Reliance trendz in salem city, at five roads is not allowing to redeem credit card points and making unbelievable excuses. I had card points to redeem but they literally foced me to pay.

    First time i shopped at s. Kolathur store, chennai bought goods for rs. 12, 000+ they didn’t pack all the items. Went back to ask for it, they took my invoice and we were made to wait for more than 30 minutes. Store manager - andrew nowhere to be seen, worst experience ever. After 30 mins, the guy - akash who served us came and told us that he packed everything and accused me of lying. I asked to see the cctv footage to prove that he didn’t give me the items. The lady at the counter before him told us that she just put away the items. Akash raised his voice and started yelling. After asking to speak to the manager and view the cctv footage, the missing items magically appeared from the shop itself. I sent enquiry on twitter but no response from trends.

      I had purchased worth10k at trends they give me footwear coupans worth 4k and it will be valid till 27 jan. And today we went to buy footwears the staff said sorry sir we dont have stock. I mean what the hell... I[censored] dont have proper stocks why did uh provide coupans worth 4k..?
      Requesting uh to kindly resolve... And i need justice.. Am feeling like trends had played game with customers...

        Hi,

        On 09TH DECEMBER 2018, I have purchased cloths worth 1917.30 in Reliance Trends Marathhalli through paytm with order number of 53C5AD01.

        That time your executive encouraged me with offer saying up too 500 rs if you pay through paytm, but till now I haven't received any single rupee for that, now I am demanding trends to give the same for falls information trough gift card.

        When I call pay-tm they are telling we are unaware of Reliance trends offer, as your executive asked me to pay through pay tm for up-too 500 cash back, I haven't received any I am demanding reliance to give the same amount in form gift card as a compensation.

          I had purchased t shirts worth 3, 400 and was about exchanged them, as i didn’t like the clothes they gave me a reliance trends card with money on the reliance card and said i can use that card to buy clothes round the year whenever i like, after 6 months i went with the card and the receipt now they r saying sir according to the policy return on the back side of the receipt within 3 days you can exchanged the clothes. Now it is impossible that you can’t used the card to reliance card to buy the clothes. They are cheating people this way, plz plz don’t trust reliance trend and don’t buy any stuff from them, if they return my amount back it will be good for them.

            Tomorrow (13.01.2019), i tried to get credit note at 07.50. P. M.in reliance trend centre, at rohtak (Haryana) to exchange some items earlier purchased, but sorry to say that it could be settled at 09.00 p. M. After more than one hour.
            Apart from this, no basic facilities like sitting space to wait my family members (Ladies and 8 years female child), inoformation/regression from staff etc.
            Necessary action may please be taken in this regard under intimation to me.

              The product was showcased was kept as a discounted one but at the time of billing the person said that it wasn't on discount. Before billing i asked the salesman named mahendar also but he told me that it is 50% on discount. They wasted my 1hour in this.. I m really frustrated because of this. I need that product on 50% discount. I need the action to be taken as soon as possible. How can they miss guide their customers. This is very bad

                I have visited Reliance Trends Kukatpally, Hydreabad on 3rd of January 2019. I wanted to try on chudidhars, went on looking at the clothes displayed on stands and selected a few of them to try on.

                I loved two among them and was about to go to the billing section to get them billed. From no where, a Reliance Trends assistant (the one who works there) comes to me and asks me to give her the green top that I selected Lying that it is damaged and she would replace it with a new one. Though I have not noticed any damage, for the trust I have on 'Reliance' brand, I handed it over to her. She made me wait for 5 minutes and got a similar top and gave it to me.

                At the billing section, I handed over the 2 Chudidar sets to the billing agent ( I think her name is Manasa, she is the one who mostly is at the billing counter). She asked me to pay double the price of what I expected the cost would be.

                When enquired, she said that the Chudidhar top and bottom are charged separately and they are not a set. I asked them to check for the same because when I went to try on, they were displayed as a set and she negated the same.

