My complaint is regarding the refusal of the person at billing desk of the reliance trendz outlet at thakurpukur, diamond harbor road against a purchase made today afternoon (I. E 19th july at around 2.30/45 pm).
Firstly, the billing person was unwilling to help me with the process of knowing my point balance i currently have.
Secondly, he informed that the physical cards are no longer valid. When i questioned about what happens to the points i have, he said to come later for that. Want to inform that i have rs 632.11 in my above mentioned reliance one card.
Thirdly, he lied about server problem when i insisted for redeeming the points against my current purchase bill. He was outright rude and refused to redeem it.
Please let me know why was i denied to redeem my points and asked to come later? I want a solution to redeem the points that i have in my physical card. Hope you will have a favourable solution
