I have purchased 8k items from faridabad reliance mart but they were least bothered to help me out even though i have asked them for it.. Really i was very much lover of reliance mart and every month i used to buy my home items from it and used to promote this but now onwards i will act a detractor and ask people’s to go fir big bazar rather than reliance outlet...
Very pathetic experience with faridabad reliance outlet...

Sir, i purchased one maharaja white line cooler coolz + model on 21.04.2018 from your reliance market, mangalagiri road, guntur for an amount of rs. 7000.

It is to submit that from the day one we found that not even 1% cool air is not coming from the cooler. I have made a complaint to the market official and they advised to give complaint to maharaja, and i done so, but to till date the problem is not solved and our rs.7000 has become dead investment and we suffered a lot in the summer season.

It is to submit that i have not purchased the cooler directely from maharaja company and their non responsive i decided to approach consumer court for justice.

I am one permenant customer purchasing all my need full thing from reliance market and this the bad experince with i had.

I feel, justice is done to me at your level, if fails i am forced to go to consumer court for justice.

I here by inform u that i have received an expired food item instant popcorn act ii it has been ecpired before 3 months itself in the reliance market survey number 31 at hinkal village opposite yo yashavi convention centre hunsur main road mysore - 570018 i here by regret to infrom u that this is legal issue i here by inform you to do the product recall really i dont no what hell service ur giving especially in the matter of food this in unafre we paying for what we are buying but how ur trade people can serve this expired food this is totally unfare i am going to give consumer complaints agiant ur reliance market i didn’t get a good service from ur outlet i wish you to solve this issue immediately for your better wish

Today 26sept 18 in evening time I was standing in queue with an elderly person in 60 ahead of me. In between some more customers were their. Suddenly one women came and broke the queue and forced the person on counter 3 to pass his bill and clear. I requested both the customer and staff to not allow and ruckus was created. I requested again nothing as done by staff. Even after request of elderly man. It was highly unprofessional of staff to allow someone pass his bill not in queue. I have complained same verbally to manager today. Requesting for necessary action.my contact is [protected].

This is to iform the complaint about the ice cream stalls in front of reliancemart which given permissions by the reliance mart the the person who strated the ice cream stalls in chittoor andhrapradesh was not maintaining & providing a quality & quantity of ice cream was not maitaining clean and hygienic many kids are visiting to the mart so ask them to provide a quality food other wise do not give permission to those peoples to start business in reliance mart
The person who is running the ice cream stall he is using very low quality of colour cones which is made by a local products and the powder mix which he is using is very worst and he is charging rs20 per cone so please kindly go through this complaint... And satisfy the customers

Sir, i m from udaipur. Today i visited reliance mart in lake city mall. The guard misbehaved with me. I wanted to know about a product price this product was in the box. So i told the reliance staff to open the box they told me to go to helping desk and ask them to open it and they opened it but it's price was too high so i didn't purchased it and left it where it was then i took some grocery items and i was going home. The guard called me and told me that where it the product that we opened. I told them i left the product where i saw it first time. He told me to show where i put it. Then i was going to show him the product... He checked my pocket means i showed him the product but he is telling me that i[censored] don't want to purchase this product then why u told us to open it. I told him that ur staff told me i[censored] want to know about this product u can go to helping desk and tell them to open it and they also told me don't worry i[censored] don't want to buy after open it no problem but guard misbehaved with me after knowing all the truth and he told me to shut up. And he doesn't apologize with me after knowing all truth. Sir, i want an apology letter from them or i am going to file a police complain. Help me i[censored] can please

I have purchased refrigerator from reliancemart surat located in vesu on 11th of this month your representative promised me for delivery by night of next day. But still there is no response from your side. When i called the store they are telling it will be delivered on 14th october. Already it is 2nd day. How worst is your service. Kindly do immediate action.

At the cash counter i was not informed to collect the free offer
I thought they charge for one and give one free. So i picked two packs. He charged for two and silently made the bill without telling.
So please let me know further.

They too have families and working from morning 6:00 am is not so easy

I have purchased American tourister bag from reliance market, Guwahati, Jayanagar on 37/7/2018, it has 2 years of warranty, I have used once and the bag got teared, now when I went to reliance market for repair and service they told me that they doesn’t have any service here, neither they facilitated me for further help. I want reliance market responsible for selling such creep products whose quality is so cheap that it doesn’t last for 6 months also.

