DEAR SIR/MADAM, I am displeased with the things taking shape I had taken one of your product named "cash flow plan" in the year 2007 I paid the premium of 60000, 30000 in each year for two years then after that didn't paid any amount as of my financial health I didn't even consult the company for the claim but a week ago I got a call from the agent that the policy could be renewed I asked to come and meet personally and agent said that he will renew the policy I paid him 30000 chequ. Then today I received the policy documents which doesn't at all mention about the renew or the 60000 amount. how should I react now. waiting for the reply. mohammed ismail. policies no.s pfb Policy purchased in 2007 client no. 10140155 contract no. 10501418 policy in 2013 client no.86714743 policy no.51218945 contract no.51218925

    Respected Sir / Ma’am,

    I have registered a complaint in regard to my subscription to Reliance Life Insurance Policy “Guaranteed money back plan”.

    However, I am not convinced with the feedback provided to me. I have been misguided in regard to the authenticity of the policy by the sales person which lead to delay in filing my complaint. Also, they have closed my case without considering my views SRN No. i.e. [protected]/1 dated 6th Sep’13, [protected]/1 dated 21st Sep’13 & [protected]/2 dated 24th Sep'13

    I agree that complaint has been initiated by me after the free look period of 15 days from receipt of policy documents because sales guy (Mr. Karan Chaudhary, Ashish Aggarwal & Jagadeesh Wadhva) misguided me on the policy condition as mentioned in my earlier mail. However, I am again mentioning these points in this mail to make my case crystal clear.

    Before PLVC (Pre Login verification call) Mr karan Chaudhary has misguided me and said me that a call from Reliance verification department will come to you for the verification purpose and don’t tell him the below mentioned benefits. If you tell below mention benefits then you will not receive these benefits. All benefits would be given to you under my (Karan Chaudhary) code.

    Could you please investigate all the calls that were made to me in this regard as I have witnessed a similar case by Mr. Sunil (His contact Number is [protected] and his Policy Number is Policy No. – 50462842 &[protected] who has also cheated by Mr. Karan Chaudhary & Ashish Aggarwal with same plan which offered to me.

    Further, he also Said to me that Policy documents with a photocopy of the application form was dispatched to me on 02/08/2013 through (Speed post airway bill (AWB) number EQ[protected]IN) is only for the cross checking of information like insured Name, Address, Nominee Name & D.O.B etc…. and final bond paper on pink paper will reach to you after 10 days with mentioning all benefits as mentioned below.

    1.Maturity amount of Rs.235538/- can be withdrawn in the 6th year.
    2. Gift voucher (Petrol Card) worth Rs.54000/-would be given within 10-45 days of policy issuance.
    3. 80% of the commission related to the first Premium would be reversed.
    4. Medical Cashless card related to four family members for medical cover of Rs. 230000/-.
    5. On payment of additional premium of Rs.523/- my father who is heart patient would also be covered after 3 months of issuance of policy.
    6. Audio tape of the conversation took place regarding the offers/benefits related to the policy
    7. Bond papers (On pink Paper) assuring the offers/commitment/benefits/other terms and conditions of the policy within 10-15 days of issuance of policy Documents.
    8. Policy can be cancelled within 6 months if not satisfied the term & Conditions mention in Policy bond.

    On hearing these benefits from Mr. Karan Chaudhary, I agreed to take the policy and handed over a Cheque of Rs. 30, 523/- Dated[protected] to reliance’s collection executive and signed the application form no. D6301523. Which I submitted along with my address proof (Mobile Bill, Central Bank Passbook & Driving License), ID proof (Pan Card), 2 Photograph, One Cancelled Cheque and one 1st Premium Cheque of Rs. 30523/-. Then after, I received one policy document Dt.[protected] and when I opened it, I was completely shocked, as the benefits mentioned in the policy document were completely different as mentioned by Mr. Karan Chaudhary/Ashish Aggarwal when he offered me the plan.

