I purchased one diamond ring item code 48-c6823 on 10.10.14 but after few one diamond went missing. We gave the ring for repair on 15.12.2014 at ur Preet Vihar, Delhi store. But till there is no news about the repair/ status of the ring. Will u lookinto the matter n let me know.

purchased golden ring from Relince on April 27th 2014. The quality is worst, and within 15 days, the joint has been seperted and not able to use it.

    I had a bad experience with Reliance Jewels recently. I purchased a precious diamond ring for my mother on 3-Jan-15. Within 3 days o[censored]sing (regular routine and no exceptional workload), 2 diamonds went missing. After reporting to Reliance Jewels, Nasik on 7-Jan-15, they informed that they would send it for quality check and assured that as we had reported the problem within 7 days of purchase, we would get a free repair and replacement for diamonds post the formality of QC check. But after 15 days of follow-up we were informed that the QC report says the ring was hammered. When its a genuine case of poor workmanship towards diamond installation, Reliance Jewels is trying to put the blame on the customer who believed in the Brand, the quality of its the products and their Customer Service. But after the bitter experience my impression of Reliance Jewels is toiled. Can anything be done to avoid my loss?

      Hi, It was a bad incident which happened to me few days back. I bought a gold chain for a daily wear, which was clearly told to salesman while selecting. Did not wear it immediately due to bad days and wore after one and half months and identified that the links were not proper in FOUR places. So took it to the shop and the lady clearly said that the item is not for daily wear and we can go for exchange and can get fifty percent discount on making charges. But when we went again, another salesman was saying it is a manufacturing defect which will be repaired and given. It is repaired and given but two things over here: 1. Luckily we identified the broken links but if we failed to do so and the chain is lost, will reliance accept the fault. Can reliance give written note saying there will not be any problem in future because the salesman was saying there will not be any problem which we do not believe as the lady stated clearly that there will always be a problem if we wear it daily. 2. There is a loss in the weight when gave the item for repair. And more importantly when the manufacturing defect is rectified there is some more weight loss. Who is responsible for that. I am very much annoyed with the way the salesperson spoke and the way they handled it. Very upset with this incident and hope you look at it. We came to the Reliance Jewels only because of brand and now we are in a situation to rethink about it. Also when I tried to provide the same feedback in reliance site it always shows "Invalid Character in name".

        Hi, Am Vijeta Mishra one of your old customer who is very very very annoyed with your Vashi Inorbit's EMPLOY... I have open an monthly deposit diamond plan from that outlet & yesterday I went there to redeem it as government has omitted that plan. Earlier also I was having gold plan. I was suppose to take something for the auspicious day of Dhanteras and to pick that stuff on that day only so I talked to them that if it is possible for them to keep my choice aside if I book it? First they agreed so I fixed one earring and told them to keep aside for me but suddenly they said that it's not our company policy to keep anything even for a customer who's very regular but if I wish to block it then I'll have to pay some amount. I said it's ok I'll pay minimum amount to block it but as the full amount was very less(around 70k) & I was having 68k to redeem from that plan they insisted to pay the full amount at that point of time only and assured me that they will keep that earring aside for me till Dhanteras. After confirming many times with almost 5to6 staffs I agreed to pay the full amount as they assured me to keep my stuff aside till Dhanters. When I payed full amount Your staffs started telling me that as per our company policy now as you have payed full amount we cannot keep your stuff with us and I was totally shocked after listening this because it was a big blow on my face and I was feeling that I was badly cheated by those bloody staffs. In short, I payed the full amount for that earring and after that I even left that earring with your staff only and came out of your store in anger and even didn't took any invoice as well. I'm also in service sector and I'm the managing director of my company but at least in my company I don't allow and my managers doesn't use to educate my employes to cheat and to fool our customer. My simple logic is this that if your staffs would have told me earlier only that it's not possible to keep my thing in store after payment then I would not have taken it yesterday but for their business they lied again and again and that shows how your company educates your staffs.. Reliance is a big name but am sorry to say that you are loosing your credential because in service sector customer satisfaction is more important than business. At least for my company I have made a rule and that is, " SERVICE BEFORE SELF " Hope you will see the matter and take some good decision to serve good. Rgds, Vijeta Mishra

