      Today I visited reliance mart cuddalore purchased products worth Rs 8000.when I approached the department manager to enquire about certain things about home delivery... But he behaved very rudely

        Very irritated service of Reliance Smart Fatima Nagar.
        If any visitor come for work in this store then SLC submit is mobile. If SLC submit mobile then how visitor capture his work and give proof to his company. This only one store how to this gatiya service.

        I request you to allow mobile to visit for capture his work in his mobile to give proof to company.

            I had returned the order but its not picked up yet, it's been 20 days.. I am not getting any correct response from your side, please pick up and give me my money back.I am your old customer but you are giving such bad service.Please try to understand me either you refund me and get pick up whenever you want.

                I've paid for a cooler from reliance smart store in baramati. I was told it will be delivered very next day to my doorstep which is just 10 min away from store and apparently they give it to me right away so I've no option but wait.
                My complaint is waiting is all I did, day after day I visit their store and they keep saying it will be delivered today, it is out for delivery just for you.
                All Lies!!
                If they can't deliver just let the customer know and refund the money so one can buy it from somewhere else, why are stalling the customer!?

                  I have paid payment of 479.90/- Dated On 04/04/2022 Time:- 08.31 PM in Dhule Reliance mart Lane No.6 Dhule.
                  My money was debited in Freo Pay PAyment Application account but not shown in your account. our exicutive says payment not received and it will be creidt your account so plz payment on Cash. i also submitted Payment in Cash 480/- RS. i awas visite 2 times but Manager not available on site.

                  Why I should pay extra money for my goods.

                          We were buying an 1+1 offer product, after reaching the exit the security officer told that there was only one product in the list and it was of half price, i told them that's okay, but they forced me buy the other one and kept the bill of that saying they need to keep it for the records . Was it okay to force someone to buy?
                          They need to be customer friendly and make us understand the issue .

                            Bought 3.2kg of sugar and they billed for 6.4 kg, it came to know me when I reached my house and I came again to store it took 7.5 km to reach store from my house, after reaching store I told about the issue and they told me to wait and they will check cctv camera and am waiting for half an hour, it's the issue of biller on behalf of reliance smart, still now am waiting in store

                              I am at Bandlaguda Hyderabad branch, the customer is service here is full of sh**. They the staff made a mistake during billing and charged me extra, when reached out for correction of the same took a hell of a time and made me repeat the same process of taking out the item and showing 4 times, had to stand for half and hour.

                                When I visited the shop last time, I found worms moving inside the rice tin. When i said this to the shop guy over there, he just took the tin into store room and said thanks for informing. And again i visited yestrday to buy groceries.i bought moong dal and found that even it has worms inside it.

                                It depicts how cheap the quality of product is. This must be definitwly taken care of or dealt with.

                                  To the bill no116, store 2051, pos R111, dated 28.02.2022 for Rs 200.04 (Rs 221.04 less cash back redemption of Rs 21) for the items coconut, Jersey curd and Aavin milk purchased at Reliance Retail Ltd, 329-Avvai Shanmuga salai, Royapettah, Chennai-14, I have not yet received the 10 percent CASH BACK amount. I have brought this to the notice of your staff earlier.

                                    I recently visited to your store in thakurdwara distt kangra himachal pradesh on 27 march 2022 there are 6 soft drink of 2 litre i want to purchase all but he decline that i cannt take all togather i ask reason from him but he said its my wish. i said but i want to purchase all but he rudely behaved with me .this is the way your manager talk with consumer firstly please recuirt educated people in store who know how to talk with consumer this was really disgusting