    After this, when I contacted Mr. Karan Chowdary/Ashish Aggarwal, he told me that the policy document which I have received is a common welcome kit and within 20 to 25 days I will receive a bond mentioning all the benefits which he narrated to me while offering me the plan.
    After all this, I waited for 25 days in order to receive the bond but I did not receive any bond then in order to cross check the words of Mr. Karan Chowdary/Ashish Aggarwal, I called Reliance Customer care and they told me that Reliance Life Insurance co. Ltd. does not provide all these benefits, Reliance Life Insurance Guaranteed Money Back Plan worth Rs. 30523/- .

    It is Humble request to you please cancel my policy and return my 1st premium amount of Rs. 30523/- (Rs.30000/- for policy premium + Rs. 523/- for father medical cover who is heart patient)

      3 Months back I received calls from delhi on behalf of Reliance Insurance. They offered me Loan if I take a Insurance policy. Since it was an unusual offer I asked multiple queries but cleverly assured by showing reliance catalogue & manipulating loan terms. As they are trained well to make the people fool. I trusted upon them as whom I was talking is a mature person. I paid 2 cheques of Rs 25K (Total 50K) for my policies, Even after given the date of producing my cheques they presented b4 my date & my 1 cheque of 25K was cleared & the other 1 was bounced. I So many times asked to write a apology letter to my bank to keep my credibility but they didn’t respond. Anyhow later when I started asking for my loan amount they started telling my loan procedure that was of 2.50 Lac against the policy done. Earlier I was told to get bond papers after 15-20 days, which later they denied that below 5 Lac company don't issued Bond papers & if I login another 25K in form of DD so that would be possible. Initially I refused & asked to clear my first loan of 2.5 Lac. The date & loan account no was given to me. It was between 25 Aug to 31 Aug 2013 & The loan Account no is given RL2517002. All Conversation has done with their senior person. Near 10th Aug before of the loan disbursement date he said if I pay DD against the bounced cheque he will 100% released loan of Rs 5 lacs on the same date. After multiple assurance I again convinced by him & paid the DD of 20K on 14the Aug 2013. On 25th Aug2013 I received a call regarding TDS. Ms Aarti shah on behalf of Reliance called me & said that my loan is sanctioned & I have to pay TDS to avail the loan. Later when I gave reference of Mr. Amit Singh who was communicating from the beginning, she again called & said “No sir, your case is clear; you will get the loan by 31st”. After 26th Aug 2013, I started asking the status of my loan & every time assured to get before 31st. Till 4th Sep 2013 that person was talking to me nicely & assuring that transfer has been done & you will get today, again , again, again & again same story. But now from 5th Sep he is not talking to me, other staff picked the phone & say He is not well & on leave. Everyone has changed their names, nobody is responding regarding my query of status, each time a new name picked the phone & assured to solve the problem or release the loan. I was totally fed up by the act they are doing now. On 6th Sep I literally shouted to know the status & a lady assured that If I wait for 5-7 days she will clear all the status, pending, & release my cheque. On 12th Sep a lady “Priyanka Sharma” called me on behalf of “Reliance Capital” that my loan is ready, Cheques of 5 Lac is with her & I have to deposit TDS for that. As she said if I pay it on the name of Reliance Life then I have to pay @ 8.8% & if I transfer the amount online to their Senior’s account then I have to pay only @3.8% as they collectively deposit for many customers hence get benefit thru RBI. I was happy to know that after a long all is well & they are genuine. I requested Priyanka to mail me any of my loan related documents thru authorized Email ID of Reliance & If I found the documents OK I will pay the TDS. On 16th of August she sent a mail thru “Reliance Capital” with an attachment of a HDFC Cheque of Rs 5Lac favoring me “Brijendra Singh” issued by Reliance Capital. Since I have account with HDFC I asked my BM to confirm the account no given in the cheque. I was stunned to know that the account no given is INVALID. Then I thoroughly checked the scan copy & again it time to shock that the cheque was nicely edited Name, Amount & Payer & prepared for me of Reliance Capital. They also have used a fake mail id of Reliance Capital. Immediately I mailed all about the fraud to Reliance Life & Reliance Capital to take legal action against them but even informing the exact incident of fraud on the name of Reliance Life, I have not received any reply from their side. Repeatedly I informed them on their every given mail ids but I till date have not received any response from their side. Either they are ignoring to reply me or this all is going according to the company. As my policies are made by false commitment & I have all the conversations recorded & very clear how their representatives are trained to make the innocent peoples fool. So I request you to take legal action upon them & STOP these kind of frauds. I also would like to request you to issue to notice to the company to pay not only my invested amount but Interest on it & compensation for making my emotions hurt, making me tensed by sending forgery cheque. Also publish this to the media to faceoff these types of the fraud practices.       Today I got a call from one of the numbers you have mentioned in this incident. I was about to put a complaint to SBI (some Bombay branch), that's what the guy on phone told me. But got to know the number might be fake after reading your incident. The guy calling was talking in Bhojpuri accent and was rude enough to get my temper on peek as he talked to my mum rudely as well and was asking for my mobile number (he called on my land-line phone). The number he called from is [protected]. Not sure where to complain about such incidents where poor people are still getting duped by such a bunch of goons.

