Hi Reliance

I am every day shopping at Reliance mall consecutively 6 time i see there is offer on product like MRP is 589 and 100 off our Price is 489 but when i was paying for same there is no offer for this product so i will stop to purchase from Reliance

Now before a min i was purchased one product of 249 and there is offer for paytm above rs 250 5% off but i asked at counter lady for same offer he said yes you eligible for this so again i asked my trasaction amount is 249 so can i get this offer or i need to add some more porduct for this offer so she said you are eligible for this and i have not received cashback

Frankly saying at counter lady or gents are not doing well for customer they are ignoring customers.

So I request to reliance to improve your service or close the mart.

Today i go for shopping in your mart at baramati total ac system is not working in your casher area i get i formation that ac system not strat from long days without any reason some old age person get breathing problem due to this this mall more than 10000 sq. Feet. Your mall manager not avilable on mobile at he is not present in mall so it is serious issue.

I buy the rice from reliance market Address: Mirankot Chowk, Gumtala, Amritsar, Punjab 143008 that rice cost me 35rs per kg and when I cooked this I had a doubt that is plastic but I ignored once but second time I cooked this rice I made a ball from that it's plastic you bloody market people making fool of people bcoz of your rice I sick video already posted so many website I need my money back or I will closed your reliance market

I shop for rs 526 from reliance mart, reliance mall, 150 Ring road, Rajkot on[protected], payment made through paytm. The amount was deducted from paytm wallet but payment was not successful, The store manager (Mr. Kaushik, Ph [protected]) assure the amount will be reversed in 48 hrs in paytm wallet but till date it has not credited. I have called the store manager many times but he just assure that it will be credited to your wallet.This type of irresponsible attitude not only degrade the brand name of Reliance but also looses confidence, integrity, loyalty of it's customer.

There is a board of maintaining the accurate in price. But when i bought the kabuli chana of 500gms the mrp is rs.54/- and on scanning the bar code the billing executive asking for rs.64/- when i asked for even to your supervisor the meaning of accurate. They are in escaping manner saying still not billed and even not to call the manager. Plz maintain

We are fond of reliance mart due to various offers we get and we keep promoting reliance mart to our fiends. But we got bad experience this month. I felt very bad with this treatment. Also, there is no complaint book available readily to register the complaint!

I went to reliance mart (Dtc mall, 8/13, erandwane) on 11th jun and along with other items, picked up siega olive oil, 5 litre of mrp 2699 (Offer by producer to sell at rs. 1699/- and reliance mart sells at rs. 1499/-). I had purchased the same before. But on 11th jun the counter manager made me wait for exact 42 minutes to confirm the price and then denied the sale of the oil. He asked me to wait for 2 more hours if i want to purchase for rs. 1699/- which is ridiculous. I had stepped out from my office hours and lost almost 45 min than i had planned.

Yesterday i went to same place and picked the same product and again they denied.

The stock of olive oil is old and the store should sell for the price rs. 1499/-, which we customers were happy with! For new stock with new mrp you can sell for new price. Can you please instruct the manager in charge to sell the old stock for old price. The price rs. 1499/- comes up on the billing machine as offer, but the sales person denies to sell and manager is not giving go ahead to sell at rs.1499/-. He wants me to buy the same for rs. 2099/- (Mrp 1699/-). Keeps telling me story of how reliance will be in loss if sells the old stock for rs. 1499/-.

I am regular customer of your reliance mart. I have some problem with near exp. Stock as well as breakdg stock. A want to purchase that stock but staff alway says that right now billing is not possible, plz come tomorrow or latter. After that that stock is sold to some specialised customer.in this regard i complaints 2 times (29 may 2018 & 7 june 2018) but till date no reply. Some of your staff members make a call to some special person for some personal interest and stock will be sold to tham. It's a very unjustified process. Your mart located in bharatpur rajasthan have very poor and bad collection of cloths and shoes. Yesterday i visited your store and found very bad collection of cloths and shoes. I didn't find anything to buy, also even your store have improper, insufficient, missing sizes of t-shirts, shirts, jeans as well. Very bad experience with your store. I m very dissatisfied with your services and quality. I m sahil, contact [protected]

As i had gone super market i noticed i had forgotten by reliance membership card so he had stopped me for that and he is sending all who has no membership card also as i had asked i will go to manager to inform and he said rashly not to go so after some time they have said that the manager is in work he will take an hour to complete so i had said i will to him and i just ask him and after some time i had asked his name and he had started his behaviour was so terrifying and he had said to come out so he will have fight with me and i had came back to home and informed you this situation as he need to be punished as company nams and rules and he need to say apologies to me. So i am major as i said but he was not allowing me to go inside

We regret to bring to your notice that in your mart security guard has been warning us not to go to the mall his name is `sk galibib` he was giving warning to us so the manager had not responded for this please solve this problem because of him there is a loss in your market. He was using unparlimentry language. You need to take him a serious action.