          We bought One Gold Bangle, three diamond ring(ladies)and one gold coin of 50gm from the Reliance Jewels, Preet Vihar, Delhi on 30th June, 2014. The bangle was sold to us as a gold bangle got faded within the three-four days of purchase which shocked us, as we were of the thought that we have invested in a big name. It’s really shocking for a person who puts his hard earned money with a faith in a brand name, when he pays for gold and gets ordinary fake thing in gold polish in turn. Though they checked for gold purity on the Gold Purity Check Machine, which again raises a question “Is that machine tempered or not”? and if it is than who is responsible for that? This also makes us suspicious about the previous bought jewellery from the Reliance Jewels; as we trusted the brand and never got them tested outside for purity check. Please do the necessary ASAP so that we get relieved from this unnecessary tension and also tell us how and when we will get our money back? Such thing puts a big question mark on the reliability of a brand name, which will affect customer’s trust and believe in such brand. I believe that company has earned a name and will not let anyone to affect it by any wrong doing and would not like to lose its customers also.             I have purchased diamond ring of following description: Article code: 48-D2738 Description: 18K-S-RING LADIES Price: Rs. 41573.47 Date of Purchase:[protected] One diamond was stripped off from the ring on dared[protected] and I have made a complaint to Reliace Jewels at SCO 123-124, Sector 17 C, Chandigarh. But they did not replaced or repaired it. On dated[protected] another diamond was stripped off, thus total 2 diamond lost out...

            Respected sir,
            I mr narendra shrivastava bought a diamond ring to gift to my son in law about fifteen days back from your store inpune located atdhole patil road near ruby hall hospital.
            . Unfortunately he didnt liked it so i bought a new diamond ring from reliance jewels kolkota. Now i wanted to replace this ring with a gold necklace whose cost is much more than the price of a ring.
            I have been a regular customor of your store sinc last 4 months for my daughter wedding and it was a great expirence . I a not asking for a cash back. I just want you to allow me to replace with agold necklace costing more than the ring.

            Pleas e consider my request and help me out in this situation since wasting 53 thousand will be a great loss instead i can buy a necklace for my wife for my comming anniversary.

            Kindly inform to you, I purchase a jewelry from relevance jewels jamnagar on 18/12/2017 but I unsatisfied from that product due to i found no any details of diamond on invoice. I want exchanges today same values of 22 carat gold but 10% deducted of diamond value by your manager Paresh soni EP no 50005004 and neglected the exchange the jewelry. I want exchange same values 22 carat gold.What i do next step for exchange.

The ring was under discounted items (20%). The sales person Mr. Shivakumar insisted on taking the item as it was under discount. As we had good experience in the terms of product with Reliance, we took that ring. When i asked about the exchange price, he told that i will get the same gold and diamond price on the day of exchange and there will only be making charge deduction. But when i reached home and saw the bill, it had a seal "PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR EXCHANGE/BUY BACK.". when i enquired with Mr Shivakumar, he started begging me that he was not aware of this rule as he was out from the store for a while and so on.. Now the main thing... After only a few days o[censored]se one of the diamond fall out from the ring. We gave it for repair at Reliance and they were not accepting that it has fall out without any force. They were putting the blame on us that we hit somewhere because of which it has fallen. I had given a written complaint but no action has been taken. Any how we gave it for repair on our own expense. It took more than a month to put one single diamond. And they did not even bother to inform once the ring reached store. I had to keep calling them for the status. I got the ring back on 20th August 2013 and they charged 700/- and within 4 days again one more diamond fall out. I hope Reliance people will have some shame on providing these kind of cheap stuff to customer and charging them money when fault is with their product. Today i will also contact the Store Manager as last time he was not available in the store. Date of purchase - 09/02/2013 Date of complaint and first repair - 13/07/2013 Date of ring returned to me - 20/08/2013 Again problem - 24/08/2013 Name - Pratik Ranjan Contact - [protected] THE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY

