].This has come as a shocker to me as I am using these numbers for free CUG calling.They have charged my CUG calls(which should be free) @.50paise/min on Diwali but for last 4 years my CUG calls even on Black Days including Diwali were free.Even free 100 minutes provided in my plan were not utilized on Diwali.This is just unfair trade practice being used by them.How can they charge my free calls even on Diwali without intimating me via sms or call.Moreover, I have taken these numbers for free calling which would be of no use if your company does anything like this. This is my humble request to you to get me a reimbursement of Rs 7.50(as 80 rupees has been reimbursed due to my previous complaint but Rs.7.50 still pending ) on [protected] & Rs.23 on [protected](no reimbursement has been given yet on this number) which has been charged due to their act of not intimating me of any such policy change & to ask Reliance telecom not to repeat such acts which harass customers in future as well.Also I want reliance to inform me whether my CUG calls will be free on Next Black Days or not.Please act on my complaint as soon as possible.                 Dear Sir, My Reliance Broadband no is[protected] is a prepaid connection and i want to terminate the same due to bad services. I have filed complaint as well as termination request dated 21/11/2013 but there were no proceeding for the same. However, when i talk to local area representative he told me that your outstanding bill of Rs. 2893/- is pending, in fact, it is prepaid connection. they are asking for pay bills whether there were not utilization of services.                   Its happening again! I recharged 2gb net data plan of 3g on 24 November on my mobile number [protected]. I only got 1gb of data and I still am not getting the remaining. I contacted 198 but they don't pick up my phone. It happened before but after it was all right but now its happening again. Help plz.

                    Hello, I am Deepak Agrawal. I recharged my no. [protected] with 492 rupees for 4GB 3G data plan on 16 november 2013. But instead of 4GB, I got only 2GB data. I tried customer care service lot of times but they avoided notig complaint and always said that the server is down. When I used to recharge with 123 rs for 1GB they always gave me 500MB and neglected all the complaints. 492 is big money for me and I request you to provide me my remaining 2GB data with validity.                         I am using a reliance postpaid number bearing mobile no.[protected].
                        It is a odisha circle no. I am visiting your reliance outlet from more then 2 months giving a request for the convertion from my postpaid to prepaid. I had wasted my 30minute time on daily basis siting in your office. From last month i am also paying unnecessary bil as i dont want to disconnect my no. As i am a genuine customer n requesting your sambalpur branch for the same. But it seems thier is no use for visint your outlet store in sambalpur as your own company official are giving me opinion to part the number from reliance to any other network which itself is a shameful thing for the reliance telecom.
                        As thier is no other way left with me to go in the shllelter of law for taking necesary step against reliance.

                        Hence i wont be able to pay any futher bills as i not in a capability to do the same has i bear my loss from reliancw telecome. So help me out to convert my number into prepaid as soon as possible.

                        The day are passing, yet the company doesnt want to resolve the copliant of a valuable customer. This is the reason why the public of india hate reliance network. They only know to overcome the profit but they forget that the profit comes directly from the customer. Last but not the least i have no other way then to port my number from reliance to some other network because reliance telecom is not less then sellfish or in a other word thief.

Even though bill is generated for 3 months and now they have issued legal notice for unused period also. Two months before, I have given in writing stating about Loss of Data card. We have settled all the dues for the a/c #: [protected]. As a reputed brand, we believe that you will consider this as an important note and take appropriate action.                                 This is from Somnath Guha Neogi.I am a resident of Tavarekere, Bangalore. I am holding a Reliance GSM prepaid number [protected].Yesterday(25/11/2013) I have received one SMS from Reliance and they deducted Rs. 30 from my account balance for activating a missed call alert service.All these things happened without my knowledge. This is not the first time this things happened with me.I am getting really frustrated with all these sudden deductions from Reliance. Please help me to get my account balance back.

                                Hello. I have been trying to get my mobile number port done from Karnataka to Punjab circle from Reliance communications past 6 months. Every time my request is rejected, I have spoken to customer care as well as sent message to 1900 but to no avail. since it's a postpaid number I am unnecessarily made to pay around Rs.250/- every month despite the fact that my phone's outgoing was as well barred . My mobile number is [protected]. I need an urgent resolution.

                                  Do not trust Reliance Sales persons. The guy came to my house and said the internet connection would be setup in 2 days. Its more than a week now and the connection is yet to set up. I just refused other Broadband Options just because this sales person made a false commitment. The guy got the full payment in advance and is now not picking up the phone at all. The customer care seems very rude and is not really bothered. Now, Ideally I would want my money back and would want to see the back of reliance broadband team. I am just stuck without internet. My money is locked.                                     I had activated roaming plan of Rs.5 per day on 15 & 16 nov 13 as i was in Gujrat. on 15 nov. all charges were deducted as per rules but on 16 nov. incoming call charges were deducted @ 75 paisa & outgoing charges were also dedusted as per tarrif, not as per value added pack. whereas i had activated Rs.5 plan on 16 nov. too & i got confirmation msg fr 53739 that i hv already subscribed for the service & my service is currently active. after that, if i was charges extra, this is not acceptable. plz check & return the extra amount that had been charged fr me.

                                      hello reliance gsm i am a reliance gsm customer since from 10 years. i only rely on reliance gsm network, so in this 10 years of time i never even thought about other networks. but now i am intending to leave this network, because of following story on 23/11/13 at nearly 6:40pm i received a call from a number and from that number a female (that female knew my name already) was forcing me to listen about any kind of internet pack, i replied her that i even don't know how to send message so what i will do for internet, so i disconnected my call . just after 2 or 3 minutes, a message arrived that Rs 123 deducted from my main account balance and a internet pack was recharged on my number. it was shocking i called on that number from which i received a call a few minutes back . it was a long ring but no one picked up. i called customer care, but response was from customer care executives on my situation was very much non satisfactory and poor. executives were blaming me that i would have done something and pack is been recharged. now tell me sir/madam i am a dnd customer - so why should i receive any call related advertisment or promotional call from reliance gsm, and in my whole history record of 10 years with reliance gsm, i didn't leant that how to send a message, so what i will do with this internet pack . please check my history. i am very much disappointed with the behaviour of reliance gsm, an intending to leave this network forever with thinking about taking legal actions too.                                         Dear Sir/ Mam

                                        Hereby I inform you that i am the customer of your prepaid service having No. [protected] (Reliance-GSM) since 2008 before 24th November the SIM has shown SIM registration failed; when I contact to your Reliance Outlate at Lucknow the Customer Care Executive told me that my number is permanently disconnected without giving me any information the cause says to me that I am not using that number properly.

                                        My last recharge was Rs.185 on date 12 November 2013.

                                        My outgoing barded on 23rd November & without any grace period its completely closed on 25th January according to TRAI rules this is the not fare to the customer.

                                        I want to use my Number properly in future please return my Number to me as soon as possible.
                                        Otherwise this complain also forward to TRAI & Consumer Forum for necessary Action.
