This problem is still not resolved. It was cleared and no bill required to be paid. I have used till november 2014 and till then i have already paid the bill. But after that it was Reliance mistake that they didnt close the connection by mistake.
my problem is still not resolved. I am still getting call from Reliance to pay reliance data card bill while i have raised the request to close the connection in Nov2014 and since then my connection neither terminated nor disconnected and new bill is added.
NOw they insist me to pay the bill while i stopped using data card from Nov2014 itself. By mistake they didnt close the connection and added one more bill. I got surprised and raise the request to close the connection again but they didnt take any action. Why do i pay for which i have not used internet and i had already raised the request to close the connection.
If i wanted to be defaulter then why would i have paid november bill too. I closed my connection and then paid all my dues till November itself. After that executive told me that no more payment is required from your side now. But then they did not close the connection and raised a new bill again.
These Reliance customer care executive are such a bastard that they keep calling and now give defiance on phone. If anything happen to my family or me then Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani will be responsible. Additionally these customer care executive will be responsible for any harm to me.
Also Please take some action and get me rid of these stupid people who keep disturbing me just because this is the policy of reliance for not to provide service and keep disturbing people.
Reliance is such a poor company that my internet didnt work on single day well. It takes 30 min to get connected. After that it get disconnected multiple times during usage. Even when i raise complaint, no one ever come to me to reoslve the problem, even they close the ticket without my confirmation.
Now after getting so much tolerance when i quit using connection, then they didnt close it and keep adding bill. I am so much suffering that i will stop buying any reliance product in my life. If this keep going on then i commit that i wont buy even any single product of reliance and guide other to do so.
If problem continues one more week, my next action is to share this problem in TV Media for help.
