I have recharge with 499.the plan is 2 gb per day..but I receive daily only 1 gb.what's the problem iam not getting 2gb daily.

I too paid 400 as security deposit and didn't get the confirmation SMS for summer surprise offer, , it's in my my jio credit and still I don't know whether I availed the summer surprise offer or not, , help me pls
I've recharged my jio no. For 253 twice. But for both time it shows failure status. After few minutes I got notification from my bank account that my Money was deducted. It's been more than two days they are not refunded my amount.

I have made a recharge of rs 303 on 31 march through jio money. the money got deducted but recharge not done. there customer care numer is not working and i have emailed them number of times, bit no response yet. Not sure what to do next.Can you please refund my money at the earliest or respond to my email.

Hi I am Manish I have an jio no and when I am calling someone the call doesn't go .It show call ended within a sec after calling . it is like this before 2 to 3 days . look to it and answer me fast and solve my problem Thank you
