[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect+ — Getting no signal | |||
Hi, This is Praveen Kumar from Hyderabad, using reliance netconnect plus since a year. From last month(March) hardely one bar appears for few minutes and keep going. Sometime there is no network. I m staying near golconda fort, 5km away from mehdipatnam at hyderabad. My issue is regarding no signal from last 1 month. First week, i have chatted with agents, they have noted the problem and created service request(SR) number[protected] on 27-Mar-2014 and said with in 2 days problem will resolved. Next day two persons from reliance have called and noted the problem and closed the SR. But still now problem was not resolved. Second week, again chatted with agent, they said still the maintence is going on our area. It will take time to resolve the issue but they are not sure when it is going to resolve the issue. Third week, i have called to customer care, they created one more service request(SR) number[protected] on 09-Apr-2014 and said with in 2 days problem will resolved. Two days completed But status of SR was still in progress and Reason for Delay was "Due to operational / technical reason". But still now issue was not resolved. Still now the issue was not resolved. but i got this month bill if i didnt use properly. Only evening hours, signal strength is fine. Actually i m have to work @home. Due to improper signal, going to office to work. Still now no action was not taken on this issue. Please let me know if you cant provide proper signal, i can disconnect. Please let me know whether issue will resolve or not and also without using data card why i should i have to pay a bill.