                Meanwhile, the assistant who assisted me appeared again supported the girl who was doing the bill and made me wait for 20 minutes, went inside, acted as if she checked, and told that both the dresses I selected are only Kurtas but not Kurta Sets. I paid the bill and came back home.

                After coming home, to my horror, there was no price tag for the green top which was replaced by the assistant. She cheated me by taking the top with price tag and cheated me by giving a used top which has no price tag and which cannot be replaced. And after checking that model on the internet(Ajio.com) I found out that the green top is actually a Set and I have to be given a paijama with it.

                Then I saw the second dress and it was even more deceitful to see the price tag on it. That it is also a Set (Chudidhar and Paijama).

                I am a resident of vidya nagar and Reliance Kukatpally is 20 km away from the place where I stay. I had to travel all the way 20 km only to stand under the Sun, wait and wait at the baggage counter to get the reciept prepared and then when I went inside asking the billing person (I think Manasa) to give me the paijamas, she treated me like I was a beggar, who came asking her for food!

                They asked me to go and talk to the customer care. In Reliance Kukatpally, Customer care section is was just an empty chair! I had to wait and wait for the customer care people. After half an hour, a man comes and says those dresses can't be exchanged.

                That was the moment I lost my temper and shouted at them and threatened of going to the Consumer Court. It was then, that they took my dresses and made me wait and wait again only to tell me that they LOST the paijamas and they CAN'T FIND THEM!

                Seriously??? How could the employees in the store be so reckless?? Selling half dresses to customers for the charge of full and conveniently telling them that they MISPLACED THE STOCK???

                When I got even more angry for my time/ money/ energy wastage, they say that they can give me a card and refund that amount as a credit to that card.

                Meanwhile, the great lady at the billing section, who throws tons and tons of attitude at the customers came to and Started Arguing that she informed me that they LOST THE PAIJAMAS and I was fool enough to pay full amount to take half the dress. Until the end, she was neither apologetical nor sorry for the cheating she has done. When I asked the personnel around to tell me her name, so that I can mention it in my complain, they said that they don't know her name as All Of Them joined the work recently!

                All these people look like area united in the Scandal. They separating the Chudidhars from paijamas and are selling them separately with a different price tag or may be selling them outside of Reliance. Cheating the Customers.

                    It is to inform you that i had purchased clothing items i. E., 1 netplay shirt and 1 vimal sweater from your store at dolamundai, cuttack. Since there were some issues in the size and colour so i decided to return the product. Since i stay at jajpur road so i rushed to one of the nearest store at jajpur road. But there the staff refused to return one of the product. E., vimal sweater. On further questioning they said since the brand is not available over there so they won't accept the return.. If such is the case kindly do inform while purchasing. For a worth of rs 1200 my transport expenses will reach upto 500...
                    I am completely dissatisfied with the company rules and regulations.

                      I bought one jogger on 29th December worth Rs 899 from Reliance Trends store in Opulent mall Ghaziabad. I just wore it once and the colour of the jogger faded away also the quality has degraded badly. I previously bought some products from Reliance trends but they were never so bad. Such a bad experience I had this time. Can you please refund the money as I am very much disappointed with the product. Please find photo of the jogger. It is for women brand is Performax and size is small.

                        15 September 2018, Me and my friend go to for shopping at reliance trends, Barasat. There a staff told me that for rs 1500 shopping through Paytm we can get 500 cashback.so we both shopping more than 1500.but they told we get our cashback on November..then on November they told we will get our cashback after 90days of purchase.but still more than 110day no cashback received in our paytm no..now they told me to contact with Paytm customer care..after calling them we know that reliance trends make fool us..no offer were there such this ...I will share about this incident as much as biggest no of persons..all my colleagues, friends, relatives, neighbours everywhere I told not to shopping at this fraud reliance trends..and every where we will complain against reliance trends..we will show you the public power ...you make us fool and that is not forgivable.

