      Complaint Number :Service Request ID:[protected] I have a Reliance Netconnect Plus Data Card [protected] which i got in 2012. After recharging my card for an amount of 999, on 28 th April 2015 for HSD, they have stopped services from 29th April, 2015, Afternoon . I would have, till now, wasted more than 3 hours on calling customer care service since then till 5th of May 2015 . Response from customer care includes: 1) 29 th April, 2015: complaint registered. resolution with in 3 days. (Actually the complaint that was recorded was wrong ;) 2) after a day or so., , calling back, , thay said my complaint was resolved. 3) called the appellate on 3 rd May, reregistered the complaint, They said they cannot disclose the technical issue!! Resolution time required: 5 days!!! 4) after wating a week, Network technical team visited me, checked and found there was no signal issues in the area!!! (which I was telling them for so long time since the problem started) Now, they want me to go to the nearest service centre for checking my date card. After using the card for three years, apying aprroximately 36, 000 rupees for your services in total till now this is how you treat a customer!!!1 DO NOT BUY Reliance Products .This is for your own good.

        MY SOME PROBLEM MY RELIANCE GSM SIM([protected]) WAS DAMAGE.I GONE TO THE NEAREST RCOM SHOP(SASWAD, PUNE) FOR REPLACE IT.THEY TOOK 250 RS AND GIVE ME A NEW SIM CARD, AFTER TAKING ALL OF MY DOCUMENTS, THE SHOP KEEPER TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE ACTIVE ON OR BEFORE 2 WORKING DAYS. BUT IT WAS PAST 25 DAYS ITS YET NOT ACTIVE.WHAT KIND OF ACTIVATION THEY R DOING I DONT KNOW?? I VISIT VARIOUS TIME TO THE SHOP FOR THE SAME, BT THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE ACTIVE SOON.           the Problem got sorted for some days and I was informed that this was due to a Faulty AC.
          however since 18th may, the same problem has cropped up again

              Complaint Number :[protected] MDN Number : [protected] The device was bought about a week back taking into consideration the type of services the organization has been providing but that has proved to be wrong. I bought the product and in a weeks time, it is unable to catch signals. Tried logging complaints but they are not worth talking as they just try to move the user from one call to the other. The recent complaint which was logged[protected] and the representative has conveyed that it is the network/Area/Tower connectivity error which is being resolved and I should wait. What I did not tell was that I have another data card which i bought with the one I am having problem with and it is working flawlessly. The reason i have not told the customer care is because next time there would have been another excuse to ward off the call of the customer.I am sure that is not a network error and it is the device error. Otherwise, how can one of the data card is working and the other is working happily. Wonder, how these customer care people make fool of the customers by saying any thing to ward off the situation.

              Appretiate your response. However, the problem still exists at my end. The Card does not seem to be consistent in the connection and does not connect after some seconds. The alternate contact number was provided to the customer care executive at the time of telephonic discussion.

                We have given a data card cancellation request to rcomappellateauthourity.[protected]@relianceada.com on 5-march-15 as per the advise of reliance call center support agent. But till now we have not received any confirmation for the cancellation request which we have given. When i call up the reliance datacard call center they are telling that they have taken cancellation request on 14-apr-15 later they have mentioned that they have retained me with a 2GB internet pack without intimation to customer. I do not understand how reliance can retain any customer without any customer knowledge and without customer’s wish. Now outstanding amount of Rs.1235 has been generated. We have given cancellation request on 5th-march-15 but till now there is no response from reliance team for our problem and they are unnecessarily generating bills for our data card number. We have email proof of cancellation request we have given to Reliance.I request you to help us in cancellation of our data card number and waive off the outstanding bill amount generated due to irresponsiblity of reliance communications not taking cancellation request.                 There is still no response from your team. I only got a call once from your side. I told the executive clearly that we gave cancellation request on 5-march-15 and still not cancelled. Because of not cancelling the connection outstanding amount of Rs.1235 is generated.
                He advised that he will talk to his senior and come back to us. After that there is no update from Reliance communications.
                I am still getting unnecessary calls from Reliance call center asking to pay the outstanding bill.
                I request you to waive off the bill amount (Rs.1235) and cancel the connection permanently. Requsting to do the needful.

