Hi I have made a purchase in reliance market on 11/12/2016 and i have swiped my Card at the bill counter and i have entered my Pin there was no response from it, Executive said it was some network issue, I have gave another card same issue happened to my surprise money of 1762.51 got deducted from my account. Store manager said it was some network failure money will be reverted to your account nu she said, Even after one week nothing has happened so i have submitted a CDF form to bank and i have a made a complaint to Reliance mart too Complaint no[protected]/11/2016, They said like it will be resolved in 5 business days, in the mean time bank people reverted me stating that amount has been claimed by the merchant so we cant revert you this amount you need to get it from the merchant, this was the statement given by the bank. when i approached the store manager(suganya.[protected]@ril.com Ph no [protected]) she said we will look in to this nu she said after that i have made many calls to the person and i have visited many times to the store i could not meet the person. This is very bad on reliance standards. Again i have made a complaint on the same issue for my reversal complaint no 1656434, they said they close the issue at the earliest . Way the store manager is behaving is very ridiculus. Kindly teach your So called "Store manager" some basic ethics and how to treat peoples.

    Hello,
    I am very disappointed to write this to you that today[protected], i bought one traveling beg from your store address - reliance market bhavnagar, himalaya mall, opposite victoria park,, 120 feet ring road, bhavnagar, gujarat 364001

    So there is a christmas scheme i saw in advertisement so i bought that item.
    Now the problem is when i went to bill counter they charged me more than the scheme price and told me a reason that the scheme is over. Now my complaint is why there is a board of a scheme is still on that item even if the scheme is already over. So i want to know about this problem, the store supervisor told me the silly reason of that he forgot to mail you about the scheme and all that stuff. What an unprofessional answer!!

    And one more thing that my jio money also not worked at that time, the amount was deduct from my wallet but at store computer they didn't received amount, so had to pay cash of my billing amount. So in total i had paid around four thousand, and my invoice is 2317/-. The most worst experience i have ever had in your store, very disappointed. I have attached my printed invoice photo copy. Please find the attachment.

          To day i want to reliance smart, reliance retail ltd, kakinada-533001 and i purchased few goods and i noticed that they are selling poor quality of products ie., adulteration in black pepper pieces. Poor quality of pieces mixed in black pepper pieces and brought to their notice. Unfortunately the store incharge mr. Naveen not responded properly and the sales girl talked with abusing words. I regret for the service and quality of products in reliance smart. Copy of my complaint noted with their books attached. Behavior of the concerned staff to be improved with customers.

            As ihave 10th annevesary coupon duly installed in my cell phone as per your instructions. but the people in the billing section don't know what to do. so i have lost my eligible rebate for the purchase.

            Why? what happened? is it really a gift?

                I have purchased multiple electronic item from reliance mart, shahibag, ahmedabad (reliance retail ltd) worth rs. 10358/- on 15th august 2016 with an ongoing offer of 15% cash back on hdfc bank credit card but till today (11/08/2016) i haven't received any cash back.

                I have called up your customer care but never get any satisfactory revert hence request you to please look into this matter and arrange said cash back as soon as possible.

                I have mailed customer care multiple times but no revert received by them.

                  We had been to reliance trends (reliance retail limited) kammanahalli bangalore, for purchase of clothes and ladies wallet on 15th and 16th oct 2016, they had mentioned 20 % off on ladies wallet, but at the time of billing the bill showed as 20% off, but while the bill was generated it appeared as only 10 % off, when we asked why 20% is not deducted as shown in the bills, they replied that it is a computer error, and refused to pass on the discount and finally they gave us only 10 % discount., and when we questioned? they replied rudely, that if you are not interested, please return the wallet and take back your money. the point is here after the discount is announced, they are not keeping up the terms of trade. the staff should be properly trained, to treat the customers with courtesy and respect, talk softly, and behave well.

