[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio money - money deducted from bank account but not received in jio money wallet

I installed jiomoney app on my mobile and tried to add an amount of rs. 720 to jiomoney wallet through net banking. The online transaction was successful and the amount of rs. 720 was deducted from my bank account but the jiomoney wallet displayed the message of failed transaction. I did not receive this amount in my wallet.
Even after sending mails for this issue there is no reply from their side. There was only an auto-generated mail from their side as a reply. After 3 days, neither i have received refund of amount nor any satisfactory response yet.
It seems that this jiomoney app has been developed to cheat the users. I would have been lucky if i had read any of such review before installing the app.

I have received the refund back in my bank account. I have neither received any e-mail or phone call but when I checked my bank account summary I found that the refund was done.
Thanks to Consumer Complaints as I had registered complaint only on this website and after this I received the refund. Thanks to all.
