I have ordered some products from reliance trends.com, in their product description page i got to see lack of in formation regarding returns. Where i want to know about returns policy it redirected to frequently asked question where i read ever question and answers. After reading them i got understood that there is a flexible returns before 30days, except for orders containing briefs and panties. But they didn't showed that where the particular product is returnable or not returnable under that product description clearly. They should have written this sentence that this product is not returnable under that product description there itself. The product description not so clear about the product full details. They didnt mention that product is not returnable before purchasing or placing order. Due to size varies in different brands when i want to return the product then they are saying this product is not returnable. I talked to their customer executives they said the same. I raised question then they asked me to take picture as proof that they did not mention about returns. But their website is not working it is closed. I want justice for the mental torture they give to me without mentioning the returns policy before placing order. While there are so many other brands like clovia, zivame, pretty secrets, jabong, myntra take bra or lingerie returns and refunds to the customer. If girl uses wrong bras she may get affected with bank pain neck pain and even breast cancer. But size varies for each brand. I want my refund and apology from website for closing the website and fake promises in website

I have bought three camouflage print hooded T-shirt online from reliance trends. (Order no: TR09052997 Mode of payment : COD).
I have received my package, later noticed that only one unit of T-shirt was delivered .I tried to contact concerned person regarding this matter via email, phone calls but there was no proper response. I am really disappointed with kind of service provided that too from a well known retail brand.

I have attached photocopies of the invoice for reference. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I order dec 4th 2018, some clothes but till the date of dec 21 i am not getting any information from other end so i raised compliant that side my concern is lost my phone, they can't contact me even if i contact the delivery service man he did not do the proper response he told me customer, they will do if i will ask customer care this not doing we are just taking compliant only i need what i am order customer care person said we just return the order what are we do like this if customer care there is no option what we do so i said okay sir give me return order money will be send business day of 7th you will get the money but i need this so don't hesitate this, really... Am very feel badly with reliance trends and delivery service guys.

I won't get back the money for this order then why we are purchasing reliance trends or otherwise buy a local area shops.

On 15th september, 2018 reliance trends, (At barasat) a staff told me about the offer of getting rs 500 cashback in paytm on shopping of 1500 through paytm. So me and my elder brother both shop there, my shopping worth was 1528. They told after 90 days we get back the 500 cashback. But till now we didn't get our money. Hope for getting back my cashback. For the past 10 days its showing office is closed when i called delhivery customer care they said they can't do anything because they tried to ship but office is closed.
Reliance trends return policy is the worst its been almost a month and they've not initiated refund when i call them their response is always the same.
How many days will you guys take to initiate my refund.

I did shopping on 16/12/2018 in reliance trends (Outlet: gaurav tower, jaipur rajat around 4:00 pm). At the time of leaving that store, burger activate at exit so that guard stop me at the exit and did checking of my shopping bag. When he founds nothing abnormal in that he asked me to wait for lady staff to come and do check my hand bag. After 10 mins a lady staff came and checked my hand bag, again there is nothing abnormal so she asked me to check me with my wearing cloths for that she took me in back office. There was no proper room was available for checking and few men are also standing there. I maintain my patients and go with general checking. Again she found nothing. Still they didn't let me go and asking so many question and doubting on me that i'am hiding something. There were so many customer leaving from that exit and for them that burger sound is beeping too but guards did nothing for that. When i asked them to call your manager then the manager came and again asked some ridiculous question. As a being a girl this is so humiliating for me to go though this process and for my surprise they didn't find any thing unusual with me still they dint let me go and asking for checking and checking. This type of treatment and behavior with a female customer is very bad. Will not go that store again

This is vasanth from chennai. I have ordered a 2shirts &1paint from reliancetrends.com on 14th of november 2018. Because of poor quality and damage issue i didn't like the product and return it. I got a message from reliancetrends.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 business days"

I waited till 15th of december but didn't get refund money from my reliance trends account. I called reliance trends customer care many time and the way they responded that it will get refunded. Always they respond that i will get call for my resolution but till now i haven’t got any call.
I again called every time they are saying that refund will be credits with in 4 days. But still now i not got the amount form reliance site. When i say raise a ticket regarding my issue to your higher management, they do that but next moment i get the same mail in which they mention the same thing.

