Purchased dress for my family from trends mukkom. Staff attitude is very bad also. Next day i visit shop for item change, they treat us like a stranger, even though bill and all documents with me. Staff asked me to come next day. Staff response is very pathetic and irresponsible....

Hi we shopped in vellore reliance trends for around 20000 in January and 12000 last month. So last month they gave us coupons which should be active from March 8th ie today, out of 10 coupons that we got only 2 are redeemable
Remaining 8 coupons it’s showing coupon not activated, which implies while billing us they forgot to activate our coupons . Very much disappointed being a high valuable customer...

Today I went to Reliance Trends Muktsar Branch. I paid direct from by bank for my purchase in trends .Money has been deducted from my account but the cashier told that he didn't receive. He promised me that the amount paid through Bank will be reversed to ur account in but I didn't receive any ....

On 16-Feb i was charged 8 rupees for carry bag in your reliance trendz showroom while i am shopping. As per the Govt rule the carry should be provided for free. I had a discussion on the same with showroom staff but they were reluctant to respond and charged 8 rupees on the carry bag.

This incident was took place at Reliance Trends--Medchal Location.

I want refund and wanted to know why are you charging illegally....

I shopped in your Trends store in Agartala on 19th September 2021, for Rs.5250. I paid via Lazypay, the money was debited from my account but not received in the store. I didn't get any refund yet please help me. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction.

I went to a store nearby in Amreli and I choose perfume for my wife.
I went to the pay counter they said you can't purchase only perfume, you have to purchase clothes, too.
I said there is nothing like that written anywhere here. They said we can't do that.
