I purchased grocery items And there was a damaged product. When I asked him to change those products he was Not agreed to change the product. In a high voice he replied that i[censored] want to purchase you take whatever u get. Other wise don't purchase here...
When I complaint to manager regarding this he was very careless he was Not even ready to listen to me...
I don't understand One thing is this the way the Reliance smart store...

I made a purchase of Rs.424.31 on 01.11.21 at Reliance Mart at City Centre, Gwalior which was immediately debited in my Mobikwik wallet but told me that it is not received by them and the attending person asked me to make another payment. I bought some items from alappuzha on 30/10/2021. And amount seen in my cash back is 478 but due to some technical issue cash back is not working and I had to pay the full amount. Shop manager offered me to credit the same cash back with in two days. But they didn't do that. This is unfair and is not suitable to a good company like reliance. Pls interfere in this matter and solve the same....

There was a dates packet which was mentioned as buy 1 and get 1 and the same was even confirmed by one of the employee. However in billing I was told offer is not getting captured in system while billing. Due to this reason I had to remove this product from the billing and the person at the billing counter mentioned the same issue is happening since morning. Wondering why was the offer not removed nor the billing issue is fixed when the issue...

This guy was not available at the reliance store.
They said if I will buy items of above rs 3000/- then they will deliver at my home.
I have been asked to be directly go home and expect the delivery soon.
Now when I called back this guy... he being a manger...

I visited reliance market today.The billing people are worst and lathargic. I stood for 45 min in que and atlast they neglected to put bill for the groceries and shifted me to another billing counter wherein that boy was not ready put bill. I am handicapped also. Hi, The rice taken on 25/09/21 from Bhadrak store-756100 for mobile number [protected] is very very low quality and not eatable. I visited the store and requested them to exchange it with quality products, but they refused to do so and rather than exchanging they told me that I could have taken only 1 KG and tried it before taking 25 KG. I spent 300 Ra petrol and came via car just to exchange the product and it's really pathetic. Please help...

I have purchased 200 gm saras paneer from reliance mart, lack city mall, udaipur Rajasthan on 23rd Oct 2021 and the date on the panner packages is 5 Oct 2021. Best before 15 days is mentioned on package.

Store people behavior is not good. I purchased items but i cancelled one item and taken another item intead of that. They refused to give rest of the money. Again I willing to take another item as well but because of their behaviour I didn't take my whole items and change as well

Purchased at Kalikuppam shop for home delivery on 23rd Oct for about 7000 inr. Delivery hasn't reached yet.. they called at 23.00 hours on 23rd and we rejected to accept citing our last time delivery experience post 21.30 when women were alone at home.
