I have purchased on aug 2019 at total mall reliance trends bangalorethey gave discount voucher worth 6000 rs. Plus 3k online voucher. They mentioned using this voucher it can be purchased anywhere in india.. Even you can purchase in coimbatore. Eventhough in backside it's written karnataka andhra pradesh and telangana only.. When i visited in coimbatore trends in 2 sep they initially said it's applicable and finally during they said it's not applicable.. We have almost spend 2 hour on shopping.. Then when i spoke to total mall trends bangalore they said sorry sir our executive has wrongly said that.. It's totally waste of time and money for us.. Please don't cheat or give any false statement to customer.

We have shopped around 7000 there is an offer in the shop that we get a tawa if we shop for 3.5k but when the total bill is done they have charged us around 1.4k we accept the gift only because it was free. If they informed that the gift is costly we don't accept the gift but what they have did is they didn't inform us about the hidden charges so once we reach the home at that time we get to know about this

Today my sister went for shopping to reliance trends branch in burdwan, west bengal. She has given her personal contact number at the time of billing as required. One of the staff from that branch has illegally collected that number and started sending her irrelevant and personal messages in whatsapp. Which is completely unethical and unprofessional.

This is dr hafiz khan from jodhpur... A very frequent customer of trends jodhpur...
Yesterday i purchased some garments from ur store... With the condition that if size differs then exchange may take place... The staff assured that u are most welcome within one month...
Today only i need to exchange one of the article out of around 10 articles... But during the exchange the staff didn't support me at all... Including manager kishan sharma... I got disappointed and i paid rupees 100 for that exchange... And the price of the item to be exchanged.. And the exchanged item were same... This is so redicolous... I felt cheated... Why the condition not disclosed at the time of purchase...
Please do the needful... Its not the matter or 100 rupees... I do shopping over 50000 per year from ur store.
Hope... Appropriate action will be taken...

Rajani mam spoke rudely even after being asked to prepare bill. She asked to keep mum as they were busy doing their personal work.

I have purchased a kurta from ambieence mall.. Gurugram. I wore it the very next day and it got bobblems at all over the place.
This complaint is not about exchange or something. The main issue is trust. It is completely unsatisfactory for a customer that we buy a cloth from mall with trust and believe. If it results in this, one time wear and cloth is in extremely bad situation. It gives extreme dissatisfaction to the customers. I condemn seriously if you have such cheap clothes with high prices in your stores. I will never buy any cloth from reliance trends.

Ery disappointing experience i had today. First of all ac isn't working.. It's very horrible inside.. Then i waited in que for trial room to just watch the ladies who came later enter earlier. I questioned the lady staff who was in charge in trial room today. Her behavior was very arrogant.. And i got to know the people who don't need ques are their dialy customers... I felt so angry... And i reacted well... And i leaved reliance trend without purchasing anything.. Staffs behavior especially in women sections are like they are the owners of shop... Or they won't help us... They chit chat with each oothe... So kindly please allot trained staffs with good behavior... I had these type of bad behaviors from staffs from women section earlier too.. But this time it was very horrible.. And i decided to quit shopping from reliance trends kannur

When i exchanged.. I didnot get proper discount... But after arguments nd little hard work i go that... But in new billing 21 rupees was to be refunded to me... They didnot refund... Due to 1 hr of exchanging periods i was not in that much concentration..21 rupees does not matter.. But due to this of service m so irritated...

I am writing this to you with utmost disappointment that i feel after shopping at reliance trendz today worth rs. 3300/- plus.

I was given to understand that if a customer shops for rs. 2999/- they are entitled to a voucher of rs. 2000/- for free!

The kind of offers and discounts that were already going on, it is no rocket science that my personal bill shot up to an amount mentioned above. However i have the following concern as a customer and a layman.

1. While i get the voucher instantly, i can't redeem it immediately for the balance amount.

2. It is valid only for 13 days starting 13th september 2019!

3. The climax. I have to shop for almost another rs. 3500/- to avail this offer or redeem the voucher!

How on earth did i then receive this so called voucher for free!!???!!

This clearly means i am spending about rs. 6500/- and purchasing this voucher to have a discount of rs. 2000???

Then what is the point of getting me slashed for 3000/- earlier??

I am only writing this to you because as a customer i am huge fan of the kind of quality products i can have an access to from the brands you promote. But if this is the way i am being looted in the name of offers and discounts then i am not sure if i can say i had a good shopping experience at reliance.

Would request you if the gift voucher is allowed for redemption in my next shopping directly (Without any conditions apply) with a validity of six months from now.

I am happy to share all my details and shopping bills if required.