Today i went to purchase some stuff in reliance mart in our office premises capgemini airoli.

I purchased onion, 2 bauli, a packet of chana and also one icecream.

But when i went to exit gate the security guard said that icecream bill was not done. Icecream was put in bag by me but i thought cashier has made a manual entry of that bill. It was like a humiliation on that part.

Ask your team to not put allegation for things which are 50 / 60 rs.

This was a ridiculous act and not acceptable

I did my shopping for groceries, beauty products, shampoos, household cleaning products, and all other necessities which costed around 15000 on saturday but it is not yet delivered. They said it wil b delivered the nxt day but it has'nt yet been delivered. Is dis d way u reach out 2 ur customers. Hope it ve been much better. N there is much better customer service

Sir i purchaed grocery from reliance retail amount 5800. After one day i returan some grocery amount 2306 rs aginst grocery thay make credit note for re purchage. On 7/5/2018 i visit to reliance retail some grocery amount 307 rs but thay not adjust my credit not and say me for purchaging of 2306 rs amount other then pay 307 rs by cash or card thay forced me for purchaing. So i upset my money in there hand but i dont like purchage from there pls help me.

Worst service and not at all good atmosphere air condition inside. Elevator repair since 3months not working. Stupid manager maintanence. Guntur reliance market, auto nagar guntur.

We went for an interview yesterday in the reliemce market in mbd mall jalandhar. We cleared the interview nd today we go there for filling the joining kit. And staff member name priyanka she dont have manner how to speak with staff members. She speak very badly or loudly with few staff members. We wait there for near about 1 and half hour they didn't fill our joing kit we stand for a lonf time there they are doing their own work they dont about us so we leave from there without joining your market. Please take a strict action towards her.

I visited reliance mart situated at lake city mall udaipur on 16 april 2018,

I selected grocery food and after two hours of shopping and collecting all the required thing at the time of billing i gotnto know that "mam we dont have carry begs" i was like how will i carry this all products with me, and they were silent, they even not bothered to help me out, i wasted my two hours and did not take any product from store

I went to clothes section where i do not found my size clothes and executive and assitant did not help me to find required size, they even did not come after calling.
Clohes were not properly arranged and all sizes were not available.

Very disappointed with services and store executives.

I purchased mushrooms of two packs yesterday in reliance chittoor, t was spoiled in one day even after storing it in refrigerator.. I went back to reliance and told them to exchange it with new packs... They made me wait for 1hr and then store manager came n he is asking for bill... I told him to generate bill using my mobile number but the manager didn't do that and he was very impolite... He didn't exchange the spoiled mushrooms.. It s serious rediculous and i didn't expect such customer handling in reliance chittoor... The store manager name is ramesh :[protected]... Pls take necessary action on this guy such that these kind of incidents won't repeat... I[censored] couldn't regenerate a billl then what s the use of taking mobile number while billing

Displayed 33% or max rs 100 discount for visa waive card payment. None of their pos machines capable to process waive cards. On 8th april, i have visited reliance mart vijayanagar and offered two visa waive cards, one is credit and another is debit. Finally they swiped it but didn't offer discount.

My speaking to the manager has not yielded any result. The billing personnel spent almost half an hour with every machine at their disposal. I had to to go each and every billing counter without success.

This is an unnecessary harassment to customers. Their precious time and energy is wasted. Particularly, a senior citizen like me gets exhausted during the process.

I'm vinod from guntur, ap. The mart in the city has very low category of services. They didn't even changing the goods which has expired. People with low education qualities purchasing with the belief in the brand #reliance, but they are cheating the same people with the out dated stock in the racks, is it not a responsibility of their company, take an immediate action and go for a small ride on store, you will find more and more things like this
