Just recharged a smartphone recharge for 98+10rs on 1am 02/03/2020 and the money has been deducted from the bank but the services are still not on.
Tried calling customer care but the thing is a bot so it's impossible to get a human to respond to this request.

This never happened before and it's really urgent matter so it'd be good if they fix the times of activating the plans real quick.
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This no is misutilised by someone. He is trying to harsh some of my female friends by calling then late at night.
From last two days, the calls are coming and disturbing them. Once they cut the call he is sending messages in Vulgar language.

    I had recharged for a data booster addon pack of rs.101 on my jio number on 2 march 2020 at 12:30 am through the my jio app which showed me the status of transaction as successful but the plan is not activated i did not got any confirmation message from jio on my number which i usually do and addon package is not even being seen on my plans section of my jio app

      4g internet speed is very slow

      We people are getting run internet on Jio at Kanta toli Ranchi Jharkhand-834001.
      But from past 14-15 days we are getting very poor internet speed slow even than 2G. We have complaint regarding this so many times to jio but they always reply "we are working towards this" and making fool to us.
      Because of this our validity is getting waste and so money as well.

      Jio — recharge successful but not activated
      Mobile number [protected].
      I am submitting the complaint about out jio recharge for rs 399 on dated 29.2.2020 ref id br00048f9sw8.
      Till today 2.3.2020 it has been not yet activated for calls and sms.
      I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it well in advance. Please resolve immediately.

        I booked a jio phone online from [protected]. I paid the amount & booked. Then, i visited many jio stores for last 2 months but they told that the phone is out of stock. I mailed many times to jio care but no positive response from them. Jiophone gift transaction is successful. Payment of rs. 808.00 has been received.

          They take money one by one and by taken money they didn't provide me any job they are fake totally fake they took 8000 rs from me. First they told for registeration them for 2500 them for gst then for i card and after this they didn't pick up call. I ask them to gove my money back they said they will talk with their executive which is totally fake. They then don't pick up the call they don't even give money back.

            I want to say that today i have my plan service but jio not provided on 28/02/2020 at 8pm i purchased new plan 199 but jio not provided me internet i am working in swiggy delivery boy and in my job i use internet for receiving order and give order today i lose my job because in my jio sim not working internet services i lost of time call customer care but not giving service

              I had recharged my jio number for the 555 rs plan
              (555 with 50 rs voucher) on 28th feb 2020. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge. The paytm transaction id (Wallet txn id) for the payment of rs.555 (555 plan - 50 voucher) is [protected]. Please resolve immediately.

                I have terminated my jio fiber connection and they have tooked my ont device from my home.till now i have not yet received my refund that is 2500/-.till now they are keep saying its on process.i have called customer service and they are putting my call on hold.i need the money bank.my jio fiber registered number is [protected].this is second time i am filing complaint there is no response from jio till now.

                    Hello
                    Just 3 days back i made a recharge of rs.594 for reliance jio phone. Actually i made a mistake instead of doing for jio sim did jio phone tariff. So that didn't applicable for my sim.

                    I called the customer care and told the problem they were not even understandong my problem. I asked them to revert back my money as recharge was not useful. Instead they were telling i need to buy the jio phone to use the recharge. Real fun.

                    Other network when we did the mistakes the will be returned and the customer care works according to this alreast they give some suggestion. But here no proper care at all

                    This is really shameless as they running a huge network with so many clients. Can't they recharge within the same provider

                    What the service they are providing for the trusted clients.

                    My 594 was wasted without using it.

                      It was optional to jio customers to apply for jio prime membership.
                      But now jio has made rs 99 per annum compulsory to all customers as lrime membership subscription.
                      Also jio has made iuc topup compulsory with basic plan even we not requre any iuc topup.
                      Jio should provide the rs49 plan for jiophone without iuc topup.
                      Jio should remove the prime membership compulsion from recharge service.

