I have purchased some garments worth rs 10830 from your jalpaiguri store. After billing they informed me about the coupon. If they informed me before billing i could split the bill and reedem the coupons. When i complaint about this to the store manager instead of repentance he misbehaved with me and said it was my fault to not to see the offer... I am an existing customer of your store since 2011... So it's my heartiest request to take some necessary steps against the staffs

We very much disappointed/dissatisfied with the rash behaviour of the tailoring department manager about the stitching the ladies top, he told that it will take 7 days time and delivery will be given by[protected]. If we asks for give the delivery by[protected], he tells meaningless answers. We want to know for stitching top hands if it's takes 7 days time, how can we buy dress in reliance trends, plz take necessary action regarding manager behaviour and resolve the problem as early as possible.

Your manager of kunigal outlet talked in a rash and filthy language regarding redeeming my coupon points on 2/6/2019 evening and refused to give discount as per your company message. He has insulted me in harsh language. I request you to take necessary action against him and advice him to redeem my discount coupon failing which i will approach the necessary consumer forum against him and your company for the cost and consequences of which you will be held liable.

I was at reliance trend sindh, pune, outlet today. I picked up a shirt having a table of flat 30%off. At billing i was told there is no such offer. Non of the staff were cooperative and all they were trying to do was take off the discount pahle from my hands. Unfortunately they could not do so. I have been billed for full amount which i have paid by card.

Copies of invoice and discount label are attached.

This ia the 3rd or 4th instance at this store, earlier times my kids had gone and couldn't do or argue about this matter.

If your staff has made a mistake why should we pay for it...?

Sir they have confirmed the deal with us for rental property but they canceled it afterwards because the other party gave money to officers.. Will our voice be heard??? Sir we just want to know where we went wrong? Reliance is such a big name... N is known for its transparency. We as a common man request you to give us justice... Hoping for some strong action by your side...

I purchased classic polo pant and philips trimmer on the same day. I got a problem with my trimmer on the next week. Pant got torn after the first wash (Now it's useless, can't able to sew also). Now i lost 2800 on the same day of purchase. I don't recommend this store for anyone to purchase any product. Based upon my view all the product is third quality in trends. The product is only for show.

I wanted to exchange the clothing but fail to do so... I'm sorry i made a mistake bout the dates earlier... Can you please help me out? Visited your store at city centre mangalore today. When i requested for alteration of 2 dresses there is absolutely no communication between the billing counter and ccc. The staff at the billing counter told me that it would be done in 20 mins. However the staff at ccc argue that how it could be possible and i would have to wait for atleast an hour.

I went to outlet uttarpara as on 24.05.2019 and buy for more than 7k. Outlet charges for poly package, not obey the order of supreme court that prevents retailer to pay for poly package since on package reliance give thier own advetisement. Manger of outlet argue to pay. And behind the back, commented to buy online so that i have not to pay for poly package. It was very shame that manger passes such comments of such store. Really bad experience. Not worth to go uttarpara reliance trend.

I done shopping today from amravati maharashtra reliance trends for my father in morning some what 11 to 12 o clock. I get it i go home which is 25 km out of city. And came on near about 7 o clock at evening. I humbly request to customer service people but they told me that he have 1 day for this work and after that behave arrogantly. What is your policy for alterations please guide us regarding that. So please give soft skill training.

I am a regular reliance trend's customer and visited your showroom at edappal, in malappuram district, kerala. I reached outside the showroom at 10.45 after seeing the opening timings on your website.. Around 50 customers were waiting outside by 11:00 am and the showroom found not opening. By 11:10 your security staff slowly started opening the showroom and saying minor excuses for being late opening. We were waited there till 11:15 outside your showroom prior entry. I strongly protest about the late opening of the above mentioned showroom and not being punctual for maintaining those timings...

As i visit your Mathura trends store yesterday which is newly open and some 3499 offer is going on but staff is not aware properly and misguiding customers.
So kinldy look into yhe matter because due to this i have not purchase anything yesterday and expecting a call from your side for satisfaction .

I am complaining abt the non helpful behaviour o[censored]r manager n ccs incharge. They were very rude regret listenin our complaint. It was by sheer negligenge o[censored]r staff that size 12 of w kurta was added in our bag whereas we asked size 14. As soon as we realized we asked them to jus change the size but ur manager dint bother to listen us. I am afraid this rude behaviour o[censored]r staff will harm ur image and sucess of store in our city sriganganagar moreover he said tat it isnt in our return policy of sale kindly chek into matter personally and ask your manager to learn n behave with the ladies customer

Around 12:00 that the employ i don't know actually his designation but i. Asked to security person his name is gagan
He is doing infront of many of customer.
He shouting to customer as wel as one of the employe he using worst language infront of all customer. That customer may be uneducated please kunigal trends team and manager i dnt know manager name i[censored] r not remove that person its becomes very bad remarks to our kunigal. Its first warning to u ppl

The staff were very rude.

If you keep this type of guys in your branch the. How come you may reach the customer fufillments.

Today we did a shopping of 3 kurtis from trends store opp. Gaur central mall ghaziabad and had a very bad experience. On exit gate guard stopped us and asked for bill in a very unprofessional manner. Then on showing the bill he manually checked and matched all the purchased items from the bill as if we have stolen something from there. He took around 3 to 4 minutes to do so. When we said that sir u are taking too long and this is nt the proper way of checking, then he himself said that i[censored] have a problem then register a complaint regarding this.

We are very old customers of reliance and never had such a pathetic experience. If things are being stolen from that store then please use anti theft device technology or take some other security action so that all the customers won't get stuffered.

I get a coupon from trends it is a online coupon but i am trying to redeemed it but is not going to redeem it will shown voucher not found. So please try to help from this. Reg mobile number [protected]. And also it will shown on the coupon starts to redeem from 17th may 2019 to 31 st may 2019. I tried on today (18/05/2019) but still i am getting problem. Kindly give a solution on this as soon as possible.

Reliance Trends has convinced me to purchase a Plastic bag, which was charged Rs. 5/-, a very small amount. Normally customers don't complains about such big retail giants.
When i mentioned, you shouldn't charge for sharing your own bags with the company logo, the store representative in the billing counter mentioned company has not suggested anything so you have to pay. This is a common practice every where, i stay in kolkata and this incident has happened in Axis Mall last Sunday. I'm surprised that this nobody care about these things, which are a big source of income for these kind of retail giants. if required i would like to share the bill as well as the photo of the plastic bag. As a citizen of india its a shire disgrace. If you want to sell bags, sell with quotes or beautiful pics not with your own logo, i would love to purchase those bags

I purchased some clothes and they r charging 7rs for that carry bag. As per rules issued by kerala court u r not supposed to collect money for those carry bags. Eventhough the bag is not quality product to carry the purchased clothes. Then what is the use of giving carry bags and y u r collecting money for that. Hereby i attached the photo of that bag too.
