Exchanged 2 dresses and as i have not brought the other two dresses which are eligible for offer along with these dresses i have to pay 50rs more. I have brought the bill why should i bring the other dresses which i don't want to exchange. They might have already have a record of other dresses in the bill and their systems already. Please provide a solution

On purchasing product wort 6000/= the store doesnt provide any carry bag free of cost. Instead they charged me for the cary bag on which their company's name is written. I told them to give plain bag but they refused. As i have purchased such amount of items i was forced to buy the carry bag so that i can carry the items. I think this is not at all acceptable as they should give carry bag free of cost to consumers

Money got debited from my account through gpay but reliance trends in Madipakkam, Chennai confirmed that they didn’t receive money. So repaid RS.6182/- through debit card again. They confirmed that first GPay payment is unsuccessful transaction, you will receive back. But icici has confirmed that it reached seller and shared seller’s bank details. Now the response is not satisfactory. I have my bankside clarification that the amount got credited to seller account. It has been 5days, still I didn't receive my money.Kindly help to rectify it at earliest and get the money back

I'm purchasing some cloth from reliance trends kopargaon. Total amount of colths purchasing of ₹498/-, but reliance trends asking to me for purchase a carry bag ₹ 3/- i say him it's not for complimentary to me he say no sir, he sale a carry bag to me reliance trends branding.
He give to me bill of carry bag.
I think it is unfair trading

More than 1 month gone still you have not give me the resolution. Also cashback not credited in my card.

Reliance provide worst service yet. Bogus service provided by you. All are customer care executive are non sense. They not co-operate with customer.

Also your bogus team not responding mail regarding my complain to reliance trends gariahat, kolkata store. They confirmed me that you are not responding any of their.

As per your previous mail you commited that cashback should be credited in my card within 30/04/2019. But yet it not credited.
You provide me fake commitment.
You & your reliance trends gariahat kolkata branch_1899 branch code manager also harassing me.
I continue mail you & contact with reliance trends gariahat kolkata branch but no one help me.

If you not process my desired cashback within a week i will lodge a complain against you in consumer forum & your ceo directly.

Yesterday i shopped in reliance and bought few kurthis, shirts and also track pants (699/-). So i untagged the track pant now and i was trying to wear it, i noticed a defect in the product. As i shopped for nearly 4600+ i couldn't notice the defect as it is unexpected on a mrp rated clothing in reliance. Highly disappointed with the purchase because it is always our go-to shop for every clothing purchase. With this i started loosing trust on reliance clothing as i bought it on mrp. Please do something about it.

I really loved the collection of socks from team spirit and i bought 3 pairs yesterday along with 4 pairs of shoes from ajio i have an issue regarding with the socks as due to the magnetic pin you guys put over it or the item was damaged i don't know but when i wore and roam for 10 minutes and when i removed them i saw it was torn. How can this happen. I need satisfactory response as i need a replace.

I took my concern regarding my membership card to your staff and manager at reliance trends branch on hosa road today, 28th april, 2019, but their behaviour was very rude and unacceptable. The cashier registrar started sniggering at me in kannada thinking i would not understand. I suggest you take immediate action otherwise i will go to the police against the recording i have of him.
Me, my friends and family will start boycotting this particular branch and will go public about what happened here.

I just purchased some shirts from reliance trends, korum mall thane and asked for a carry bag not knowing that it is chargeable. It has come in the papers that carry bags will not be charged henceforth. There are shops like pantaloons who do not charge any amount but unfortunately i was charged even though i had a word with the manager. This is unacceptable from a reputed shop like yours and it's my request that you look into this immediately and resolve it.

I had a bad experience shopping at one of the reliance trends batch in madurai. I took 3 dresses for trial and bought one dress. I gave the remaining two unselected dress for replacement and the staffs mocked at me. They were like saying you tried 3 dresses but only bought one for and we have to replace yoir dress. I m very angry with their reply.

Some scam on showing discounts but not giving it on the time of purchase. It is allowing customers to want to buy the product with the belief of getting discount but disallowing the discount on the time of purchase. It's showing the low service in the shop. I request quick actions to be taken. No customers should be allowed to be put into false belief of disounts n get scammed by not giving it in the end moment

Hi,

I have purchased in reliance trend worth of 7000, but store has charged 7 rs for carry bag which has trends name in it. Why we should pay for your advertisement.
Even for purchase of 7000, you guys charge for paper carry bag.

In the bill, it is mentioned as trends carry bag: 7rs

And no clarity on promo cpn 2 - 0.02? By giving this, it was stamped as, "promotional items cannot be returned". (Actually there is no discount given for any of the item which i have purchased)?

Carry bags are given out to customers by levying a charge of Rs.5. I have faced this problem on 19 April and also the same in an other Reliance trends store at an earlier date. I have the bills with the charges mentioned and also it's in my understanding that a fine of Rs.9000 was charged from Bata for charging Rs.3 for the carry bag.

We (Customers) purchase costly things but they couldn't afford to give free carry bags...
Even if they charge atleast they must keep plain carry bags without their company name or logo.
Please look into this matter.

Dear reliance trends team
I am a regular shopper of trends i usually shop from janpath store (Odisha) and cuttack (Odisha) recently i had a visit to western odisha there i have shopped from reliance trends bargarh which was loacted opposite to bus stand (Bargarh) the store ambiance was although good but when i used store toilet i was really shocked' because the doors of store toilet was absolutely broken even the material used in door was of very low grade which were not meeting to reliance stores standard, the toilet door was even low grade than the 'sulabh souchaly' i am very disappointed that reliance is using such doors in its toilets i request the concern authority to look into the said matter

Infact as a regular customer i have faith on reliance since year's hope this will solved soon

I have brought the product on 24/3/2019 at kanchipuram reliance trends and as we had faith in your product, i never check for any defects and by today my wife taken it to wear it and at that time only we noticed a small tear in the kurthi, so i took it to the shop for replacement but on my side we lost bill and we have the original labels and transaction date and amount on my mobile, ur sealsman simply denied and we can't change the product as of now as we don't have bill for the same, my question is this the way you reply and then why are asking for our mobile number while billing and one more thing ur manager at the mentioned shop is not available. Such a horrible customer service from ur side, keep up the good work.

Today i went to reliance trends (PDR MALL) Varanasi. I picked a short kurta (with 30% discount mentioned). When I went to the billing counter we were told that there is no discount. One of the staffs behaved pretty impolitly when I told that there is a discount. I was quite annoyed and refused to take kurta. Such behaviour is not acceptable in customer facing jobs like this. We visited the trends store of mainpuri branch. We bought women indian wear and kids wear but size was inconvenient so we came back for exchange. We were in a hurry so we requested the lady guard there to hasten. She not only denied but also started to avoid the req. Later she threw the clothes alongwith bill and asked us to do yourself. Immediate action should be taken to improve the customer experience. Rest all services were appreciable but the one specifically hired to welcome everyone disrespected the customer. After exchanging the clothes, when we came back she denied to recheck out of her bad attitude and ego. Such behaviour should not be tolerated. Her name is - suman yadav. Kindly, train your employees and especially guards at service.

I had purchased the said item from reliance trends gwalior DB Mall on 09.03.2019 and gave it for alteration at store itself since I m staying far away from gwalior so asked them to collect 15 days latter but while visiting today i.e. on 23.03.2019 they told me that they have misplaced it and their manager behaviour was not at all professional. now kindly do the needful.
