I purchased some clothes and they r charging 7rs for that carry bag. As per rules issued by kerala court u r not supposed to collect money for those carry bags. Eventhough the bag is not quality product to carry the purchased clothes. Then what is the use of giving carry bags and y u r collecting money for that. Hereby i attached the photo of that bag too.

    Sir i have the long relations with reliance trend and generally i prefer to purchase the reliance cloths. I have purchased some casuals of netplay haritage work-wear made from reliance trend gip mall noida but with in 3-4 months its colour is fade. The photos of cloths is attached herewith for your reference. I want replacement of all these. Please look the matter.

    Today afternoon we purchased dress from pathanamthitta trends. We have one sleeves hand switching needs but staff switching after the lunch break only. I'm told there my son didn't had lunch so plzz do the thing for him.. but they told cut and right switching only after 1.45pm.. this not customer service...

    I purchased a john players jeans from trends, grand mall eranakulam dated 22 August 2021.priced 1799.it was a good model jeans where white shade with some black shades at top. But after 1 wash this black colour spread throughout the jeans. This gives the idea about products in reliance trends. So tommrow i will return the product and let u know their responses

We already informed this to hr but they are not taking any action. Please check his passport to get the details. His last working company is abs and he gave proof of another company. He did business here in dubai and flew with money. Kindky request to check his experience letter and salary certificate and his last company. His cv itself is wrong. Please we request you guys to do the needful at the earliest and inform higher authorities

        I purchased items worth rs.3800 from reliance trends, malappuram, kerala on 12.05.2019, and i was charged rs.5 extra for a carry bag bearing the reliance trend name and logo. When i enquired to the sales executive who billed by items, mr. Gokul. K about this, he replied to me that "the court has issued a stay against that rule", which was a lie, and i was forced to pay for the bag, just like the two people who was in the queue before me at the billing counter was also forced to.

        Sir i purchase a cloths from reliance trends allahabad shop and get coupan 3500 that coupan redeemed i purchase online cloths but size too big then i call customer care and email and i courier first flight corier no J991M8145301 dated 26-11-18 that big size product but till no courier charge get and no cloths replacement delivered.

          I am regular customer of reliance trend and gnerally prefer to purchase dresses from trends.

          We have purchased 4 no of pants of netplay from trends, gip mall noida. But within 4 months 3 numbers pants colour is turn off. Out of 4. One pant is still not washed. May be that also will have the same problem. I want to replacement of all 3 free of cost.

            Reliance trends having a branch in avadi, chennai is not following the court order rules.
            They are still asking extra money for the carry bags in which they have printed their adds.
            The manager of the respective showroom said me that, they did not get any circular from the head office.
            Since, it is a court order this should be implemented immediately with or without permission from their respective head office. But, they did not take this in a serious way.
            Public are affected & not satisfied with their approach. They may get health issues because of barking with sales person.
            Kindly, take necessary action as soon as possible.

              Exchanged 2 dresses and as i have not brought the other two dresses which are eligible for offer along with these dresses i have to pay 50rs more.                   On purchasing product wort 6000/= the store doesnt provide any carry bag free of cost. Instead they charged me for the cary bag on which their company's name is written. I told them to give plain bag but they refused. As i have purchased such amount of items i was forced to buy the carry bag so that i can carry the items. I think this is not at all acceptable as they should give carry bag free of cost to consumers

                  Money got debited from my account through gpay but reliance trends in Madipakkam, Chennai confirmed that they didn’t receive money. So repaid RS.6182/- through debit card again. They confirmed that first GPay payment is unsuccessful transaction, you will receive back. But icici has confirmed that it reached seller and shared seller’s bank details. Now the response is not satisfactory. I have my bankside clarification that the amount got credited to seller account. It has been 5days, still I didn't receive my money.Kindly help to rectify it at earliest and get the money back

                      More than 1 month gone still you have not give me the resolution. Also cashback not credited in my card.

                      Reliance provide worst service yet. Bogus service provided by you. All are customer care executive are non sense. They not co-operate with customer.

                      Also your bogus team not responding mail regarding my complain to reliance trends gariahat, kolkata store. They confirmed me that you are not responding any of their.

                      As per your previous mail you commited that cashback should be credited in my card within 30/04/2019. But yet it not credited.
                      You provide me fake commitment.
                      You & your reliance trends gariahat kolkata branch_1899 branch code manager also harassing me.
                      I continue mail you & contact with reliance trends gariahat kolkata branch but no one help me.

                      If you not process my desired cashback within a week i will lodge a complain against you in consumer forum & your ceo directly.

                        Yesterday i shopped in reliance and bought few kurthis, shirts and also track pants (699/-). So i untagged the track pant now and i was trying to wear it, i noticed a defect in the product. As i shopped for nearly 4600+ i couldn't notice the defect as it is unexpected on a mrp rated clothing in reliance. Highly disappointed with the purchase because it is always our go-to shop for every clothing purchase. With this i started loosing trust on reliance clothing as i bought it on mrp. Please do something about it.

                          I really loved the collection of socks from team spirit and i bought 3 pairs yesterday along with 4 pairs of shoes from ajio i have an issue regarding with the socks as due to the magnetic pin you guys put over it or the item was damaged i don't know but when i wore and roam for 10 minutes and when i removed them i saw it was torn.                             I took my concern regarding my membership card to your staff and manager at reliance trends branch on hosa road today, 28th april, 2019, but their behaviour was very rude and unacceptable. The cashier registrar started sniggering at me in kannada thinking i would not understand. I suggest you take immediate action otherwise i will go to the police against the recording i have of him.
                            Me, my friends and family will start boycotting this particular branch and will go public about what happened here.

                              I just purchased some shirts from reliance trends, korum mall thane and asked for a carry bag not knowing that it is chargeable. It has come in the papers that carry bags will not be charged henceforth. There are shops like pantaloons who do not charge any amount but unfortunately i was charged even though i had a word with the manager. This is unacceptable from a reputed shop like yours and it's my request that you look into this immediately and resolve it.

                                I had a bad experience shopping at one of the reliance trends batch in madurai. I took 3 dresses for trial and bought one dress. I gave the remaining two unselected dress for replacement and the staffs mocked at me. They were like saying you tried 3 dresses but only bought one for and we have to replace yoir dress. I m very angry with their reply.

It is allowing customers to want to buy the product with the belief of getting discount but disallowing the discount on the time of purchase. It's showing the low service in the shop.                                     I have purchased in reliance trend worth of 7000, but store has charged 7 rs for carry bag which has trends name in it. Why we should pay for your advertisement.
                                    Even for purchase of 7000, you guys charge for paper carry bag.

                                    And no clarity on promo cpn 2 - 0.02? By giving this, it was stamped as, "promotional items cannot be returned". (Actually there is no discount given for any of the item which i have purchased)?

                                    Carry bags are given out to customers by levying a charge of Rs.5. I have faced this problem on 19 April and also the same in an other Reliance trends store at an earlier date. I have the bills with the charges mentioned and also it's in my understanding that a fine of Rs.9000 was charged from Bata for charging Rs.3 for the carry bag.