        I had applied for Reliance Life Insurance policies i.e. RLIC-HIG. NAV ADV. Single Plan (one time deposit policy), but Mr. SHRISH TRIPATHI (SM Code 03885) who was the branch manager in Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited (RLIC), Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh cheated me and made the plan to RLIClassic Regular Plan. The policy details are: =====NAME===== =POLICY NUMBER= =POLICY AMOUNT= ===DATE=== LYSAMMA BABU 18189343 1,00,000/- (INR) 16/11/2010 SEBIN BABU 18189935 75,000/- (INR) 16/11/2010 PRIYALA BABU 18202975 40,000/- (INR) 17/12/2010 Many times I requested Mr. SHRISH TRIPATHI (Reliance Life Insurance Branch Manager of Sidhi, Madhyapradesh) to change the policy type i.e. from regular basis policy to RLIC-HIG. NAV ADV. Single Plan policy. He had promised me that he would change the RLIC-regular basis policy to RLIC-HIG. NAV ADV. Single Plan (one time deposit policy). But he has not done this, till date. Mr. SHRISH TRIPATHI made this policy to regular basis for his own benefit and commission etc... Mr. SHRISH TRIPATHI had offered to apply a policy with 10% (Bonus) of the payment I'll deposit. For example, if I'll pay Rs. 1,00,000/-, I'll get a policy of Rs. 1,10,000/-. This means I took a policy of Rs. 3,15,000/-, I must have got a policy totaling Rs. 31,500/- (Bonus) more. Also he made me believe that, I'll receive 25% profit per annum so took a loan from State Bank of India at the interest of 18% per annum to make the deposit. He knew this, but he cheated me. Also there was no response from Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited (RLIC). Besides the above, I have also taken together two more policies in the name of my family members: Babu Sebastian and Lysamma Babu respectively. Details are given below. 1. Policy No. 18733179 @ 50,000/- 2. Policy No. 18733138 @ 50,000/- The above mentioned two policies are RLIC-HIG. NAV ADV. Single Plan policies, still the left three policies are RLIC-regular basis policy. This makes an amount totaling Rupees 3,15,000/- of all the five policies. As an ordinary middle class person how can I pay such a huge amount annually? With my limited annual income I am unable to pay the Reliance Life Insurance premium every year. Many times I have talked to their representatives in Chennai office and Mumbai office but they have not given any response or action. I tried to contact Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited (RLIC), through email twice but there was no response from their side. So, I request you to kindly change the above Reliance Life Insurance policies RLIC-regular basis to RLIC-HIG. NAV ADV. Single Plan policy. If Reliance Life Insurance Company Limited (RLIC), is not able to change the policy RLIC-regular basis to RLIC-HIG. NAV ADV. Single Plan, then kindly return back the amount of Rs. 2,15,000/- with interest.

