Reliance Mart — customer service - arrogant. | |
Hi, iam a regualar customer of reliance mart, unfortunatly i purchsed incorrect product, while exchange they needed only orignal bill.. On requesting as my mobile number is regiatered, they denied to help me. The customer care person was arrogent and disrespectful. On request i recived a duplicate bill.. My question is when the product is availbe in their duplicate bill and within 14 days return timless, why do they refuse to exchange the product.??? Mr kamlakar - you need to respect a customer and their needs.!!! Arrogance should be kept in your home and not in front of customers..!!! Was this information helpful? | |

As my t shirt shrink too much on first wash and the colour of tshirt faited.
