I am not intrested working to this company very i am resingned the job relaine trends (5757 muvattupuzha) main problom sm ambika r, vm jithu shaji, c&a dayana stanly and cm sunil joy very bad phisycaly body scarching and very crual cintacting me. And my f&f and experiance certificat holding this persion and before for months i am rest in my house then i am not try the any job for this situation. Before 4 months my leck oparation its credit only above persion very crual persion i am res very bad company and i am going to employee cort legaly. Very bad management

Reliance industries company had declared divident in the form of bonus shares. I have not received bonus shares since long. So, please look in this matter and credited dividend bonus shares in my above demat accountas soon as possible.

Regret to inform, till now i didn't receive any update as well as my product delivery information.

I really had bad and worst experience shopping with reliance

I have lots of disappointment with you as mentioned below:

1. As message received for delivery of product on 06/11/18 in between 10:00 hrs to 22:00hrs (Image attached) till now i am approaching to all but no one responding correct answer whether customer care, store incharge or area sales manager.

2. Customere care gave me wrong number of store from where i purchased the product i. E. [protected] (Neerupama complex) where i called n number of times and spoil my time by calling.

3. Customer care persons are not educated and well known to the process as they provided me information for the movement of my product afterwards which make me impatience and tensed about the product not delivered.

Request you to kindly transfer back my money in my axis bank account as now i am not interest to take samsung refrigerator 345l 5 in 1 as you spoiled my diwali and my surprise for my family.

Highly disappointed by the service and response with reliance. Never ever going to shop anything from here.

Today i visited your reliance mall at vadodara. Where i purchased vicco turmuric cream. Your store charged me more than mrp through bill no. 165 dt. 10/11/18 tax invoice #[protected] vico turmuric cteam charged more than mrp. Also your cashiar has not returned me balance amount. I told him to call store manager but he refused to call him. If
I will not get any positive response, i shall go to consumer forum.

[protected] in which there are some pointbalance but card missplaced as per instruction of your relience store i have tried for new card at relience jwelss but at relience jwewless consert persion said that manualy card stoped by commpany you tried to credit point in your mobil as per his guidline i have contect your customer care no. [protected] & [protected] on this no miss. Nellofer sujjest to go for card at relience digital

Dear sirs,
Against my purchase vide bill number 8278/5 dated 21/09/2018 through reliance retail limited, ground & first floor, 32, jagat banerjee ghat road, howrah-711102 (Wb), i was entitled to get the free assured gift (5l pressure cooker) but the same was not given due to non-availability (One due slip has been given). I was assured to be contacted as soon as it is made available.
But till date neither any call has been received from their end nor they can be contacted (In the given number [protected]).
Kindly take immediate action to resolve the issue.

This is puneit sharma from agra, acfually for a few days ago i purchased some clothes from reliance mall, sanjay place, agra and i purchase two shirt almost same color, at there me and my wife met a sales execitive his named is amit aftr few days later i wanted to discuss about the shirts so when i talk to amit on call his talking like a rubbish, his communication is very bad. So mera ap logo se yehi rqst hai plz ap ese bande q hire krte ho jinko baat krne ki bhi tameez nhi hoti even vo off par hote hai... This is totally disguisting, not acceptable

My name is Clyde Dcruz and i had given my porting request from airtel postpaid no to Jio postpaid connection on August 2nd 2018 at jio store at chakala andheri east and i had payed the security deposit around 349 which got rejected because 90 days was not completed. Thereafter i again gave a porting request from a different agent after completion of 90 days and again i payed rs 349 which got approved and i am using the number.

So now the amount which i payed earlier which got rejected, till now i dint received it.
They told me that it will be refunded within 45 days...so i waited for 45 days then after they told me to write a email at [protected]@jio.com, so they told me that it will be refunded within 60 days by cheque...so i waited for 80 days till now i dint receive it in my account.

So today i visited the same Jio store where i had a word with the manager Anil and now again he is saying that it will take more 60 days for the amount to be refunded.

I am so frustrated with these people as they just giving false promise and not valuing the customers i almost waited for 80 days, which is too long and by the way no where on the jio website it is mentioned that the refunds policy takes 60 days.

