Hi,

We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of palam colony near pakora park street no - 42a, new delhi - 110045 and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

What is the processes to remove unuthorized mobile in local area, as they didn't taken any permission from local public.

Also confirm you that, sdmc as issued letter to remove that tower but after some time that engineer is transfer from there job and new engineers has issued new letter to owner/jio for installation tower at there premises..

I just want to you that there tower is not harmful for local public as this is residence area

    I have complaint against jio services. Due to mnp regulations, jio disconnected all my phone services from mobile number [protected] and suspended all my plans completely. I have 2-month recharge done already on my mobile number [protected]. There is confirmation from jio, that my sim will be reactivated once the payment is cleared for the previous pending airtel service. My payment is cleared 2 days ago, yet none of my services are reactivated. I have been told that i will have to again buy a new sim for the same number [protected] and fill the monthly plan again. Why this was not communicated to me over email that i have to reissue new sim and fill the plan again. Isn't this cheating to customer? There is no pre-notification from jio, that my sim will be terminated. After termination, there was reactivation message confirmation and now after full payment and clearing my due at the other network, they are not reactivating my sim. I am getting revert that i will have to buy a new sim by paying rs 99 and fill the monthly. How much cheating they will do.

      I want inform to all, i got message from quicker jobs regarding job for reliance jio. Then i call the given number they i talk with megha: 977_3844_302
      Regarding job she said, job for store incharge post please share your details. (Please check attached image screenshot). After that she is demanding 750 rupees for call letter i pay 750 rupees.

      Then she said now you have to talk with mahi saxena : 8929_5012_79. She said check mail there is confirmation letter is come and there is 750+1500 you have to pay written. I say why 1500 now she said courier will dispatched to your address this is courier chargers and you will recived you offer letter you can join. Then i pay 1500/- then after pay she send the letter and then there again mention pay extra more 2500+ 4500 for next process. I dont trust this job i demand please refund my amount she not giving... So this is a fake job i realize now i want my total

        I have concern regarding reliance jio number has been disconnected having more than 1600 /- balance without any information sent before disconnected!

        I have already contacted care received reply as send an email to get solution but email also no response from jio network!

        As per trai a number having more balance can't be disconnected but this is different happened without information!

        Immediately initiate necessary action on reliance jio network & reactivate my number with balance of rs. 2000 /- or 1 year pack activated on that number!

          Hello sir this is harish from ajmer rajasthan.
          I use jiofi for internet at my place but every time my data is stolen and when i call 198 to file my complaint they dont register it saying that we cant file complain for this small issue and when asked to transfer the call to zonal head they dont even do that please help.
          Kindly tell me how can i change password of my jio wifi also please register my complain and take strict action against this

            Dear sir/madam,

            With due respect i would like to inform you that i have recharged my jio number 9619073* with the amount of rs.1299 today. The locking period of this recharge voucher is 336 days from the date of recharge. Now my current plan is rs1299- 12m -24gb.
            In my jio app i do have some vouchers available in my account where prompt gb rs.0 is available where 1.5gb/day add-on expiry (I[censored]nredeemed) : 3 months from date of credit.
            While trying to redeem is am getting error: "this jio number does not have valid plan to recharge the selected vouchers".

            While talking to customer care ms/mr. Nayan it cannot be redeemed and there is no such terms & comditions mentioned in my jio app. Screen shots attached for your kind information.
            Please help us in this regard.

              I have choosen a wrong pack for my smartphone. I used a jio sim no [protected] in my phone but i reacharge a pack for 594 + 50 rs top up voucher for jio phone instead of my smartphone.

                The reliance jio site is down but the service deadline was coming up so i recharged via paytm which promptly deducted the money from my wallet but there is no message from jio on the same and the service is disconnected now.                   Hi,

                  I wish to raise the following concern with you:

                  I recharged with a Rs. 297+ 10 plan that showed up on my Jio App for my Jio hotspot.
                  The recharge was successful and the money deducted. However, the hotspot did not work
                  When I called the customer care, I was told to recharge with a compatible plan as the plan will not work.
                  The same day I recharged with Rs.149 & the hotspot started working.
                  However, the amount of Rs.297 + 10 - which did NOT work & is incompatible with my hotspot was never returned.
                  I have written multiple times to the customer care but with no avail.
                  I believe in the first place, it shouldn't have let me recharge with an incompatible plan from the JIO App. If it did & found it to be incompatible, at least be courteous enough to refund my money. The mail chain is attached below for your reference.

