Cash back has not been credited to me for my purchase of 19th December 2021. Cash back received from earlier transactions has been debited from this mobile number. Kindly arrange credit.

Today I.e. 11/01/2022, visited the reliance mall, Bauxite Road, Belgaum, Karnataka after doing purchases I had been to do billing, but at the billing desk 2 person were send me to go here & there as of they both were so much busy but actually they were not I don't understand is this the way to do to customer

Sir I Have made a purchase of RS: 1512 on 6th Jan 2022 from Reliance Fresh vinayaknagar, Nizamabad, unfortunately I lost the Bill, Can I get a Bill Copy for the same.Please consider my request and help me get the bill copy.

The product are present in the mall but at time of billing it was not found..there are total 20 clothes we have purchase at the time we trial each of them but no one told that it was not for sale there was also a separate section of clothes...it cost us our valuable time also the manager Sanjay patel also behave too rudly not only us but there are many customers... also bottle was also not given

I have paid 1663/- to reliance smart at 1st jan and payment is successful but they told that they don't get money so I pay again 1663 and told that balance will het refundable but till now I don't get my money plz hlp me

Myself Deepesh Waghela and yesterday i went to reliance smart at Pimple Gurav, Pune and saw there is a issue in the product price, i bought himalaya baby massage oil which was mentioned as offer price is 120 and actual price was 180 but they charged me 163 and told me that offer has changed and when i said offer price mentioned is 120 then why you charged me 163 so they told me that offer has changed but offer price was mentioned was 120 which was not removed from the plate, Please find the attached offer screenshot for your reference.

Dear Sir/Madam, Compaint against Reliance Retail - Reliance Smart SuperStore, Pallavaram, Door No.83, Thiruneermalai Road, Nagalkeni Chromepet, Chennai, TamilNadu - 600086. Yesterday(date: 2 Jan 2022 6:30pm) I made grocery and vegetables/fruit purchase at this retail store for value of Rs.1802. They deducted Rs. 360.58 from my mobile number a/c [protected] as cash back offer. So I paid Rs.[protected].98-360.58) in cash. But the computer system got hanged and the bill was not generated. So the employee(a girl) returned the cash and asked me to wait. They tried to troubleshoot system to get the bill. This went for nearly 1.5 hours for which they made me wait. But finally they could not get the bill from system so they(Mr.Kalyana Sundaram) cancelled my transaction. But the amount 360.58 debited from my mobile is not reversed yet. Once again they scanned all items again and billed again for Rs. 1649.8(1 item Mosquito liquid pair of 2 of Good night lavender returned as not billed). This 2nd bill billed by different person than 1st one whose name is Selvam -Mobile no [protected]. So I paid Rs.1650 and came out. They made me wait for nearly 1.5 hours for this system crash which no fault of mine. Even now amount of Rs.360.58 is not yet credited to my account. Please credit back the amount to my mobile number account [protected]. There was a manager(Mr.Kalyana Sundaram) who did not give proper response on this and said if you want you can complain, but we will sort it out only tomorrow and not today as he is very busy and gave me his mobile number and name which is Kalyana Sundaram(Reliance Retail Employee, mobile number [protected]). He asked me to follow up tommorrow and he will not act on his own. He was very rude even though I was anxious if I will get my cashback and no words to comfort me at all. I have attached my bill (which is my 2nd bill for the same items after the system crashed after 1st bill). Even though 1st bill was nullified by Kalyana Sundaram(Mobile: [protected]) he did not credit back my cash back debited for the 1st bill. Please rectify the same. Thanks. My mobile no. [protected]

Today morning (2nd Jan 2022) I have purchased grocery items of Rs 5431.85 from Smart Point store of Jajpur Road, Dala By Pass, Plot No 890, Odisha, 755019. After coming home found that one item, one Hazmola glass bottle (Cost 44 rupees only), broken from middle. On the same day at evening I again went to the store outlet to replace that bottle as I was sure of the fact that the broken bottle was taken by me from the store mistakenly. As I am a regular customer of reliance ( different outlets) so I was quite sure that this small issue would be solved easily. But unfortunately the store manager (name not known) behavior was so rude that he claimed After seeing 2to 3 Sec CC TV footage that we have taken the bottle after through checking and gave his opinion that the bottle was broken outside.
I am a regular customer of reliance and as an employee of Tata group never witnessed such worst value system from such a reputed brand. His behavior and words really disappoint me.
I am requesting you to please look into this as it's not about the replacement rather demeaning your esteem brand image only.