They are just fooling and cheating the customers which is shame on Reliance.

I have several shares and debentures purchased by my family in 1994. I noticed that this company is now merged with reliance industries. Please let me know the procedure to update the certificates and would also like to know the current financial status.
Among my family members, my father is no more. Please let me know the procedure to transfer his certificates to survivor. Lot ot dividend would have gone unclaimed. Please also share the procedure to claim the dividends

I got a call and msg from ril hr team thru times jobs to fill online form giving
All details.
The person sent me a link to fill the form by making payment of rs. 20/ for
Which i agreed and told i will pay thru internet banking
But to my surprise in that form only visa debit card it accepting
By giving full details of card like account name, number, date of expiry
Cvv number and debit card pin

Is it not cheating to take my money from my account and to give false
Promise of giving jobs

Take immediate action against these people who wants to cheat people by saying they will give jobs

I purchased wd hard disk on address: wazirpura rd, opposite to wazirpura, sanjay place, civil lines, agra, uttar pradesh 282002, & date was 4-jun-2016, time-20.57.28. Now i am trying to claim a warranty in wd support they are saying like this — (Our records indicate the build date of your drive was 18-sep-2014 and your purchase date was 4-jun-2016. Due to the large gap in time, additional verification (E. G., written confirmation from your place of purchase that the product was sold to you as new) is needed to validate your warranty service request.).

I purchased 4-jun-2016 so warranty should start from this time only.
I cant expert like this from reliance store. Kindly do the needful.

I brought air conditioners from the reliance retail limited store at ghatkopar mumbai.. And whatever the sales person committed is not followed.. As per his commitment installation will be free of cost but he is now asking money for all the materials, 24 hour time gaurantee was given but it was not followed, even instruments were not brought.. My customer id 60410210.. Please resolve this...

I bought an hp ink cartriage 678 costs rs 685, from reliance retail sandhya towers purulia road, ps lalpur, ranchi, jharkhand.
When i put it in my printer it showed error damaged product message.
I visited the customer care but they didn't do anything just recorded my complaint and told me that cartiage is fine your printer might have fault bt my old cartriage is still working and whenever i put my this new purchased cartriage it again shows error message. So this implies that the cartriage is defective. I want action to be taken, i want my refund.

The billing system is a total fraud, they don’t display the billing amount to customer and when checked the discount displayed on the shelves is not the same as credited to the bill. On confrontation regarding the issue the manager ‘parnav’ misbehaves and throws abuses at the customer for catching this bluff. Absolutely disappointing experience... Complete lack of honesty and transparency but an attitude full of arrogance of the staff.

I have purchased whirlpool 7.2kg fully aut tl ul72hs washing machine from reliance digital store mumbai borivali west. From the day one im having issues with product.

In last month i. E. August 2018, i have raised the complaint about washing machine not working. Complaint no is [protected] & [protected]. Two times reliance resq engineer is coming and repairing the washing machine and its working on temporary basis.

Today also my washing machine not working and i have registered the complaint at resq complaint no is [protected]

Im really fed up with such product and reliance digital service, reliance technician team and they are unable to find solution for this issue.

"please think 1000 times before you purchase any product from reliance digital and dont pay extra for resq service."

Of late, I find inferior quality of fruits are being kept for sale at your shop at Sai Brundavan Mansion at Malkajgiri, especially, Water Melon. Today I purchased 1 No. weighing 4.595 Kgs @ Rs.25/- per kg vide Bill No.72 dated 23.09.2018, which was of very poor quality. Moreover, almost all the watermelons on display were of tender in nature. A photo of the interior section of the fruit is enclosed for your reference. It is hoped that you give more attention on fruits as Reliance was found to be the last resort for the same.

I bought a refrigerator from reliance store, logix mall, noida. I shortlisted white fridge amongst 2 colors, white and silver. I paid the money after some scheme etc they told.

I was surprised to see the delivery of 'silver fridge' after return from my 2 day tour wherein i close on the white option.

I am not using the fridge as was told by the call centre where i escalated the issue but since then there is no response/action.

Donno what to do
