Hello,

On December 17th, I had paid 3970 to reliance trendz camac street.

I had paid 3970 via UPI but your sales guy said that money never received.

Then, I has to pay via cash.

Please find attached the UPI payment confirmation and reverse my amount.

I've filed a consumer complaint with the complaint ID 4210092, which was registered on 12/4/2022. When their representative called and inquired about the problem, I provided specifics. After that, the Reliance Retail Service Desk called me three times only to reopen the issue. They requested me To reopen this issue three times after they had not resolved it previously.

Had purchased a kurta of aurelia brand for Rs: 1399 on 18th dec 2022.

After a single wash (hand wash) the print colour has faded, because of which unable to reuse the product

Really disappointed with the product being a regular customer of trends

Please provide either refund or exchange of product

I had a Very bad behaviour from the cash counter male staff on 24/12/22 time around 3-3.30 pm and I didn’t buy the dress

Last 2 time while is visited I felt the same issue, the displayed product which we selected and bringing to the billing counter, they telling the product barcode is not reading there is a backend error.

Do you know how much time we spend and selecting a product, they y the hell displaying the barcode error product and wasting the time of people...

Yesterday we eagerly went to purchase dresses in your new branch that is opened in Mayiladuthurai but we totally disappointed with worst experience.
I purchased dresses in Trends Mayiladuthurai branch.My total bill amount is Rs.8122.They told i m eligible for the gift item is trolley.so i paid the bill amount after that they refused to give the gift.so i purchased dresses without gift.Billing persons are not properly conveying info to the customers and not even treated us in good manner.

I had done two transactions on 19/11/2022 at Budaun Trends. The accountant of your billing counter denied to receive the payment but payment is deducted from my account. Please solve my problem so that my deduct amount is refunded to my account. Payment details are given below-

Sir I paid 6509rs two times on[protected]. Both times payment will be deducted from my account but your accountant of Trends district Budaun denied that payment is not received. Payment details are given below-

Please solve my problem as soon as possible. And if your account of Budaun trends credited then please return my money 6509+6509=13018 rs in my account.
I have also complaint to sbi YONO UPI department.

It is completed one week, i was visited trends where i purchase a shirt of 1299 . I said to cashier that i paying you 500 cash and 809 by paytm . I wanted a carry bag so the total was 1309 . I pay him by QR code that he shown me. money sent successfully to trends but the cashier said
Here not showing that you paid us. so it will refunded to you in 48 hr but it is completed 1 week . I did not recieved any money

Actually in other brands leggings are of two types 1)leggings ( full length leggings) 2)ankle length .But in avaasa brand 'leggings' represents the 'ankle length' and full length represents the chudidhars .As i am first time buying avaasa leggings literally got confused with tags so due to this i bought chudidhars instead of leggings so i need replacement so i went to the shop for replacement but they told its not possible to replace as those leggings are bought based on coupons.so i need replacement for those chudidhars kindly response on this issue and do the needfull

I want bring into your notice that i made a purchase of rs 4000 and i eligible to recieve coupons worth 2000 against my purchase as the offer on 1st dec 2022 but the billing staff said that we have not received the coupons yet so pls collect the same after few days but when I visited again they have refused to give the same and the behaviour was not satisfactory
They are giving and using that coupons for there friends and family and customers who have purchased they are not getting the benefits.

Hi this is Roshan Kumar Singh i would like to register a complaint about your worst service at padrauna block, district Khushinagar, in that store the lift is not working from last 3-4 months and no one is there to give at least the complaint book, where we can write something related to our problem, today i visited there and the store manager is on leave without informing to his colleagues and there is no holiday even, more people like me has said he is not a responsible person and like me this staff is even asked for the same lift issues where we are facing the problem for our families and my old parents, and you are charging us a service charge on our bills, i need a perfect resolution and day after tomorrow again i am going to that store till that lift must bhe working properly otherwise i am going to Sue reliance trend for hampering our rights and giving problems to our society and fake service charges..

Trends is the best shop we always visit but the quality of attires decreased more and the cost price increased more... I hope that authorities should look after about the quality and hiked price...

Allahabad Reliance Trends store is the worst place to shop from. The store is poorly ventilated and they don't even turn the AC on. People feel suffocated and nausea all the time. May it be winters or summers there is always a reason for them to not switch on the AC. It feels like a giant hot place for sauna.

My name is Renuka and I went to Mancherial District, Naspur Trends shop for leggings on[protected] and the staff there said they have 3 leggings and showed me one leggings and instead of 3 leggings they gave me 1 leggings 2 small size ankle pants. I went without looking and put it in the beer. I asked the manager to go to the trend shop to change the leggings, but he said that if he brought the bill, he would change them or else he could not give them, his behavior was not good. I don't have the bill right now. I paid the bill by credit card. But when you give the bill, it is correct in your computer and you can change the clothes, I feel sorry for the mistake they made.

Note:-The manager says that if the bill is lost, the duplicate copy will not come from your computer. Does Trends, a big online shopping company, get a duplicate copy bill? didn't come

I borrowed a mens jeans on dated 13/11/2022 from trends store Sri Muktsar Sahib-152026. store gave guarantee of lint but it becomes full of lint within a month after first wash. I request you to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

Sir, This is Sadiq. I'm a regular customer to TRENDS KADIRI. Yesterday i.e on 04/12/2022 my self visited and purchased some clothes in offer, mistakenly I choos a wrong sige T shirt for me, which is very tight to my body. Today I went to TRENDS KADIRI showroom to exchange the T Shirt, but the manager is not allowed to exchange.

Yesterday trends Rajahmundry RAMALAYAM CENTRE SHOP NEAR THE STAFF IS NOT PROPER, Even if you ask the staff, they say that we don't know, the shop maintenance is not good, I am now seeing that the shop has become so worst in so many days, it is so worst

Staff is not good don't know how to talk to customer very bad behaviour nonsense people