                Still no update from your side. I never received your call or any email.
                I received an email today mentioning that we need to pay the outstanding amount of Rs.1236 to avoid further legal processes. We have given cancellation request on 5th-march-15 and still the connection is not cancelled from your side. We are not going to pay any outstanding amount as we have already given cancellation request on 5-march. If it comes to legal action, we have email proof of each and everything. We have email proof for cancellation request given. Please cancel the connection and waive off the outstanding amount for your own good. Else each and everyone who is responsible for not cancelling our connection will be held responsible for not cancelling our connection and will be sacked.

                Don't you people think to resolve the problem. The outstanding amount of Rs.1236 is still not cleared. I want you to waive off that amount immedaitely.

                  Few days ago I recharged my reliancereliance no [protected] by amnt 65 .in the company site it was written that I will get 70 rs promotional balnc and 250 mb data but after rechrag I get only the talk time not the data so it is a clear case of cheating.

                    Hi, I have Reliance GSM prepaid connection (No. [protected]) and I am getting charged for some VAS services which I do not ask or request to subscribe. I am trying to call customer care but could not reach a single time from past 2 days. Some VAS(Techzone) GSM and VAS(VideoStore) charged messages are received but I have not activated/requested anyone for the same. Also when i try to Deactive this services Using 155223 it says i have no VAS on my number and still they are deducting balance from my numberaccount .I request you to please deactivate such service and refund the deducted amount and any other amount if deducts during the conversation. I am/will not be liable to pay such unrequested service.Also, I get so many alerts the whole day. Please do not disturb with such alerts and deactivate the same as well. Hope I will get a positive response soon. Thanks in Advance!

                      On 3rd March 2015 I paid broadband installation money (Rs. 1450) but after receiving the money they told me after a week that there was no peer free in my location because of that they didn't give me connection. So I told them to return my money back according to their policy their employ put the cancellation request on 12th or 13th march. According to that policy money would be refunded after 40 days. But the number of days reached 55+ and they didn't gave me money back. Also their employ didn't pick my calls. Please help me.

                        Hi, I have Reliance GSM prepaid connection (No. [protected]) and I am getting charged for some VAS services which I do not ask or request to subscribe. I am trying to call customer care but could not reach a single time from past 2 days. This is for the 3rd time I am writing to you guys to stop this and I am very disappointed because of deductions in my balance within an interval of time. Some VAS(Techzone) GSM and VAS(VideoStore) charged messages are received but I have not activated/requested anyone for the same. You can refer the complaints IDs of past complaints (c1035545 and c1010995). 120 INR has been charged till yet within 2 weeks.I request you to please deactivate such service and refund the deducted amount and any other amount if deducts during the conversation. I am/will not be liable to pay such unrequested service.Also, I get so many alerts the whole day. Please do not disturb with such alerts and deactivate the same as well.                         Hi Team,

                        As per the conversation with executive, they are saying that I have raised the request on 3rd May and we have resolved it on 4th May.
                        First, see the thread above as you noted my complaint on 5th May (yesterday around 12:30 PM). How could you able to resolve it before getting it.
                        Second, on 4th May I get the same deduction message and the balance was 135.03 INR at 5:13 PM. (refer screen shot)
                        If you refunded the amount of 99 INR. Please send me call history from that refunded date - time till yet and alse why the deductions are still going on?
                        Third, I did not get any refund what the executive referring for so please make it and stop all this non sense.

                        The day, the deduction has been started I was having around 185 INR of balance. Refer screen shots for further assistance. Now, you are saying that you have refunded amount of 99 INR in my account on 4th May but I am still having the balance of 117 INR and I don not make so much calls. You can refer my call history and if so please share the call history with me as well. Its been for the 3rd time and every time executive says that this will never happen again.

                        The interesting point is I got the same deduction message again in the morning. (refer attached screen)

                        We have to fight every time for our self money. Do we have so much spare time to waste on these kind of frauds. This is the cheating. First of all refund my all money and stop making these deductions from today strictly or I will raise this fraud in the higher authorities.

                        As mentioned above, I written all the discussion what I had with your associate and my concern is still pending. NO resolution has been done yet. If you are not going to resolve it, write it clearly.

