On 29.08.2021 I lost my mobile phone at Reliance Trendz, Jharsuguda, Odisha stores. I probably left my phone in the girls trail room and as soon as I remembered about the phone(with in 10 mins as can been from CCTV footage as well) my phone was switched off and I didn't found my phone.

I requested the stores manager to help me with searching the present members, but he co-operated with the just the help that i search the bags of the customers only if they agree but I can't ask anything to their employees. Initially he even denied to show me the CCTV footage but with the help of my local guardian the manager allowed me to see the CCTV footage after 2 hours of the incident.

I lodged a complaint at the nearest police station as well where the police also investigated the footage and got to know after me a house keeping guy (named Nirmal Suna) has entered into the trail room twice and a female customer.

When the police investigated about both of the persons, they found that the house keeping guy, the prime suspect, is a thief against whom there were already some complaints of thefts. But due to lack of proof, police is also not able to do much about the incident.

From the entire incident it was evident that:
1. The store do not have CCTV cameras in the entire store. In fact in the girls denim section there is no camera.

2. A brand like Reliance is hiring people with out and any back ground verification of people.

3. Reliance stores does not care about customers problems as now a days most of the things are dependent on mobile phones.

My lost phone was a Samsung phone, model M31s, cost 23000.

I was the complaint redressal team to take up the matter seriously as its already been 19 days and I have not received justice. Please take up the reginal stores and resolve the issue other wise I will have mail to some other higher authorities or need to take help of social media as well.

I have purchased some pants, shirts, and T-shirts for Rupees 4049/-

Your staff has kept my bag for a long time until if finished my selection. The T-Shirt which I selected is XL size. After coming home I checked my bag and to my surprised, the T-shirts which are in the bag are not the size which I have selected so I went to your shop for a return. But your manager Mr. Sarath did not accept the return and he is trying to convince me by telling me that the TPR(test positive rate of COVID-19) in Kerala is high so he told me that I have to come one more time for returning the product. I can't understand his logic and the concept. Could you please tell me how come the TPR rate will reduce if the same customer is coming to your shop one more time for returning the product? I a customer is tested positive for covid and coming to your shop many more times then your staff and other customers will be infected. If he is really having concern about the TPR rate he is supposed to change the product immediately if it is a genuine case. But instead of pleasing the customer, he irritated me. I am not convinced with the way he treated me. Please arrange for the return or refund for the product as the mistake is not mine. i am submitting the photo of the purchase bill and the product. if you are arranging the replacement the send me XL large size of the same pattern and color of the T-SHIRT. Expecting your reply soon.

Sir, I have purchased cloths worth Rs.18038/- from reliance trends at Rampur hat, birbuhm district, West Bengal on 11.08.2021 . On 02.09.21 i had gone to the reliance trends store to exchange the one cloth worth Rs.1500/- (aprrox) due size short at 5.30 p.m., but reliance trends manager ( mr. Provakar routh) denied to exchange the cloth and misbehave with me. i informed to manager that i am coming from Nalhati at least 25 kilometer from reliance trends store, but manager not respond to me and say go come again. In store exchange time not mention. On 9th September again my wife with my son gone to reliance trends store and discuss with manager to exchange the cloth, but manager not respond to them at least more than one hr. then exchange the cloth after deducting Rs.500/- from original cloth price. Yesterday, (14/09/2021) at 6 30 me and my mother went to Reliance Trends, Ulloor, Trivandrum. Bought a leggings for 399Rs. But they didn't give us the bill and they added our product with another customer's bill and gave them discount coupons also and without asking our permission. When we asked for our bill they didn't give. Firstly we didn't understand but when the security guard asked for bill. They told that they have added our product with another customer. What the staff did what purely unethical and customers don't expect such insult and humiliation from a shop. Kindly consider this complaint seriously because staffs should not repeat such action to another customer

Unchi Dukan Phika Pakwan They sales products with the high standard branded name, but quality of products are so poor. Even customer care staff behaviour is rough then product quality. They even don't trust customer or have faith on quality of their brand's.