Iam regular customer of reliance smart .balasamudram hanamkonda. All the discount items and mopped sale items are taken bý workers .no opportunity for customers. First they choose nice products and keep aside and billing them.i have asked many times why you are keeping aside.they are telling very rashly that we are paying for it and taking.then why to keep discount sale. Today i.e on28.12.2021 they kept sale for plastic items.one of the female sales girl took nice items .iasked sir you give me that item .she said no .the sales men and sales girls wiill wait for mop down sale and they will choose nice items and they will take it home .then why you people are keeping discount sale??.you distribute to your own employees and collect money from them.

I want a new product or Repair my product

Hi Reliance Mart Team,

I'm one of the consumer who is a frequent visitor to reliance mart for groceries and vegetables. Location : Ayyappa nagar, KR puram PO, Bangalore 560036. I here by want to complaint couple of thinngs.
1. Related to the staff, they are horrible in handling customers, especiially women staff, they are having more attitude. Staff is not concerned for the customer ask, when ever we ask for some product they say we do not have and while we search, the same can be found in different location.
2. Horrible quality and house keeping maintained in the premises. Im not sure what do store manager do.
3. When ever we go to the teller, for few products the prices are not updated in the system, so as a customer i need to compromise. This is repeated many times, no clue to count on that.

This complaint is being raised by observing since last 6 months. I don't know wheteher u will resolve this or not. Im venting out my frustration by writing this mail.

I does 2 time payment for the same order then they said extra amount I paid it will refund within 24 hours or 48 hours but today it completed 10 days but no refund I got till now

I bought a jeans yesterday @599. Because of no trail room available in the reliance smart mall. I was not able to check the size fitting. Now I want to exchange my jeans. But they are saying no exchange policy. How can somebody check actual size of wrong product. I want to change my jeans because of size issues only.

Sir today I went to capital reliance smart for purchasing household thing. During purchasing thing in a hurry, I could not pay attention. I forget to check the expiry date of product.
The biller billed my all the product.
When I came to our home I am checking all the product, I found two product is expiring tomorrow.
It is harmful for me and my family

I had been to shop some items at the newely opened store in our town khopoli,
On approaching the billing desk for payment, the person at billing desk asked me to call a number so as to get discount, on calling the number I had received an SMS stating that amount of Rs 8007.00 had been debited and the sender of the SMS was Reliance one.
Actual bill of mine was around 1018 Rs and that too I paid in cash.
I have also reported same in writting at the store feedback book and if these amount debited from my account then it will be a Fraud from Reliance.

On Tuesday I had been to reliance mart with my family for monthly shopping. Before paying bill I have confirmed withe the staff that Sodexo card is accepted or not and the staff told its accepted. But while paying bill I had a harassment and insult from the other staff that my bill is rejected and he specifically told me I don’t have have sufficient balance on my Sodexo card, I felt it’s an insult for me infront of everyone. Thought I used other mode of payment with my other cards. Later after paying bill from my credit card. I meet the same staff and told Sodexo card didn’t accept but he insist me to check, later when I purchased other product as testing of my card, my transaction went successfully. It’s the hopeless customer experience I have suffered now because I am loyal customer of reliance fresh/ mart/digital form past 10 years. Thought the transaction was of above 3 k for this transaction but the insult and harassment faced from reliance mart is not tolerated. Please take action towards staff because I fell staff was not trained well and teach him how to talk with customers and the same complaint has been filed on the reliance mart registration with the same issue on same date. I want to ask WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR this RELIANCE or staff??

Th actual rice quality did not match as claimed in the bag after opening the sealed bag all rice were found broken

Today I visited their Vikaspuri store for daily need shopping and tried to purchase a curd packet too but due to incorrect tagging it couldn't be billed and to my shock when I approached the concerned section to get it corrected a male and a female employee their refused to support bluntly saying they are busy and can't do the same and adviced me to leave the curd and when I reported the matter to floor manager she also replied in same cold and rude manner that it will take time as they all are busy and if I can wait for more than an hour for the same they have no value and respect for the poor customer they are too busy in doing nothing but denying and insulting the customer what is the point of being busy if you can't serve your customer reliance staff is highly incapable and rude highly disappointed there is no point going there anymore for me to shop and get insulted instead
