I purchased churidar set on 21 sep 2021. But after washing the churidar top was very nice and pinching. Iam regular customer of reliance trends. So i trusted with your products. So i could not kept the bill. So bill was missing. I talk to customer care executives for returning product. They told me that products will be return with only bill. Iam totally disappointed. You will be sold good quality products. Iam a govt employee working in colkectorate. Ok.

I always shop from the side of Reliance Trends and Hai AJio. I am a regular customer of yours but today I am Reliance Trends.I went for this Reliance Trends shopping at around 6:00 pm, at seoni malwa branch I was misbehaved by the guard and started arguing loudly with me I am the customer and this way the customer is insulted in your Reliance Trends The kind of disgrace that I can't expect at all. Very poorly kept staff😡😡.

I purchased a shirt from piravom[protected] reliance trends shop, shirt price is 1199, but no voucher allowed this product said a staff.

[protected] date purchase a women kurtha billed 999.on MG road Ernakulam shop. Their give 500 off two voucher.

Why piravom shop not give voucher???

Yesterday I have purchased some article from your Asansol store, my value of contact was more then 4000/- but I purchased it in 2 bill with a interval of 30 minutes for that reason I couldn't getting any gift, whare as others those who are purchased article more then 3500/- in a single bill they are getting gift from your store. I don't like at all this kind of system at all. Most unfortunately my little doughnuts was with me yesterday and she was supposed to crying for that reason, I never ever recommend any of my near and dear once to purchase any article from your store.

I bought a t shirt of m size but after 1st wash this is loose like xxl size, two time i go to store to change but they refuse to change. My shoping amount is above 10, 000 and this is reputated brand and there is no value of coustmer. So please take a action to maintain brand value

The clothes are not being folded properly after purchasing them with a lot of love and liking...towards the product the customer purchases the product workers are not folding them properly while giving it to the customers.. Almost all branches of reliance trends the people working in the billing department are not at all folding the product .we're receiving crumpled apparel

I have been shopping from different reliance trends shops over the last couple of years. I have purchased items around ₹80000 over the last year, and I was one among the loyal customer ever since until last day where I was a victim of your unethical customer interaction policies from reliance trends Erattupetta.

I was there at the shop by around 7:30pm. Owing to the busy schedule I was unable to try one shirt even though I have picked the shirt along with other materials worth of around ₹5327. But unfortunately the selected size for a shirt was too big because it was made with different kind of material rather than cotton. And after that on the very next morning I reached at the shop for an exchange but my request was rejected and the manager told that it was due to their policies. I found this attitude and approach to the customer is too arrogant. As a paying customer I am eligible for a return with in 30 days of purchase if the tag is intact and for undamaged product's which I have. Even the small online shops are having more user friendly return policies. And I never expect this to happen from a market leader.

I wrote this issue not to reclaim my money or time, but to convey two ideas to the authority. First one is I have decided not to continue shopping with reliance trends any more and I will convey my experience to my dear and nears and make sure that they won't step in to a reliance store ever again. Moreover just want to inform you that you guys are having the worst staff and insane customer policies.

Also, I am attaching the bill and the product photo along with this.

I bought shoes from trends footwear. I saw only one shoe after seeing that I bought it but when I came home and saw the shoes, I found one shoe is completely bad I complained but they are neither refunding the money And neither are giving shoes like that..

I m jagruti guliana, I purchased a top from Reliance Trend borivali west.Because of covid i could not try at their.But once i tried it is not fitting to me.so I want to change but when I went their guard said that only entry for 2 vaccination person.so Its going delayed.Now i don't understand what to do plz help me.and give permission to change my top.It is un used and with tag also.plz do needful.plz reply me by mail.[protected]@gmail.com.

I have purchased a product on 7 sept 2021 from reliance store in saharanpur. There was a size issue for which I visited the store on 9 sept bt exchange was denied by the staff saying that the system is not working. Then again I visited the store 2 times same thing happened the system was not working. Today I visited again and there was no connectivity today also.. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

I have placed an order through AJIO and order was prepaid. They are showing my order as delivered but the same is not received yet. On raising complaint they are showing that your order is delivered we confirm with logistics but I didn’t received one.

Incident:
I shopped footware in Reliance Trends on 11th of September. On the billing counter, it was informed me that the system is down due to technical glitches and they will not be able to do the billing. They said we will keep your order aside and give you a call once the system is up. They were not sure even the system will up by tomorrow. I agreed and told them once the system will be up I will come and do the billing.

I had not received any response from Reliance Trends in whole one week. I visited once again on 18th Sep and found the shopped product were now unavailable.

When I raised a concern to one of the senior Mr. Sandeep. He very conveniently said that we were busy in mystery audit and hence could not keep your order aside and give you a call back.

My concern:
1. Why they have to hide in audits that the system was down and hence the orders were kept aside. This is just misguiding the audits.

2. The Reliance Trends Nallasopara West outlet was not busy in audit but they were busy in hiding their flaws.

3. Instead of giving false commitments, they could work on better solutions. If the system is down Reliance can not closed down on sales/business saying sorry you cannot purchase because the system is down. They could stop using lame excuses for not working.

4. My 3 year old has to suffer because of their false commitments and unprofessional behaviour.

I was issued a credit note by trends Rawatbhata but it is not working on my next purchase. Its been almost a month and they haven’t resolved the issue

If taken lil longer time using arrogant language and lying back!
Never expctd such indecency at such reputated store where no complaint was able to file due to non availability of manager!

Shopped clothes in Reliance trends beside Swagath grand hotel nagole and recieved coupons. Today i came to trends to shop some more clothes, and these coupons arent activated

On 29.08.2021 I lost my mobile phone at Reliance Trendz, Jharsuguda, Odisha stores. I probably left my phone in the girls trail room and as soon as I remembered about the phone(with in 10 mins as can been from CCTV footage as well) my phone was switched off and I didn't found my phone.

I requested the stores manager to help me with searching the present members, but he co-operated with the just the help that i search the bags of the customers only if they agree but I can't ask anything to their employees. Initially he even denied to show me the CCTV footage but with the help of my local guardian the manager allowed me to see the CCTV footage after 2 hours of the incident.

I lodged a complaint at the nearest police station as well where the police also investigated the footage and got to know after me a house keeping guy (named Nirmal Suna) has entered into the trail room twice and a female customer.

When the police investigated about both of the persons, they found that the house keeping guy, the prime suspect, is a thief against whom there were already some complaints of thefts. But due to lack of proof, police is also not able to do much about the incident.

From the entire incident it was evident that:
1. The store do not have CCTV cameras in the entire store. In fact in the girls denim section there is no camera.

2. A brand like Reliance is hiring people with out and any back ground verification of people.

3. Reliance stores does not care about customers problems as now a days most of the things are dependent on mobile phones.

My lost phone was a Samsung phone, model M31s, cost 23000.

I was the complaint redressal team to take up the matter seriously as its already been 19 days and I have not received justice. Please take up the reginal stores and resolve the issue other wise I will have mail to some other higher authorities or need to take help of social media as well.
