Staff is not good don't know how to talk to customer very bad behaviour nonsense people

I felt cheated after shopping at Reliance Trends, Vignan Nagar, Bangalore and I need an explanation from you on the same.

Date of Incident: 27th November, 22 (Sunday).
Store : Reliance Trends, Vignan Nagar, Bangalore

During my visit, the salesperson pointed out various offers such as Take 3 Track pants and get Rs. 300 off. Get two pairs of pants and get Rs. 300 off. Noticing the offer I bought extra items.
But, at the billing counter, the staff who billed did not provide us with any offers. The salesperson did insist the billing staff to provide us with the displayed discounts, but he was rudely ignored by the billing staff. Once the bill came, it was around Rs. 10, 000/-. On asking about the offers, he mentioned that it’s not applicable if our overall bill is above Rs. 8, 000/-, which was ridiculous.
Either, this should have been mentioned while you were promoting the offer or at the billing counter when we asked the staff multiple times before and during the billing. In the end, they gave me a cabin suitcase after paying an additional 600/-. I feel cheated, extremely dismayed with this experience and disappointed with Reliance Trends. This is a very unhealthy and sly way of conducting business by tricking the customers. Either you should have given proper communication or you should have mentioned that offers are applicable only if the overall bill is below Rs. 8000.

I would like to get an explanation on why I was not provided the discount, and I do not want any more customers facing the same experience.
Please note, if I do not receive an explanation, I will be taking this further via social forums and other means.

I am Jagdeep Singh from Khanna, Distt. Ludhiana, Punjab. Last month in Oct2022, I visited the Reliance Trends showroom in Mohali. There I was offered four coupons, worth 500 each, for the shopping i had done. These coupons were redeemable up to 30.11.2022.Recently, on 13.11.2022, i visited a Reliance Trends showroom at Khanna and shop for Rs. 6397/-. As per the redemption terms of the coupon, Rs. 500/- coupon was redeemable against shopping worth Rs. 1500/-. And as i had shop for more than Rs. 6000/- so all the four coupons should be redeemed there. But I was not allowed to use all four coupon, I was allowed to use only three coupons. So one coupon worth Rs.500/- is still with me.
Further as there was an offer on shopping for more than Rs. 4000/- there was a gift offer to buy some product at Rs. 200/- only. I was also not allowed to use that offer.
Copy of bill and the unused coupon still lying with me is attached herewith for reference please. So it is requested to please review my complaint and issue credit note for Rs. 500/- for cashback and cash memo of Rs. 200/- so that i can get that left out gift in Rs. 200/-.

Yesterday again I went to your store. Now your employees show their attitude that I have logged a complaint against them.

One of the staff of Reliance Trends namely Naushad refused to exchange jacket and also told to come next date. He talk to me roughly ans not also mis behaved with me.

I was recently bought 6k dresses in Nagercoil reliance trends (Reliance mall) near head post office. Also i have 3k value coupon which was my previous purchased 11k amount of dresses and foot ware. i used my coupon to reduce 1500 rs but Purchase (bill) counter refused to take the coupon. That coupon only purchase foot ware, I was really surprised on my last purchase was 7k only for dress they gave me 3k value of coupon for dress and remaining footware 1.5k value coupon. he was behaving rude manner and refused accept my coupon. i have paid full amount and then he gave the coupon which is only going purchase footware. i ask for dress coupon which he refuse to provide. it was tragedy and i don't want to argue with him. i left the 2nd floor to 1st floor and i met one of worker who is near my house. he informed me trends workers stolen customer coupons and share them to purchase themself with coupons. i was shocked when heard this. This should be rectified by management and care customer.

I have bought teamspirit t-shirt and other belonging worth of Rs. 6000 but one t-shirt is leaving thread balls after just 2, 3 washing.

In phone pay the transaction was showing successful and debited 999 rupees from my account..but in trends they said that there is no display of transaction.so they ask me to pay the money again...but the amount debited was not refunded yet

On 11/11/2022 i=I went to Reliance Trends showroom at Namakkal and i have purchased clothes for Rs.3874/- and i made payment for Rs.3000/- through cash, make payment of Rs.874/- by UPI transaction through ICICI I Mobile app, but staff said its failed but ICICI app shows success payment, continuously staff said it will be credited within hour so you make payment by card. again i Make payment through card for Rs.874/- and left. But still 14.11.2022 failed UPI transaction amount not received.

consequently i got Message from ICICI bank on Monday that UPI transaction was successfully Reliance Trends account XXXXXXXXXXXX4317 with RRN[protected]. Then I Have contacted Reliance Store member he dose nt know what to do, then i Contacted through Customer Care No use Still i am waiting. Please its my hardly earned money

Today evening 7.30 pm i went to reliance frends garuda mall mg road banglore branch and select some goods., I am waiting more than 15 mns in front of billing staff they making fun each other and never mind me... I abanded the products there and go to another shop.. pls check cctv and do the need full .. customer expect more respect from your staff side..

