I have purchased a top load whirlpool washing machine last Monday. Installation done but the trial wash itself gave sound of metal which I have recorded. The service guy told us to file a complaint. Complaint filed nobody is bothered about the complaint. New washing machine and I am not able to use and nobody is bothered in reliance. Please understand it's a brand new washing machine which means you have given a substandard equipment or else why wouldn't anyone come to look. Call [protected]

Pune Aundh Relaince mart mall keeping all rotten stuffs. I bought wheat chaki ATA loose was full of insects. Cash card Counter staffs are uneducated hopeless people. Reliance trends cloths quality are bad price too high, xxl/xxxl size not available. 2 double bed sheets sets I bought earlier, after some time I washed before to use I saw it was completely torn. I was shocked such rotten stuffs are kept in Reliance mart. Now I'm going to return wheat flour bought yesterday. Lable they put buy one nd get one free, when you go on.couter they refuse to accept, ultimately you have to pay for both items.

I visited reliance market Bhilwara opp. Guru Nanak petrol pump.while parking car I found your employ spitting GUTKA on the floor. Even so many place are marked with such spitting GUTKA. I call your manager to show such things .But he replied I am busy and wait .After 10 minute I call again but he replied roughly

Hi.. I was forced to pay 6 rupees to buy a bag from reliance smart. I had a few things to carry and asked them for a bag . I told them clearly for any branding of Reliance must be free as directed by the court..but still they forced me to pay 6 rupees and even challenged me to go to court. This is purely not right that I'm forced to pay for advertising their brand name.

I have purchased a eveready led bulb (14w) on 25/02/2019 at your mart at nagercoil. It is an usual practice in the mart that when we buy a product with warranty, they write the date of purchase over it. Similarly they have written the date of purchase on the bulb also. The bulb failed. When i took the bulb to your mart, asking for warranty details they replied that warranty was not mentioned on the packing so no replacement. I asked them the reason for writing the date of purchase on the led bulb and they have no answer.
I just want to know whether the eveready led bulb has any warranty and if so please ask your mart staff to replace it under warranty. If no warranty, then why do they write the date of purchase on the bulb? So that i would not purchase any item with warranty in your reliance mart which is unreliable.

I am a regular customer for guntur reliance from past 5 years, recently reliance smart opened in narasaraopet-522601 town, guntur dt. AP state.I am even regular customer narasaraopet also, but as i am observing some of my friends are getting benefits like even they are buying for more than hundred they are getting one hundred rupees less for buying another commodity, which i am not getting. May i know what is the reason. could you please explain me.

The written price differs from the price in the system and the language used is not at all acceptable, again while giving the credit note, they said they have given the cn with the bill without actually giving the same. What is this? How are you managing all these non sense? Have some staff who comes back with the correct information asked about rather than the one who vanishes. Reliance is a big brand this was not expected of you.

I was shopping for rs 4298. Reliance mart cashier executive said if we pay through paytm then i will receive rs 300 cashback then they paid through my paytm around 7 transactions but i have not received any cash back.. After that, i logged complain in customer care they given ranjeet (Reliancemart manager). I have shared all the details with bill & transaction & he said they will pay your cashback amount.

Still not received any cashback amount & no proper response from ranjeet - reliance mart manager. I m followup this case from last 1 week.

I'm regular customer of Reliance Mart Pune. Off late they have allowed credit card sellers in Reliance. Those ### keep chasing us all around the floor and they are many. They dont go away even if you are not interested. By the time we go to other end of the floor, another guy comes bugging...Already fedup of their pesky calls everyday despite DND.
Now can't go and shop peacefully. Why would you need a credit card agent on the floor.So annoying

This is to bring to your notice that reliance mart refused to give the offer.
On[protected], i purchased some grocery in reliance mart anantapur. Total bill amount is rs.1, 130.20. After billing, when i enquired about the offer of 1 kg sugar, the frontline manager told that it is for purchase of more than 1, 450/-. Then, i expressed my willing ness to purchase some items so that my puchase value will be above 1, 450/-. At that time, frontline manager, kept silent for my willingness to puchase more items to meet the value of 1, 450/-. Therefore, i purchased additional grocery and paid another payment of rs. 459/-, making the total purchase value of rs. 1, 589.20/-. After that, when requested for the offer item, frontline manager refused, saying that "offer is valid only for single invoice...". When questioned, he replied very recklessly and with harsh words and dishonour. His behaviour is very rude not quiet satisfactory.

Last year because of some issue with reliance swipe machine i was made to do payment two times. I used two different swipe cards.

I had visited reliance mart on 1st may 2019. I had selected a product - laundry bag from display. At the time of billing i was informed that the said product is not for selling. When i asked why then reply was that we have not updated and when i asked about responsible authority the i have been told to find the manager. Do reliance mart management enjoys by harassing the customers. If the product is not be sold then why you are placing on display for wastage of time of customer.

This is to inform you that i bought my monthly shopping from reliance mart. But every month they are charging carry bag amount from the customers. Please help it out as they can't take the same from the consumers. When i enquired they told that they can take as they mentioned in the display. Please help it out for the same.

Sir, i have to bring in your notice that the coupons that company have given to customers for discount of 100 rs on purchase of 1000 thousand rs they are sold by managers to local shopkeepers @ 50 rs in qty... For this you can check your computers billing system @ one time 10 to 30 coupons can be reedemed at one counter on same mobile no and the general public is not getting the benefit of the same... This is affecting the image of company and is very shameful... Hopefully action can be taken as soon as possible... Thanks

On 11th I purchased some items in relaince smart, kakinada. paid rs.3000 through paytm also. but who were there in stores told amount was not transferred. so I paid money also. but my amount is not refunded till now. I raised complaint to paytm. they replied me amount already transferred to relaince. contact relaince stores. so may times I called to store manager sathish [protected]. he told me that complaint to relaince directly. they are not pursuing the complaint and the way he speaks is very rash. please take action if otherwise I will complaint in consumer court about this issue. ph. My samsung smart led 40 inch purchased november 2017. Last 10 days no channels are shown in screen. The engineer from samsung was coming & says problem in cam card port. I said to him to solve this problem. He was check my led is out of warranty. I said i have purchased 3 years extra warranty from reliance mall bathinda.
My warranty duration is nov 2020. He said the warranty coming from company is 1 year. Relience mall bathinda make you fool.
I am very frustrated. I was paid extra 5000 rupee for warranty. So why they make me fool plz solve this concern. Otherwise i highlighted for more

Hello team. I have used bhart qr mode of payment but at reliance mart store at aundh pune, transaction got timed out and i charged for 989 rs. Kindly revert the same as i have not received the refund.

I raised a complaint numbers with federal bank. Their statement is money is processed to beneficiary account through upi channel. Reliance finance team supposed mail to hdfc bank for refund but they did not saying we did not receive any transaction which was timed out at hdfc pos at reliance mart aundh pune.

I have visited reliance mart in medchal hyderabad where they are selling products more than mrp. For ex a cold cream named joy has an mrp of 175 where there system records show 185 and i can assure you that its a new stock and not an old one. I have checked the details in their computers its written 185 instead of 175. So please take the necessary action against them.It is not a matter that i can't afford 10rs but where do that additional 10rs go.

Arrogant behaviour of store manager mr. Amitesh tiwari at reliance market vesu surat. After 15 minut standing in a que at the time of billing the concerned person asked to take reliance card else not allowed to purchase. I have asked him that you should inform me at the time of entry or make card at billing counter. However he told that you can go without purchase
