Reliance Broadband - Still getting billed 4 Reviews Add a Comment User javid hussain on Jan 13, 2015 Hi, My subscriber number is[protected] and i'm constantly getting bills for the service which I no longer use. Service Request ID[protected]for cancellation of reliance broadband) I have contacted customer support over 10 times already and they always say its some billing issue and it'll be rectified in next cycle. My question is why am I getting charged for the service which I disconnected months ago? I was told during disconnection that i have no outstanding bill/due's, its not my fault and i'm not going to pay anything. I will submit these proofs & sue Reliance in case of any judicial cases against the company, if its left unattended. Please fix this asap. Regards, Javid Hussain [protected]

Finally its resolved after months of struggle. It was really disappointing that it took so long and i've to provide so many reminders and escalations to fix this issue.

        on 12.01.2015 my no [protected] converted in postpaid service. on 27.01.2015 my outgoing call barred without any prior notice.on 28.01.2015 i came to know that due to some document outgoing call barred.It is surprising to me that each and every required document i had submitted along with application.All document and application form are deposited to Reliance communication office kashi palace Patna to concern person Mr ravi no.[protected].I badly harashed due to outgoing call barred without knowing the fact from me and without prior notice. So take proper action against the concrn person.

          Sirs, In the month September, 2014 I requested you to disconnect the net, and paid the outstanding bill. Till date disconnection has not been done and the bill is accumulated to nearly rupees.1600. I receive calls everyday, and I request for disconnection, but of no use. Even if I pay the bill, there is no guarantee that the connection is disconnected. So, I request you to send me a letter (hard copy) mentioning the bill amount to pay, and also with a line mentioning that the connection will be disconnected after payment, as I can keep the letter as a proof.

            My name is Azam Ansari using reliance card mob# [protected], on 22nd jan 2015 i did a 3g net pack recharge of rs 246 for 2gb 3g data as per the tariff plans of reliance. After doing the recharge through paytm i got confirmation msg also from Reliance saying i have got 2gb 3g data but as i have checked my net pack rechrge it says that i only 1gb data instead of 2gb. This is the fraud company is doing with consumer on top of that when i called up the customer care for the help, the executive talked in such a rude manner & directly denying not to help as they will only help if consumer calls within 3 days. Totally criteria & help provided by company. Kindly help as i need my data for which i have paid or if not then i am very much ready to even go to higher authorities for the same as the company has done fraud with me.

              hello my name is byom dwivedi... my reliance gsm no is [protected] i recently ported to reliance from docomo but i am totally fed up now i had recharged with rs147 on 18 jan 2015 about 1:15 pm which gives me unlimited 2g for 30 days but tommorrow 27 jan my 2g pack becomes zero... i tried several times talking to reliance customer care executive but all they say is that no recharge is done on my number and they cant do anything... i want my data back

                [User Id:[protected]] I have requested for service termination on 24th Jan 2015 because my Internet is not working since 2nd Dec'14. I have lodged many complaints but didn't receive any call or technician visit to check the problem and when I tried to take the follow up then I got to know that complain is already closed if you want then we can open the new CR. Two months has been past by keep on lodging complaints and now no more patience left even though I have paid THREE MONTHS RENTAL IN ADVANCE. When I called again on customer care to take cancellation follow up then customer rep Nazia shekh replied we don't have your cancellation request which I had given on 24th. This is unethical and illegal which spoils the reputation of your company .I kindly request to refund my 3 months rental and cancel my service.                   sir I would like to draw your kind attention in unfair charges in Reliance.They deducted balance from main account without any cause when we ask about to customer care every time they said their system is not updated till now.upto 24 hr they ans same and after 24 hr they either block the customer care no or says update remains our database 24 hr only.It happens to me several time Yesterday 37 Rs deducted from my account.They do the same. I earnestly request you please take a step and stop this business happens in telecom circle in India my mobile no is [protected].I want my money back. Thank you

                    Dear Sir, I am Dr. Prashant Baredar using your Tariff plan HSDDATA_MP and my Net-connect No is [protected]. I have registered my request on 10th Jan 2015 (Request no.[protected] to Customer executive Ms. Bithi for closing my account. She insisted me so many times that don’t close it give it to someone, but I strictly told that I want to close my account. She told me that within 7 days it will be closed. After 7 days, I again called customer executive that yet my connection has not been closed. He told me that it will take 15 days to close. After 15days again I called customer executive Mr Kausar and asked about not closing it. He told that connection has not been closed but status of request is showing that it has been resolved. He told that he has again registered another request for closing account (Request no.[protected]it will be solved in another 15 days. Dear sir, I want to raise certain points, 1) New connection can be obtained from any Reliance stores but authority for closing connection has not been given to any Reliance stores. Moreover procedure for closing account you have made very difficult so that anybody can not close connection easily. 2) New connection can start within 4 to 6 hours after applying. But for closing the connection you take 15 days time. After that also you are not closing it. 3) Your My Services customer care is also not working. There it is written that specify category but no options are given. Without which it is not accepting request. 3) This is total cheating marketing strategy. You are mentally torturing me. I will expose it in leading news paper. Take appropriate action immediately otherwise I will go to each and every platform like TRAI, consumer forum, Leading News paper, Human Right Commission etc. Dr.Prashant Baredar Mobile No.[protected] [protected]