                  I request you to please help me get my hard earned money refunded ( Rs. 297 + 10) which has never worked on my device.

                    My name is jaswant swain. I am a student of bca.
                    My problem is my network connection is very very poor & average speed is 50-80kbps.
                    I am trying to contacting jio for my problem. The jio company doesn’t any action on my problem.
                    Now i am registered 2 complaint to jio (1st sr000010muvb at 26/02/2020 2ndsr000010rqlg at 11/03/2020).
                    The jio team not taken any action.
                    If my problem is not solved, the company refund my money.

                    The display shows it is charging but it is not switching on and it says 'no charge' even after charging.

                      I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 555 rs plan on 14th of march 2020 through amazon pay. I did not receive any recharge confirmation message. I contacted amazon for the issue, they said i need to contact jio as payment is successful to jio but jio is not reachable through any of their specified numbers 198/199 and others and their live chat is useless as it is a chat box with no human interaction and my query is out its understanding.in short you cannot contact jio for any complaints. The upi transaction id for the payment of rs.555 is[protected]. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it. Please resolve it

                      I have Recharged the mobile but not activated No. [protected] Kindly activate above number at the earliest
                      Ihave done recharge of 297 which is for jio phone. I did not know that it was only for jio phone. I thought that the plan was for the smartphone. I have done the mistake. Please refund my money back. I did the recharge using debit card.

                        Yesterday, by mistake i recharged 251 rupees plan instead of 249 plan. When i realised the issue i immediately tried to contact your service but couldn't get through robotic call. Please replace my recharge plan from 251 to 249. It was grief mistake. I was in hurry and could not go through the big recharge plans. I recalled the plan and instantly recharged. Later, realised my mistake. Please help me asap!

                        Plan is not activated yet. So it can be reversed.

                        the customer must have provisions to cancel and refund the upcoming jio plan without any trouble. I just did a 1-year plan now I want to change it to 1-month plan.

                          I have recharged my jio number with 555 plan. I want to deactivate it before activation on 10th march 2020 @ 6:51 pm and go for another plan. I want to get the 555 refunded.

                          I'm not able to cancel the plan before activation also. Kindly look into this issue. This is not fair on jio's part, not showing a deactivate button on app even before activation.

                          Blocking the numbers isn't working since they have multiple numbers.

                          I have placed jiofiber cancellation on 4th of february and they have collected the device.till now i have not getting my refund amount.when i contacted them they are not giving proper information and ask me wait.this is the 3rd time i am placing complaint regarding this in this forum.if i dont get proper solution i will go to court seeking help.

                            I had recharged my jio number [protected] for the 555 rs plan
                            On 7th of march 2020. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the netbanking showed that the recharge was successful. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it. Please resolve immediately.

                              I got the offer if i recharge via upi i get the 50 cash back i did recharge from paytm using upi of 555 of jio. Payment is done but no confirmation from jio and they are saying they didn't get the money but paytm is showing money is send and upi reference is also generated. Upi i'd is[protected] even i also got the cashback but no recharge confirmation from jio side.. So please look into this matter as its not 10 20 rupees that can be ignore

                                Noo network complaint more than 10 times regarding this but all the staffs attend call and telling to wait we already escalated issue but noo proper answer or solution from them.. Im from karaikudi pincode 630002.. Im paying for 2 gb perday plan but no internet at all tower showing jio worst network like airtel.. Regret to be a jio customer worst ever.. U should experience this pain to know how im hurt

                                  My carry forward Balance 18 Nos. (Each Voucher 50 Rs.) Recharge Voucher not available in my Jio Prepared account. Mentioned recharge voucher validity is lifetime. (Company clearly mentioned it is not transferable with anyone, but I can use it when recharge at any time. I continue use voucher since 2017. But yesterday I go to recharge no voucher is available)

                                    I purchased JioFiber and the representative who came to my home told me about various features,

                                    one of them - LiveTV which I have no clue when it will come!!

                                    and the Upload speed is so slow my previous fiber connection was much better and cheaper!

                                      Just recharged a smartphone recharge for 98+10rs on 1am 02/03/2020 and the money has been deducted from the bank but the services are still not on.
                                      Tried calling customer care but the thing is a bot so it's impossible to get a human to respond to this request.

                                      This never happened before and it's really urgent matter so it'd be good if they fix the times of activating the plans real quick.
