I applied for the JIO connection 20 days back and I got the sim after 7 days. But the sim is not activated till this writing.I send mails and contacted the reliance but they did not do any thing to activate the sim. They only said that there are huge rush and it will take time. Being a company like Reliance they should have known that there will be huge demand of the sim and accordingly they should have prepared themselves to provide service. Moreover, who are taking sim from their outlets they are activating the sim then and then. They why discrepancies in case of the customers who have applied through the mobile shops.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

      I have purchased jiofi model no - jmr 520 on 15th sept from reliance digital phoenix mall lucknow. Sim got activated on 18th sept and jio4gvoice application is working properly but suddenly on 20th sept when i checked my cellphone it start showing offline. Afterwards i have tried everything reinstalling the app, configuring the device on others smartphone but it now always shows...

      Reliance jio — not giving simcard in digital express mini

      Sir, i'm from meerut. I'm unable to get jio sim in digital store from prvs 1 month.
      They are saying that sim are not available but same tym in shops, they are selling the simcard in rs[protected]. When tha sim come in digital express they are only some sim given to customer after they send many sim author mobile store in black. When i gose these i found they are calling 10-25 new customer per day... They are not giving the simcard serialy, if this happen i can't get my simcard... Plz sir, look after the case & take proper action.. Give the customer proper information what is going on in digital store. Thanking you.

I have visited many shops and jio centre in delhi but no one given me the sim. Plz suggest what should i do for this bar as as i am not getting the sim any where as per your promised. Is there any chance to get any sim. Or should I forget it. I am sure being a well established company you will help me to get a new sim.

At the time purchased they promised to give one free jio sim . The shopkeeper also issued bar code videno :[protected] with valid upto 14th september.               I purchased a samsung j2 (6) on 18th august and they offered me a reliance jio sim free with this set from purulia rashmela store. I submitted all the documents there on 19th august but uptill now it has not been activated. But my repeated visit to the store after about month they asked me that your application is rejected due to photograph size. But my barcode showned redeemed. They told me that they apply for whitelist but sorry to say still it has not been whitelisted. Whenever i go there they ask it will take time another 7days. Plz do something. My contact no.                 I purchase lyf flame8 mobil on dated 06/09/2016 from cell spot, raigarh bill no. 2350 bearing imei1: [protected] and imei2 : [protected] and provided free jio sim iccid[protected], imsi : [protected].
                I submitted documents for activation of the sim. Massage received from jio and given no. [protected] on my alternate no. [protected].
                As no jio signal appeared at lyf mobile after placing sim in slot 1.
                I approched to the jio care at raigarh but till dated not resolved.
                Also not given answer what to do?

                    Whenever we go for sim store officer said that server is down. Sometimes we waiting for 4 hours. This proccess is vicious from last one month.store officer give sim to his relatives infront o[censored]s and told us that they have no sim in stock.

                      Reliance jio people, first of all, they provided wrong information and later when questioned, they started abusing the customer, later misbehaving and then threatning to beat up the customer as he was a local there.. The customer just left away with a deep heart sorrow for believing for one time that reliance actually want to do something good., i just want to complain about them being so insensible and iliterate act. They don't deserve to be employed. If you are such a big goon then please try threatning the police.

                        Jio's 4G's signal strength and speed are great in Chandigarh, but in New Chandigarh 10km outside the city, they are poor. I often get just 2 Mbps. This is very bad.

                                  I had got the coupon by downloading your Jio App. Yesterday, I gave your people my coupon number, Adhar id, my thumb impression, etc., and they entered everything their mobile but after completing everything, they told me that your sim is already in use, please create another coupon. Today, I went to another digital store to check on it, but they told that your coupon is already redeemed and someone might have used it.

                                  I have a doubt that the person filling all the data has knowingly did not give me the sim while he had filled all the documents.

                                    Sir, what going on now a days in bangalore previously non karnataka adhaar card people getting jio sim and sim getting activated in 2or 3 days but now why digital store people are not giving sim to non karnataka adhaar card holder why if your company motive is to connect every people with adhaar then why these people are treating non karnataka adhaar people as not eligible party why if we have adhaar card it means we have a indian citizen ships and proofs are verified request you to do some needful we are also human and also paying tax to karnataka government we also have right to get jio sim and also want to tell that some of the store keeper were selling jio sim in 200 to 500 rs and this is not good.

                                    I went to Reliance Digital store in Marathahalli Bangalore with Aadhar with Andhra Address, They didn't issue jio sim card to me, as my card doesn't belong to Karnataka, But I have coupan which is generated on my new mobile.
