Please check to my special data offer data, it has an offer to 2GB+1GB (Bonus), 3G Data for 28 days on recharge 294 rs, but you have given to only 1.5 GB, 3G Data. This is cheating, when I was called to 198 (customer representative), everytimes, it has replied to my network is very busy, please call to other time. Please initiate for right decision, otherwise I will go to next step.

    i have terminated my installation before 5-6 months,

    i have come under problem after that
    so nearly in month of july my broadband connection was not working nearly 45 days so i get waiver no.[protected] of rs.797.54 in 1st august
    after using 45 days of broadband i terminated the connection...

    after termination no relaince technical person came for termination
    and
    today dated: 5th march 2016
    i get call from delhi
    where u have filed complaint against me
    for not paying bill

    but why i pay bill after compensation or waiver only near 150 rs i have to pay
    today i paid 638rs exact .but why ??

    and i didnt get any cheque after termination which i was told which i will get in 45 days
    .

    i am feeling harrased because of your fault
    if you can call me or just email me for solution
    or whether i should complain against you in consumer court

    My wire line connection[protected] is dead since last week. I have complained 6-7 times on custmer care.My first comp id is[protected]. Not solved. My second complain id is[protected] still not solved. I have allready faced this problem of phn dead in december for 25 days. I claimed for refund for my monthly rental but not received yet.

        I recharged a voucher worth Rs 29 - 1 Gb 3g data with validity 7 days.

        But I get only 100 mb data.
        The voucher say 1 Gb data...

          I had recently ported from Airtel to Reliance. After porting, it jst worked for 2days & later my current number is barred. The reason they're telling is there was no one at my place when they had visited for address verification. Only once they had come & again i dint find anyone. Now Im neither getting incoming calls nor able to make outgoing. From 1 week i dont have my phone number access & so im in huge loss financially too. Please consider this request seriously & help me.

                I have raised a request for termination of NETCONNECT Broadband [protected] in Oct 2015 through their Toll Free number as their service was very poor. Company said as per TRAI regulation it would take 15 days to terminate. My services were suspended from Dec 2015 though i was paying the bill inspite o[censored]pdating the billing department that i have asked for termination whenever they call me. But i was getting billed regularly. And I too keep paying it regularly. Am fed up of calling the toll free number and asking for termination. Till date it is not terminated. Very poor customer services, complex procedures putting the customer in pain. Am looking for getting refund from Dec 2015 as am not using the service and for the complex procedures they have for termination

                  My mobile no.[protected], 4 days before in my a/c balnce was 150mb and
                  main balnce was 43rs.
                  but after two days my a/c balnce is nill without calling.Why?
                  After complain my balance is returned.So thanks for this

                  Again, dated 26/02/2016 a call came from customeracre, I just received
                  and cancelled the call without any press key.but my balance is
                  deducted 30rs.I called chargable cutomer care then amount is
                  retuned.Again dated 27/02/2016 time 05:52 p.m. 1 rs deducted for VAS
                  video store without any activity by me.Why? these type events are
                  always happened.Do your team wants the deduct money anyway and
                  anytime.


                  Again dated 03/03/2016 at 5rs deducted at 01:54 P.M. Then I called customer care and talk to about that.my money is refunded but I want to know that Why are these events happening?

                  Second thing, My data balance 158 mb in previous month dated 31 january is not returned. Please return this.

He promised me to provide connection yesterday (04/03/2016). I cross verified this person with his manager. His manager name is Madhusudan (ph. no. +91 [protected]). He also told me to provide an amount to him and he will provide you connection. Now Iam calling him, He did not pick up my call and his phone is switched off. His manager's phone is also switched off.

                      My outgoing and incoming calls are barred for this sim([protected]). Its saying that "your no is barred, please contact customer service". They suggested to resubmit all the proofs at reliance center. Even they denied to register a complaint for this.

                      I am using this sim from last 2 years and obviously after submitting all the proofs required. It was working fine. I am facing this issue from last 5 days. My account balance was more than Rs 150 and with tariff recharged recently.

                      It is really frustrating as all my contacts, Gas registration, bank and card verification, OTP and etc are registered with this sim.

                      Kindly check as this seems to be some system error as I am using this sim each day. Please help ASAP.

                      I will do so as I am not left with any other option.

                      But what kind of service are you giving to customer. You guys deactivate a sim at your own will without any prior info to customer. And then ask us to resubmit all proofs for sim which was working for last 2 years. This sim was recently recharged with more than Rs 150 talk time and tariff recharge for 28 days for which validity will expire soon.

                      If you are in India, you would be aware that for many customers, sim are registered with banking account, GAS registration, OTP, PF account, and etc. Deactivating a sim without any prior notice is really irritating and disturbing.

                      It would be better if without deactivating the sim you would have ask to resubmit the proofs.

                      I have not faced any such case with my other sims(vodafone, airtel). Why its always a trouble being a reliance customer.

