Sir, Here I want to inform you that there is no any battery backup or inverter at the DLC site from where the broadband & landline phone lines are distribute to my area. So, when the power cut off in my area the phone & broadband connection gets off for long time. I am facing this problem from last 10 days & I have make several complains to reliance customer care & also e-mailed them about this problem.. They have only one answer "It will resolve in 24 hours" but they are not doing for battery backup problem. Please do something...     My prepaid mobile no is. [protected] and I am using it for past 5 years. I did recharge of Rs.111 on 25-Mar-2014 for main balance and Rs. 76 on 06-02-14 for GPRS balance. I got GPRS balance of 75 MB and I was surfing the net on my phone. It was valid till 15-Apr-2014. I last checked the balance on 15-Apr-14 an there was a balance of 0.14Mb on my phone. Then I immediately stopped using GPRS so as to avoid deduction from Main Balance. Suddenly Reliance have cut all my main balance of Rs. 111 and when I called the customer care, to ask about this, they are saying I MIGHT have used data after my GPRS balance and so they have deducted all my balance. I said clearly that I have stopped using the GPRS before the GPRS balance was over and gave the details along with dates and the GPRS balance. When I ask for the exact details the customer care representative did not give any clear details and he has cut the call. This is clearly CHEATING. They are not maintaining any clear information and not providing any information to the customer and simply deducting the money without any reason. When I asked for refund of the money he is saying I cant refund and it is the company rules. The money deduction happened to me for the past 2 or 3 times also, I thought I might have used data after the data pack so did not complain. But they are doing this every time even if we are careful. I am really annoyed with this service and the customer care representative response and want the refund of the amount I was charged un-necessarily.

        sir, I would like to inform you that my phone no. [protected] attended a call from Reliance Communications Channel Partner Voice BPO sales woman says that you will received matching new no. for your no.and that SIM no.[protected] on[protected] visit by representative of Voice BPO then he give me receipt no.- VBPO 10597 and take Rs 300 cash and give me SIM No.[protected] and inform me that your SIM connected to reliance by[protected]. I gave documents{photocopy of bank statement and driving license}. I have called on numerous occasion on Mob No [protected] and [protected], however the same neither attended nor replayed which are printed on receipt.

        Till date my SIM not connected/registered. I inform you that my documents will not put in wrong hands by reliance company or other people. You are requested to please taken action on this. I want to close the SIM No[protected].

          My no. is [protected], and the moment i recharge my mobile the company charges for sms pack twice, thrice or some times four times. wen i sms them to deactivate on the given customer care they reply saying that there is some technical error try again later. My talktime finishes within 10 days bcoz of all this nonsense, kindly deactivate all the packs associated with this no.

            I am Reliance costumer from last 7 years.in between i switched to idea due to network problem in my area and after one year i again switched to reliance in July 2012.Till then i am using my number [protected].In DEC 2012 they disconnect my number without giving any reason.After 15 days when i complained they again continue my number.Till that time i have submitted my ID Proof in Reliance office five times but still if i communicate with customer care they used to tell that "you are unverified costumer and not able to provide any information"now they are continuously deducting my balance and refuse to assist me by giving the excuse that they don't have my ID proof.

              i've recharged my datacard with rs.849 through online on 27/3/14, but i didn't get the additional 1.2 gb data as per the advertisement in reliance website.i've contacted reliance customer care for more than 5 times, but i didn't get solution to my problem.pls do necessary for me

                Hi, I Ashok Kumar Gupta, taken a Data Card from Reliance but that was not used due to coverage issue. It was not connecting as well. I made so many complaints. Every time they asked me to wait for 1-2 months engineers are working but no solution provided. I was getting frustrated to make them calls and asked them to close the connection. I paid Rs. 2250/- as advance and asked them to return the amount but they had not. They raised the bill post close request and now there executive calling me and giving warning for legal case. They are saying either you have to make a settlement or we will make legal case on you. In other means they are threatening me. Please help me to resolve this matter. I am receiving calls from Pooja Gupta with mobile number - [protected]. Can I do a case in consumer court as I have all written communication, chat transcripts etc. please advice.                 I Nikhil V taken data card from reliance. Not used the data card([protected]) at all since last three months. Unpaid bill till july 2014 is 1014. Their executive calling me from [protected] and giving warning for legal case. They are saying either you have to make a settlement or we will make legal case on you. I paid the bill 1014 yesterday and then she said (lady from number [protected]) the matter will be closed. I raised a connection closing request immediately at reliance world by paying 150/- which they said is the charge for 1 week till the connection is closed.

                Today I got a call from [protected] saying they are sending some documents and wanted to confirm the address. They did not mention what documents they are sending.
                Please help me to resolve this matter.

                  My user id is [protected]. Either there is connectivity issue or datacard doesn't get recognized most of the times. Have sent emails to customer care, nodal care, appealate and head services to have the connection terminated and stop the billing. All these customer support personnel do is send a standard reply which doesn't address the user problem, that too after several reminders. One wonders, why to pay service tax as part of the bill! Personnel from Head.services said that on providing the email correspondence with customer care regarding termination request, he'll have the charges waived. Upon providing the same, chandu soneji started saying lies and that he is helpless. Already at loss due the useless data card and to top it, waste of time by dealing with this unethical support persons.

                  Another example of your pathetic customer care reply where-in the issue is still outstanding and all you did is to paste a response from one of your template. Reliance communication deliberately delayed the termination so as to extend the billing period and now, forcing the customer to pay for their inaction. Wasted valuable time asking to send the email communication to head.services team. Upon receipt of the requested emails, user was given a useless standard reply without honoring the earlier discussed resolution. Reliance communication is highly unethical and unprofessional.

