Purchased a kids jocket at kukatpally store and there is a size issue i trayed to exchange the same but they asking extra 250/- for same price product exchange.
When i tried to exchange they or not accepting and very rough behaviour.

And not issued the coupons also.

Such a warest service

Now the garnament is not at all useful to me

When i ask the customer desk they people roundly answered that you need to know the turms and conditions
Dam is i need to go and search for tc or is they need to explain to customers

    I ordered l size woman kurta on 11 sep bt they sent me wrong product which aftr requesting a lot via mails n calls... They ready to pick up n now they r nt giving me refund since 26 sep. I called many times.. Mailed many times bt they keep on playing our emotions by saying false assurrance. Cnt believe how reliance is looting customers n greedy to eat our money... Penny

      I visited you rohtak store. The staff there specially hari ram (Manager) was very rude and non cooperative. I visited to get my new unused shirt exchanged. I directly have gone to the reception, they told me to get the exchange slip n sent me to the guard. After that, i was sent to ist floor to exchange my shirt. When i reached ist floor, he took the shirt and told me to choose another. I have chosen 2 shirts and 1 tee shirt, but then he told me that we will not exchange your shirt, as it has been used and washed. He told me to meet with manager, then i reached 2nd floor. There i have waited for 5-10 min, then he came and told me that it has been washed, also he put various allegations on me that i am a liar, etc. While talking to me, he has taken 3-4 personal calls. After that he left from there, without solving my problem, not even looked at me for once like i was not even standing there. I have never been through this much of embarassment. Reliance trends is a very big name, i request you to please replace the staff like hari ram as he is a black spot on this kind of prestigious organisation. I also request you to get my shirt replaced, also i am ready for any type of checking that the product has not been washed. I am a govt employee, i will never do cheap things for just 1200 rs shirt. Why shoud i use that shirt, size of which is larger to me especially when i know that i need shorter size of this? The manager cant even understand this much. Please sir, i am a loyal customer of reliance trends. Please get my problem resolved.

        I purchased a top worth 499, on 8/10/18 during payment throuh mydebit card server went down, counter fellow cancel the transaction after taking my atm pin and again start transaction, took my atm pin for that debited 998 rupess insted of499.499 rupess is not small amount for me, im not that of rich to leave my money like that. I already complained in trends but they not responding. Kindly look in to my issue solve as much as possible.

            I have purchase t-shirt from reliance trend from grand central mall at seawood.
            This t-shirt is from fig brand. I have purchase this item on 11.09.18.
            Quality of this product is pathetic. After one wash color is faded. I am not able to wear this t-shirt again. It's horrible shopping experience with this brand. So kindly replace this t-shirt or refund to me.

              We have visit the trend shopping mall on monday around 5 o'clock prakash nagar so one of the sale boy he came directly to us and he is asking from where and which place you have came and which shopping mall i come r ur working in the max he was asking and he is directly ask him to show over id card and he's telling that why we are capturing the photograph but we have not at all capturing photograph. I asked how can you say that we are captured the photograph. So that's sale boy or a manager he told that they have observed in camera. So i replied him let's see where your camera is let me check where i have captured the photograph and no comments for your employees and in end they did not say sorry for us. Whatever it may be but we have given a feedback on the book it may or may not reach for you. Please take an action

                I had ordered a kb team spirit kid cloth having order no[protected]tr07596892. The order was confirmed on 14 sept 2018. Total 5 items were order er having order number was # tr[protected] items). Out of these 5 items the aforesaid kid cloth has not yet been delivered. Screenshot attached of the same is attached for ur reference. The status displayed is delivered. Another net play shirt was also ordered which was cancelled but full amount rs 749was not refunded. Only rs 498 discounted price was refunded.
                Please arrange for immediate delivery of the kid cloth and full refund of the money.

                I have purchased 1 kids frog from (Annanagar) it has colour faded after one wash.But I go exchange to other store its (Mugappair) the manager (Venkat) says I don't exchange this product you can exchange this where u buy.This is the way of handling our store services.