                I have purchased a Diamond pendent on Feb 24 2013 from Reliance Jewels Koramangala 80ft Road branch. The purchase was done using the HDFC credit card and was converted to 3 months EMI from merchant side. They informed me that there was festive offer going on for diamond jewellery with NO(0%) Processing fee(PF) for HDFC Credit card holders. The same transaction was done and I received the pendent and the bill with the actual Diamond pendent amount. Later I found that the processing fee(PF) was charged in my credit card statement and called up the Reliance Jewels branch at once. I was informed that the PF amount was given as discount in my bill, but I did not find any discount section in my bill. I visited the branch to get it clarified and they informed me to bring the Credit card statement so that they will the PF charged and discuss about it after that. In the next visit, I took my credit card statement and spoke with them and they inform me that there is no offer like 0% Processing fee in Reliance Jewels for Diamond jewellery, which was a big shock for me. After arguing for 10-15 min they tell me there was a miscommunication from the sales person who attended me on the day of purchase. As they are changing their words, it is a dishonour from their end. First they promise of 0% PF and later tell that there is no such offer.

                How could we build trust in these people if they are playing with customers emotions and belief. Had they informed about this before on the day of purchase, at-least I would be happy. But now, I have totally lost faith in these people. I planned of buying jewellery from their latest collections, but am very sad that I may not be able to buy any more jewellery items from Reliance Jewels again.

                Kindly please take this issue into consideration.

                  The store manager of Reliance Jewels Shree Krishna Plaza Matkuria Road Bank More Dhanbad informed me that they have taken extra Rs 1000 in my monthly deposit scheme of 2011-12.After one year instead of refunding my money with interest they are pressurising me to purchase a new item with more money so that Rs 1000 will be appropriated .When I denied they talked indecently and said he is kind enough to inform me that they owe me Rs 1000.

                    I purchased a ring from Reliance Jewels (Sony World Signal, Koramangala, Bangalore) on 1st Nov, 2012. Before purchasing The ring, I checked Thrice from The Salesperson, as This is a diamond ring so if in case we lose any diamond, will you be able to replace/repair it. Because we faced The same problem with Gilli (we lost a diamond on very second day I wore). But They replaced it happily and timely. So That's why we were very conscious and Thought of checking it before buying it.

                    I wore it for single day i.e. 29Th Nov, 2012 as my husband gifted me for my birthday. I place it in The box before sleep as it is very precious gift for me on my first birthday after marriage.
                    We had to attend a friend's wedding on 5Th Dec,2012, so i Thought of wearing That ring. When I took it out, I found one diamond missing in The ring. I showed it to my husband and we planned to get it repaired from The store as They committed There will be no issue. We went to The store on 13Th Dec, 2012 and told Them to repair The diamond. They asked for one month time. They committed to deliver it back to us on 13Th Jan, 2013. We were OK with it.
                    We visited The store on 13Th Jan and They said it will take another 10-15 days. So we asked Them to please call us whenever They get it back which we never received. We visited The store again on 17Th Feb, 2013. At That time, The whole scenario was different. Salesperson and Manager behaviour was unexpected. They told us to pay 1000 bucks because The QC report says it was mishandled. There was no QC report available with Them. Someone wrote on The Invoice That There were signs of prongs on upper and lower area.. something. This was There QC report.
                    We told Them we don't trust on This report. Anyone can write on The paper and get it Xerox. I told Them That I wore it for single day, how can This be mishandled as This is very precious for me. Why should I mishandle it. Salesperson said That They will call The manager. You can talk to him.
                    Manager came and said, "NOTHING CAN BE DONE". Yeah, This rude only.
                    Then my Husband said OK, can you please call someone who can do something. To answer This question, he said, "NO ONE CAN DO ANYTHING.". We came out without taking our ring as we were not willing to pay 1000 bucks for something which is not done by us.
                    How can one ensure That The ring was not mishandled by The Staff of The Store. There were no signs before buying a ring? It means, we should ask for QC report before buying a ring as well.

                    Can you please look into This matter.

                    I purchased gold bracelet with jarkan stones. When we wore it first its lock gave us problem. We got it rectified within 1 week but then when we wore it 3 stones went missing in 3 days. I want to replace my product as it is not usable and I can not come to reliance every week. I bought the product 2 weeks ago. Reliance Gurgaon have taken the product and sent it for QC. Reliance jewel shop manager is telling us that the product is mishandled. Seems like they dont want to admit the problem with product. We used it only for 3 days. And 2 times we had to visit reliance for repairing.