I bought jhon players shirt Rs. 1499 and sin denim jeans Rs.2499 and a dress with total of amount Rs.6000 on 07/11/2022 and i used coupons of four Rs.500 worth each with total discount of Rs.2000 and paid Rs.4084. While paying amount i asked about exchange because i am purchasing dresses to my cousin they said ok. The shirt and pant sizes was not matched so i came to trends on 08/11/22 the way of billing team was so arrogant and went to the upstairs for the sizes shirt of same brand matched but jeans was not matched so we took another brand-named turtle 36 size matched but it's cost is Rs.1999 but still 500 rupees is also there so i bought a T-Shirt Rs.549 so my previous dress was 2499 now we taken 1999+549 we are ready to pay extra amount also. But the person named Mr.Kishan in the billing team was not responded properly and also said we have piece to piece exchange we didn't provide invoice exchage so i got shirt with same amount and for the remaing he done a calculation that for 2499 you can get credit amount 1677 that means you have to pay remaining amount.i asked previously which discount apllied to 2499 same has to be applicable here also. he didn't accept that and asked to pay amount i am ready to pay but he left. we waited there around 2 hours at the billing point. i requested them that i have train please close the issue i am ready to pay but they were so neglagence and doing other bills. another person came to the billing point asked more amount to pay by saying that Mr.Kishan has done wrong calculation you have to pay 370 rupees extra. I asked why should i pay mr. kishan showed me in the calculator one amount your changing another it is not fair. Then he shouted and said if pay amount i will give jeans otherwise your wish. finally, i paid amount and taken the jeans and T-shirt.
but it is not fair i lost Rs. 820 and wasted 2hours time at the billing and i felt sick.
i need justice that why you are providing invoice exchange.

i am regular customer in trends but i was fully hurted with behaviour of billing people in trends nagaram near to rampally Road.

I have issued two bills 3500 & 1500, within 5-10 minutes, but denied to give offer o[censored]tensils gift, which is offered on purchase of 5000 or more net bill. [protected]

As we are considered as the customer king...we are not satisfied with reliance trends...as we purchase a lot from your outlet and you don't provide a paper bag for free...you should consider the customer satisfaction a factor and currently trends doesn't provide better collection...you should update the trending collections ...thankyou

The laptop is a nuisance since the day i bought it from reliance trends. The laptop was getting heated up the very night it was bought. I went to the store the next so the concerned person did few updates and said the product is working fine. Even the light on the keys on the keyboard was not working properly but the reliance trends people said it's like this but when the hp representative came on call to resolve the issue he said it's not genuine piece. Also reliance trends people didn't tell me that the product can be replaced within seven days of purchase even though of my constantly visiting reliance trends they didn't inform me and rather lied to me everytime that it's working fine. Also the basic applications like Microsoft word, presentation are not working properly. Sony LIV applications abruptly get closed and hangs up in between. You know the video plays in this laptop without the display.It's a garbage and all my hard earned money have gone into garbage. No support is being provided from reliance trends and rather they are being rude. I want a quick action for the same.

I purchased 14 items from the store which costs approximately Rs. 5100, but the cashier entered 13 items intentionally which costs Rs. 4950. Because on purchase of 5000 and above they have to provide a kitchen set with an extra payment of 400 according to the offer provided by reliance trends. I asked store manager for the complaint register, but he refused to provide the register and started to behave absurdly. Today I went to the Reliance Trends jangareddy gudem, and when I went for biling I wanted to pay digitally through UPI so they sent me a link on Phone i paid 2 times through that link one time and one time it was successful but they told me they haven't got the money so transaction was not through .I waited there for long but didn't got my money back. How can I get my money back when the transaction was successful. So am clueless what to do . My money is deducted and I haven't got the products. I don't know what fraud is going g on there coz my Money is deducted.but its not showing in their system.

I stopped in the Kerala Kannur trends in city center outlet. There I received 2000 rupees coupons valid until 25 oct 2022. When I went to the trends in Bangalore on 25th Oct 2022, I got to know that the coupons are inactive. This is a disappointment and a huge discouragement for me and my family to shop in trends. This qualifies for cheating the customers. I had to return the selected items which gave me utmost pain as I was expecting to pay via the coupons.

We have purchased clothes for Diwali for 11-12 year boy on[protected]. The product doesnot fit to the boy. When we approached the showroom for exchange at Kangeyam Tirupur DT, TN - 638701, the store staffs didn't accept for exchange of products.
