I have purchased a product on 7 sept 2021 from reliance store in saharanpur. There was a size issue for which I visited the store on 9 sept bt exchange was denied by the staff saying that the system is not working. Then again I visited the store 2 times same thing happened the system was not working. Today I visited again and there was no connectivity today also.. I have placed an order through AJIO and order was prepaid. They are showing my order as delivered but the same is not received yet. On raising complaint they are showing that your order is delivered we confirm with logistics but I didn’t received one....

Incident:
I shopped footware in Reliance Trends on 11th of September. On the billing counter, it was informed me that the system is down due to technical glitches and they will not be able to do the billing. They said we will keep your order aside and give you a call once the system is up. They were not sure even the system will up by tomorrow.
