Today I went to your store for necessary groceries. Your store manager was misbehave with me and refuse to bill. His name is Mr. Shekhar. Location of the store is Basavanagar, bangalore. I use to shop 15k every
Month worth of groceries. I want to know who give you right to insult the customer. I will take this matter to consumer forum. I am a regular customer fo your Mart and yesterday I purchased about Rs. 12000 from your Mart. But your manager's behaviour was rude and not co-operative .I request him to help us to pack and take those goods into our vehicle .But they directly told me we can't help you on this ...It's your responsibility how will you take .

I went to the reliance smart store near me and they have these huge boards stating 'Buy any one Get one free and Buy any two get any one free'. According to that they are supposed to provide that scheme on every product available there. Second issue is they have written excess amount on the shelves than the actual MRP written on the product itself and then they provide discount on the excess amount. What is the point to provide discount if the MRP is written more? Kindly check this kind of details and stop doing these scams with people who trust you and do not check these kind of little details. Branch manager behavior is very rudly useting, he doesn't know how to talk customer, not suitable relience mart, he is losing relience brand name, so that take action this type of employee

I am Rakesh Mathur, a regular customer of the nearby Reliance Smart store Sector -11, Hiran Magri, Udaipur. Today I went for the monthly groceries shopping at the mentioned store where I met with a SEVERE ACCIDENT inside the store.
The incident took place when I was in the checkout line and I tried to add another product in my cart. As I moved out of the line and walked few steps, I SLIPPED and FELL HARD on the floor.

I bring to your notice that your bilaspur Chhattisgarh situated vyapaar vihar smart point staff as well as manager behaviour is too bad for us, today I visited in shop and demand a box of dairy milk chocolate so first they deny and check with his statement with manager, manager not come in front and told to staff that they sale only 10 pcs not on box, so I am surprised and ask that this is not written any where in shop that restrictions of item or quantity so why you not sale, today one small get together in my home and some of children come so I want to distributed that item, they give me feeling like bagger not customer your manager not come in front and totally engaged him with his mobile, such as non cooperatives manager gives you non engaged unsatisfied customer.
Get them educated how to treat with customer.

First of all fraudulent offers is displayed in the store and when billing of the item captured wrong price, we went to the customer support desk.
But no one was there, a staff member near there was trying to reach the store manager but he didn't turned up.
After around 20 minutes he came and said we are returning these product and giving you cash.
As if he was doing some favour on us.
And when we rejected why you are doing so, to he simply said there is no such offer.
We showed him the display chit but he said, there is no such offer and started doing other activities.
When we ask him why you didn't turned up when your member was trying to reach and even we were waiting and nobody is deployed on the customer service desk.
He replied I have other work too and this is not so important.
Also its time to shut down the store @8:30 pm. And started saying anyy.
We demanded for feedback form, to which he said, first let me give your money and feedback form will be received to you.
The manager who pretends to be duper busy, assumes us to still wait after 45 minutes for feedback form, once we are obliged by his favour of returning us cash.
And still after the transaction was over he didn't gave us the form and when we strongly asked, he gave it yo us rudely saying, write it whatever you want nothing will happen.Mr Vijendra singh Chauhan, the great store manager.

He was saying it in front of all his staff and number of customers and making feel us insulted as if it was our mistakes.

Really ridiculous behaviour and will ensure not to go there again. Its better to shop in Dmart and Star bazaar rather than going to Reliance smart now.

I have order mosambi on jio Mart I have received bad quality and dry mosambi from inside I have registered compliant that day only but from that day customer service is just harrasing me that for some reason we will resolve your complaint by this date that date now they keep on repeating the same thing and harrassing and said the complain is been closed put another complaint kindly look into this

This is to inform you that on 31st december 2021 a incident took place at your reliance smart store chunabhati where the store has sold me a product which was manufactured on 9th march 2021 and it said it was best before nine months from manufacturing date .I purchased that product on 31st december 2021 unknowingly.i was in rush I didn't see the manufacturing date.After couple of days when I was about to use that product my eyes got on that date and raised a complaint on customer care complaint number is 3721434

The Customer care executive said my issue will be resolved withing 7 working days .After that I recieved a call from the reliance chunabhati store Mr.subhod asked me what was the issue I narrated him what happened he said will share the same with store manager Mr.Naadeem then he called and apologized to me for what has happened and then offered me something as compensation after a long conversation with Subhod, Nadeem and assistant store manager Mr.Dinkar. we could get on any middle ground. I had to leave for gujrat for some work and I informed them I will be back after 4-5 days and when I will be in town will have word with you .when I was back I called Mr.Dinkar and he informed store manager was tested covid positive and was hospitalized so Mr .Dinkar will charged over (he will look into this matter)...after a conversation I agreed over the amount offered to me as a compensation amount for the mistake made by the store.

Later Mr.Dinkar started making false promise such as I'm not In store so come tomorrow with the product and bill and we will hand over the compensation amount .Next day when my man called he said i will let you know what time you can drop in but no call was made .again and again just false promise were made .Again when my man called he said on friday 14th January 2022 you can come when called he didn't recived the the call .before that I have raised a 2nd complain in regards of the treatment giving to me by Assistant Store Manager Mr.Dinkar complaint number is 3733304

This kind of behaviour of Mr.Dinkar is highly unacceptable because he is a Assistant Store Manager. His actions is definitely damaging the goodwill of the company . Because next time a consumer like me will think twice before dropping into the store coz he has mentally harassed me.

Kindly look into this matter.And provide a solution .

I am Atharva bongade went to shop at reliance smart, Wardha.
I bought things at your store the storekeeper made the bill.
And after I saw my bill at the exit gate I saw the prices were different in the bill related to what was on the shelf.
1. Mowing processed cheese slice which was priced 78 on the shelf was given me at 97 rupees
2. Tata iodised salt was priced at 22 with 5 percent off, which they have not given me in the bill.
3. Parle G which was prices 110 on the shelf with 5 percent discount, which they did not give me on the bill.
After I told the staff, they said this cannot be returned, after I said then why, they said okay we will return this but we will not refund you in cash or bank account, they will give me points on my mobile no.

This is not fair treatment to a customer, I felt very bad how your sales girl was shouting in front of everyone, I am deeply saddened, it was not because I had to pay few bucks more, but why would I pay more for something which I should not. And listen from someone for complaing.

After rude behaviour by your staff I asked not to refund and took the items and left the store.

Now, please take action, or else I have to file a case in consumer court.

This outlet is selling an product which will be expire in 4hour.This product MRP:32 they given discount 50% but it in bill they get money from only 8Rs.on 13/01/2022 at 8:04pm.After reaching home the product had a bad smell then i have checked shelf life which is gona expiring within 4hrs. I want to know if i had this now or by tomorrow definitely it will be food poision. so please take the action because the employee selling in counter with hurly saying that its an offer price please purchase.

Today I.e. 11/01/2022, visited the reliance mall, Bauxite Road, Belgaum, Karnataka after doing purchases I had been to do billing, but at the billing desk 2 person were send me to go here & there as of they both were so much busy but actually they were not I don't understand is this the way to do to customer

Sir I Have made a purchase of RS: 1512 on 6th Jan 2022 from Reliance Fresh vinayaknagar, Nizamabad, unfortunately I lost the Bill, Can I get a Bill Copy for the same.Please consider my request and help me get the bill copy.

The product are present in the mall but at time of billing it was not found..there are total 20 clothes we have purchase at the time we trial each of them but no one told that it was not for sale there was also a separate section of clothes...it cost us our valuable time also the manager Sanjay patel also behave too rudly not only us but there are many customers... also bottle was also not given
