The behavior of the lady staff was very bad and irritating.

She called me:- pata nahi kaha se aa jate hai faaltu log.

Please train this staff lady of Bikramganj Reliance Trends on how to talk to Customer and how to deal.
These type of people spoil the name of such a big brand. My first experience was very bad and this lady staff ruined my whole day.

The staff in reliance trends palamaneru are very reluctant to exchange product which I have brought the previous day.. the mention of reasons being only female staff will exchange the product itseems and they are not available even in working hours .. other reason being there is system failure for exchange bill only itseems but not for regular billing and the staff are advising us to give complaint in return.. we lose trust and interest in buying in trends in future with this type of attitude

Hi today I visited reliance trends showroom at poojappura trivandrum. I parked my car in front of entrance door and while parking my car no staff came to guide me and aftr I came out of the car security staff came and he wants to park the car in the adjacent track. As poojappura is a conjested junction it is very difficult to park in another track. Due to the rude behaviour of security staff I didn't do the shopping and just left the shop. Please give proper training to your staff in customer service. This incident happened today 2/5/2023 at 6 pm

When I checked the price of the same product on Jio mart I was shocked by seeing lot of difference on the same products.
Kindly explain me why there is lot of difference in the price .

A staff from the Reliance Trends, Renukoot used the contact details collected during checkout and made personal whatsapp group named Reliance Trends offer without consent.

This exposes the phone number and profile picture of people living in close proximity, and might be used by local fraudsters to commit crimes/frauds.

The phone number of person who created the group is +[protected].

I went to buy clothes at Reliance Trends for my family (at Vikas Nagar, Kursi Road, Lucknow 226022) on 6th April 2023 . Since we could not find a proper match for all my family members we just picked one short pant for my kid. We reached the counter to make the payment of Rs 599 against the purchase. Using the QR code, I made the payment and my screen showed a successful transaction of Rs 599 to Reliance Trends. However the staff at the counter told me that they didn't receive the money!! This was really surprising!! They asked me to return the item for which I had made the payment and I retuned it as I had no choice as I was running out of time! I moved out of the outlet losing Rs 599 and without carrying my purchased item!! I sent them the payment screenshot attached in an email in this regard. I also attached the written confirmation by their staff claiming that the payment was not received at the outlet!!

We faced issues at the same outlet multiple times earlier. Last year, we tried to make payment using the coupons received on an earlier purchase and since the network was down we had to wait there for more than an hour and still it didn't happen and then I had to pay cash and I was called the next day and they replaced the coupons! On another occasion, I tried to make a payment using my ICICI Bank debit card since I did not have cash and I was informed that due to network issues payment can't be made using the card and then I had to cancel my purchase and then I bought the stuff from Vishal Mega Mart! Till date they have not refunded my money...Its 2 weeks now and they didnt return my moeny despite so many email reminders over the past 2 weeks!! I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from any Reliance Outlets, be it Reliance Trends, Reliance Digital, Reliance Fresh, Reliance Jewels or Reliance Smart Bazar!!

Poor costomer dealing.Staff cannot able to bill the product.The attitude of the staff were bad.

In billing line the staff's behaviour is not good...They misbehave with the customer in Chakdaha Branch

Today a staff member kept following me and my partner in every corner and every “floor” we went. Previously we thought he tried to help but later it became creepy as there were other staff to guide us in every floor. It felt as if he was keeping and eye on us. He didn’t even assist in packing and billing.

After billing, while we were checking out of the mall a female saleswoman shouted at me to come inside in a quite inhospitable tone as my partner was inside the mall looking at a dress and I was outside the entry line.

We felt insulted and this is not the first time this happened. The other day, the same salesman spoke rudely and stopped my partner from taking clothes to the trial room. He said that more than 4 dresses can’t be taken to the trial room as per rules in a very rude manner.

Used my sbi card for purchase amount debited but counter person at athani trends shop told m that they didn't received payment and if debited it will be automatically refunded in 8 days so i paid in cash but nearly at 2 months still i didn't received refund

There was a damage in the shirt while purchasing we had not noticed it. When i went to shop to exchange it the employee of the showroom refused to exchange it saying that there was not any manufacturing defect it must be your mistake and started arguing. We are a regular customer of Trends since years. But this time we are highly disappointed with t your service .

So I took the wrong size
Each of them costs 1000 rupees...
I purchased them yesterday & went to exchange today but they didn't allow
Saying me that there's no exchange... But i can not use them because they r not right fit for me . PLEASE help me get exchanged with correct size or else the purchase will b a huge loss for me with no use of those garmets for anyone

Myself Arkaprava Sinha, yesterday evening(10.04.2023) my wife Smt. Payel Mondal went to Trends Showroom at Suri, Birbhum, along with my 1.5 years aged baby daughter to purchase a dress for my daughter. After selecting a particular dress and giving trial, my wife decided to purchase that for my daughter. But unfortunately the dress could not be purchased. As a reason it has been stated from the counter that the details of that particular dress is not showing or entered, whatever, in system. Thatswhy the dress couldnot be purchased. My complain is why this products are exibiting for selling if such kinds of problems are there in your showroom. Moreover, my daughter was so happy as her mother select a dress for her and went to purchase that but unfortunately it couldnot be done. My daughter become very hopeless after this incident. Please be careful henceforth regarding this kinds of problems because you have no right to make anyone unhappy or hopeless while she or they visit your showroom for shopping.

I visited reliance trend store in barabanki. Managers name was Staendra a and representative pradayuman was not aware of the offers and even the girl standing on the help was not willing to share the reps name.

Intially he said offer is buy for 6000 and pay only 4000. After investing more than an hour he said Now the offer has been changed now you can buy for 4000and get 1000 offf.

I had done payment of ruppes 699 to reliance trends women's branch Chikkadpally on 16 February 2023 via kotak mahindra payment app ...Due to technical issue the payment was stuck and money was received by trends and here the told you will get refund in 7 days but here nearby 2 months has been completed and there is no response from there side ...

There is on going offer in store for purchase of 3999, apparel worth 1999 will be provided for free i have purchased for 12000 plus but only 1999 was discounted on my bill... I should have given discount of 3998 or two different bill would could have been executed

My name is Biju.I live in Trivandrum.I am a regular customer of Trends, Trivandrum.I bought a three top for my wife on 28thIl of last month.It was priced at Rs.6000. I exchanged two of them and bought five new ones .Later I want to exchange all the five purchased.I approached Trends Trivandrum and asked but their manager Abhijith told me that it has been sent by approval.I went there thrice but there was no approval.But yesterday the manager told me that it is not possible to exchange it.As I am a regular customer it would be a great help if I could get these clothes changed.If you check my phone number you will know how much I have purchased from there.My mobile number is [protected].It will be a great help if I change the clothes that were given to my wife as a birthday surprise.

On 17th March, i have done shopping on reliance trends for RS 5254 and i have paid the amount through Phonepay, the amount got deducted from my account but the session expired.
The cashier said that the amount will be refunded again to my account, so I have paid again and done my shopping.
But till now i didn't get any refund from the reliance trends. Its been 20 days .

Whenever i call the manager he says it will be refunded after 8 days, 4 days 3 days and now he saying already refunded.