                      Sir I have complete all process for the post paid sim to change prepaid sim. I went Reliance Outlet (Jai Shree Ram Interprises 53-54 Janki nagar Lalghati Bhopal). They told me that after 5 days you contact 59059 than you will given all the information about your sim. I call after five days 59059. they are told me that your data not show on our database your document not submitted. than I call *222 they are give me same anser. and they are registered my complaint but complaint resolve after five days. Now my sim not change into the prepaid sim. And I am paid next time bill. When I complete all the process and RELIANCE OUTLET will not forword my all the details company. I don't want to pay my next bill payment becauase i have completed all the process. And why I pay the bill for the next month. And my sim is not changing on the Prepaid sim.

                        The complain of same nature was posted by me in Nov, 14. This time again my account has been wrongly debited by Rs 150/-. I called up 198 to raise a complain at least 55- 60 times but every time my call is been disconnected This is a mental harassment. I am sick of calling Reliance.

                        Its been 6 days and my balance has not been refunded. How much more time will you need to refund my 164/- Rs.
                        At least some one should call and let me know what is going on as I am sick of calling 198 and no one responds.
                        On 27th I raised a complain online about wrongly debited amount Rs. 164/- from my balance. After 2 days, 29th Jan, 15 I got the sms with the request no[protected]. The next day i.e. 30th I got the sms that my complain has been resolved. But I did not get my balance back. Since then I am trying to get in touch with the Reliance customer support team on 198, but my call never reach them and disconnects before getting connected to them (of course this can be only due to their manual settings), except twice I got connected luckily. Once they said there is no complain form my number so they took the complain. And again I got connected today, 4th Feb (after regularly trying to call) then the executive said that there is no such complain and they can't even take this complain as this was on 27th and its been a week now and disconnected.

                        Pathetic service. Very Poor response. Reliance has done this the second time in 2 months.
                        Reliance has not given any response yet. This is ridiculous.

                              My Balance was Rs 270/- from which Rs 150/- got deducted and I am left with Rs. 130/-. In between this I did not make any calls and even did not use Internet. Since evening 7 pm I am calling 198 with my reliance mobile but the call is getting disconnected automatically, I tried calling at least 40-45 times. THE SAME COMPLAIN WAS RRAISED BY ME ON 17TH NOV, 14.Is it that reliance has made this its habit to earn an extra income. Its a mental torture. Pathetic service.

I am using relaince data pro 3 they told its fast but its totally waste and useless...The speed is 2kbs only...But relaince giving fake information and cheating customers...I[censored] call customer care they will say technical problem it will be slow for 2 days...After 2 days they will say 2 days...Again i[censored] call they will say 2 days...Totally 6 month went of like this...2 days 2 days 2 days...I dont know to laugh or slipper myself for choosing such a worst data card for internet...                                   Dear Reliance Team, I am a loyal user of 2 Reliance GSM numbers. I have been using Reliance for years. I am using Reliance 3G number [protected] at Mumbai. My last two recharges have made doubt on Reliance services. I have talked to Reliance Customer Care many a times but it seems they are not able to clarify things also not able to resolve and not even ready to file complaint. I am feeling somewhat cheated. Here are my issues. 1. On date 18-Jan-2015 I have done e-recharge of tariff 139. Before doing this recharge I have talked to Reliance CC they informed that this will make my calls tariff 25 paise/min. After recharge I found that it is taking 40 paise/min. Later talking to CC they informed that it will work only for my home circle which was not informed earlier to me. I didn't understand that I have bought the SIM from local Reliance store and making calls from my home where I bought SIM, but still it is not under my Home Circle. It is completely unacceptable and I request you to make my tariff 25 Paise/min immediately. 2. On date 25-Jan-2014 I have done e-recharge through internet of 177 (3G 1GB). After recharge I got message stating my 177 recharge has been successful and enjoy 1 GB 3G data. After few minutes at 4.04 PM I got another message stating that I have got extra 1GB 3G data free along with 1 GB data + unlimited whatsapp, FB & twitter, But when I checked 3G balance there was only 1GB data credited extra 1GB 3G data was not credited. When I talked to Reliance CC they told to wait for 24 hours. Even after waiting 24 hours 3G balance was not credited. I got really disappointed that in both the cases Reliance CC was not ready to file complaint. So I request you to please file above both complaint and make my call tariff 25 Paise/min and credit extra 1GB 3G data. Thank You Harish Kumar Soni

                                  After all this finally reliance has registered my complaint and given me two service request numbers. After two days I got message that my service request has been processed and reply with yes/no whether I am satisfied with service or not. Dear reliance I want to know that how you closed the complaint if you have not given me the extra 1GB 3G data balance. For other complaint you have mentioned that my area of residance doesn't come under my home circle. I request you to whenever give information to customer jUST give it full.