                        I got a Demand Notice cum Intimation Letter from Adv. A. U. SAKKARGE on my gmail id. i think its fraudulent email.

                        As per telephonic discussion with Reliance representative in year 2013, i had already done full and final settlement in year 2013 somewhere around Aug '13.

                        Today i am being asked to pay Rs. 1205/- again. i dont why. I had asked reliance agent in year 2013 (from whom i purchased my connection) to disconnect my services two months back from original disconnection, but he didnt took any action that time, due to which bills were continuously generated.

                        After i got the bills, i explained all the issues to one of the reliance representative, and he asked me to clear one month bill and assured me for waiver for remaining period as it was fault on reliance part as services were not disconnected inspite of my reminders.

                        In spite of all discussions and my full and final settlement, i dont why i am getting harassment notices. Why should i pay for the services which i didnt used and it was not my fault but reliance fault for no disconnection.

                        I had a reliance dongle and was a customer since 3 years, I lost dongle in February and logged a complaint in March with reliance customer care to terminate the connection and let me know the final settlement charges. The reliance customer care somehow convinced me to continue same and they will provide me dongle . I did not receive dongle even after a month and to my surprise they sent me bill. I called their customer care to explain same and let me know the genuine charges to pay . But they keep sending me bill. They are not responding to email neither to calls. It's very difficult as seems their intentions is not good.

                          Myself Abhishek Kumar...here i have seen many uninformative balance deduction by the RELIANCE COMPANY and here one of mine also...

                          So today amount of Rs. 24 & 30 has been deducted due to vas activation named "ShotforBiscSub60" & "ShotforModlSub30" (don't know anything about both of this) without my any information nor I have activated neither pressed any button by mistake also and did not ever get connected with customer care also...though I have unsubscribe this service" and also customer care don't have any etiquette that they hold the line for the long 15/20 min then call gets automatically cut with no solution😞.
                          So please do the needful action asap against this cheat done by the company.

                            Myself J K Arora owns the Reliance netconnect dongle no. [protected]. It got damaged on 30th January and I submitted the same to the nearest Service Centre named NANAK COMMUNiCATION, GANDHI MARKET, AMBALA CANTT., HARYANA on 1st Feb 2016 and after multiple calls and harassment I finally got it replaced on 18th Feb under warranty(after 18 days, not justified).

                            Even the activation was not done by the service provider and I still had to go to service provider and get it done, which again took 2 days (don't know why it took 2 days to update the new RSN no in the system which is 2 mins job). Finally today I got the dongle in working condition. It means for 22 days in total I was not able to seek the services.

                            Both service centre and service provider were assuring me the waiver for out of service period. But today when I called the customer care number and asked for the waiver or extension of days for the period of non service, he simply denied saying they can't do the same because I hold the advance rental plan and they can't offer me any monetary waiver. But I would have had the normal postpaid connection, I would have got the waiver.

                            I am completely shocked for this illogical comment that the person holding Advance rental plan can't avail any sort of waiver and on the other hand person paying every month end can get the waiver. How illogical is this?. Person who has already paid for 3 months can't avail the waiver and the person who has to pay post month usage can get the waiver because he is having some outstanding amount and waiver against that can be possible. Is this justified or make sense from anywhere?

                            I was told by the service provider that I should get the waiver when I will opt for the advance rental plan next time for the amount calculated for days of non service.

                            Kindly help me out with any justified reason for not offering the waiver for the advance rental customers.

                            This is really surprising and unethical on your part for marking the complaint as resolved without reaching out to any solution.

                            As per out telephonic discussion, you have asked for the documents confirming the out of service/damaged dongle for the specified period(30th Jan - 20th Feb).

                            I have the job card for the damaged dongle with job creation date as 3rd Feb, but able to attach the same in the system. Kindly suggest the alternate way for the same. Also, as you confirmed from the system, the RSN no for the new dongle was updated on 20th Feb in the system. It means the dongle was damaged (on papers) from 3rd Feb - 20th Feb (10 days), even though it got damaged on 30th Jan and submitted to service provider on 1st Feb(can't understand why he mention 3rd in job card).

                            I hope this clarifies your doubt of dongle being in use during above specified period and I should be granted with the waiver for 18 days atleast, if not 22 days of actual out of service.

                              I have received this email for a connection I had closed in 2009. I do not see the point of getting this 7 years later and would request Reliance authorities to refrain from stating blatant lies i.e. "informed time and again" and "duly received by you". The email is as below

                              Under Instruction from and on behalf of my client Reliance Communication having its office at KUBERA PARK, A1/B18, NEAR LULLA NAGAR CHOWK, KONDHWA, PUNE 411 048

                              1.My client is in the business of providing Telephone/Data Card service, and you have availed the services, from my client signing the CAF FORM hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by my client and availed by you from time to time.

                              2. My Client further states that as per the running account maintained by My client total principal amount of Rs. 1201 /- is outstanding against your, CAF No:- [protected], My Client herein has infom time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.