I am customer of a reliance trends i got 3000 rs coupon 500*6 at the date of 29th august. Today i am here for redeem the coupon but the cashier denying to accept my coupon as there is clearly mention this coupon is valid upto 15th sep. I purchased two garments worth rs 1600 but cashier told me a one garments is already in offer so we can't accept your coupon. But in the term of condition section there is no such conditions mentioned. When i talk back they simply replied its not written there i am telling you its enough. I never accept this kind of behaviour from a service desk. Really very bad experience from your habra west bengal counter.

I had purchased a Kurta from Reliance trends and the colour faded and spread in 1 wear

I’m surprising about Mysore reliance staff behaviour, they are very rude in talk, not guiding properly . I visited 1st time in Mysore reliance footwear and trend staff are not good in talk with customer. I’m regularly do shopping in Bengaluru but staff from Bengaluru are very good and nice . But I don’t why management are not concentrated on Mysore outlet specially Mysore near sub urban bus stand . I’m totally unhappy about there service and handling the customer.

We were at reliance trendz at z square mall Kanpur. The service is pathetic and the staff is rude and unprofessional you need to work really hard to train them and at least have some decency while dealing with your customers. Your manager is not at the floor and even after multiple reminders he denied to come and meet. What is he here for ?

Today I visited Trends footwear at Khammam(Wyra Road Branch)

They have shown Display Pice of 8number and Went inside for 2nd Part. After 20min of my Waiting this 2nd Part is Not available and choose another one.

Even I called Several times to meet Floor Manager Mr. Hussain also not Respond.

I am a doctor in Bijnor City U.P. and I am free from my clinic around 9 pm. Somehow today when I managed to reached the trends showroom at 8:30, leaving the Clinic, it was 8:35 pm and did not allow me to enter the showroom. Even after I requested several times, the gatekeeper kept me outside. Then I told him Asked to talk to the manager of the showroom but he did not listen to me and asked me to leave. He said that the showroom closes every day at 8:30 in the evening, so you should come before 8:30. Even after telling my own helplessness, I was not listened to. I felt embarrassed in front of my wife. Please take appropriate action and inform me what is the closing time of the store and if it is actually 8:30 pm is there any relaxation for frontline worriers in this corona period or No?

Relience trends Dehradun near clock tower..person named Akash verma has no manners to talk...i m a reagular customer of relience trends dehradun i have bought some stuff from rudrapur trends and due to size issue i have to exhange from dehradun store as i m working in dehradun..but they refused to exhance and talked very rudely and mannerless way..is this the behaviout to your regular customers please take action againts akash verma and kindly revert on this matter..and please help so that i can change the stuff

It's really painful to say that me and my family are regular customer of Anishabad patna Reliance trends store.

But one of your store staff (Mr.Ashawini /Anishabad Patna Bihar Store) did rude behavior with us.. He said suddenly.. Why you are taking 2 hour's for shopping and why you are taking too much time to trail clothes.

How could he say that to a customer.

Apart from that if there is any time limitations like ...no one can shop in your store more then 1 hour .. and do note take more then 10 minutes in trail room. He can say that thing in polite manner as well.. But he was rude. That makes me insulted.

I think you should publish A notice in your every stores... for above instructions.

Kindly take a good step... So that he can't do this type of behavior with other customer in future. Kindly do the needful.

Employee named CHANDAN BISHT in trends footwear haldwani uttarkhand has no manners to talk to a customer moreover he doesn't let the customer pick his/her own choice of pairs . Whenever a customer chooses a pair he is always ready to interrupt ...this doesn't suit you buy another one this and that... he even says this is not for you...who is he to tell us what should we buy or where? Very disappointing customer service...

I have bought some stuff from trend charkhi dadri haryana and by mistake I bought wrong size of one leggy and when I ask them to exchange they refuse.

The shutter of front door was partially opened. So because of that my head hit the rod and I got injured and there was no one to help. The door had to be guarded by some watchman to help the costomers. The photo of the door have been attached. So I am really disappointed with your service.