                    Yesterday morning 9.30am going to Reliance Market, Bellary Chowratha Kurnool. the whole bill amount is Rs.1280/-, after billed counter i asked the security can i exchange some items they says ya sure sir..
                    after Iam going to Customer care desk I asked one employee name M.Parvathi 60331564
                    she told never change the exchange, if any case damage i will change ..
                    Actually we are purchasing Vijaya Refined Sunflower oil 5liters can Rs.425/-
                    exchange another Natural sunflower Oil 5liters amount of Rs.445/-
                    that employee attitude there is no respect of the customer using ... language etc

                    So please give me good suggestion for me

                      We giving all the products one by one to reliance market sales person they give bills n change but they not asking to take membership card I left my membership card in store in reliance fresh they always give us card first then give anything alse but in reliance market they don't do I really dislike this

                        Today me and my wife went to your reliance mart spoted near 5roads Salem. We took some baby cloths on offer . After we came for billing they told the offer is not there in these verities. Then I ask why should you kept these cloths in the offer table but no one know the problem. Then I ask to call the store manager but no one called up. At lost I brought that cloths for the MRP rate. I didnt expect this from Reliance group. Please take an action of these store people... I[censored] not then I proceed the video in the social media...

                          On 07 aug 2016 i had purchased some items from reliance mart, phoenix market city, kurla. At the time of payment the lady on the counter swiped my card and i even typed my pin number. The swiping machine did not respond. The lady then took my card on another machine and it went through. When i saw my bank statement on 24 aug 2016, i learnt that reliance mart got double payment. When i contacted them, their commerce manager said it was due to server problem. O.K. Believing his explanation, why did reliance mart kept quiet for such a long time, why did they not reverse the payment. If i would not have checked my statement i would never have known and reliance mart would have quietly eaten away my payment. I would like other consumers to be also cautious while making payment by card at reliance mart.

                          As I have written Reliance Mart has reversed my double payment, but what about all the trauma and trouble I have gone through ? I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN. I wasted lost of my time, money and energy. Should'nt Reliance Mart pay me compensation ?
                          I have received back the double payment from Reliance Mart, but what about all my time wasted, spent money calling Reliance Mart, calling my bank several times and each call lasting for 10-15 minutes wasting my time and money, sending e-mails to Reliance Mart. If I would not have checked my bank statement, I would never have known. RELIANCE MART KEPT QUIET. THEY OWN THEIR OWN DID NOT BOTHER TO INFORM ME INSPITE OF HAVING MY DETAILS, NOR DID THEY INFORM MY BANK AND REVERSE THE TRANSACTION.
                          24/09/2016 purchased item from reliance market Bhavnagar with invoice no[protected]. c8017 #0068 14:22:54 240916 S03241 R016 of Rs 1621/-the money was deducated twice from my SBI account debit card.

                            There is no foil in the pack. There is a newspaper inside the pack. What do u think who the costumer is??? Costumer comes to ur market for purchse and what he gets... Manipulation is this your service i have bill of this product nd ihave membership also so i want it to be sorted right now i want my product to be replaced at my home or iwill coplain it in consumer court so be prepared...

                              I am a regular customer of reliance market(Rajkot). i face allot of trouble while billing the products. bar code reader machines are never working and its very time consuming to manually enter the bar code of all the products and staff is also less for billing. there is no sufficient staff to do the billing. we are suppose to wait for half an hour.

                                I purchased electrolux 1 5 ton ac from reliance wholesale mart from ajmer on 18.6.2016, which was jnstalled on 21 june 2016 on 4 july when i returned from a vacation the ac was not cooling. i immediately contacted company and they said reliance mart did not get it installed by our service centre, so it comez un their jurisdiction.
                                Why js the customer harrassed for no fault if theirs.
                                We are senior vitizens a regular member from xay 1 when it started in ajmer and we thought buying from reliance would be a good change.
                                But oyr experience has been terrible ans would like immediate actipn by you to resolve this matter.