                                  Execuse me but I have never said that I am satisfied. For 139 recharge they have given me a list of home circle in which my place is not listed and that is why my tariff is 40 paise/min. When I told that this home circle and other circle fact was not given me earlier and that 139 recharge should be refunded to me they said it is not possible.

                                  Now for 3G data issue they were not able to clarify the things and told me that they are forwarding my call to senior. Phone rang for 4-5 minutes but nobody picked up. Ultimately I hang up the phone.

                                  Now please tell how can you say matter has been resolved.

                                    Hi dear sir, Thanks for opening such website where consumer can share their pain what they get from fraud service provider in India. Our Indian service provider like Reliance is such a fraud company thats why we have to rely on foreign companies for good services and product. Mukesh ambani and Anil ambani are worst businessman. They are nil in support and services. They even dont care about how much worst services given by their product. they should be shameful for their acts that in greed of money they are just doing fraud with innocent indian people. They are shameful son of their great father. I am consumer of Reliance data card and faced lots of challenge and trouble from the begining of their services and still facing issues while i have quit their services three months back. Reliance 3G internet services are so worst that they never worked at my home location. Even i have tried many times to take help from customer but neither even a single technical person found for help nor my problem ever rectified. I didnt saved lots of complaint number but my last complaint number was[protected] after which i lost my patience of using bad services and decided to close the connection. At last just after few months i requested to close the reliance data card connection. The details are as follows:- rel closure req no:- [protected] request raised on Nov2014 reliance datacard no:-[protected] If my problem have been resolved after that, then i would have not been writing here. But reliance torture continues and even after raising the request for closure, they didnt close the connection. I paid the last bill of november and since then i am not using data card and services are already suspended so even i cannot use too.But they still generated another month bill and when i raised my voice saying that i have already raised clsoure request then they said my connection is not closed yet. I have to raise a new request. I raised one more request the details are as follows:- I talk to Anji- 7-Jan-2015 Request for closure again[protected] this time i noted all the information because i know one time i face this, i will go to consumer court. This thing happened again and they still didnt close the connection and generated one more bill after adding amount in invalid old bill. They confirmed me so many times that my connection is suspended and you need not to pay this bill and your connection will be disconnected in 10 days. but neither my connection disconnected and even i face one more torture of adding invalid bill again and again. Please help me to get rid of these fraud ambani's and help me to get my connection closed. this is last time i ever opt for Reliance product in my life. Thanks, Ajay (Gurgaon)

                                    This problem is still not resolved. It was cleared and no bill required to be paid. I have used till november 2014 and till then i have already paid the bill. But after that it was Reliance mistake that they didnt close the connection by mistake.

                                    my problem is still not resolved. I am still getting call from Reliance to pay reliance data card bill while i have raised the request to close the connection in Nov2014 and since then my connection neither terminated nor disconnected and new bill is added.
                                    NOw they insist me to pay the bill while i stopped using data card from Nov2014 itself. By mistake they didnt close the connection and added one more bill. I got surprised and raise the request to close the connection again but they didnt take any action. Why do i pay for which i have not used internet and i had already raised the request to close the connection.
                                    If i wanted to be defaulter then why would i have paid november bill too. I closed my connection and then paid all my dues till November itself. After that executive told me that no more payment is required from your side now. But then they did not close the connection and raised a new bill again.

                                    These Reliance customer care executive are such a bastard that they keep calling and now give defiance on phone. If anything happen to my family or me then Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani will be responsible. Additionally these customer care executive will be responsible for any harm to me.

                                    Also Please take some action and get me rid of these stupid people who keep disturbing me just because this is the policy of reliance for not to provide service and keep disturbing people.

                                    Reliance is such a poor company that my internet didnt work on single day well. It takes 30 min to get connected. After that it get disconnected multiple times during usage. Even when i raise complaint, no one ever come to me to reoslve the problem, even they close the ticket without my confirmation.

                                    Now after getting so much tolerance when i quit using connection, then they didnt close it and keep adding bill. I am so much suffering that i will stop buying any reliance product in my life. If this keep going on then i commit that i wont buy even any single product of reliance and guide other to do so.

                                    If problem continues one more week, my next action is to share this problem in TV Media for help.

                                      I am Jaswant singh from 106/c Karnail Singh Nagar Phase-3, Pakhowal Road .Ludhiana, Punjab, INDIA. Our broadband and telephone is not working from about past 1 month. I have myself complained many times to their Reliance customer care numbers[protected] and[protected] and [protected]) but no action was taken. Most of the time, our call is not received. We pay Rs.730 per month. but no action has been taken by Reliance to solve our problem. Now, we don't need this Reliance Broadband Connection. Please disconnect our connection.                                         The reliance broadband data card with no. [protected] is not more detected as the hardware is malfunctioning and that was confirmed with the reliance outlet at mysore by name Sri Rama tele communications, #327, Narayana Shast ri Road, Near Raghavendra Swamy Mutt, K R Mohalla Mysore - 570022. One Mr. Lohith attended the request and promised to get the new hardware in 3 days and it is almost 17 days there is no clue on the availability of the hardware neither the request. I would no more like to stay in such an ambiguity and hence would like to disconnect this card.
