Hi, iam a regualar customer of reliance mart, unfortunatly i purchsed incorrect product, while exchange they needed only orignal bill.. On requesting as my mobile number is regiatered, they denied to help me.
The customer care person was arrogent and disrespectful.
On request i recived a duplicate bill.. My question is when the product is availbe in their duplicate bill and within 14 days return timless, why do they refuse to exchange the product.???
Mr kamlakar - you need to respect a customer and their needs.!!! Arrogance should be kept in your home and not in front of customers..!!!

We purchased a water heater worth rs 13000 from reliance store mbd mall, ludhiana on saturday. We were told that it will be installed on monday. I call customer care on monday evening and told that it will be installed on tuesday. I again called yesterday couple of time and promised that it will be installed yesterday. When it was not, i give call again in the evening and was told that they entered wrong address details and phone. Which is hard to believe as correct address was mentioned in receipt as can be seen in attachment and water heater was delivered on sunday. If installation is not done by end of today, i would like to return same today and want my refund.

Sir, my name is sunil kumar. I was an employ in reliance market at ludhiana. My pf ac. No. Is mh/va/117678/120760. My employer id is 60143398. As i worked there for 1yr before 4yrs ago as a cashier. My major problem is that the reliance mart in ludhiana has been closed now. So, i have no idea how to get my provident fund. Due to some circumstances i did not get my pf. Kindly help me to get my provident fund.

Due to mismangement of team members

Due to pathatic services by ur executive my more than precious 60 minutes have been waisted on ur billing counter no 8.

Already spoke to ur Concerned TL (Kulvinder Singh) and DM(Deepak)
But no satisfactory reply has been recieved from them and they simply told that there is no solutions for this problem and also they have denied for presence of store manager...simply they replied that" Yaha pe koi store manager nahin hai n hum hi manage karte hain... "

Now tell me who is the responsible for this problem that i have face at ur store.

It is one of the leading company and i really never ever see such kinds of services...
Iam sure that u will respond soon on this issue.

As below complaint is related to my reliance one card points, which has less than 01 rs. Value so i can't use those points for shopping at any of the retail store that is totally frustrating for me.

Request you to please transfer my reliance one card points ([protected]) into my registered mobile number ([protected]) considering an old customer as a goodwill part.

That would be grateful for me coz points had been earned while shopping only after paying hard earned money..

Mistakenly i carried dairy milk silk chocolate with my sweater in the changing room. There was no chair or place to keep it & i kept it in my pocket & i forget to make bill of it while making of other goods & they abused and force me to sign on a paper& make this a crime which was not. It tensed me & gave me a stressed days. I am making an fir on it

On 1st january, 2019 at 7.15am @ reliance mall, vadodara i went to buy amul slim 'n' trim 5lts of milk but the cash counter representative "shefali jadhav" and security guard "anil" strictly told me no and didn't allowed me to purchase that much quantity of milk and later assistant store manager mentioned that it's my store and i will give you only 2ltr of milk as per my wish and other packets are kept back of the store for fixed customers. He even mentioned that you can raise complain to any higher authority for this i don't have any problem.
My question to you
"is reliance store only for fixed customers?
Even there is 50lts of milk still they told me no and kept all the packets back of the store for there wholesale customer as they mentioned to me..
Hope you resolve this issue and keep this for retailers and they don't run business internally for earning extra revenue.

Like pubg you can build one gule print of your reliance mart and create one app & introduce it google play store then by installing it same as game costumer can
Move in market with is kart after is shopping order will be placed so like this
Your goods will increase sells then online shopping
After is reliance members delivery is goods to is home with certain charges per certain amount

I have purchased a woodland shoe from reliance footprint on 10/09/2018 for the cost of 3000 rupees and one of shoe got faded and changed it's colour when it showed in rain water. It would be better if the product is exchanged or the money is refunded back to my account asap. I have registered complaint in customer care but no response yet from them.

In kurla branch of mumbai reliance smart every day at least one cashier getting shortage of cash. And that shortage recovery they are taking from cashier but not doing software analysis to overcome of this problem. And store manager or assistant manager not taking action about this daily problem because ashier is facing problem and they are paying that money from there salary, why store manager take action. I request to the consumer court please do the stict action about the problem.

I m cashier of reliance smart last 5 month from july 17 onwords i m working till now 7/12/18 i m not getting my billing id and store manager giving me some other cashier billing id whichever transuction i m billing m not getting that money. My head keeps telling me i vl do ur id as early as possible but not doing any thing.
Please resolve my probles as early as possible.