Dear sir iam suffering from 1 year and did not got my full and final settlement plzz help me on this i have did 1 mistake i was a cashier when i was doing a bill i was asked for customer to add a point i said plz could u provide me your mobiel no to add a point then customer said me sorry we don't need u can provide ur mobiel no then i sad no mam it's mandatory then customer said no plz u can add ur ni then i was provide my mobiel no and i am not provide my employee special card no i have provide my alternate no that as a customer no if i want to break sop then i can provide my special no i don't want to break sop that saw i provide my alternate no for store.. For this thing they said me to give resign then i was gave resign. But they hold my 1month salary and my full and final settlement plzzz help in on this iam troubling from last 1years to get my salary and settlement plzzzz help me on this and released my salary. Sir i have purchased a shirt from reliance trend chakrata road dehradun.in this shirt a tag of 50 percent is mentioned but they have given me a discount of only 30 percent on 23 july,, 2019. The management says that the company has changed its policies. Now you will get only 30 percent discount a total loss of 20 percent to a customer deepak [protected]

I have doing shoping of amt 3263.82 by rampur branch ag bill no tg[protected].. Cust type urd dtd 19 jul 19.
Its too bad experiance for us becoz reliance trands charged the rate more againest to mrp or discount showing on his tag..
Reliance is cheat us or not given proper said discount as per his tag or also onone inform us...
After that i have call to store but someone said its human mistake or suddently changed our rates or discount on higher side. Or cut the phone..
Am totally unsetified with realiance service and particular staff also..

My complaint is regarding the refusal of the person at billing desk of the reliance trendz outlet at thakurpukur, diamond harbor road against a purchase made today afternoon (I. E 19th july at around 2.30/45 pm).
Firstly, the billing person was unwilling to help me with the process of knowing my point balance i currently have.
Secondly, he informed that the physical cards are no longer valid. When i questioned about what happens to the points i have, he said to come later for that. Want to inform that i have rs 632.11 in my above mentioned reliance one card.
Thirdly, he lied about server problem when i insisted for redeeming the points against my current purchase bill. He was outright rude and refused to redeem it.
Please let me know why was i denied to redeem my points and asked to come later? I want a solution to redeem the points that i have in my physical card. Hope you will have a favourable solution

Dear team, on dt. 14/07 shopping done 2695 due to some reasons on today we went for exchange or new shopping approx 30000rs in trends hanumangarh we waited for 1 hr but no billing done by the team.in this duration each & every time sandeep kumar & rajat sharma moved us b/w ground floor & 1st floor. Finally call for complaintregister but told us not available there. Its locked in another employ will available on tomarrow.
Now pls suggest who will waste 1hr & to whom have a time for it. Pls change the environment to make smoothly shopping

I have recently buy a hp laptop which costs 37000 from reliance trends and there are some problem with the microsoft account they created. Whenever i call them or i went there, they ask me to contact windows customer care

I called customer care and they said to contanct the seller, but these people who working at reliance trends are not helping me.

Since a week I m visiting reliance trends showroom located at U mall, coen road hubballi as sale is going on once we enter the showroom it's sweating like summer days I could not see the products it's heavily raining outside but inside it's like hot climate no air conditioner no fans. Wen asked the sales man there he replied its under repair so within 2 days it LL start. But again I went it's the same condition how to shop in such horrific condition.

I am complaining about your employee's behaviour.. I have been for shopping in reliance trends in bestech mall mohali, sahibjada ajit singh nagar but there was a employee miss mohpreet kaur and she behaves very rudely.. She not only spoke in a rude manner but also tried to get personal by saying personal comments.. This was very bad.. Please take some appropriate action for these type of employees atleast they can't do again with other customer... Thanks

Harrassment by the Store Staff(9 July 2019)

I hope some one is there to read this. I purchased few dresses in your Vellore store . one week back. They told to get it altered in Gandhi Nagar Katpadi branch. Yesterday i went to Katpadi branch and shopped there. The staff told that Tailor is not there. Come some other day for alteration. I went today after office to give shopping . The staff at alteration desk and tailor were rude. They said they are very busy come tomorrow to collect. SO this makes the 4th visit to ur store. I left the idea of wearing my store and got so disturbed bu their behavior that i said kindly cancel it. and i am returning the things. Call ur manager.. They said Manager is not there too.
Finally the tailor said okay come today at 9:30 pm and collect. I said fine... My hunband went there at 9:29 and the guard told him at the gate that the tailor left and has taken key with him.. and my husband was not allowed to entered the store nor any staff came out to explain the situation. He returned back now. I feel why mistake we did to get such poor treatment.
I wish to state that my one day salary is more than 2 months salary of your entire store staff at this location and yet these people want to waste customers 4 days to do a simple alteration. I am so saddened by this that i have also filed a complaint in consumercomplaint.in.. By the way to tell this was a simple alteration of 3 small kurtis
OMG how i wish that i never would have got my self in to this unfortuante shopping experience.
Swear to god I AM NEVER GOING TO BUY AGAIN IN YOUR STORE. My only request is if you can not run a small alteration unit .. why not tell customer upfront and not after billing is done.