On occasion of diwali, realiance trends offered on purchasing 7000, they offered 2000rs offer copoun, 1000 offline and 1000 on line. My greviences is regarding on line copoun. As per offer on 02nov2018, i ordered products for two copoun, in one copoun i got two products, but rest of products not received for 22days. I compliment telephonically, but problem not resolved. Then i went chrompet chennai realiance trends, i complained, they suggest to cancel the order and place fresh order. So 24nov 2018 again i placed the order, but i have not received my order. Repeatly enquired they were telling, the product is on transit. Finally they told the were returned stating, the delivery person tired three attempts and returned the product back. Sir i feel really bad about the way they handle my order.

I have purchased 4 sweet wears from reliance trend online by pay in credit card. They delivered 1 sweet wear and one was cancelled and another two are not delivered. Now 4 months have lapsed but no money have been refunded to my account. I have contacted many times with their customer care no and also text many times to customer care email id. But
The answer is same we will get back you within 3- 4 working days but nothing happened till to date. No money is refunded till to day.

From reliance trends I ordered a Chinos and got a Shirt. For this issue I mailed customer care stating for the issue. From them I got a reply to place a return request using my account of reliance trend.I did the same and a pickup guy denied to pick because of wrong product I was giving to him. Then I called CC they raised the return but again the pickup was not successful because of no QC. As per them NO Quality check(QC) remark for pickup reflect in 48hrs and the pickup guy come within 12hr.
I caled 4 timesl and it is happening again and again.
Everytime customer care is raising request for pickup without QC and every time pickup person checks quality and leave the product with me. The pickup guy says this happens everytime when No QC happens with every customer.
They are making customer fool.
I am fadeUp of calling CC again and again.

On 6th of nov 2018 i have booked lee cooper shoes (Order no. Tr[protected] via cash on delivery option. On 11th nov i received the product and paid rs. 1699 via cod. After trial i observed shoe size is big and i initiated the refund and the product was collected from me on 13th nov. At that time ur team updated me that 22nd nov is the guaranteed refund date for me. But i have not received the amount on said date.

After that i call customer care number[protected] on around 2nd or 3rd dec and they updated me that give us 2 business day and u wil get the refund back. From that day till now i am taking follow up with ur team and register a complain 3-4 times but no one is responding on my complain. Every customer care representative is saying sir u will get a reply in 2 business working day and i have not heard any updates on my amount.

Could you please check this and give me some satisfactory reply. To me it seems that you guys are fooling customers and not returning amount on time

Hi, worst experience in trends in white field "park square mall". Where i was given coupon for my previous purchase. When i wanted to redeem the foot wear coupon, the representative denied stating i need to travel to another mall were i can claim this, what a joy and ridiculous concept.. You want to issue a coupon in one store and asking the customer to redeem it some where else.. Is the team even thinking before they issue the coupon or least tell where it can be redeemed before hand. Next time issue a petrol or diesel coupon for customers to go buy reliance product's! In other mall..

I addressed this to the manager and he wasn't even ready to take the coupon so i can purchase the product in park square..

Absolutely no customer loyalty, i handed over the coupon and the agent didn't bother to call me back to ask me take the coupon back.!

Really a cheap experience for me after my continuous purchase in this store and to trends.

Where i purchased t shirts on the same day and get this unreasonable experience.

What are you going to do to resolve or u want all the customer's to be scamed..

I have purchased from trends which was located in mantri mall they told me that i will get a 5% cadhback will be received if i pay through icici cards but not received.