I could learn from the messages sent from your side that both the items already reached at the delivery station (Siliguri), but not delivered to me yet. Despite request to the delivery agent at the time of last three deliveries, the agent didn't bring the device and I was constrained to make cash payment.

                      Dear Sir,

                      Today 28/ 09/ 2018 I visited Reliance Trends store in Towlichowki, Shaikpet, Hyderabad, Telangana area. In the store everywhere they had a display boards showing an offer for a gift item ( Pigeon Mixer) on the shopping of amount Rs.5000. Other than of that there was a continuous announcement in the store through a CD player I recon for the same offer.

                      The offer attracted me and I almost spent two and half hours to choose all desired clothes to avail the offer. As soon as I reached the counter I was told that Because I did shopping for Rs. 5786, I am eligible for the gift. Then I was told that at the moment the gift is not in the stock so as soon as it arrives I will be called and I can then visit the store again to collect my gift.

                      I was a bit shocked. I asked the girl on the counter that you are cheating with your customer. If you do not have the gift available then you have no right to advertise it on the every corner of your store. I wasted my two and half hour in selecting the clothes and now you are telling me that the gift item is not available. If you can not provide the gift then kindly discount the same amount from my final bill. She then told me that it was not possible. I requested to call the manager of the store so that I could have a word with him.

                      In few minutes the Manager Mr. Ganesh came. As soon as I told about the situation he told me the same issue that the gift item is not in the stock and as soon as it will come in the stock we would call you. I then asked them that why can't they discount the money from my total bill if the gift item is not in stock. I was again told the same issue that it's a complimentary item and we are not allowed to give any discounts on the bill.

                      I find all this very very annoying and cheating to the customer. Reliance is a big name and should have no reason to mislead it's customers. How can the store advertise for something which is not even available? I request to the Reliance company to kindly provide me the amount of the gift item as a refund in my bank account or send the gift item to my home address as soon as possible. I have no intention to visit the Reliance store again for collecting the gift spending 600 on taxi or for shopping again. You have not only lost a customer but also the trust of many other customers through me. I request you to kindly solve the issue at your earliest else I will be forced to take the matter to consumer court.

                      Very poor service. No reply from Reliance at all. They are cheating with their customers and are not even bothered by any legal actions against them. I am very much prepared to take the case to consumer court.

                        Reliance trends is cheating in the name of free gifts. They are offering free gifts after purchase of rs. 3499 or rs. 4999. After purchasing of products they told that gift is out of stock right now and it will be available in 2 days and we will make you a call to collect gift.
                        I had made purchasing on 08/09/18 at reliance trend Jamshedpur branch and today is 24/09/18 but never got any call from there side. But when ever I tried to contact them face a rude behavior from the reliance trends representative stating that why are you calling, when ever it will be available we will call you.

                        I don't know why reliance is cheating to people even if they don't give such a looting offer, people will make purchase.

                        This is realy shamefull behavior of reliance and their management.

                          03 items were to be booked for Pradip Kumar. Pradip Kumar had paid by SBI Cr. Card amount Rs.1757/- after getting online discount Rs. 1000/-. Vide Ref no.TRO7489796.
                          But erroneously the salesman had booked these item in favour of PARVINDER and these Items were delivered to him.
                          I noticed this on 13.09.2018 and immediately lodged my complaint (COM[protected])(COM[protected]) at customercare no. [protected] 6-7 times rom 13.09.2018 to 19.09.2018 . But they don't responded properly to resolve the issue. It may be verified by tracking the recording.
                          Finally I went to the reliance store, Dwarka Delhi from where items were booked. The manager of the store also lodged complaint and emailed to his seniors, . He told, problem will be resolved soon.
                          Today is thursdary dated 20.09.2018, my problem yet not resolved. It is requested either to refund my money back or to deliver the booked items to me.

                          Still I am waiting response from reliance trends. They have not resolved yet my problem.
                          Have ordered jeans of DNMX -Mid-Rise 5-Pocket Jeans(size-28), and the product that I have received is JEALOUS 21(size-30), which is a completely different product that I had ordered. I called on customer care several times and raised complaints but no action was taken from their side. They neither returned my money nor gave me the right product.

