I purchased few dresses at reliance trends on 05/09/2022 in Damoh m.p. I asked i[censored]PI payment is available and they said it is . I paid once and the payment was successful but they said bill not generated and I paid again through UPI but same issue amount deducted from my account but bill was not paid . Then I was asked to pay with card and this time I got the bill .
They said I will get a refund but haven’t received it yet .

I had purchase two products on 8th August and once i go back to exchange the product they refused to return. On 11th I have raised complain against employee who was rude and not appropriate behavior with complain No:4023271.i am chasing thrice in a week and same answer getting every time that we are working on it sir and you will get call from our support team but ill now i have not received any such call from reliance trends.they are playing with customer emotion, on Rakha bandhan i bought that product from my son side to my daughter but still it is pending feeling very bad .

Actually I purchased a shawl for 699 on 5th September and coming home I recognized that the color was dark and it didn't match my dress so the next day on 6th September I went to the same store for an exchange. So i took another shawl for 499 and for the remaining 200 I tried taking a lipstick, but I wasn't allowed to do so saying it wasn't in exchange policy. They said that I should take only one product for the same price and am not allowed to take two products for that price. I believed that this was the most trustworthy shop and never had an option of changing my choice of shops. So I was a regular customer having a trust. But now I was really disappointed when they didn't allow me to exchange my product. I would request you to look into this problem and a solution for the same.

I first went to my nearest trends store bought a couple of dresses since the collection wasn't much where my bill amount was 1698 rupees. Planned to go to another trends outlet which is bigger thinking it'll have better collections. Found a couple and bought it and the bill amount was 1797. According to the offer they have right now if we have purchased for more that 3000 we are eligible to get a pressing cooker at a cost of two hundred. I had a combined bill amount of 3495 rupees but was denied because it was on two separate bills. I find it to be outrageous as i did shop for more that 3000 rupees on the same day and using the same phone number and was not given the offer. Needing it to be on the same bill is outrageous.

Please check the CC tv footage of Billing counter on 30/08/2022 between 11 to 11.15 am when I billed my shopping from katwa trends . After that I seen that I missed my 2000 note. Please solve my issue as early as possible. Thanks.

I purchased clothes on sunday at on of the reliance trends brand first i paid through google pay my money got deducted the billing guy said they dint receive the money qnd took the payment again with debit card
How long will thw rfund take

In reliance trends I've pathetic experience
in reliance trends of hanumangarh (Rajasthan). They've placed offer price on articles and when a customer picks items from those items then on billing counter they say it's a fresh article. Even they argue with customer and don't accept that they're placing wrong information and cheating customer. Kindly do something about this

I had done shopping on 25/8/2022 from reliance trends .I exchanged one of the product on 26/08/2022 and took same product of another size . They took old bill without leaving a copy of it with me and gave me a new bill of that exchanged product.I asked the staff about the reason behind not giving any copy of it but they did not help and also misbehaved.I have paid the amount for 6 products in my old bill and this is the worst experience I...

Kollam trends will have three billing counters at some point.
Only one is operational for long billing queues; it will take 5-10 minutes.
For one client, if I am in the eighth position in the queue, it will take over 30 minutes to reach the billing desk, and if the entire counter is working, some people do not accept cards and others do not accept cash, but the consumers have no idea which ones do.
if we just have a card and we are in the wrong queue, the billing person will ask for cash or send us to the next que for using a card, therefore it is my humble appeal to the authority to please create a remedy for this issue.

I bought one pencil bottom from trends showroom...I wear that bottom for one function.i weared after five minutes it was teared.I went back to that showroom i complained about that...the price of bottom is 1049 rupees...when i was talked to sales man he talked to me very badly and he didn't change that product...

In trends there is a offer is going on shop for 6999 and pay 3999.
The product which is in this offer they have mentioned that by using a board in each rack. I selected the items from that rack only but when goes for billing from billing they said offer is not working for "netplay" all product.
My question is that if that is not in offer why you misguide your customer .
We customer invest our item to chose the item and trial and after all that when I go for billing they are saying that.
Its waste of time of customers.
Please take a look on that, in future try to respect the time of your customer

Today date 17 Aug 18 our family me members go to reliance trendz but there employee not allow to purchase less than 1000/- shopping they told purchase rs, . 3000/- then complete shopping that's horrible. The address is reliance trendz, satana road, pimpalner 424306

I was visited for shopping reliance trend Avani mall with my family on 14th August, at a time of billing there was some issues regarding the offer running in the store, as the issues was not able to resolve billing staff called manager whose name is Arunava Ghosh. He misbehaved, he was arrogant, having attitude, started talking loudly. Even when i said i will complain for him to reliance customer support so he replied by saying "Kichu hobe na, apnar mato anek dekha ache" ( nothing happen at all, I have seen many like you) this type of attitude is not totally acceptable. I am a regular customer but now I don’t think i can visit that store again . That person surely spoiling the image of the company, its a request to please take strict action against him . So customer are feel safe and proud .

First of all at the payment counter, all the people were busy making the billings and gift givings of the customer on one counter only others had to wait for very long and multiple people were complaining about it.
After that at the exit gate since security guard was not there on of the store managers had to put stamps on our bill by calling us after we left the store no one was there at the exit gate before.Also that store manager didn't check our bill properly and made us ashamed at the store by complaining to us that we didn't pay for all the clothings we bought and made us wait for long time too just because that manager didn't see the bill properly, thus staff needs more training about that too.
Overall highly disappointed by the service provided since the store is new but still framchise is well known for professionalism so please look forward for this issue

Today i have visited trends in phalodi
And choose a belt and when i go to billing desk they said that we will not bill any accessories without the purchase of cloths( shirt or pant )

I visited one of the branch of relience trends.. Arabinda mall, salkia, howrah .. The staff behavior is very bad. As well as they don't have proper management for the CUSTOMERs who exchange their products.. They value those who only come here to purchase new products...it is very bad and dissappointing those who comes here with an expectations and GOOD SERVICE. I am an old CUSTOMER of trends fashion. But what I faced today that made me and other CUSTOMERs like me to say a big no to relience trends for life. And what is this ### of rules like exchange available only for the same brand of same price. I can understand if the exchange rule applies on the same brand. But what about that same price? If someone buys things for their relatives and it doesn't fit to them what the hell they do while exchanging a product? Because if the CUSTOMER buys one size big then the price increases and they don't allow the exchange then. What is this? What kind of harassment is this? I have already paid a huge amount while buying the stuffs.. And while exchanging today I faced so much Harrasment as well as I had to pay extra amount without any reason? What kind of business policy it is to get profit? Huge shame and disappointment to trends who made such rules for their CUSTOMERs and making them totally against it. Shameful policy to get profit and a big big no for the shortage of staffs and their behaviors towards CUSTOMERs who goes their to excahnge.. This was the last time for me atleast.. 🙏

Today i purchased around 12 clothes in trends and paid the amount for the same but unfortunately when i return home and check there are only 9 clothes and the remaining 3 clothes are Missing and i am sure i have not missed it anywhere inbetween so i kindly request you to resolve this and to return the clothes which was not given ..
