Jio team had done the sanction on our land for tower installation...3 times appellate complaint registered on my number of network tower installation

Now please registered the final investigation of my tower installation paper work and product of rent of tower package

Waiting from finance team of jio of vendorship packages of rent of tower installation

Forward to nhq department and jalna department for rent package details and intimate us immediately waiting for rent packages final rate

    Today very early morning 12.30 am i did jio recharge with 297+100 for 0.5 gb pack for 84 days. I wasn't aware that it will only work on jio phone. I tried calling customer care the denied converting that plan to some usable plan on my smartphone or refund the amount so i can use some other plan. They simply implied nothing will be done and my money will be wasted if i dont have jiophone.

    I have not used single services from them and still money cant be converted to usable plan. This is not fair to customers. Please do something

      I have cancelled my jio fiber connection. The jio executive is supposed to collect the router, set top box and refund 2500 rupees that i have paid earlier. But reliance is deliberately ignoring my requests. No service executive is showing up and i am not getting my refund back.

          Hello,

          I have recharged a wrong number [protected] instead of the right number [protected] via paytm, reference number is [protected].

          I have recharged the ₹555 pack. Kindly cancel the aforesaid recharge so that i could recharge once again the right number.
          Alternatively, if you could just transfer the benefits of recharge to my number as well, i will be highly obliged.

            I have been using jio for too long. But for few weeks, i am experiencing some problems regarding data usage. As soon as midnight my data renews, i got message for data exhausted without even using a single mb.
            Its been 3days in a row, i am facing this issue. I m frustrated as i can not use internet service any long. I do not turn on wifi hotspot for others to use. It is impossible for data to exhaust just in one second. It is fraud which i ws nt aware of. Please register this complaint. N please resolve this.

              Hi,
              Few days back i got a call from consultancy a girl called payal from [protected] she said i was selected for a job opening as supervisor in the manufacturing sector but would have to pay an amt of rs 850 which i paid after getting a call from a girl called tanya who claimed to be the hr from the number [protected] to the below account details:

              Name: navneet bharadwaj
              Ifsc code: hdfc0004027
              Tanya than sent me the offer letter over my email address which was shared by me that is
              [protected]@gmail.com
              And than in that offer letter few more additional cost were requested to be paid which i did not proceeded to pay.
              Sir i request you if this is a scam please take severe actions against these people.

                  I reside in a small village named rohicha khurd. Which is located in luni block of jodhpur district in rajasthan.
                  Here we dont get any service like calling or internet because of low quality network.
                  Here all time we get no service, and if we go on terrace we may get a low grade signal.
                  We are using jio and airtel but all are useless in this area.
                  We are facing a crucial problem in this lockdown of covid 19. So please convey my message to authorities.

                    My name is nishchay singh. I use jio sim in my phone having number, [protected]. I'm from chinhat, lucknow, uttar pradesh -226028. Everyone is facing very low internet speed in my area since a week. Speed is lower than 20 kb/s sometimes even lower than 1 kb/s. It is very poor, we cannot browse anything even opening gmail requires multiple attempts. I tried to contact jio customer care multiple times.
                    First time i called, the customer care representative was very casual towards the issue and he irresponsibly told me that the problem will get resolved in 3 days.
                    After 3 days i contacted jio again this time via jiochat. Over there the customer care representative said that nothing can be said about how much time it will take to get connection speed improved. He told me that he has raised a complaint of this issue but nothing happened since then.
                    Today i called them again with my jio number and it was not connecting so i called them with a non-jio number. This time on the automated voice they asked me to enter my jio number so that they can connect me to their customer care representative. And when i got connected to the customer care representative, he said that he did not get my number, and that's why now i must call again and he cannot adress my issue now.

                    Everytime i try to register this issue they are not serious about my problem, not even addressing it properly. Everyone in my area and neighbourhood is getting lower than 2g speeds even after paying for 4g. People here are working from home, they have jobs. If they couldn't connect to the internet with decent speeds they are likely to loose their jobs. This is very critical issue, where people's job is at stake but these people from jio don't care about it.

                        I have purchased JIOFO Device along with 1+3 months internet offer. I am supposed to get the offer but now i didn't get it after following up with customer care they are saying some other offer got activated and was told that the offer which i should get is not eligilbe. Its almost 10 days they are not responding properly. Its clearly their technical issue.

                              Payment successful but recharge not done

                              Sir,

                              I have the honour to state that on[protected] i purchase jio prepaid recharge for jio sim no.[protected] through net banking amounting to rs.149/- (Rupees one hundred fortynine) only [transaction reference: ubi description no.[protected]/[protected], tranction id s46299295 dt.[protected]]. Payment is succesful but recharged is not done. So after 2/3 days i made a complain through jio customer care in this regard...

                                We are facing issue of not having continue good quality of network (Data and cellular) in our area.
                                We do purchase common balance packs (3 months - 449) for our jio sims but we are not able to use that data packs fully for our work, education purpose due to poor network connection.

                                  I get 2 gb data each day which gets renewed at 12 midnight. On 01/07/2020 i woke up to find that my data had been exhausted. How is this possible? There are no details about where the data was used. There should either be a clarification or i should get extra data.

                                      We had taken jio fibre connection with 2500 refundable deposit. After 3 months, we disconnected the service. We are trying to connect to jio fibre consumer service for disconnection and return of our depoit amount.
                                      Since last month, 3 service numbers have been given to us but no one has turned up to collect the connectivity box... We have strong dissatisfaction because of this careless attitude of the company.. We need our deposit as promised by the company.
