I bought some dresses from reliance trends. The purchase price is Rs.3000. Asked a carry bag. He asked for Rs 10 for a carry bag. You have to buy their brand and buy carry bag with cash.

I need a duplicate bill

Dear Reliance HR Team,
I'm regular buyer from Reliance Trends, I saw every time, at DCN Store DM Debashish Karmakar he every time misbehave with every staff, It's look too bad. Every day he told every staff come 9am 10am at any cost but he will came at store in his own time. Everybody know road is not own every time jam in road no nobody have any helipad to fly anywhere. if any body came late which he announced the threaten everybody & tell I have replace you (Brand staff or PL Staff). He have no ride to threaten or misbehave with person.

One more thing, remember your company growing because only for this staff. So carefully behave with that person which is a part of this company also. They are higher staff but no ride to mis behave with any staff.

As I am a regular customer of your Reliance DCN Store it's looking not good.

Please take a heavy action for him, otherwise he will cross limit.

So please look into this.

I'm from Gwalior, your outlet is located in Db mall Gwalior near Rly station.
We are facing following problems...
1. Staff behaviour is very bad and all are no knowledgeble person. Kindly change all staff immediately.
2. All products quality and size issues.
3. Billing system is not good.
4. No use for coupon due to min purchase as required min 1500.

I brought kids wear offline in Jorhat, Assam outlet. I brought according to age but it didn’t fit. I used Rs 500 off on Rs1500 coupons. So now will I able to exchange, plse help.

I bought a kurti from Reliance Trends Chandrapur but now I want to exchange it because of size issues! So my question is can i exchange it in another outlet of trends as in Reliance Trends Rajura as there ain't much options in chandrapur store!

Kindly teach your service person to be polite and give respect to the customer..
She is asking the customer to turning out the trail cloths ... and she is asking that the customers don't know the basic to reversing the cloth to its normal position ..
They were not dry washing the clothes after someone tries it..instead they ask the customers to return back the cloth to the service people and they keep it again for sales
Very worst experience...

Today I went to the Reliance Trends wagholi Pune, and when I went for biling I wanted to pay digitally through UPI so they sent me a link on Phone pay ( which I downloaded on spot coz Reliance trends doesn't deal with Google pay or another UPI) .I paid 2 times through that link one time transaction failed and one time it was successful but they told me they haven't got the money so transaction was not through .I waited there for long but didn't got my money back. How can I get my money back when the transaction was successful. So am clueless what to do . My money is deducted and I haven't got the products. Plus the girl who was billing was really rude, I don't know what fraud is going g on there coz my Money is deducted.but its not showing in their system.

If you can't treat your customers right then you will quickly loose them as you lost me and many others like me.
Evening today 11 Apr 22 at 7 pm I went with my father looking for a good quality shirt or t-shirt. One of the assistants asked my father to try on a size then when it didn't match, he asked us to leave. That's a great customer service reliance is giving by asking them to leave. I missed reading his name in his batch. All of them were busy on their own gossip. That's a huge disrespect for not only us but to the simple and easy job that these guys are doing.

1. To sell the products they displayed high discount, for purchase of two Tshirt Rs 200 off.
2. While billing they gave Discount of Rs 100.
3. When I told to return the product and refund the money, they first not agreed about the discount as per display, later when I show that in store they were very casual and not even sorry for wrong display.
4. After insisting they said they will give full refund as credit voucher.
5. After credit voucher they didn't give original bill.

Very bad experience with reliance trends.

In Gobichettipalayam trends we use to wait nearly 5hrs to exchange our stuffs, even after that it was done only after an argument with the store manager, literally the response from them was disgusting.its really humiliating plz ensure this complaint

My daughter bday coming 19th april...Aldready one time exchange tge dress size not fit so tight again purchase not comfortable...Plz one more time exchange that dress ...Plz sir /madam ...Bday girl wishes

Too much dissatisfied with the staff behavior

I took out my precious time, and selected a 7-8 year old category top, from the display section. When I went for the billing, the cashier told me there was some error, the top I have selected is not registered within the computer, therefore he cannot sell it to me. I requested him to do the needful. He told me to come next day. I have other tasks to do, cannot come everyday to reliance trends. Highly disappointed from this nuisance.

I have got a gift from someone few products from your lucknow store. I was facing choice issues then got that exchanged by my mother...Now i have size issue (trouser and top) both are small ..i need one size big, that was available also at the store but store person said no exchange now..
Pl help me out both (trouser and top are of no use as they are small in size ...

I came today to purchase few casual t-shirts.. Post purchase, I found that it had some issues with respect to the shoulder fit and many other aspects. Hence, I came to the show room and approached for refund where the staff told me they don't have refund, they have only credit note.
Post that i came out and then I saw this staff is checking with the lady who is in charge of the baggage and giving the token outside before we enter....

My name is Akash and i am from dimapur, nagaland i bought 2 Kurtis and 2 scarves for my sister from trends store as a gift but she don't like the scarves so i went back to store to return it or else exchange with a different product but they deny it and said i can't return small product and i said to them that i don't see anywhere that there is an option that we can't return small product so they told me to contact customer service team and ask now i am seeking help from customer service team to get it returned or replaced 2 scarves. Thank you

Purchased dress for my family from trends mukkom. Staff attitude is very bad also. Next day i visit shop for item change, they treat us like a stranger, even though bill and all documents with me. Staff asked me to come next day. Staff response is very pathetic and irresponsible.

I have done the first payment through ICICI UPI and they told me payment has been held will get back to you one day for that they told me to pay again so I paid through phone pe..
I called them and went store they are telling like the payment has failed you should go to icicibank.
I checked with icici customer care they are telling me payment has been done successfully reliance on trends merchant account..

Hi we shopped in vellore reliance trends for around 20000 in January and 12000 last month. So last month they gave us coupons which should be active from March 8th ie today, out of 10 coupons that we got only 2 are redeemable
Remaining 8 coupons it’s showing coupon not activated, which implies while billing us they forgot to activate our coupons . Very much disappointed being a high valuable customer