          Dear Sir/ Madam The policy taken by me is advised by some Delhi company Citi bank Delhi, they told me that after taking this policy they will open my current OD account in citi bank local Bhopal branch. They are regularly calling me and also given me citi bank file number which I have mentioned on policy documents, also but that time , Mr, Kaushal (exsicutive of Reliance life insurance) who collect cheque of amount 50000/- only from my office not cleared me about this. Even he called that person from his own cell phone who is advised me to take this policy before opening my account and from his cell phone i have talked to that citibank person. His name is Akaash from citi bank. then after a month left all that numbers from which they are calling me are not in service or switch off. All these group of persons are cheated on me. In which company persons also involved Then i Filed my complaint to Reliance life and IRDA. But IRDA persons told me that Reliance life company is not replaing them i should go for Bima lokpal who help me to get out of this problem. i have all evedance like telephone call recording, Reliance life complaint number, IRDA refrence number.             Policy No. 18098912 in Name of Rajendra Nath Jha. Reliance life insurance employees give wrong information about the policy that you can surrender after 3 years and whole amount will be returned.But after joining the policy it has 20 year term with yearly 25000 premium. And now no way to return the policy even if i agree to deduct to some amount. What to do now i want to discontinue the policy.

              As per return filed on 4 August 2008 while deducting the amount from 07 July 2007. Now November 16, 2009 , I have not received my amount when I enquired the Income tax department At Tambram the Mr sukumar of business ward I(4) told that I will get my Amount very soon but after long time passed I have not received my amount , Only one time I received the call once from tambaram office I could not understand that time what officer was asking then I tried to contact so many times but I could not get .From Department I got telephone no 28338961 this no is not working. Please tell me Where I should go for complaint if there is ? All the detail I am sending by post. The next year return is also filed. Tax deduction A/C no DEL D05213f , pan no of the deductor AABCD6410 D.

                  I am the victim who has been cheated by the Agents/consultants who are claiming tobe the Managers of Reliaance Life
                  sold a Policy no. 51938784 dt. 6. 12 2014 promising Bonus Medical Facilites and one time Payment and If not satisfied I can cancel
                  the Policy within 60 days. But the Policy documents delivered in my absence for weeks. On me return I checked the documents
                  and found no bonus components, the policy was payable for 10 years cancellation period is 15 days. I contacted the person who
                  sold the property one phone one Mr. RK Sharma is not availalable on phone. When I submitted the Policy for cancellation the Co.
                  insists the 15 days period for cancellation cannot be relaxed and money is not refundable. When 15 days is an ESSENNCE OF
                  THE contract, the Co. should see to that such documents should be delivered to the Policy holder personally. This is the time
                  prescirbed by the IRDA RULE or else even this would not be been considered. The Co. is aware such fraaud/cheatingis taking
                  place in this industry and even then they defend the cheaters and thus they are also party in abetting this crime.

                          Hi,

                          This is to highlight the false commitment done by your insurance representative to me. Your insurance representative sold a policy to me by saying that this is one of the best policy in the market. He said that you just have to deposit your money for five year and you can save 100% tax on you premium. On 4th January I asked him that I have to submit my saving proof to my company so he gave me the policy number. I entered it in the website of my company then I come to know about the fact that I can only save 10% of the sum assured. I feel being cheated and called him at that moment and told him to cancel that policy. He apologies and said that I deal with the securities this is the add-on work I do so I was actually not aware of it. I said ok no issue you just put a request to cancel the policy. He said ok I will get it cancel but we have to wait for policy document.
                          On 9th I got the policy document which I did not even open up and gave it to him along with a cancelled check and application to cancel the policy. After this he said that It will take some time to process the request. Along with this he said not to complaint about this incidence as he will loose his job. I said ok no issue you just get this policy cancelled.
                          After this I called him after 10 to 15 days back for the status. Then he said the request is in progress you do not worry. I did the follow up after 2 weeks then he said there was some mistake in the documentation which I have corrected and resubmitted your request I will take another 15 working days. I gave him another entire month. After a month when I checked my bank statement I did not have any thing credited back in my account. Then I called the head of his department. I had word with him and I explained same to him. Then he called him and asked about the status. After his meeting with his head, he called me saying that he was failed to submit that cancellation request in freelook period so it is not getting entertained. He said the to me in the month of April. He and his HOD talked to me and persuade me to take the policy. He also informed me about term plan and said that by this you can increase your sum assured and get the tax benefit at low price. However I already have a term plane with other insurance company. Agent keep persuading me that this is a good policy and has good return why you are complaining to my HOD. I want to avoid any dispute so I give a that to continue the policy. I Agent returned my policy document in late April. And when I went thru the document I realized the policy term is 15 year instead of 10 Year, and I will get money in installment of 18 thousand.
                          Then I realized that I actually got cheated by the agent who gave me false information and mislead me about the cancellation of the policy. I am a working women with 1 and 1/2 year daughter so I actually do not had much time to strictly follow up with the agent and run behind you people. I also did not even believe one can cheat their client to this extent.
                          Please help me as I can not run to behind lot of people. Also not too rich to spent 25 thousand like this. My policy number is 50637794.