                          Dear appellate,

                          I was using jio post paid mobile number [protected] in early 2017. After few months i made recharge of 400 + 309 for 84 days. After 84 days phone services were discontinued. I understand from customer care that rs. 400 was security deposit as you have post paid number and recharge of rs. 309 for 84 days of validity as per plan. I called to customer care to close the number but they told to visit jio store for connection surrender. Jio store is telling that customer care will help to close the connection and refund of security deposit rs. 400.

                          In your mail dated 25 ma 2018 you have confirmed that

                          Jio number has already been disconnected on[protected].


                          Further, i have registered a service request for the refund of security deposit with reference number sr00000l86wj.

                          "
                          Today i. E. 21 feb 2020 i am still getting message for pay outstanding amount. Could you please check back end what went wrong.

                          If any outstanding still showing in your system please let me know the reason and adjust with my security deposit or refund the amount.

                          I do not have any outstanding. I have discontinued to use this number in 2017 and is was closed in your system as well you have confirmed also.

                          Please resolve the issue else i will reach to consumer court for fraud and harassment to consumer.

                            I have recharged a wrong number instead of my number. I request you to either refund or recharge the same amount on my number. I recharged today i. E; 21st feb 2020 at 8am in the morning to this number [protected] (Wrong number). Request you to transfer the recharge to [protected]. It is a humble request as the recharge amount is very huge for me rs 555/-. Please do the needful.

                              My name is nisar khan and i have a jio sim card [[protected]] which had lost on 19th'feb'2020, around 4 o'clock. When i visited your (5l-172 near 4-5 chowk n. I. T, faridabad, haryana 121001) location office for new sim card i have met with mr. Mukesh [insolent] he said he is unable to to update alternate contact for otp and without otp he can't do anything he asked me to call customer care and get alternate contact number updated, i did as guided, when i called customer care they said this can only done by store person. When i informed mukesh to update alternate contact of my freind as informed by jio customer care, he started shouting and used abusive words meanwhile i was on call with customer care representative mr. Mihir and at the same time your jio store owner said "do whatever you can but i won't entertain you, if you will be here for one more minute i will forget who you are and this is jio store although he said you that i am not obama[ex president usa] and i can wait 2 days for sim card. I request you to please take out call recording and listen, exactly what he said. Mr. Mukesh [insolent] and the store owner [insolent] has used threats, insults and verbal intimidation on a routine basis at work. His behavior has extended to many people although i speak only on behalf of myself.

                              So i want to ask you few questions here:

                              1-if a jio customer want your service than he should be at good position like obama as he said insn't it?

                              2-i guess jio is mostly used by middle or lower class segment but if jio customer has to face people like mukesh than so sorry i will go for another service provider.

                              I believe that the entire nit faridabad circle has been affected by this atmosphere of negative and threatening behavior. I trust in your discretion and promptness in addressing and mediating this matter as soon as possible.

                              I want strict action against mukesh [insolent] and his co-worker.

                                Sir, in our area network is very low, in day network connection or internet connection is good but in night internet working very slow, so it is very difficult to check or search or play at night because of poor internet, please provide us a very good team of your member and check our service and towers, at first time your service is good now a days it's going worst.

                                  This is vinayak patil r/o walsang taluqa bhalki dist bidar i ma writting this letter to inform you that in our village we don't have jio tower because of this we are facing network connectivity issue and in some time emergency we are not able to cotact our peoples in village.                                     We have been facing network problem of jio since one month. The name of this area is - town-sarthebari, ward no-2, pin -781307.in our town we are unable to use 4g data due to lack of good network. We have been complaining this problem to jio customer services since 1 month but they are not willing to solve our problems. What is the reason that jio is cheating us? Please investigate this matter as soon as possible.

                                    Even after being renewed it still shows that your data is exhausted every day...

                                      I am being harassed again and again from following numbers [protected] (Calling continuously day and night since 19th feb 2020 also dropping messages), [protected] (Many calls intermittently but last call was on 16 feb 2020). I guess he is the same guy and using different numbers to call and harass. I want you to insect this and block his sim and number or at least block him from calling my number.
