I had been to shop some items at the newely opened store in our town khopoli,
On approaching the billing desk for payment, the person at billing desk asked me to call a number so as to get discount, on calling the number I had received an SMS stating that amount of Rs 8007.00 had been debited and the sender of the SMS was Reliance one.
Actual bill of mine was around 1018 Rs and that too I paid in cash.

On Tuesday I had been to reliance mart with my family for monthly shopping. Before paying bill I have confirmed withe the staff that Sodexo card is accepted or not and the staff told its accepted. Tha Mart is not maintaining with adequate number of trolleys to the customers. Most of luggage carrier trolleys are either without wheels or without pulling handle which causes most inconvenience to the valued customers. I waited most of time to get a trolley but u couldn't find . The response of the Mart manager is also poor.

I am ur client since 12 years & I always carry bag with me. But once I forget & asked for carry bag. It is really disgusting that u charge for that. If we purchase items then just think how we carry them. A small petty shop provides carry bag when we purchase a small item. U people are very big brand & can't even afford to provide carry bag. It seems manager impossing targets to sell the products to the staff. As soon as the customer enters the store at Bodhan in nizamabad distirst, telangana postal code 503185, staff chase the customer to buy this that and the customer took it they take a photo of the customer along with the product purchased. Reliance is a big brand and the staff ruine the brand value. Even in local shop non ask to take this that and never takes...

Purchased items have return policy with in 14days with bill. But yesterday I face a problem that the person not allowed me to exchange. His reason is same day return not accepted. Is it true or not. And also i filed a return complaint. But not responded till now....

Every time when I go and purchase things from reliance store which is situated in currency tower Raipur Chhattisgarh they fail to give sugar which comes in offer on our bill and they said we don't have sugar stock right now.. Unnecessary urgue with customers in bill section, and they are misbehaving with others, and other seller are chit chatting with each others, they opened only 2 counters in branch, and inthis brach they 10 counters of 2 counters are working...

Outside:
There is no security for controlling parking so we are very much take efforts and difficult to park car and take from there, so today i spend Rs. 2000 for scrach repairing.

In short we purchase products from you and pay bill and spend money for repair vehicle too.

Inside:
There is no organized manner inside the shop....

I bought milky mist paneer on 13th Nov the paneer quality is very pathetic and unhygienic..it may cause of food poison..I am raising my complaint to fssai officer as well..the product quality affected due to temp issue..reliance smart point has denied to replace the paneer (one pack is in open condition and one pack in seal condition).. manager response level was very pathetic .. this may affected your business as well...

We have purchased items through Reliance Smart, Suryanagari Monolith, Sargasan Cross Road, SG Highway, Gandhinagar, 382421 Gujarat on 13/10/2021 worth Rs. 1125.12 through Cashier 60570467 and Bill No 11 and Tax Invoice No TMS[protected]
Till date We have not received cash back in our JioMart Account .

I had ordered a product on 15-aug-2021 from jio mart worth rs 925.35. Delivery executive came with wrong product. I immediately refused to take product and didn't share opt but he delivered product on my doorstep and left.
I logged a complaint at jio mart and since last 70 working days they are just dragging the issue with anonymous reason.
Every time that they logged a complaint and after 3 days close the same with issue resolved....
