We are facing issue of not having continue good quality of network (Data and cellular) in our area.
We do purchase common balance packs (3 months - 449) for our jio sims but we are not able to use that data packs fully for our work, education purpose due to poor network connection....

I get 2 gb data each day which gets renewed at 12 midnight. On 01/07/2020 i woke up to find that my data had been exhausted. How is this possible? There are no details about where the data was used. There should either be a clarification or i should get extra data....

on 2/6/20 paid 50 for top-up mobile no 6361152284 but credit not received

On 2/6/20 remited 50 for top-up mobile [protected] but even after 26 days i have neither received top-up credit nor refund inspite of several complaints
Rs 50 remited through kotak mahindra bank debit card. Ampount deebited to my a/c stating transaction succes...

Return of jio fibre box

We had taken jio fibre connection with 2500 refundable deposit. After 3 months, we disconnected the service. We are trying to connect to jio fibre consumer service for disconnection and return of our depoit amount.
Since last month, 3 service numbers have been given to us but no one has turned up to collect the connectivity box... We have strong dissatisfaction because of this careless attitude of the company.. We need our deposit...

Recharge money deducted

Sir i recharge my account with rs 129 but my recharge wes not successfull but the money was deducted from my account and trasferred to jio reliance infocomm.
Please refund my money asap...

mobile call to and from jio numbers

I have complaint many times for audio mute automatically during call on either side after a minute of talk. It's is happening since 2-3 months. Qnd as i have noticed in my family we have two numbers another using by my wife. Same issue. 198 / 199 customer care never gets connected for complaint. We are facing really trouble of this audio mute. We can't complete our conversation. If i call other operator number also audio mute is happening....

Hiii reliance jio infocomm

I am not using my data... And msg i have received u e r using jio data 50% completed... How to complaint 50% data... I totally my device is switch off... How to dedected my data... And data speed is to lowwwwwwww...Same problem arise i will file charge sheet......

Poor network in my area

I am a customer of jio. I had a bought a new sim a day back in the sense that jio has a good network. but now I am thinking of buying an other sim due to the poor network. I am not able to even call the customer care. I was not able to attend my online classes due to this severe problem.so I would request you to please take action on this before tomorrow....

jio mobile no 6361152284 recharged on 2/6/20 rs 50 top-up through kotak mahindra bank credit not yet received nor refund

On 2/6/20 i have remited rs 50 to jio mobile for top-up of my mobile no [protected] through kotak mahindra bank on line by debit to my sb
[protected] and transaction confirmed as successful. Tranfer id hga/
Poi2dd[protected] but inspite of several complaints neither the bank
Nor jio has returned the money nor credit in mobile recharge.
Though this is small amount why not responding to the complint'
