This is Vasanth from Chennai.I have ordered a 2shirts &1Paint from RelianceTrends.com on 14th of November 2018. Because of poor quality and damage issue I didn't like the product and return it. I got a message from RelianceTrends.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 business days"
I waited till 15th of December but didn't get refund money from my Reliance Trends account. I called Reliance Trends customer care many time and the way they responded that it will get refunded. Always they respond that I will get call for my resolution but till now I haven’t got any call.
I again called every time they are saying that Refund will be credits with in 4 days. But still now I not got the amount form reliance site. When I say raise a ticket regarding my issue to your higher management, They do that but next moment I get the same mail in which they mention the same thing.

Reliance is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from Reliance.com end.