Hello sir my name is dr.Rajesh namburi working in gandhi hosp secunderabad,
on 30 nov around 7.30 i got to take a product vlcc face wash which had an offer tag 101 ₹, but when i came to for billing they said that the offer is changed, i asked that the offer is changed why cant u ppl change the offer tag, instead of that they argued with me for 10 min, and thought to raise a complaint in that(nellore store) regarding about this issue,

today on dec 4, i got a call from store and with out telling their name and designation they said that they are here to slove the complaint, and they are not accepting their fault and they keep on arguing me and they said that with in couple of minutes the offers do change what we can do we had only two hands and this is the solution came from the store side, and then i remade a call and i asked about the store manager they said the store manager is not in the store at present and and the complaint resolution is taken by a worker on whom the complaint had been made, i said that i will go for consumer or civil the worker(acting as a store manager on call) said to me that u can't raise a consumer for a minimum amount and i said that the i will post it on nellore community page and spread it through watsapp and she said do wat ever u want up to now reliance had no complaints

question 1- how can a sales worker can give a resolution to the complaints which had been raised

question 2- is reliance mart kept for arguing with customers or to solve the customers issue

ques 3 - where is the store manager instead of him all the process and resolution are made by sales workers, on whom the conplaint is made and she also said that the store was beside her when she called me for resolution complaint

Today (01.12.2018) i visited to the reliance market, thanjavur road, trichy and did some purchasing make payments trough my debit card (No. 6521 xxxx xxx 5653; union bank of india) for rs.4299.62/-. But the cashier at the counter said the card was not recognized by the bank. So the cahier requested to give me another card (No.4601 xxxx xxx 5540; canara bank) for the rs.4299.62/- and the payment was successful. But after one hour i was received a message from the union bank of india account the amount rs.4299.62/-. Was debited from my account. Hence the payment was made for a single invoice. The cashier told that if payment was done twice, the money will be refunded in the account.in this connection, i request you kindly refund my money rs.4299.62/- as early as possible in my account, otherwise i am force to go to consumer forum against you in this regarding of double payments.

I have purchased groceries from reliance market hubli karnataka. I used my debit card to pay. The amount has been debited twice from my account for a single purchase. Please help me to get back my amount as early as possible. I don't know how they are going to resolve my issue. The amount is not small for me. The amount debited is ₹4093.97+ ₹4093.97 twice instead of one time.

So we have been extremely regular at the reliance mart in surat. Since we run a small food business 80% of our raw materials come from the store. And eberytime we notice they dont keep all the tills functioning, infact; only 3-4 billing counters are working when the store is full. I can see 8 people ahead of me in the queue today and we spend over 30 minutes just waiting to pay. This is absurd. No one has that kind of time to just stand and wait in the queue every 3-4 days. And the vegetable counter also has only one weighing counter working. With 5 people queueing to just whey their vegetables and fruits. Obviously we have to skip buying vegetables from the reliance mart because of the waiting time.

I purchased products worth rs 5007/- from reliance retail store in mbd mall jalandhar on 7 sept. 2018
I wanna tell everone that products are of worst quality and there is no motive to shop anymore at any reliance store as ration mare than rs 3500 is being thrown in dustbin just because fault products...
I advise all that do not shop from reliance retal store as they provide very fault products to their costumers and save their money...
I want the company to resolve my problem as soon as possible...😝

I was wearing hijab.. My hijab got stuck in trolley wheel.. I was helpless, a men from your staffs came for help but cudnt help me in getting it out! A lady staff then came and told it happens usually and told to cut my dress.. Ans so that happened finally.. They didn’t even take a step to remove or try it with some tools.. They said there is no tools over here and no one to help for that and only way to cut.. And said it was all my mistake in it.. The way they responded to me totally was a #.. They need their trolley to be safe but no issues if my dress is cut.. Never n ever i ll visit this mall again

I have purchased 8k items from faridabad reliance mart but they were least bothered to help me out even though i have asked them for it.. Really i was very much lover of reliance mart and every month i used to buy my home items from it and used to promote this but now onwards i will act a detractor and ask people’s to go fir big bazar rather than reliance outlet...
Very pathetic experience with faridabad reliance outlet...

Sir, i purchased one maharaja white line cooler coolz + model on 21.04.2018 from your reliance market, mangalagiri road, guntur for an amount of rs. 7000.

It is to submit that from the day one we found that not even 1% cool air is not coming from the cooler. I have made a complaint to the market official and they advised to give complaint to maharaja, and i done so, but to till date the problem is not solved and our rs.7000 has become dead investment and we suffered a lot in the summer season.

It is to submit that i have not purchased the cooler directely from maharaja company and their non responsive i decided to approach consumer court for justice.

I am one permenant customer purchasing all my need full thing from reliance market and this the bad experince with i had.

I feel, justice is done to me at your level, if fails i am forced to go to consumer court for justice.

I here by inform u that i have received an expired food item instant popcorn act ii it has been ecpired before 3 months itself in the reliance market survey number 31 at hinkal village opposite yo yashavi convention centre hunsur main road mysore - 570018 i here by regret to infrom u that this is legal issue i here by inform you to do the product recall really i dont no what hell service ur giving especially in the matter of food this in unafre we paying for what we are buying but how ur trade people can serve this expired food this is totally unfare i am going to give consumer complaints agiant ur reliance market i didn’t get a good service from ur outlet i wish you to solve this issue immediately for your better wish
