Realiance Mart Hanumangarh billing counter is 9 but attend only 2 billing counter customer wait more to more time

Bought some items from your store near Mumbai-Pune Highway, Shivajinagar, MIDC Area, Near Nerul Bridge, which includes 2 packs of Dettol Handwash 1.5 L; product is totally sub standard as it contains water only; never seen such sub standard material from such a reputed Company; we had been buying Dettol products since years;

Payment was made from my SBI Debit card & would submit details if asked for;

Today i m visit in reliance smart store for purchase household things but in store executive not provide me information and their not assist me about rice and oil and they said we have no items and they also not give me alternate solution so i am return without buying anything ..but i want so many items but store executive not provide me any information and not assist me very bad experience and worst experience and i am your valuable customer my contact number

I am a frequent visitor at your reliance store at shyam cinema, churu, rajasthan.
I always face poor counter service as they are too slow all the time and totally unprofessional.
I felt irritated with such service.
I have started visiting the store very less because of such poor service. Almost everyone seem irritated because of such service.
Please resolve the issue otherwise u will lose lot of customers.

Sir I am Umesh Kumar,
I placed 4 order date 08/02/2022 Jio Mart Rs.6469 (120+2900+2900+549) but for any reason cancel 3 order Rs.[protected]+2900+549) only Shiped Rs.120 .
I should get 3 Refund of Rs.[protected]+2900+549) total Rs.6349 but sir I got 2 refund Rs.2900 and Rs. 549 received two refunds but I did not get one refund of Rs.2900, in this regard I lodged a complaint in Jio Mart but sir I have attached screenshot of refund not received, order and refund to the applicant. After checking in this regard, please refund the Rs.2900 refund of the applicant.

Please note I had paid through QR code for my order on dt 29 th Dec, 2021 amount of rs. 798/- for dawat deevaya rice 2 bags. Delevery man took back my order ev I had paid. In status they are showing return which is wrong. How I can return after paying . I had complaint so many times no response from them. I had mailed them with screen shot of payment. It is more than 2 months I am still blank. Here is screen shot for ur reference. Request you kindly do the needful. Thanks/ Vinod bhan.

Description: JIOMART like other online platforms has come out with HOLI Celebration offer, i choose JIO MART as JIO was offering 10% cashback on ICICI Debit Card. I have ordered grocery items totally ~Rs. 2500. Next day when all platforms withdraw its discount, JIO has cancelled my order stating technical issue, which i believe is a shear lie and a deplorable practice. I understand this is just to attract customers showing hovering benefits and then conveniently cancel the order. Its not JIO's loss but of client and other credible platforms from which client would have ordered.
Desirable Solution: Deliver the products on the terms decided or compensation of time, effort harassment.

Your relience smart point situated in SATYASAI NAGAR TVS NAGAR MADURAI, There is four counter for payment collection. Out of that In one counter only POS machine is working. Remaining 3 counter’s pos is not working properly at all since three to four months.

Every time I m facing server error but amount is debited from account. Then it will reverse back later on. Its mean I want to pay every time double amt. then want to claim back from bank. Its very worst one which result you may reduce your daily customers.

In your company if we buy large quantity of grocery customers have to pack, sale's employee order in a way that we are taking free of cost, even your security personnel behave very arrogantly, I've decided no to buy any thing from reliance mart

At Ausa road, Latur Reliance Smart, very late Billing process. Please do needful do billing fast..

I am from khammam and visited the Ghandi chowk branch, I see the boards cost and system cost add totally different, if talked with branch manager and he says boards need to change, this happened to me lot of times, every time they say the same reason, not sure whether reliance cheating the people or employees not working properly

I purchased an item from Reliance mart store, Alwal. I found item price charge to me was more then MRP in the bill.

I bought some products from avalookunnu reliance smart. Bill amount is Rs-2363. And I didn't got any cash back and didn't get any products like 9 rupee offer product. What to do now. I am a regular customer in reliance. Should I change the shop ?

I have been purchasing groceries for the last 6 months in Reliance Smart which is located in “Iyer Bungalow Madurai -625017, Tamil Nadu”. Today[protected] I went to shop at night as usual. I added items in the cart and while billing asked to redeem my cashback which has accumulated in my account. But the cashier said the server is down and we can't redeem cashback, this is happening 2nd time for me.

Approximately I am purchasing groceries approximately 10000rs per month. You can check in my account, earlier I did not redeem my cash back due to lack of knowledge because most of the cashbacks expired.

I am totally unhappy about this bad experience today in this shop. If we are not able to redeem cashback during purchase, please inform customers prior to shopping.

Sorry! Now I am thinking of continuing shopping further in Reliance smart grocery shop, it is really bad customer experience.

Respected sir, Today I went to purchase groceries in ANANTHAPUR Reliance mart APSRTC Bustand, Srinivasan agar.. At the entrance of shop there is huge crowd not maintaing Social distance and The mart Manger wearing Blue jacket ...Manager ..person Misbehaving with me and pushing to Move fast, I asked him Don't push there is a heavy crowd beacause there is a not maintaing properly, billing and the mart also, when I asked don't push like it is not correct way speaking with customers. Please check CCTV footage time 06/03/2022 6:30Pm to 7:30 Pm around..again he is Iam the Manger of Reliance mart Anthapur, srinivanagar I will do what ever you want. It want give complaints give nothing will happens like this he is behaving like Rowdy behavior..

So iam Requesting to take action After veryfying the Videos on Cctv footage Date 06/03/2022 at 630 pm to around 7:30 this happens at location: At the just 10 Feet of the Entrance.. you can verify the ccctv footage then take Action Manager.
And Hence this should nor repeat for other customer...
Finally I did not take groceries due to this problem...And also not maintaing cash counters properly because his mind is on Fighting with customers ..please check CCTV footage at cash counters very high crowd like fish Market..This corona time should maintain social distance and also should behave customers with Good behaviour..He is unfit for Manger...

Above all this complaint take action on Manager..

We were on queue for more than 20 minutes, after entered into the store found maximum grocery item like edible oil, toor daal, moong daal etc. Were out of stock. However we did shopping for few other item and came for billing. Surprisingly at counter it has told to me only cash, no card payment. When I spoke to store manager he was so rude to answer my concern. May be the store manager have enough free time, but I don't have. I have wasted more than 90 minutes at the store and returned with empty hand. This is ridiculous. If store does not have sufficient stock for customers should close it or inform in advance. So people should not waste time. I have no where seen such mis management.
