Hi, i went today for shopping reliance trend at aria mall, sector -68, gurgaon, with my family, at a time of billing there was some issues regarding the offer running in the store, as the issues was not able to resolve billing staff called manager whose name is gaurav Sharma. He misbehaved, he was arrogant, having attitude, started talking loudly. Even when i said i will complain for him to reliance customer support so he replied by saying “kuch nahi hota, dekh lenge “ this type of attitude is not totally acceptable. I am a regular customer but now I don’t think i can visit that store again . That person surely spoiling the image of the company, its a request to please take strict action against him .

In Coimbatore one of avasa brand dealer/ wholesaler shop name aseela fashion was cut branded price tags from billed kurties and tie their own Kurti with Avasa fussion price tag... I saw their online whatsapp group and inform them didn't cheat people like this... but they repeat it..I[censored]nknown customer buy that product they may be avoid Avasa brand kurti... Their Stritch also average and below avarage only... Pls take action

We had a purchase from reliance trends tonight, from medchal branch 500014, the billing person has forgot to put one item mens shoe and we realised it after returning from the store. Please do the needful to get the product from the store. Am attaching the required bill photo.

Kapil Dibakar wrote in Bulbakar's letter in another store that I put my mobile number on customer's shopping, I refused, why should I write, I did not ask you to check the register, don't speak too much as I say, I will not terminate, which You have given 5 years, you will not get any money,

Threatened me to write all this mater, then called again to write where such a mistake will not happen in the future, forgive me, I accept my mistake, got it all written

I recently visited the reliance trend ghumarwin store. They have very bad sales staff. Never visit the branch. Along with that they don't have any customer care contact number as well.

Worst experience from kerala chavakkad trends.sales people not ready to give bill.they ask to send money through Google pay to salesman account.bad experience.

Yesterday I purchased above Rs. 7000.but cashier don't add my mobile number at my bill. He added his mobile number on the bill.
This is not a good manner or good behaviour with customer.

Very bad experience of Reliance trend, Gopalganj store. There are all staff of store is arrogant and manager Sri Ravi is too. No one is helpful there. Even some staff are use abusive language to customer. All staff of store is lack of knowledge, offer of store. There is no feedback register in store. They are giving me a A4 paper to write feedback. The manager of store is rackless person. The Staff of store is calling to Manager to shortout my concern. But Manager is no pickup the call. I will never shoping in reliance trends store in future.

During payment my money got deducted twice. But the store manager says that it did not happened at all. We were told that it will come back. But they just have only one failed transaction. In our records it got deducted twice. Attacing the screen shot.

I have bought a T-Shirt and a short for my brother but they are not fit for him. So please allow me to exchange the products.

I have a complain regarding your exchange policy
Customer service always used to say that you can only exchange the item when you buy same from same brand same price and same thing.
As far as i know there is not any rule regarding this.
I don't want to be your customer from now.
Because except reliance trends
every other showroom offers better exchange policy.

This happened with me at Reliance Trends Motijheel Muzaffarpur Bihar 842001

I am sahil from panipat, Haryana, i went to reliance trend for shopping, i select some clothes to shop when i go to payment counter for billing then they said me that there is offer in which if we purchase clothes for Rs.7000.00 then we will get Rs.3500.00 off but our clothes is more than 7000.00 after check in their software they said that some clothes is not in offer you will get those clothes on MRP then i said them that get out of these clothes of adults i will only purchase clothes for kids. They said ok sir but after billing they put 2 clothes of adults in these also when i check my clothes after billing there is adults clothes also and i said them that i only want clothes for kids only they said that i have no refund policy if you want to refund then take another clothes worth of same which is you want to refund, i told them that i don't want any more clothes i want my money back worth of extra clothes which they put in my clothes. It is requested you to please resolve these issue as soon as possible.

I visited the store today along with my wife. My wife selected 8 garments for a trail. A sales girl name Anusha came to us and told to take 2 at a time even though it is mentioned as 4 garments at a time. My wife was taking a trail of 2 garments at a time to finalise the billing ones. When she was trying the 5th dress, sales girl came as started asking us “How many dresses do you try, can’t you try one and take the others” and she started misbehaving verbally with my wife. I asked her to call the store manager. That gentleman named ‘Sarabhai Venkata Jagadeesh’ arrived and told us that Reliance Trends has an SOP that decide how many a women can try before billing and also there are rules it seams that we can try 1 garment in 1 brand and have to purchase the remaining and we should not try. When I asked the store manager to show me the guidelines which decide women on what to purchase and wear, he told his management decided it seams and conveyed the store over weekly/monthly calls. Also, he told me to contact Ambani who owns that store and he also told me to call him.

I and my wife felt so humiliated of being in such situation and I don’t even understand how are we living in this society where we have such people talking to customers.

