This is about Reliance trends- Singanallur branch
State-Tamil nadu, city-Coimbatore.
I got into above said branch on Feb-24 around 10:30AM. I asked staff that if still 50% offer going on.. She said yes and found 3 stands with bunches of Kurtas with 50% offer tagged on stand. I started my shopping and selected (from flat offer) around 5tops and tried it .selected 2 from it, also I purchased for my kid too and it was hardly 20 mins to select my kid. I came to billing at 11:45AM and I was waiting for my bill and staff said they couldn't bill it be coz its not showing up the offer. They asked me to wait and called (so called) manager, informed the sane to him. I told them plz relieve me before 12:15pm as I need to pickup my kids and waited. Then the (so called) manager came and told that he checked the mail and offers are not valid from 24th and the dresses I selected are not eligible for offers.
Am very disappointed on wasting my time, guess the staff wont be aware until if anyone comes for billing. Once they enter the building, I guess manager first job is to check for updates from company side. My job is not shopping all the time, I get chances to do once in a while and I really wanted to visit reliance trends for collections. This is my third branch am visit for offer collections. Last two branches were very good and staff also very good.This branch, highly disappointed and I just wanted to fight with the manager in shop and I wanted to redeem my flat 50% off on the dresses I selected. I don't want create any scene there as other customer are there. I would like you to take nessasary action to avoid these kind of attitudes in future. Plz do update me what did you do on my complaint.

    Today i bought item of amount Rs. 6800/- from one of store of reliance trends, paharia varanasi UP where one of john player shirt was hanging with 50% discount and same was also confirmed by sell man but at billing counter trends staff denied to give discount and said these item is new arrival. Then i spoken to trends manager he speak very rudely and asked me to go again and check the rate then i again went to floor where john player start was hanging and i again asked the staff standing there he again confirmed me that there is fifty percent discount on the said product but i was charged fulll amount on the product. Kindly check and provide me compensation.

      We went to Brooke fields trends on 17.02.2022 afternoon.
      We purchased 4 kurthis and two shirts and one t shirt. But when it was billed, I was shocked to see there was one extra kurthi of same size same kurthi to be added up. DEEPA was the staff who attended us. If I had carried everything while shopping I wouldn't have to face this confusion. After coming home only I was able to check the clothes. I tried to reach out to them via the number in bill. No response after several calls. I have been to several trends in several cities. It used to be my favourite shop. But after this incidents I feel very bad and will never recommend Brookfield trends to anyone. If possible I need return of ₹.600. I still have the bill. There were two similar kurthis of same size and design. Even if it was different colour I would have adjusted.
      There was offer going on, for which if we buy two we get 100rs off for each kurthi. So I bought four. Atleast if in billing they had reminded me I would have changed that same copy of kurthi and bought two other kurthi. This is a pure blender by staffs. We give them to bill the products for what we have purchased . They bill for everything we keep in choice while selecting. I would like to receive a reply for this issue at [protected]@gmail.com

        On dated 13/02/22 I shopped at Trends showroom in Bikramganj, Dst.Rohtas, Bihar but I am sorry to say I was really very disappointed.
        1. Billing process was too slow, there was only one scanner at the billing counter.
        2. I came to know that they are charging extra for carrybag . It's very shameful for Trends not able to provide even a single carrybag to customers whereas other local shopkeepers provide carrybag free to their customers.

          I purchased clothes in reliance trends in December month at reliance trends tadepalli guntur district Andhra Pradesh. For the purchasing i got five coupons each one 500rs valid from 27 jan 2022 to 14 feb 2022. to day i went to trends for utilize my coupons on 13.02.2022 6.30pm but they said that the coupons or not registered. this mistake is completely your. the satff of your trends tadepalli guntur branch waiting me in bill counter it is insulting me Without my mistake. why your branch giving coupons without register

            Today I went to Reliance RELIANCE trends Mirzapur cum Vindhyachal branch, U.P. After selecting the products of value 7000 approx when I gave Debit card your manager as well as cashier refuse to accept the Debit card. When I asked the reason why you are not taking card then he didn't reply and misbehaved with my family and asked for only cash payment. As a result I left the products and returned.
            I request you to take strict action against them

              Suffering from fever and had to visit store for my brother's shopping . Had no choice but to visit the store . They did not provide a single chair or stool for me at men's clothing floor . I was so tired I tried to sit on clothes table . They told not to but didn't care to provide me a seating . I HAD TO SIT ON STEPS DURING THE WHOLE TIME.

                Today i went to exchange my cloths bought by my sister few days ago i told staff i want to change staff told me that we will pay u back an amnt of rs 886 then he called his dm and his dm was like that you cant change u have used coupons on this i told him that i dont need a full value refund of my items i just wana change then, then that named as mr om mali called his guard and told him abt the issue then yhat guard started talking in his own language marwadi that ye pagal h kya admi change kara raha hai h itney se paise ke liye then dm told him garib hai ye...Is this the way to talk to coustmer???is this ur service standards??is this a dm for in reliance????
                when i insisted him he said dont waste my time come later when sm comes to store after few days...I said i m busy then he said through your colths i cant change and both f them behaved like hell on floor with abusive words in der marwadi language...Is this the culture which trenda follow???is this that htey mean coustmer devo bhava...Were a cstmer is treated like a beggar on floor in front of 5 staff...???is this an educated dm ias supposed to be in trends...????

                i urge coustmer to not to go cause they will abuse you when u will need any help from them...