I have bought asian happy meal tiffin from reliance mart, iscon mall, ahmedabad on 15th of august 2018 and after one time use one ss box was broken when i went to give complaint on the same i have met mr. Jignesh fatannia claiming him a store manager was started arguing with me and does not believe in my words, j have showed him the broken tiffin box along with bill (Attached as a photograph) but he told me that he can not do anything now my question is this the way to support reliance customers? Also when a customer is coming personally to claim damaged goods the store manager could not believe them. Now i am expecting a firm support from reliance team so that my trust will be continued on reliance.

Jani basha advocate r\o guntur. Iam permanent costumor of reliance mart guntur since begining. I purchased reconnect ac at[protected] in reliance mart. That onwards it was not working properly. I complained several times, but there is no response from your service people. Today i got a bad experience with store manager naveen. He behaved very rudely with me. So, please repair my reconnect ac. It is not working from the date of insulation. And please take action against store manager naveen. Other wise i will proceed in court of congumers. Thank you.

I am regular customer of reliance market Mohali in VR Punjab . Billing is always a issue here and customer have to wait minimum 1 hour for getting billing done. Today also have to wait for more than hour for billing. Each time they give reasons that sever are slow and we cannot help.
Pls look into this as customer is facing lot of harrasement .

Sir, i had made a purchase of grocery items worth rs 4112.01 from reliance market functioning from vr punjab (Mohali) kharar on nh1. The payment was made by debit card ending with 1041 (Rupay). My customer code is [protected] and cashier code is[protected]Pos r014). The printing of invoice is in very bad state and not easily legible so more details not possible. As per practice parking refund of rs. 20 is allowed if the purchase is above rs. 2500. But in my case the same was not allowed despite my requests to the cashier. Therefor i request you to refund the amount.

Iam from salem,, tha manager of reliance super market salem ammapet,, had behavior round to customers,, head authorities plzz teach ur manegers nd employee how to behave to customer,, the instant happen was very rude nd unjustified,... Kindly change the manager or ask ur employee to behave properly in front of other customers,, we are not beggers to steal anything from your shop,,

I bought new pansonic ac, 26th june and installed 28th... But 29th onwards ac is not working... I called technician, after one day he came and told gas is leaking... Again he did repair... Up to one week it worked, slowly ac is not coming... Again complained in reliance mart, but very poor response. Every day i called 2 times after 10days they send technician and again same problem gas leakage... After 1week technician came repaired but still ac is not performing well... Again gave complaint but no response still now... Worst response.. Very poor responsibility in reliance mart ongole.

When asked to give a box of oil, the customer service representative said that i'd have to wait and instead of that was forcing me to take another brand.

The entire sugar container was empty. When i asked them about it, they simply said it's over.

None of the representatives are responsive.

The's aren't working. The problems are endless.

My complaint is regarding wrong billing. Relance internal reference no. Is [protected]. I had bought fuji apples at discounted rate of rs. 70 per kg after enquiry from the salesman at the fruit and vegetable counter at reliance market store at rajasansi road, amritsar. However while billing rate of fuji apples were charged @ rs. 194 per kg. Which may be advertantly or through some lapse or mistake. As such wrong bill was issued. I purchased goods on 27.07.18 when the store was about to close and came to know of this mistake in the bill only in the morning of 28.07.18. I request that excess amt charged be refunded in my account as i made the payment of bill from my debit card.

Today i purchased just a couple of items from reliance mart aundh pune.
It was a pack of 4 small container boxes.
There was some discount on it but the product was recently manufactured.
So i picked it up.
Later when i opened the pack at home i was surprised to find that the lids of two of the boxes were already broken at the corners.

It's hard to tell if the product is of very poor quality or did reliance not handle the boxes properly when on shelf. This is a problem with the big brand stores.

I have been a regular customer of reliance mart and i am really disappointed with this experience.

I want t share my bad experience with you and also with reliance. This sunday (15 july 2018), i am go to reliance with my wife. We purchase approx 20 different products with reliance. I am on cash counter for clear the payment. When everything is clear and we are going outside from reliance gate. Their security come and said B4 alarm beep. But no alarm was beep. And said they check my wife. My wife go with the that security lady. And she check her. After checking the security lady nothing found. And after few minutes they took a women cream wrapper and said the product is missing and you must pay for this. I am discussed with manager regarding this issue. But that uneducated manager. Did' have sense to customer how to talk with customer said that your wife is checking the product and product is missing. I am said that when you check my wife and the security lady check my wife and she nothing found then how can you said that she kept the creame.
They said that your wife use the washroom and the product is missing. And force to us to pay for product. I am regular customer of reliance last two year. First time i am facing that type of problem.

Reliance market Mohali, for hiring your staff first check that they have sense to how to talk with customer. How can they force to people for paymen, which product user not took. They check us that's not issue. Its their duty but when they check and nothing found, They must said sorry. NOT FOR PAYING.