                              3. My client further states that they were persistently requesting you to clear the said amount, and thereafter my client has arranged a Pre Litigation Lok-adalat 20(2) of Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 for final determination . Legal Authority of India issued a Notice to you by post, and the aforesaid notice was duly received by you. (LOK-ADALAT NOTICE)

                              4. You have duly received the Lok-Adalat notice but you neither appeared for Lok-Adalat in court nor do you pay any amount to my client. My client submits that despite of genuine efforts you failed to pay the outstanding to my client. It clearly reflects that, you are having a dishonest intention to cheat my client for the said amount.

                              5. My client states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by my client you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which my client is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceeding against you.

                              6. In view of and under the circumstances stated hereinbefore, my client do hereby call upon you to make payment of the said sum of Rs. 1201/- only together with all further interests that will accrue due thereon till date of payment by you to me within Seven (7) days from the date of receipt hereof, (Contact Person : -Irfan Shaikh [protected] E-Mail:-( cro.[protected]@gmail.com ) failing which, my client shall be compelled and constrained to initiate appropriate proceedings, civil and/or criminal, against you without any further reference to you as may be advised from time to time and you will be liable for all the claims, costs and consequences resulting there from, which please note.

                              And, I had terminated the connection in October 2011 with a confirmation mail from Reliance as well. I have all the proofs that there are no settlements from my side.

                              Even I got the same exact email with subject saying E-Notice .I have already terminated the connection way back in 2013 and though Reliance kept sending me some bills even after the termination even that I settled .

                              I also received similar email on Aug 12, 2016 stating reliance has repeated informed me of the outstanding balance of an account closed in 2010.
                              Is the system hacked?- revealing all the customer details. I do not feel it is legitimate. Kindly look into the issue.
                              Looks like people have brought to your notice of this event in March and still no action has been taken.

                              Even I've received a similar email on 4th Oct 2016, whereas the bill due date is 15th Oct 2016. Why is the company sending the email from a weird gmail account..? Also the date mentioned in the mail is 07/09/2016.
                              Seems like the data is stolen and misused.
                              This is a standard EXTROTION practice from the ADA group to make up its LOSSES.
                              How can emails of Pune Suburban District Legal Services Authority be sent from email id of Reliance people? Even the contact number is of reliance.
                              Pune Suburban District Legal Services Authority should send emails from its OWN email ids and contact number of the authority should be provided.
                              This is just to scare people into making payment coz most think that why take hassle for few thousand rs.
                              Similarly earlier RELIANCE was calling people claiming that the caller is so n so lawyer from Delhi Tis Hazari Court. Another was of arm twisting people to pay.
                              Even after termination requests numbers are NOT terminated for many days and then company asks for RENTAL + LATE PENALTY +Other charges and makes a bill of 500 into 2500!!
                              Legal action should be initiated against collection dept of Reliance for trying to EXTORT money by pretending to be Tiz Hazari (Delhi) Lawyers or some Legal Authority.
                              NOTE: NO LOK ADALAT or COURT would send notice by email. And if at they do it has to be an officuial email id ([protected]@nic.in or something like that) and NOT cro.[protected]@gmail.com

                                      I had complained about my plight with reliance customer service(very hopeless) in a website consumer complaints.in like this ...

                                      I am having exams now and i have to study with elearning mode. I am facing problems with reliance data card from Sunday 21/02/2016 . Whenever i Connected data card to my PC/Laptop, I get error message "The Remote Server did not respond..." with hybrid mode. The signals are not seen. I had lodged a complaint with the toll free no[protected] at 8 PM Morning for which i had got compliant id[protected] raised I had got a response saying that the problem is due to chennai people or stuff, existing all over India, and will be resolved asap or within 48 hrs. Till now, i am not getting the problem solved. This is happening for me for the 2nd time period.
                                      Kindly Look into the matter at the earliest.

                                      Everyday since then, I am getting calls from no [protected] and another with a response, mam sorry for the inconvenience, wait for another 24 hrs and all.. Today is 4th feb. i have to wait for 24 hrs for what purpose, to get the problem resolved or keep myself shutting my mouth?

                                      I no longer needed internet usage, So I request you for disconnection.

                                      Please respond as soon as possible.

                                      I have never seen such a worst customer care in my lifetime..when am speaking with customer-care at the time of asking to raise a request for deactivation they are acting very smart and disconnecting the call in middle.This is not first time am facing the problem..this is a regular activity from customer care end.

                                      I have taken a strong decision not to use this service anymore in my life..because the service is worst.

                                      If in case I need any service I will prefer only those who provide customer service properly on time.


                                      If this matter is not taken seriously, i would like to escalate this matter to higher ups(even Mr. Ambani Sir) about this downgraded service.

                                        Reliance provide HSD network for reliance 3 data dongle n CDMA sim ... Now I have bought reliance 3 dongle but reliance not providing proper network... At - mankol village ta- sanand dist - ahmedabad they have a tower of CDMA gsm network... But HSD CSMA is closed...so we r unable to use my data on reliance 3 dongle...