                            Few months back I got call from saying calling from irda about my two policies that I’ve with HDFC bank. He provided with me exact details of the policy that is currently I’m holding with HDFC. He said to me that the policy that I’m currently holding is in loss as it is linked to share market. He asked about doing the fund management for the same. He then transferred my account for fund management to Reliance Life Insurance. The person I was dealing with Fund management name was Mr Rahul contact number:Few days back I again get a call from IRDA [protected] . He said to me For doing fund management, I need to buy a policy for Reliance Life insurance 40,000. I received the receipt of my policy on 6th June 2013.
                            The policy details are as below:

                            After then I called Mr Rohan several time about fund management and the policy document. He said that it will be done shortly.
                            Few days back I again get a call from IRDA from Raj Singh Arya [protected], [protected] saying that saying you had bonus of rs. ,2,35000 from irda and this was a government bonus. To receive this amount I again need to make a policy of 80,000 from Reliance Life Insurance. The agent from Reliance Insurance told me the document need send at the same date as that day was last date claiming bonus. The agent collected the document from me and cheque. The next day I searched the net about Fake fraud bonus calls from IRDA. I immediately got suspicion and cancelled the cheque I had given. I called the Reliance guy and I do not want to buy another policy and cancel the document send by me. He said that it was not possible and my Reliance policy and fund management would be cancelled. He then tried to many stories that the one of his friend will take policy from my behalf and then the bonus will get transferred to his account. I said you do whatever you want I need my fund management. I realize now this all is fraud and I m being trapped by some people/.

And their other no (Not a toll Free[protected] is working because they are trieng to cheating us.I have called on this No But after saying Hello They disconnect me and charge me So that I am saiying The company is biggest fraud company in india.

                                I want to know that why your company given my no. to any other Guy without my information. If any activity happened by my connection then who is responsible for that.
                                Please understand that how you peoples are making fool to the customers. I want explaination that how this incident will happened with me.

                                I am Reliance mobile user;

                                According to my self no one should ever purchase reliance mobile as it is completely fraudulent company.

                                I am writing this complaint for welfare of people also;

                                On 16/10/11 I called to my number from vodafone number but my father gave me simply busy-tone from reliance mobile.

                                So i was charged with one rupee without my permission;

                                ! rupee was simply deducted from my reliance mobile balance & automatically reliace system send me a msg to my vodafone number as " Sorry, I can't receive your call right now. I'll call you back later"


                                But my father had not even type such msg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                                He even does not know how to type msg.

                                & how can the fraud company send msg to my vodafone number on behalf of reliance user & also; how can it commit on behalf of my self that I will call later ?

                                Afterwords I called so many times to reliance customer care but they simply denied to agree & said that you have sent msg. But it is simply fraud company.

                                At present I just talked to a fool customer care officer Sunanda Rajput & got the same reply.

                                So now I ave decided to bring in notice to all people for welfare of their own money.

                                Because reliance charges completely illegally & blames to the customers when the customers asks for refund.

                                This literature is aimed with public welfare also.
                                Nobody will reply to your complain and no action will be taken against agents as these agents are working in agreement with the company to do this. you can try n no. of times but nobody will even reply forget about the action. All the chors are working together. You can find in internet how many such cases are there against this company.

                                  a call have been received by me and the caller was telling he is manager of Reliance Life Insurance com. he assured me that he will converet my lapsed bajaj allianz policy to reliance insurance policy with a handsom return from company within six months. all the details were provived on call and a reliance insurance form was sent to me by mail. He has advised me to fill the form and return the same with a cheque of Rs. 50,000.00 only in favour of Reliance Life Insurance Company Ltd with a cancelled check.a policy was issued to me to having policy no[protected].
                                  again a call was received after some day by the same person and demand a Rs. of 90,000.00 for giving me handsom bonous in the month of august'2013. again a insurance policy was issued to me having policy no[protected].
                                  and in the same manner again Rs. 49,000.00 was taken by me with the commitment of bonous. and a policy was issued to me[protected]
                                  They every time advisor assured me over phone it is the policy only for show, the original bond containing the details of bonous will be sent to you shortly.
                                  this is completely a fraud with me. no clear information was provided to me. i am unable to continue my policy.please arrange to return my mony as it is a case of froud. and also black list your third party agency (broker).