And

They gave me vouchers when ever i tried to redeem it showing as server is not accepting u r cheating ppl by showing nonsense offers

I have purchase 3 items from reliance trends,
1. Jacket
2. Men sweater
3. Women sweater

One product is faulty as there is no chain for jacket. I have return all three items and waiting for refund.
I have returned all three items on 29th november and today is 11th december,
Contacted helpdesk for update but they updated initiated taken for two items only and they do not have updated of last item. Yesterday i also called helpdesk to get updated but they do not have any update.
Called today for update and they do not have update. Already wasted morethan 15 days. It's very pathetic service. I have spoken to executive, supervisor, team lead, manager but they do not have any update and the height is reliance trends manager has transfer this call to - jio department because they are not capable to handle the issue.
I am not sure why the transfer this call to jio department.
Jio department executive name is zynab and she will inform her manager to investigate the call recording.

This is really really bad service from reliance trends.
I never going to purchase any product from this site and shops also inform my friends, relatives to do not go to reliance trends as they are not doing correct job.

I have ordered a Genuine Leather Panelled Slip-On Shoes from RelianceTrends.com worth Rs. of 1599 on 14th of November 2018. Because of Size issue I didn't like the product and cancelled it. The delivery boy has came to my doorstep and has taken back my Shoes next day. On 21st of Nov 2018, I got a message from RelianceTrends.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 business days"

I waited till 10th of December but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called RelianceTrends.com many time and the way they responded that it will get refunded. Always they respond that I will get call for my resolution but till now I haven’t got any call.
I again called them and this time they were not even bother to resolve my issue. Instead of that every time they are saying that Refund will been done from Reliance. When I say raise a ticket regarding my issue to your higher management, They do that but next moment I get the same mail in which they mention the same thing .

Reliance is not even interested to refund my money. I am pretty sure the problem is from Reliance.com end.

I purchased for above 10k in trends of madinaguda branch, hyderabad. I got 2 coupons for rs.1000 off on purchase of rs.8000 each. And the coupon is valid upto dec 5, 2018. I called reliance trends madinaguda, hyderabad, they replied server for reliance trendz website is not working, and we cannot do anything for that, i demand justice.

I have coupon of 1000 RS which I cannot redeem now, because I cannot buy anything the server is down. I feel fooled. First I went shopping at reliance trends store they said if you make this much of purchase you will get these coupons at the time of billing, when I am trying to use these coupons anything I select on the website every page shows the same page that I’ve attached. I had reliancetrends festive discount coupon @1000 Rs. Today I tried to purchase the products thru online regarding www.reliancetrends.com. But I am not able to purchase the product because after selecting the product it is showing sorry message, not only one product I tried so many times but it is still showing same error message. I am disappointed with this coupon, Why these type of services giving you?

I purchased for above 3k in trends of yemmiganur branch, kurnool district. They said that if i purchase above 3k i'll get 2 coupons for rs.500 off on purchase of rs.1000 each. And the coupon is valid upto dec 5, 2018. Now when i went to trends they replied "the server for coupon redemption is not working, not only this one store but also in every store in india". There is only one day left for coupon validation.
Suggesting for getting the server back soon.

Hi, this is regarding the coupons that reliance trends gave out for diwali purchases 2018.

First of all for every 1000 rs coupon they gave us, we had to buy for another 1500 to redeem it. While redeeming, the needed size after all selections is not available online but available only at the store.. On top of this selected a belt worth 300 rs to complete the purchase.

The delivery guys call you 20000 times in a day even after telling your availability. On weekdays i was totally tortured when in office hours, i humbly replied every time that i can recieve the parcel by saturday 1 december at 4.00 p. M. The delivery person did not turn up.. Express bees.

When the parcel got delivered, only two packets got delivered with one kurtha missing. When contacted reliance trends, they inform me that the parcel has been returned due to customers unavailability.

When they are able to deliver one all the three items, why the # this was returned?

There is no proper response at reliance customer care.. "we cant do anything..." the coupon concept is a #* ah fooling of customers... Dont rely on reliance trends... Reliance is not reliable...