                            This sunday evening (16.09.2018 i visited reliance trends at nagercoil opp gopala pillai hospital. It was advertised via audio and many placards that on the event of ganesh chathurthi on a purchase of rs. 2999/- coupons worth rs. 2000/- will be given as gift and for a purchase of rs. 4999/- and above a laopala set worth rs. 1752/- will be given as a gift. The same was repeatedly informed vide the inshop audio system apart from the advt. Inside the shop.
                            We went in the idea of purchasing one or two formals for my daughter.

                            On hearing/seeing the advt. We purchased for around rs. 5500/- and after billing the cash incharge coolly informed us that there is no stock and asked to come after 10 days to collect the same. As i was from coimbatore i enquired whether the same may be obtained from cbe trends. He simply refused that it cannot be issued at cbe. He didn't bother to give a proper reply. I enquired if there is no stock why they are repeatedly advertising he simply said that it was not his duty. I enquired then what is the solution for this he gave an irresponse reply that it is our problem.

                            In case if there is no stock, the same has to be refilled immediately. Do they think that for a gift you are offering we have to visit your shop repeatedly. The main thing i cannot understand is that if there is no stock why you are advertising and if the same cannot be refilled immediately don't advertise.in case if the cash in charge asked me to come on the next day it is ok. If you are not able to offer your gift the next day do you people think that we have to visit your stores repeatedly for the gift.

                            The only thing i can't understand is i have visited reliance shops at erode, coimbatore, tirunelveli and nagercoil, the sales personnel/cash in charge are all the same who are highly irresponsible or the management instructs them like that. Whenever i visit a reliance 90% of the time i see atleast one customer arguing with reliance personnel. I had a very worst experience at nagercoil trends and our entire sunday holiday mood was spoiled because of the treatment we received.

                            The people at reliance are treating the customers like they are their creditors and we have to purchase whatever they offer irrelevant to the treatment of their personnel. Finally i have come to conclusion to avoid reliance entirely in the future.

                            Day before yesterday they sent a reply mail that they will return back to me within 48 hours and they didn't bother to keep up the time limit or to reply to my grievance.

                              I did not get the ordered quantity of item#[protected] which is part of order number mentioned in subject. I have ordered 2 quantity of graviti cotton vest size m and 1 quantity of vest size l. But i received only one quantity for size m. And all other items received correctly. But the invoive shows 2 quantity which is incorrect as i have received only 1 quantity for size m.

                              I have sent multiple mails to customer care but have not received any response.

                              Kindly do the needful to reship the missing item.

                              There is no update on this issue yet. Can you please look into this and expedite the resolution for this.
                              We bought clothes in r.trends..at Malleshwarm, at Bengaluru. On 18/08/2018 but while packing two items were missing.am trying to call on land line but not picking .and even your staff did not bother to call on mobile no [protected].plesse take the matter on solve the issue..it's my humble request..

                                I received two Kurtis instead of the 2 tops that I ordered on Reliance Trends using my 1000 rs off coupon. However, when I tried to return, it showed that I would have to ship them myself. I don't want to waste my time due to some delivery faults. Also, they said they would refund only the money I paid and not the actual price (I applied the 1000 rs coupon and got the tops at a lesser price). Also, I would not get the tops I ordered. I also complaint on their customer care but it has been more than 1 week and I have not got any solution. So, at the very least, I want that they should arrange a courier service to take that wrong product from my place and refund me the actual amount.

                                    Sir, i had bought one kurtha from your kodungallur store a week before. I wore it yesterday for the first time and i was so shocked to see that its already torn out in two three places due to the poor stitching quality. Kindly advise what i can do in this situation.                                       I lost my online coupon which i got when i shopped for above 3000 rupees. The coupon is valid up to 16th of september and was planned to buy one 16 september. Unfortunatley i lost those i have been searching for it since 2 days. Kindly extend the validity of my online shopping coupon and provide me the coupon code as soon as possible. I will be very helpful

I got my shipment today at 17.00 but when i opened the parcel the product was wrong please exchange my product. Please get me back in this at the earliest as i had been waitinh for this parcel for more than two weeks.