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,


                                    With reference to above I would like bring to your notice that I have been misquoted this policy benefits by your advisor/ agent on call dated August 12, 2012 Sunday. I purchased the policy[protected] on August 17, 2012. I was assuming the benefits as it was told on phone conversation till I received the Policy Document during January 2013. I have tried to call the agent meanwhile but the phone no. was off for months and now someone else pick the phone. Below are the details:

                                    I received a promotional call from one of your advisor – Ashish Aggarwal (As mentioned by him on call) on 12 August, 2012, Sunday – Cell no. – [protected]. He told me that he is RLIC employee (Emp id – 000431 -- as said by him) and works in CP, Delhi. He introduced me the Plan for premier customer as I have to pay Rs. 50,000/- per annum premium – total of Rs. 2,50,000/- for 5 years, and after 5 years i.e. 6 year I will get Rs. 4,35,538.00 as money back amount. Also I am eligible for 15 years of life cover and health medical benefits cover of maximum Rs. 3,00,000 each. I found this Plan really good and he mentioned I will receive the document soon. So, I purchased this policy. Later when I received the Policy document it came to my notice that whatever the advisor had told not a single thing was mentioned in that. When I have tried to call the agent, the phone no. was off. So later, I clarified the benefits from customer care number then It come to my notice that this is possible Insurance fraud. I was totally shocked. Then I wrote an email to Reliance customer care on February 2, 2013 regarding - What exactly happened and who was that agent and not received a response on that email. Later, I visited your branch at Karkardoma, Delhi and one employee and that receptionist suggested that you can apply for policy cancellation under free look since you received the Policy Document very late. The complaint reference no. for the same was – [protected]/1.

                                    Please understand that Rs. 50,000 is really a big amount and I am very disappointed so far, from customer care and also from branch feedback. First of all, I would like to request you to please take strict action against the advisor immediately. Also, please cancel my policy and return me first premium as this was a possible insurance fraud.

                                    Please look into this matter at earliest as it’s not good on part of reliance. I am very frustrate and upset because of this wrong information and misleading the customer. I am also open for any negotiation in terms of reliance documentation/ admin charges if applicable any.                                       I Mohit Soni worked with Reliance Life Insurance Co Ltd as an Advisor , with Advisor Code 21303521 Bandra 1 Branch , Mumbai , and now since due to profession issue i have resigned my profile from your Company.

                                      Now its more than 15-20 days over i have not yet received my NOC from your company , even i have not received any dispatched details.

                                      I am regularly following up with Bandra Branch , but i m not getting any response from branch . The operation team are disconnecting my phone whenever i called office.

                                      Now its humble request from me that i need the NOC on most urgent basis. So requesting you to please issue me the softcopy of NOC letter asap.

                                      kindly i had given my pf form from last augest 2009 till date i had not received my pf detailes or no conformation regarding the same it was shown only status but there is no further update in online my pf no is MH/48439/34966.

                                      policy surrended policy no 10724384 25 days has completed did not get money

                                        I have got a RLI Policy No.16422577, date of commencement 24/2/2010. I have paid so far 3 annual instalments of Rs.10,000/- each. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I am unable to continue the said policy and therefore I intend to discontinue/surrender the said policy. I have already sent my details information & all original papers of the policy to the Chief Executive Officer, Reliance Life Customner Service, Reliance Life Insurance Co Ltd., 'H' Block, 1st Floor, Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra-400710 through SPEED POST on 01/04/2013 from Adra Sub PO (PIN 723121), Receipt No.EWO[protected]IN. But I regret to inform that nothing has been heard by me so far from RLIC although a period of 26 days has already elapsed. I do not understand what else they want from me and I feel that there is something wrong now with the officials of Reliance Life Insurance Co Ltd.