The store manager also told me that if the sales girl would have told something, we would have sorted that issues 1-2-1 not by asking manager to show us that guidelines which restrict women in this country to try, decide what to wear.

I am really disappointed with this situation and I and my family have decided to boycott all the reliance associated products. Very painful.

It was a bad experience. Kalanagar - In Indiranagar Shop. It takes a single customer half an hour to make a bill. Employees are striving to give their acquaintances customers extra discounts. The rest of the customers wind up. Such is the service.
Please check CCTV timing 7.00pm to 8.30pm

Staffs have no idea about company offers and products on which offers are valid, we engaged our 2 hours time on so called buy for 3499 and get 3499 worth products for free. But after our two hours of shopping and during billing staff have not sure about the on going offers.. Don't our time have any respect and value.

We had done shopping of five thousand eight hundred fifty six rupees and had the eligibility of claiming gift worth rs 399/- on our purchase but the billing staff did not gave us the correct information and gave us the gift worth rs 299/- rupees which is on the purchase of 3500/- rs still after we told him he did not corrected his information and ill spoken and rude behaviour of the billing staff cannot be tolerated for giving us the wrong information.

Yesterday ( 2 7 2022) we went to reliance trends in Marina mall and bought few dresses and my mom was billing it at around 8 (7.30 Pm to 8.30 Pm).

Mom gave 3400 to the billing person and he asked 150 change and she gave 200 and finally he returned 45 and the dresses without bill.
Mom was waiting for bill and the person said I’ll get the bill and come and he left. The other person with that billing was there and min was enquiring and he said wait there he will come. Even after waiting for long she didn’t get they were showing as if like they are very busy since it’s month starting and so crowded at bill area mom couldn’t ask and waited there silently and they used her innocence well.. After coming home when we checked the dresses we bought came 3150 only and we came to know that they cheated my mom well for 405 and it’s a planned one as they didn’t give bill as well..

To a aged person knowing that they can cheat well and cheating like is really cruel. We definitely need justice for this act.

Everything should be in their recordings in the bill counter . If recordings not there then they should have done that to many.. an old man was also shouting there around 9.15. Not sure of the reason..

Pls take appropriate action against reliance trends in Marina mall and refund our amount

Today (3rd July 2022) we visited the said Reliance store and we were excited to buy some clothes as there was an ongoing offer that on selected products we have 50% off if the total amount sums upto 7000/- rupees.

Now after spending almost 2 hours we selected so many clothes and we went to the payment counter for billing. There we met this staff member Baba/Babar who told us that out of the clothes we selected 2 of them were out of the offer scope and rest 5-6 clothes were part of the offer. But, according to him, we still had to buy 800/- rupees worth of clothes which were from the offer section to get the 50% off.

So, we again went to the 2nd floor for selecting few clothes from the offer section.

Note:
First of all, on the 2nd floor hardly there were any staff members to help the customers and some of them also didn't knew themselves which clothes were part of the offer. Neither they could help us much about their availability of products.

Now after that we selected 2 tshirts worth 499/- each and came back for the billing. There again Mr. Babar came up and started telling that one of our another shirt was also not part of the offer. But, we told him that he himself just confirmed few minutes back that they were part of the offer. He was rudely telling that what he can do about it, the system is not accepting it and most importantly he was being abusive with us.

So we calmly told him he could have informed us earlier and it should be their responsibility to sort the products according to offers and availability to which he said it's not possible for them!! He was being rude this time too.

So, being totally embarrassed and disappointed with this kind of attitude and service at Reliance, we had to leave the store without purchasing a single product.

Trust me, after today's experience, we will definitely think twice before visiting any Reliance Trends store. And would definitely not prefer to visit the Reliance Trends Doddanekkundi one!! We might prefer some other branded stores above Reliance Trends for the same.

Not sure if consumer forum will be able to resolve my case, but I wish atleast Reliance Trends take this report/feedback since this will only disappoint their customers and will ruin their good will amongst us, the customers.

At my location there 2 trends shops one is at Gadhinglaj and other is at Sankeshwer. At both shops sale is going on, offer is that purchase of 7000 giving 50% discount. I'm going to tell now what happened in Gadhinglaj shop once I reached there. At the entrance there is counting machine but employees were not allowed to enter through that counting machine giving some reason and allowing us by side way. Once we started the shopping that time one employee came and told that offer is not valid on products of 2022. Offer is valid only for 2021 products. That is the time of around 8.30 PM on 1st July 2022, Friday. Again they said that shop was going to close now and offer is also ending today while offer ends on 3rd of july . That's why they didn't give us time to purchase and we left the shop. On the very next day we we went to trends shop at Sankeshwer. Everything was right there. They allowed us to purchase anything upto 10:00 PM and we happily purchased products of 14000 Rs.
