Today I purchSe shoes and other accessories from Reliance Trends Footware. I was not able pay by Google pay or Axis Bank debit card as the facility was not available. I was forced to pay by Citi bank credit card. We expect Reliance to provide all payment facilities.

This is to request you that I am looking forward to receiving my relieving letter. I resigned from the company name on 13.08.2019 and completed all my formalities. I did not served the notice period of 3 months and my last working day with the company was 31.08.2019 approved by immediate superior and Regional HR. I was requested to submit the recovery amount of Rs 46213. As a form of payment Demand Draft was made in favor of Reliance Retail Limited, Mumbai on 06.09.2019. I was told at that time that DD processing takes time so you will get your relieving letter along with experience letter via post. After 10 months on 29.07.2020 I received a mail from Mumbai HR team asking for pending recovery amount. Regarding this matter I have mailed and tried to communicate with the Bangalore HR team but I did not get any response. I am getting legal notice from lawyer which is psychologically hitting me hard creating a sense of panic.

I have worked with sheer dedication in your organization but the problem which I am facing is unemployment as I am able apply anywhere without my relieving letter. I would be very grateful if you do the needful at earliest.

I am seeking your help I would appreciate if your team provides the letter as soon as possible as I need to submit the same in my new organization. I hope you will consider the matter and provide me with the suitable at earliest.

I visited your showroom at Harippad last day 6 pm, After shopping, the car pulled up in front of the showroom where the car was parked and crashed into the front covered with white plasticWhen I went downstairs, I realized that the car hit with concrete, nobody can identify which coverd with white color plastic, my car bumper damaged it will cost me rs 5500 from my pocket ..what a shopping experience!!

I have purchased my cloth nearing to the closing time so I failed to notice the exact size, in the bill it was written as no exchange. Hope necessary steps for exchange will be intiated.

I am a regular customer of reliance trends. I bought some cloths about two months back. Exact date not remembered. In one shirt the store forgot to remove magnetic tag.
When I reached the store today, they are insisting for bill or purchase date. Why should I face trouble for their fault. Now the shirt with tag is of no use to me.

I shopped today Nov 1 in trends which is in kanakapura for 4000k . It's new branch.
I had coupons but they didn't accept it, date on coupon says it's till 22nd September. But many times system accepts it and they give discount in all other branches, it's okay if system doesn't accept and says it's expired, I'm ready to pay full amount.
His name ends with murthy. He is manager there and rejected to scan the coupons. If it's extended or expired system will show it when they scan but he didn't scan and I payed full amount.
I had not experienced this in any other branch of trends and I'm regular costumer there, after this I'm not feeling to go back to trends, especially not to kanakapura branch.
It's OK even if this complaint is not resolved because anyway I'm not shopping in trends from now on.

I purchased 3 shirts costing of Rs.3743.00. The sales person told me that you are entitled for diwali gift (Bedsheet worth around Rs.1500/-) on paying of Rs.199/-

So I agreed and proceed for the payment. At the time of payment counter boy said you are not entitled for the gift scheme as i have purchase one shirt of 40% discount so i am not entitled for this.

My question is why there is similarity between sales and payment staff. It means sales staff telling lie and misguiding the customers .
When i tried to contact the manager of the showroom and i wait for around 10-15 minutes no body came to attend me and sort my problem.
After that one of the sales person came and said to payment staff that issue the gift item and use the gift coupen lying with you of some other customer.
My suggestion is to give full instructions to the staff so that no customers be misguided and also instruct to the Manager of the showroom to attend the complaints and not to hide at this time.

Today i have purchased dress for Rs. 4000 in reliance trends, tirunelveli. And i asked for bag to take my dresses purchased. But at bill counter not giving bag at free cost and charging Rs. 7 per bag.And at bill counter cashier asking whether bag required or not? Is it correct? How to take dresses without bag? Rectify the issue and provide the bag at free of cost.

I had purchased cloths worth 10000 from trends Trichy, THILLAI NAGAR.
I had issues with my card so sent cash through my driver.
They didn't give the routine coupons they scanned with my bill.
When approached they gave the trends clothing coupons, and didn't give footwear coupons.
When I sent my driver again they sent just two footwear coupons.
When I contacted over phone and after raising my complaints, they sent 8 coupons, although they scanned 10 footwear coupons before me.
Highly irresponsible behaviour from staf

I am regular costumer of trend showroom and happy that this showroom is in my home town but I want to complaint about offer given by showroom, my shopping is about 8000 to get the bag that they told me before shopping but at the time of billing they denied that offer

Staff members are not coperative, insulting us.We have asked for qr code but they are not taking it seriously and because of that we have not purchased product and also bear loss of more than 1000. They also not coperate at that time.
I m requesting you to transfer my money and teach them a lesson.

Today, unfortunately i visited the trend showroom at Mainpuri(cin no -001100mh1999plc120563), Uttarpradesh .I again purchased of Rs 6444/- and during bill payment, i requested to counter executive to redeem my royalty points which was shown on my mobile number
.He denied to do the same .when i contacted with customer care manager Mr Dhananjay Mishra for redeeming the points he also denied with out proper justification . He said that - Next Time Karwa Lena . When i asked about the reason, he was not having any satisfactory answer.
I asked complaint register to register my complaint but he also denied to provide the same . I never expecting such non proffessional and un trained behaviour from the executive of Reliance Trends .Today i faced poor customer service and bad and ruddy attitude from your employees especially from customer care manager Mr Dhananjay which is downgrading the image of such a big brand Reliance Trends.
I request u to please look in to the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest and take appropriate action against such erring executives .
Please take suitable action otherwise loose your customers like me.

Today I went to the store, I purchased worth rupees 4800 products and asked for the gift but they conceal the fact that one can get a gift on worth rupees 5000 . Later in that same counter I acknowledged that they are distributing gifts to the other customers and when I asked for the reason why they didn't inform me, they started misbehaving with me . This is very unethical from a store which has well reputation across the whole India

I am here to share a terrible experience from your staff at trends parippally, Kollam (district).I am regular customer of trends fashion ..last purchase was from parippally branch where I redeemed two free coupons and spent ₹ 1527...ur staff didn't give me free coupon..when I asked cashier and supervisor lady told me some strange and illogical reasons for not giving me free coupon.On the way to home I checked the bill and found out that free coupon was issued in that bill when I called them they told me that they had already given me that coupon.But I reminded them to check the cctv, then very reluctantly they admitted their mistake. I went back and collected the coupon.I have purchased dress from many trends stores across the state but never met this kind of rude behaviour from any of your staff...I don't understand why they are not giving the coupon issued to customer .You should check this matter urgently bcz Reliance Trends has a reputation of keeping standard in quality and customer service.So please make sure your staff maintains your reputation..Leaving this issue aside all the other staff were cordial and friendly..Hope you will make sure that this kind of mistake won't happen again in future.Thanking you

3 days back i purchased a kid dress from agartala reliance trends. That was purchased wrong size. Thats why i visited from last 3 days to the Reliance trends. But they always having network issue. Till now i am not able to exchange. But their new product purchase already running. No network issue. Kindly help

Cashier/Employee denied to change the cloth, Which I have purchased 1 hour back. I need to change the colour of the tshirt but the Employee says its not done you have to come tomorrow, but he is not ensured me to done my work. Really frustrated about this matter, no one is there who can help about this matter. Really unprofessional behaviour didnt expect that
