Purchased a flormar foundation 104 vanilla eclat from commercial street outlet. The product has damaged my skin and it's not the same shade what i asked for.
Came to electronic city phase 1 store and the store is not exchanging or giving any credit note.
They are not helping. Alam (Department manager) can't even keep the product. Now to exchange this product of 600 rupees i have to spend 700 rupees on cab fare to go there. Disgusting and unethical.
Filing a case against reliance trends for selling cheap quality product damaging skin. Also giving wrong cosmetic product.

    Hi. I have shopped for 5500 on 12/10/2018 in reliance trends rmz mall yelahanka. And we are regular customers since 8yrs. They said there is some offer will get mixi if we shop for 10k. After the shopping they said no stock. Why do keep such offer when there is no stock. I have shopped for offer and wasted my time, after the billing they said no stock. And ltr they said we will call u once stock has come but no one had called. Again yesterday when i went and asked them they are not responding properly and i hv a bill i’m showing that but he is asking some other paper which he just written something and given with seal and signature. I have lost that. Now he is telling he can’t give without that paper. If it’s computerised bill i wud hv agree but it’s not computirised and it’s not written any terms and conditions like we will get offer if we do lost that.in the gold shop only they will give if we do lost slip. They have bond paper which will be given by the government we can write it and take it but here worst. He have my details written in the ledger book and we have bill also it wil not take 1 min him to do the same paper, he can do that but he is talking faltu which is meaning less as a manager he have to solve the problem but he is telling without that we can’t give mixy and all we fought with them and said we will not come. He is telling don’t come. We really felt bad. And we have a voucher to redeem by shopping for 2500 after this situation we didn’t not feel to purchase anything there. We came off to home from there. Same situation had happened in bangalore central mall in jp nagar. But their behaviour is very nice than u r manager behaviour in reliance trends. U can check the complains book all are given a complaint. I’m requesting u to kindly solve the problem and please get us a mixy. If i don’t get i have decided not go der again and i’ll spread this issue by 1 by 1. And i’ll post in facebook and i’ll make it a issue. Im a advocate daughter. Hope u wil solve it.     At your Jhansi Trends Store-5747, Girls staff are working from 10.00AM to 08.30PM as per company timing girls staff maximum working time is till 06.30PM.
    Jhansi not a developed city and 08.30PM is too late and very unsafe for girls employee.

      Hi team,

      I have purchased a product on 27th june 2018 from reliance trends, sohna road, gurgaon and that product was a damaged one. So i have returned the product on 7th july 2018. Instead of refunding the amount. Store gave me a credit note in form of reliance one card. When i have visited the shop again on october last week 2018, store person told me the credit note has been expired. It has not been mentioned anywhere in the card about expiry date.

      This is my heard earned money. Could you help me to get my money back? Total amount is 399.

      It is a black long kurti.witch is not a good meterial.it is very heavy to war.not very comfortable.fittings is not good.

            In my home town coochbehar reliance trend has opened recently. Their collection is very good. So i also purchased lots of dresses from their. As it is new in coochbehar there was lots of gift on purchase. On last month i purchased worth approx 4 thousand rupees and there was a gift on the purchase but at that moment they couldn't supply the item as it was not available with them. They issued a due slip. Few days back they called me to collect the item. But i have lost the due slip. Today i went to reliance trend but they denied to give the item. I thought as they called me to collect the gift that means they have all the details with them. They even not tried to verify the matter. I felt humiliated and think to go to consumer forum. But before doing that i submit my complaint here. Please take necessary action.

              I purchased a belt of dnmx (A reliance brand) from reliance trends jaipur and i am totally disappointed with the quality of the product i got. It was not a discounted product, i bought it from the new arrival section so that i get the good quality of the product. The belt had boblins on both the side in one wear only and i was like, i paid an handsome amount for this quality. I went to customer service desk of reliance trends jaipur. Then i have to wait for the employee to come and help me out to get the belt exchanged. I asked the csd to exchange my belt, but rather than helping me, he started giving me excuses that u must have worn in wrong way n all and after that he said we dont exchange accessories. He said the belt should be unused then only we can try, but i have a questions how would i get to know that the belt is good or not if i don't use it.
              I didn't wear it for weeks man, i wore it once and the results were pathetic. Now i want it to get it refunded with the help of [consumer complaints] because i expect nothing from reliance trends.

                I had shopped in kholapur reliance trends on 28th october evening for about 3700 and coupon was issued for purchase. While collecting my bag at counter i lost bill and coupon, so complained at coupon issue counter with mr digambernath, who introduced when insisted. But he did not respond properly and waited for 40 mins. Then didn't do any help. Please check for the entry in ledger where my phone no. Is mentioned [protected].
                Hopefully you can help in this.

                  I ordered (Order# tr[protected] a blue hoodie and received a yellow tshirt instead. I initiated a return request immediately (Return id[protected]. The return package was picked up by delivery boy on 27th oct. To my surprise, i got the same packet back the next day saying "the reverse pickup is cancelled (Awb[protected]. On opening it, i discovered that there was no price tag and the brand tag was tampered.

                  I want the right product to be delivered as soon as possible

                  In case you fail to do so, i will file a case in consumer court and will use my corporate and personal circles to spread the poor quality service of relaince trends. Social media would be the starting point where i will dent brand image of relaince trends.

                      My wife visited reliance trends store on central jail road (Bangalore), she stepped out of the store for 10 mins and when she realized that she has forgotten the phone inside the showroom and contacted the store manager mr. Raghavendra with 2 mins the phone was switched.

                      After checking the cctv footage we got enough proof to prove that the phone was picked up by the store staff and was switched off suddenly when the search began.