                    I had recharged for 79 in which I had to get 90 days validity. But. Was given only 30 days after raising two complaints, but reliance care were deaf on their ears no response or solution of complaints. And wen I tried my no. Was blocked. So I could not call them.complaint nos.[protected] a nd[protected] .plz look in my concern check in photo foroffer sent by reliance to and me and not fullfilled by giving wrong validity

                        Mine cell no. is [protected] and mine monthly credit limit is Rs1000 and reliance communication is charging me Rs15800 and when i contact to reliance customer care to know for what they are charging me this much amount they ans you have used the internet services and for internet i have activated the internet pack which is of Rs99 in which they provide me 2.5gb for a month nd when yesterday i contact to coustomer care to know the pending mb of mine plan they ans me sir u have 595mb pending nd from yesterday to till now i have not consumed mine 595mb nd unnecessary they are Charging me Rs15800 for using internet. Sir if mine credit limt is only 1000 then how they can exceed that i am totally shocked after knowing the bill amount sir please help me asap.

                        Yesterday again i contact to reliance customer care the representative told me that now your current unbilled amount is Rs16400 and when the services has been barred by reliance communication on that time mine unbilled was Rs15200 then few hours later the unbilled amount was Rs15800 and mine question is if mine services has been barred from their side then how the unbilled amount is exceeding As if i am not able to call or use any services from evening 12th april and he also told me that you have 2gb data balance in your's account but earlier on 12th april they told me you have no data balance in your account i don't know what's wrong with reliance communication totally harassing me.

                        Sir its mine request plzzzz take a necessary action again reliance communications. Their job is to solve a problem but they are not solving and creating more and more troubles for me.                           how irresponsible people are there in the reliance broadband team... they daily say we will come and fix the issue and your connection will start working... this is happening from last 6 days... still no one is came... daily complaining 4-5 times. .. worst customer service they give... they are not solving my problem... nor giving any fix time that problem will solved that day... really they are frustrating thier customers... i will never give anyone suggestion that they take reliance connection... really worst service... visited local office 2 times but nothing happens... technician don't know how to behave with customers... solve my issue as soon as possible... complain no.[protected]

                            Dear sir, I am having net connect plus no. is [protected] those purchased through executive Mr. Manish Mishra & Mr. Arunoday . those working in vijay nagar office that dongle not working on my tablet hcl me u1 I have cleared what is the purpose for dongle . Note before purchasing I have already another no [protected] this dongle is also purchased from manish mishra before two year modle no. AC2737 those i have used on PC when i am using on tab than that is not woring on tab than i have talk to costumer care than he is suggested to me please purchased another modle no AC 2738 then your problem will be resolve. Then i have talk to manish then he will say dongle will be replace your dongle will be summit to reliance and pay 500 rupees and take another no modle no AC 2738 then i have purchased another dongle through manish mishra but this dongle is having same problem with my tab, then i have complaint on customer care complaint no is[protected] but there are no resolution I am not using of that dongle then he generate bill from last two month 540 rupees and my dongle has been terminated Please resolve matter Regard's Sahdew mewada

                              i had activated a 98 rupees mobile internet plan in which they were providing me 650 mb, but they had given me only 167 mb and after that they charging at 10ps/kb.
                              i had given request fir changing my plan to 99 and activating std pack 399, but they had only activated std pack.i m already having 599 plan that gives me unlimited reliance 2 reliance all over india.so it's sel[censored]nderstood that y should i go for std pack without changing my plan.now i had given request for termination of my connection they are asking me to wait for 15 more days.they are only trying to do fraud and cheat the customer as much as they can.

                              to wait for 15 more days.they are only trying to do fraud and cheat the

                                Hi, This is Praveen Kumar from Hyderabad, using reliance netconnect plus since a year. From last month(March) hardely one bar appears for few minutes and keep going. Sometime there is no network. I m staying near golconda fort, 5km away from mehdipatnam at hyderabad. My issue is regarding no signal from last 1 month. First week, i have chatted with agents, they have noted the problem and created service request(SR) number[protected] on 27-Mar-2014 and said with in 2 days problem will resolved. Next day two persons from reliance have called and noted the problem and closed the SR. But still now problem was not resolved. Second week, again chatted with agent, they said still the maintence is going on our area. It will take time to resolve the issue but they are not sure when it is going to resolve the issue. Third week, i have called to customer care, they created one more service request(SR) number[protected] on 09-Apr-2014 and said with in 2 days problem will resolved. Two days completed But status of SR was still in progress and Reason for Delay was "Due to operational / technical reason". But still now issue was not resolved. Can any please help in resolving the issue. My contact no is [protected].

                                Still now the issue was not resolved. but i got this month bill if i didnt use properly. Only evening hours, signal strength is fine. Actually i m have to work @home. Due to improper signal, going to office to work. Still now no action was not taken on this issue. Please let me know if you cant provide proper signal, i can disconnect. Please let me know whether issue will resolve or not and also without using data card why i should i have to pay a bill.

                                  I am using reliance network and i activated my whatsapp plan on my mobile but as per plan you are using whatsapp unlimited without deducting any charges for using whatsapp. But when i am using whatsapp it also deduct my balance. when i called on 198 but they are not registered my complaint and they are saying my charges due to cut other application. but as per plan details there is no any clarification how to stop other android application when you are using net. If from the mobile u force to stop then also some application started automatically. And from customer care there is no proper answer. My complaint is for if your plan is not work properly then how to tell that whatsapp is free and your plan clarification should be given on website.

                                      We are using Reliance CDMA land line Post paid[protected] more than 10yrs. Suddenly we are experiencing Network Failure Error for past two months. We are not getting tower properly even though we have Reliance tower line at backside of our house. We are calling customer care for so many times, but we didn't get any proper response yet.
