I purchases two t-shirt and one shirt from reliance trends bhilwara located on chittor road. Print of the one t shirt has gone after first wash
Our trust on the brand net play and on reliance trends has broken
Please take action.
I think customer satisfaction is must for such a big company.
How can a normal person believe on such a big company
Please mail me what you do against this...

As i am a regular customer for reliance trends. Every time i purchase something they charge extra money for carry bag printed with reliance trends.
We (Customers) purchase costly things but they couldn't afford to give free carry bags...
Even if they charge atleast they must keep plain carry bags without their company name or logo.
Please look into this matter....

I am a regular shopper of trends i usually shop from janpath store (Odisha) and cuttack (Odisha) recently i had a visit to western odisha there i have shopped from reliance trends bargarh which was loacted opposite to bus stand (Bargarh) the store ambiance was although good but when i used store toilet i was really shocked' because the doors of store toilet was absolutely broken even the material used in door...

I have brought the product on 24/3/2019 at kanchipuram reliance trends and as we had faith in your product, i never check for any defects and by today my wife taken it to wear it and at that time only we noticed a small tear in the kurthi, so i took it to the shop for replacement but on my side we lost bill and we have the original labels and transaction date and amount on my mobile, ur sealsman simply denied and we can't change the product...

Today i went to reliance trends (PDR MALL) Varanasi. I picked a short kurta (with 30% discount mentioned). When I went to the billing counter we were told that there is no discount. One of the staffs behaved pretty impolitly when I told that there is a discount. I was quite annoyed and refused to take kurta. Such behaviour is not acceptable in customer facing jobs like this. We visited the trends store of mainpuri branch. We bought women indian wear and kids wear but size was inconvenient so we came back for exchange. We were in a hurry so we requested the lady guard there to hasten. She not only denied but also started to avoid the req. Later she threw the clothes alongwith bill and asked us to do yourself. Immediate action should be taken to improve the customer experience. Rest all services were appreciable...

I had purchased the said item from reliance trends gwalior DB Mall on 09.03.2019 and gave it for alteration at store itself since I m staying far away from gwalior so asked them to collect 15 days latter but while visiting today i.e. on 23.03.2019 they told me that they have misplaced it and their manager behaviour was not at all professional. now kindly do the needful....

Sir, on 16.03.2019 i purchased cloths in your reliance trends show room, ananatapur for rs. 5020/- for that your people are given rice cooker but no seal and purchase date is privided on guarantee card, hence i requested them to provide seal and date of purchase, but ur people rejected, then they writtenly submitted that no seal and date of purchase is required on gurantee card, hence my request is to avail gurantee on equipment please privide...

The shirts & t-shirt are of wrong size packed by the staff of your shop. They misunderstood & packed the products of m size instead of l & when going to return the product, they denied. It was their mistake anyway. At least they should've shown some concern & shouldn't have denied directly.

It's request to you that please provide paper carry bags when a customer shop from your stores which costs u max rs 5/-.
Because a road side vendor who sells vegetables can afford to give a carry bag without any extra charges, where as his profit margin is too less as compared to your profit margin in clothes.
When we take clothes from your store, we can not hold them in hand n go out.

I had got coupon tickets from ad cinema Gorakhpur @ 250 coupon for 12 coupon. Total value rs3000. Ur store manager had not any information about this redeemable coupon. I had choose 2 trousers of Re 1400 each. At the billing counter staff refuse to redeem all the coupon against two artical. His concern was that one coupon is readme against one article only.

Bought clothes from reliance trends ansal mall gurgaon. Clothes left color after first washing. Not only this atual clothes, this runined other clothes washed along with that one.
On 24th feb went to store for exchange... Their response was due to server issue they can not generate bills and exchange. They requested me to come in weekdays.
On 26th feb, visited again and after waiting a while, they denied again for exchange saying...
