Regarding defective product

Address: Trends, Multai district Betul

There was a damage in the shirt while purchasing we had not noticed it. When i went to shop to exchange it the employee of the showroom refused to exchange it saying that there was not any manufacturing defect it must be your mistake and started arguing. We are a regular customer of Trends since years. But this time we are highly disappointed with t your service ....

Exchange of minimiser

I have taken minimisers & the staff didn't allow to make a trail
So I took the wrong size
Each of them costs 1000 rupees...
I purchased them yesterday & went to exchange today but they didn't allow

Provided incorrect rates and offers

I visited reliance trend store in barabanki. Managers name was Staendra a and representative pradayuman was not aware of the offers and even the girl standing on the help was not willing to share the reps name.

Intially he said offer is buy for 6000 and pay only 4000. After investing more than an hour he said Now the offer has been changed now you can buy for 4000and get 1000 offf.

It's disgusting...

Not getting of refund of payment which was failed during making payment in their outlet

I had done payment of ruppes 699 to reliance trends women's branch Chikkadpally on 16 February 2023 via kotak mahindra payment app ...Due to technical issue the payment was stuck and money was received by trends and here the told you will get refund in 7 days but here nearby 2 months has been completed and there is no response from there side ......

Offers not executed properly at counter

There is on going offer in store for purchase of 3999, apparel worth 1999 will be provided for free i have purchased for 12000 plus but only 1999 was discounted on my bill... I should have given discount of 3998 or two different bill would could have been executed...

Refund not done since 19 days

Address: MSR Elements mall , Nagawara, SF, Unit No 01,02,29, No 132 1 A bangalore.

On 17th March, i have done shopping on reliance trends for RS 5254 and i have paid the amount through Phonepay, the amount got deducted from my account but the session expired.
The cashier said that the amount will be refunded again to my account, so I have paid again and done my shopping.
But till now i didn't get any refund from the reliance trends. Its been 20 days .

Whenever i call the manager he says it will...

I m complaining about for not giving the offer

I received a msg on 2/4/2923 thro' whwtsapp tht there is a summer sale offer .I came to the Theni branch shop for shopping.But they didnt avail me the offer.They said offer over today morning itselfmThey also said tht the offer is going on for a week.But i received the msg yesterday only.The offer is buy for RS 6000 and pay 4000.So please help me to get the offer....

Payment - Refund

I made payment to reliance & they are denying the payment. Either dint give my product which i purchased. Called reliance customer care they told me they will revert on 7th day. Today its 12 day of the issue. Even the store person dint help me to get my refund as soon as possible. He is telling me to wait till this month end to get my money back. Almost im waiting for 16 days for the amount. Even its not sure if they will refund me on this...

Non deduction of voucher amount

I have purchase cloth from reliance trend karur I have given voucher of Rs 500 which has to be deducted from total purchase amount but while payment they have not deducted the amount and they have taken full amount from my credit card, I have not notice the amount while putting password after coming to home while cheking my MSG I came to know that they have charged full amount...

Recently I visited Trends shop in City centre Mangalore. The salespeople were very friendly but the billing person was very rude. made us wait for a long for silly reasons. Hope the management will take enough efforts to train their staff...

Not received the hamper due to the sales person's careless nature

This is Deepali Patil. I have brought some clothes from Hinjewadi Reliance Trend. At the same time there were 2 bills generated and total amount was approximately Rs.7400.

Coupons Scam

I bought 3, 400rs product to avail 1000rs coupon.

But you guys made a system that i need to buy 3800rs product first to reflect in your system as 3000rs, and then system allows to apply the coupons of 1000rs from 3, 800rs where i need to pay 2, 800rs as final amount.

Isn't it a pure fraud activity they are doing with the customers in the name of coupons?...