                      I went through the entire footage and it was clear that due to the low count of customers it was clear that the phone was picked up by staff and never returned.

                      It was a horrific experience for my family as the phone was in a new condition and we know that has been picked up and switched off by the staff itself.

                      Request you to please look in the matter and help!

                        On 2 nd october i placed the request . On 5th i received the delivery and immediately i requested for return and promised pick up date was 9th . On 10th i called the customer care Again wait for 3 days so that action will be taken but still return not complete . Again on 15 th i called the on 19th new request was taken and till now no action / no resolution .
                        Since 15 days tired of calling customer care to exchange / return the clothes. But the customer care is always saying wait wait and wait
                        Please resolve and please pick up my delivery so that i can place the fresh request again

                          I purchased kurti and shirt in uttarahalli bangalore branch clothes quality is too poor.. Kurti and shirt got spoilt in one wear only please consider this complaint seriously because for 1 kurti i paid 900 rupees and for short i paid 1000 rupees.. So my 2000 rupees gone waste even i can't wear the clothes please help me to exchange with other clothes please understand 2000 rupees is more money for me pls understand

                            This is to bring to your kind attention the biased behavior your ground staff/ show room assistants have on kids who are on the heavier side. The incident occurred in your t. Nagar branch on 21/10/2018 when we were shopping for diwali. Truly disappointed by the immature talk and body shaming attitude of your staff.

                            We do understand its diwali season where they work for longer hours and has to bear with all wandering/ impulsive to loyal customers. But this doesn’t give them a free license to pass derogatory comments on a 10 year old or on anybody for that matter based on their physique.

                            Instance 1- we reached the kids section and asked the ground staff if she can tell us where we can find ethnic wear for 10-12 year old? To which she glanced at our kid and immediately said for her size you can’t get in kids section better go and check in women section next floor. We were truly alarmed by her rude answer, but as we had come for festival purchase and didn’t want this comment to make our day bad we proceeded without talking back to her.

                            Instance 2 (With another ground staff/show room assistant) - we completed shopping for her and came back to kids (Boys) section to get dresses for our son and their cousins.in midst of selecting apparels my daughter got excited and asked if the track pants are available for 10 year old?. To which the ground staff/ show room assistant replied in an annoying tone that the pants are for boys and not for girls, if she wants to get similar ones can check in second floor ‘medium’ size. Our daughter got very upset and stood beside us in verge of tears.

                            So this time we lost our patience and politely asked her not to talk about size here. After we paid the bills we did meet the store in charge and shared with him the humiliating experience we had to ordeal. We also highlighted that our daughter is not that fat and some of your dresses may not perfectly fit the age tag given so there is a way to guide the customers rather than judging them by their physique.

                            For a multi brand shop like ‘trends’ i just have the following requests to you –

                            · employ people who are educated and can really guide people in making a choice

                            · experience with them also decides our future visits, we would have surely left the shop without buying any apparels if we had not selected any dresses before

                            · if they can’t guide us they can stay calm, oversee what we are doing rather than passing discriminating comments that it’s not my size or it won’t suit me. We can get dresses for others as well so please allow us to shop in peace

                            · your size guide for each brand and dress changes so if possible educate them about it

                            · sometimes your apparels doesn’t match the age tag given, we picked a 7 to 8 years top and believe me it wouldn’t even fit a 4 year old normal kid. Yes, we pacified our daughter showing the same and this mere size tag will never decide person

                            · most of your apparels shows the obsession with thinner frame even for kids range

                            On the whole we are disappointed with the experience we had, will definitely not shop in any of your branches again and recommend it to others.

                            P. S. We don’t want to name any particular person as we feel it’s the general attitude or culture that your branch is nurturing.

                              My Name Manikandan, Chennai.

                              I bought the dress in Reliance Trends, ECR branch in Chennai and sent to Delhi.

                              But the dress size is small.

                              I told the age and show the photo while purchasing and ensured the exchange procedures. They assured the size match, but it didn't match.

                              They also said can exchange within one month in any branch all over India.

                              But when my relatives approached the shop in Delhi, They are saying that some technical issues, not showing the number online.

                              Calling the shop on daily basis more than 2 weeks. They are keep on saying reasons like kids and still not exchanged.

                              I Basavaraj i visited to your reliance trends showroom in mysore you showroom person offered gift above purcase of 5000 we will get usha mix but after purcase of maririals about my bill is rs 5300 they telling usha mix is out of stock hence i totaly dissponint3d with your service and cheeating to the coustermers

                                There is nothing called a free lunch. We buy at nalli silks who never offers any discounts or sale offers. No issues.
                                Reliance trends new shop at iyyappanthangal (Chennai 6000056) claims they have some offers and coupons!
                                If you cannot afford - don't give anything.. I pay for what i want to buy
                                If you offer a coupon or cash-back of some kind — keep it genuine and not try to pull a fast one on customer.
                                I bought for ~rs7500/ got some 4000rs coupons that cannot be redeemed till november... That too... If i buy for for twice the value — that means i need to spend rs8000 to get this offer. What other catch is there, only will be known when i try to redeem it — surely i will not try!!!
                                If you don't want to give don't give — that is fair — don't leave a feeling of you are smart and customer is gullible..

                                  I had ordered in reliance trends site.. They were running few coupons.. Used those coupons and ordered.. Now nearly 5 of my orders were returned to their warehouse without my intervention.. Now they are telling to re order.. They cant send if they send to warehouse it seems.. Have i asked them to return.. Is it their wish to deliver or return.. Then y are they running site.. Irresponsible people