                          I am really sad to inform that i experienced an ill treatment from your outlet in pala, kottayam dist, kerala.

                          Yesterday [[protected]] i rushed up from my office to your outlet in pala by driving 22 kms for urgently buying some clothes. I reached in front of your outlet at 9.15pm and the security guard has not allowed us to enter the outlet.

                          Before going to the outlet i tried to contact in your outlet land-line number [protected], but no one picked up my call. Then i checked online about the functioning time of the outlet and it showed that its open till 9.30 pm. Based on that i rushed up the outlet and reached at 9.15 but the security officer standing in front of the outlet didn't allow us to shop. And he informed me that his manager will scold him if we enter the shop. I felt so bad as i lost my money and time because of the misleading information that you are provided online.                           So i request you to change the timings accordingly to save the customers money and time.

                            I have purchased shoes this month first week and returned due to broken one received. I have returned nect day itself. They have taken the request for cash credit to my account and they have promised to pay on or befoy 20 of this month it’s not happen i called to customer care and rised a complaint agin they have promised 25 of this month you will get again same thing is not happened.                               When i purchased some products from offline reliance store they have given me the coupons but few for offline store and few for online store. During the redeemable i purchased some products from their online store. Because the product is not good i have raised complaint to return those product and asked for returns but i am loosing the coupon amount 1000 due to this. I want to my coupon amount either to use in shopping or in money. Because every other customer gets their discount i want to utilize my invested money benefit

                                I have ordered some products from reliance trends.com, in their product description page i got to see lack of in formation regarding returns. Where i want to know about returns policy it redirected to frequently asked question where i read ever question and answers. After reading them i got understood that there is a flexible returns before 30days, except for orders containing briefs and panties. But they didn't showed that where the particular product is returnable or not returnable under that product description clearly. They should have written this sentence that this product is not returnable under that product description there itself. The product description not so clear about the product full details. They didnt mention that product is not returnable before purchasing or placing order. Due to size varies in different brands when i want to return the product then they are saying this product is not returnable. I talked to their customer executives they said the same. I raised question then they asked me to take picture as proof that they did not mention about returns. But their website is not working it is closed. I want justice for the mental torture they give to me without mentioning the returns policy before placing order. While there are so many other brands like clovia, zivame, pretty secrets, jabong, myntra take bra or lingerie returns and refunds to the customer. If girl uses wrong bras she may get affected with bank pain neck pain and even breast cancer. But size varies for each brand. I want my refund and apology from website for closing the website and fake promises in website

                                  I have bought three camouflage print hooded T-shirt online from reliance trends. (Order no: TR09052997 Mode of payment : COD).
                                  I have received my package, later noticed that only one unit of T-shirt was delivered .I tried to contact concerned person regarding this matter via email, phone calls but there was no proper response. I am really disappointed with kind of service provided that too from a well known retail brand.

                                    I order dec 4th 2018, some clothes but till the date of dec 21 i am not getting any information from other end so i raised compliant that side my concern is lost my phone, they can't contact me even if i contact the delivery service man he did not do the proper response he told me customer, they will do if i will ask customer care this not doing we are just taking compliant only i need what i am order customer care person said we just return the order what are we do like this if customer care there is no option what we do so i said okay sir give me return order money will be send business day of 7th you will get the money but i need this so don't hesitate this, really... Am very feel badly with reliance trends and delivery service guys.

                                    I won't get back the money for this order then why we are purchasing reliance trends or otherwise buy a local area shops.

So me and my elder brother both shop there, my shopping worth was 1528. They told after 90 days we get back the 500 cashback. But till now we didn't get our money. Hope for getting back my cashback.                                         For the past 10 days its showing office is closed when i called delhivery customer care they said they can't do anything because they tried to ship but office is closed.
                                        Reliance trends return policy is the worst its been almost a month and they've not initiated refund when i call them their response is always the same.