                    The worst customer service I have ever seen. This is at visakhapatnam(daba garden branch). No sales girl would show anything u ask. They wil simply ask u to search for yourself or say that the item u want doesn't exist. Contrarily the item wil be definitely there is their stores. Very irresponsible staff. So lethargic . They treat customers as beggars and show faces as if they are working for charity. When I started complaining in the front office at the store I was surprised to hear lot many other customers too shouting about the same. Had d worst experience ever. Even the smallest to smallest shop have shown good customer care..being a vertical of such a big organization "Reliance" never expected that it holds such kind of employees. I guess these people donot have targets and so they don take their job n responsibilities seriously. Though I was asking for some stuff the sales girl simply went into the elevator saying ask someone else. In the 15-20 min I spent there I asked close to 5 girls and at the end only one person said she wil try. Never expected this from Reliance. Pathetic Cin no 001100MH1999PLC120563

                        I have bought a FILA sport Slip on shoe from TRENDS FOOTWEAR (store code: 8282), AVANI RIVERSIDE MALL on 15/09/2021 and my receipt no is [protected].
                        After wearing for few days the pasting of the shoe got vanished so for the pasting I have visited the store on 21/12/2021 and given them for repairing/pasting. They have given me a receipt (no: 147) and told me delivery will be 05/01/2022.
                        I have visited the store on the delivery date but unfortunately my shoe logo was missing. I have told them I will not receive without the logo and they told me they will look into the matter give a solution within 2-3 days.
                        From that very day (05/01/2022) till today (18/01/2022) I have called them several times still they have no answer, every time I call them they telling me withing 2 days problem will be solved.
                        Please do take necessary step and resold the matter as soon as possible.

                          Hi,
                          I have returned a product in Reliance trends store which was a Juniper kurti sets and worth rs 3399. The person at the customer care have a me a credit note of rs 3399 and told me that the validity of the credit note is till one year.
                          So after a month of reciving the credit note i went to the store and wanted to buy stuffs worth rs 2000, however at the time of billing the person told me that I don't have enough balance in my credit note. I never used that credit note anywhere or elsewhere before. The customer service representative was very uncooperative and asked my to file a complain online. So it's very disappointing and harassment to me. I waited in the billing counter for two hours and they could not solve my problem. They told me that the store manager is absent .
                          Can you please help me regarding that.

                            I have a brought a Top for my wife on 16-Jan-2022 and went on 17-Jan-2022 for an exchange. Below are the things that has happened.

                            Staff doesn't have knowledge: I have asked a Feeding Top and staff doesn't have a clue about what is a feeding top.

                            Staff doesn't have Ethics: They have charged Rs 7 for a carry bag and girl at the counter tried to cheat me with a damaged carry bag. The bag is damaged at handle and it is clearly visible but still she tried to cheat me with that. If I have to accept that then how come they are charging me Rs 7?

                            On 17-Jan-2022, Morning at 10:23 I was at shop for exchange. Shop was not opened at time at all. But the staff will say that shop opens at 10:00 AM.

                            And again I went in the evening at 6:35 PM for exchange then they said that shop will not accept the exchanges after 6 PM. I have explained them that being a working professional it is impossible for me to come during the working hours. So, requested them for an exchange. They said shop has some rules to follow.

                            Now I was not happy with the things and said that they can keep the product. they have happily agreed and took the product but didn't bothered returning my money.

                            In addition to that the guy who spoke with me didn't wear face mask.

                            If the shop rules doesn't allow exchanging the product after 6 PM then what rules says that they can keep the product without refunding my money and not wearing a face mask during the covid situation?

                                I was asked to show the COVID vaccination certificate for both the doses, due to slow net connection I waited for half and hour and just before entering the person standing there let three to four members without even checking there certificates and when I went it I was asked again to show the certificates, I asked the employees there why this partiality and if those people who entered without showing certificates happen to be covid positive who will be responsible for this lacuna, they are targeting some people and harrassing them and letting others go without checking anything, putting us in health and life risk

                                  Today I visited reliance trend Bahadurgarh, district Jhajjar for shoping from E-voucher which I got online from credit card after deducting money but it's very rude and untrained staff who don't know how to use E-voucher code . Mr. Manoj who was senior of reliance trend said that I haven't seen such voucher before this and said this is fake. Moreover he clearly denied about online payment and said we prefer only cash. So I request head of department to take strict action against Mr. Manoj.

                                    Very Bad Customer Service in Billing.
                                    The lady was so arrogant she threw the Debit Card. There’s a long line for billing and there are only 2 counters! No proper order too followed

                                        I bought 1 shoe worth 1500rs (MRP3000) on 29th dec21 from trends shoba city mall. Within 1 day shoe got damaged, the shoe sole found removed and can't use the shoe now.