                        It clearly shows you are not even looking at the customers feedback. Do customers have so enough time to site and write for hours?

                          i recharged my CDMA number [protected] with 73 rupees for reduce the call rate for 6 month pack. date[protected] my scheme should be closed[protected] but company closed the scheme[protected] after that company charges the normal rate without any information & company not picked the customer care number. please solve the problem as soon as possible

                            On March 3rd 2015 I paid 1450 rupees for the installation of my broadband connection. But after a week they told there is no peer to give me the connection to my home. So I told them to cancel this on 12 or 13th March and they have to refund complete payment (i.e Rs 1450 ) after 40 days but now its reached almost 2 months they didn't send my money. Also their employ not picking up my phone calls. Now I found this forum is the only last option. Please do something so that they gave me the complete payment back.

                              I am having a prepaid GSM connection of Reliance Communication since last 2 years period. In last 15 days, VAS Service charge- for Indiatimes V Pak is being deducted Rs.5/- each time and 4 times in a day, while there is no internet activated in my Mobile no. and no such package has been availed by me, still such charge is beinb deducted. I made personal complaint to R.Com Ahmedabad office by meeting their Customer care officer and he agreed that this charge was being deducted wrongly and assured that within 24 hours that will stop. Despite this, and his SMS confirmation of my complaint registering, this charge is being deducted for 4 times in a day. Sofar my more than Rs.200/- has been wrongly deducted and I am not getting any response from their Customer Care Department. I do not know when this will stop and I will get reversed- credit to my account this wrongly deducted amount. Kindly look into complaint urgently. Thanking you, Your's Truly, Umesh Shukla

                              Despite getting message of confirming that VAS has been deactivated on 6th May, 15, for resolving my complaint no.[protected], again a VAS charge of Rs.5.00 each has been deducted twice from my recharge balance on 6th evening and 7th May, 15 afternoon.It seems that R.com Customer care people are giving only Lip service and they are not bothered about Customer's problems.

                              It creates doubt that is this a part of systematic racket to loot mobile service users, and collect huge sums daily, if noticed give refund
                              otherwise enjoy direct profit ? Will R.Com take this problem seriously and do something and give relief ?

                              My problem solution has remained short lived. Again VAS charge for India times V Pak is being done
                              from 8th May onwards, after reversal of earlier charge Rs.35 has been deducted from my pre-paid
                              balance amount. My cheers are no more there.
                              Kindly take serious note of this and ask the company to do the needful ASAP.