                                I took green peas in a shop near by house full adulterated with some green colour.when I boiled green peas all green colour came out.The cloths colour has been added to the green peas which is very harmfull to human being.Please take an action reagrding those shop ender, since it creates lot of heath hazards
                                The behaviour of the staff and manager at reliance Mart TTMC vijaynagar, bangalore is very harsh n rude I being sincere and regular customer request you to take strict action against them. As reliance is a big brand n I'm sure u don't want to loose the Good name amongst d customers, . I humbly request u to take strict action against them

                                  This complaint is against Reliance Mart located adjacent to Kharadi Bypass Road in Pune. I wanted to bring everyone's attention to the quality of food items available at the the mart. I came across FUNGUS INFECTED peach in the fruit section of the mart. And while I was looking for CFLs it was not unexpected to see broken 8 W Philips CFL sitting in the middle of the stack. Not to mention damaged packaging of food items and rude behavior of staff. I am enclosing the images for your perusal.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    On 26/06/2016, with my relatives I had been to Reliance market, Shivaji nagar, Sangli, Maharashtra. We 4 finished our shopping in 40 mins. I took a T-shirt from the stand stating "Rs. 149/-". At the billing time I was shocked, as its cost was Rs. 400/-. After asking worker he said to talk with customer desk people. As we were interested to buy that T-shirt at Rs.149/- or our money should be returned in cash.They took 1 hour to solve this thing.
                                    When we asked, we want to meet the manager/head, those people said they only are the people who takes care of feedback, complaints and all. So I thought there is nothing going to happen by talking with these people.Because at the beginning they gave very funny reasons like-"some customers might have kept this product in wrong stand", "buy any thing worth Rs.400/- as we can not return money." After rising the voice they started giving response.

                                    There was a booklet which has entries of returned amount, I just checked some previous returns, all reasons were such that they are indicating the mistake/problem is from customer side, like-"customer not satisfied", "size problem." For my case they had written "size problem". When I asked about this wrong information, they told me to just sign to get money, and I should not worry about these all.(with attitude and bad expression)!!!

                                    One more thing is, please update or modify your billing system. Billing contains only tag price, discount/offer price, that's it!!! If a person buys some 20 things, I think at billing he should be with calculator. And instruct your workers to be friendly with customers and give respect to elders.

                                      With due respect i want to admit that my name is varun gupta and i had visited the reliance market of shahibaug ahmedabad gujarat on[protected] but i found the behaviour of the staff as well as of manger totally unsupportive.

                                      Sir, i wanted to buy some plastic chairs but the manager did not give support in tying with a simple rope also. Also when we asked that can we take one chair outside to look that is it moving into a car or not he refused.

                                      Also i had bought some note books on which our price was mentioned 34/- only while the billing was done of rs 204/-. Sir, it is clear cut cheating and this is not accepted. This is a clear case of malfunctioning with malafide intention. When i asked the manager that why you have not mentioned the price of rs 204/- instead of rs 34 than he told you must take the slip out of the packet and then see. Is it relevant sir, this is something which is wrong going on. When i asked that give me your complaint book he refused.

                                        We went to Reliance Bazar On[protected], Sir, we had to purchase Britania Ghee which had the Marked price on 410/- in reliance market while on the Product the price was 390/-. And 20% was to be given as discount. When we went to purchase the product the selling person told us that they will give this product at the Reliance market Price. Sir, when the dispute arose he told that this is the procedural Requirement that they cannot overcome. Sir, This is wrong practice which your Ajmer Reliance Bazar is practising in Ajmer.

                                        Sir, why should a customer suffer due to your mistake, . When I asked the person why did not he check it previously. Why did he wasted our time.

                                        Sir, please take serious action against the management.

                                        This matter is also reported to the Consumer Affairs also and soon we are going to launch a complaint in Consumer Forum.

                                        The product are kept for sales and not for the exhibition. Why not the concern person suffer who has done the mistake. Why should a Customer suffer.

                                        Hope you are soon going to take the action.