                                    I am Deep Chakrabarti, a recently graduated MBBS physician at Nilratan Sircar Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata. I was using a Reliance Netconnect dongle for Internet usage last year for a period of about 4-5 months from April-July. My Reliance Netconnect number was [protected]. The plan I was using was NCPLUSNEWMyBestValue2GB with a monthly rental of Rs. 450 and a Credit Limit of Rs. 1000. My dongle was active till August 2014 and there was a Bill generated on 27th August, 2014, of amount Rs. 1145 with due date September 13th, 2014. I had paid the entire due amount and also talked to staff of Reliance communications at Reliance Web world, Shivam Chambers, Syed Amir Ali Avenue Kolkata about disconnecting my Netconnect number. Subsequently after I made the payment, I received another bill amount to Rs. 0, ZERO BILL, dated 27th September, 2014. Then again I had gone and visited Reliance Web World, Shivam Chambers, Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Kolkata with a copy of my ZERO BILL and asked the staff to disconnect my Netconnect number which they had assured me would be done. I MUST ADD THAT THEY HAD NOT ASKED ME TO SUBMIT ANY APPLICATION FOR THE SAME AND HAD SAID THAT A VERBAL REQUEST WAS ENOUGH FOR DISCONNECTION. I had stopped using my dongle completely by then and received no bills for the next three months and I had reasons enough to believe that my Netconnect Dongle had been disconnected as per my wish and instruction. Suddenly on the 29th of December, 2014, I received an e-mail from Reliance that a bill had been generated against my Netconnect Dongle dated 27th December, 2014, amounting to Rs. 455 with due date 13th January, 2015, which also showed that my usage was ZERO. I called up Reliance Netconnect customer care and asked them HOW THEY COULD RECONNECT AND RESTART MY NETCONNECT CONNECTION WITHOUT MY CONSENT AFTER 3 MONTHS ALL OF A SUDDEN AFTER I HAD CLEARED ALL BILLS AND DISCONNECTED MY DONGLE. They said they would look into the matter but I kept on receiving bills from Reliance for the next 3 months from December to February. The February bill was dated the 27th of February, and amounted to Rs 1177 with due date 17th March, 2015. On the 8th of April, 2015 I received a call at 12-11PM from someone who claimed to be Smt. Barkha Goswami, Phone Number - 91-[protected], an advocate at District Court, Rohini, Delhi and asked me to pay my bill my 8th April, 2015, 1 PM or else I would be served a legal notice. She had called me again at 2-15 PM and when I tried to explain her happenings of the past, she paid no heed and said that I was wasting the court’s time and that I would be served a legal notice for non-payment of bill. I have the voice recording of her phone call, which can be furnished upon request. The next morning, i.e. 9th April, 2015, Reliance sent me a fresh bill amounting to Rs. 1177. Then again on the 11th of April, 2015 I have received two calls at 3-25 PM and at 4-15 PM from someone who claimed to be Smt. Puja Mathur, Phone Number - +91-[protected], again an advocate at District Court, Rohini, Delhi. This time, I was asked to pay my dues immediately or else to come to District Court, Rohini, Delhi on Monday, 13th May, 2015 with Rs. 10, 000 as fine for non-payment of my bills. I found it bewildering to be honest that some supposed lawyer can call me over the phone, not verify her identity and instruct me to come to court with a fine. Here are the voice recordings of the two phone calls with her on that day! Additionally, I could not believe someone who can call me randomly and claim to be an advocate and ask for payment of supposed dues within a short span of time. In this age where scams are so frequent, I had no way to verify her identity in such a short time. Reliance had not contacted me in any way for the same matter. I would also like to mention that I had also received a court notice from Reliance at my address. I lodged a complaint with the Public Grievance Portal, Govt of India and also took the matter up with Reliance Netconnect Customer Care and with the Appellate Authority, Reliance Communications from the 9th of April, 2015 onwards. Eventually, I received 3 e-mails on 13th April 2015, 14th April 2015 and on 25th April 2015, each stating that MY RELIANCE NETCONNECT DONGLE WAS TERMINATED AND THAT I HAVE NO DUES REGARDING THE SAME. On the 1st of May, 2015, I have received another phone call from +91-[protected] where an unknown lady who did not identify herself and who was supposedly from “Solitaire Courier Services” called me to confirm my address and deliver a courier in my name. I found this suspicious and when I tried to contact the number back, I was told the number was “invalid”. When I searched this number on the Internet, a lot of responses came up and showed to me that this number was a Reliance Number used to harass its customers and there are innumerable complaints on the Internet citing the same number. I would not know what exactly is going on and why Reliance Communications would continue to harass me or any common customer in this way, for that matter. I do not know why my connection was reconnected without my consent and faulty bills sent to me when I had zero usage. The phone calls made to me from supposed “advocates” when I was nowhere at fault, as was the court notice sent to me. As anyone can understand, these actually have caused me immense mental harassment, and I cannot understand how or why Reliance would instruct its people to act like they did when in reality I had zero dues. Who were these guys who called me? Who instructed them to do so? Listen in to these calls and decide for yourselves. The common man can just not be forced into submission just because of what others may perceive as a lack of brawn. I thought we are living in a free country, or are we?                                       I bought PRO3 Network Dongle on Feb 05 2015 from SV Enterprises, Vashi, Navi Mumbai Reliance number [protected]. It was activated on Feb 09 2015 and it worked on the same day and next day onward ie Feb 10 2015 is stopped working. I have registered a complaint on Feb 10 2015, my complaint no[protected]. I have paid Rs 6000 for yearly subscription. Nothing has been done from their side to resolve the issue. If needed I can send you the whole email conversation. till this month they have sent me monthly bills in spite of not providing service and this complaint is registered with them already from feb 15th 2015. Kindly help me resolve it.
