I did not get the ordered quantity of item#[protected] which is part of order number mentioned in subject. I have ordered 2 quantity of graviti cotton vest size m and 1 quantity of vest size l. But i received only one quantity for size m. And all other items received correctly. But the invoive shows 2 quantity which is incorrect as i have received only 1 quantity for size m.

I have sent multiple mails to customer care but have not received any response.

Kindly do the needful to reship the missing item.

I received two Kurtis instead of the 2 tops that I ordered on Reliance Trends using my 1000 rs off coupon. However, when I tried to return, it showed that I would have to ship them myself. I don't want to waste my time due to some delivery faults. Also, they said they would refund only the money I paid and not the actual price (I applied the 1000 rs coupon and got the tops at a lesser price). Also, I would not get the tops I ordered. I also complaint on their customer care but it has been more than 1 week and I have not got any solution. So, at the very least, I want that they should arrange a courier service to take that wrong product from my place and refund me the actual amount.

I am very disappointed with the service and will never again shop in reliance trends as it was my favourite place to shop.

Sir, i had bought one kurtha from your kodungallur store a week before. I wore it yesterday for the first time and i was so shocked to see that its already torn out in two three places due to the poor stitching quality. Kindly advise what i can do in this situation. I don't have the bill with me now and the tag was also removed before wearing. I had purchased this on 9th september sunday.

I lost my online coupon which i got when i shopped for above 3000 rupees. The coupon is valid up to 16th of september and was planned to buy one 16 september. Unfortunatley i lost those i have been searching for it since 2 days. Kindly extend the validity of my online shopping coupon and provide me the coupon code as soon as possible. I will be very helpful

Today is the last day for coupon redemption but i was not able to purchase online as website is down from yesterday... So i went to store even there it was of same problem...

Dear sir/madam, reliance trend website is not properly working right now and i feel it is done intentionally from company side for customer so can not reedem their voucher on last day for their family shopping... If they were not able to manage their website properly then they shouldn't cheat customer by showing lucrative offers. I feel cheated so atleast requested to allow my redeem voucher for tomorrow shopping or company should maintain/construct and work website properly..

I placed an order of a top on 11th of august, which got delivered on 18th if august and on the day itself i placed refund request. But the company is so irresponsible that they picked up the parcel on 5th of september for which i had to five times. And now i have made three calls so far for the refund. The call centre person keeps assuring and yet hasn't made the refund proceed.

At reliance trends cuttack, odisha, i was to get return of 1300 hundred as i paid 4000 and in the billing counter the lady told me get the coupan first and when i went back to her and claimed my balance amount she said i already returned, being a regular customer this happened for the first time ever over last so many years i purchase nearly 25000 per year, please help me resolve g this problem, being a regular customer my faith in the brand will ruin as i visit on for customer service but this short of incidence is zero tolerance

Really fedup with your return process.I initiated a return request because I didn't receive wat I was ordered.But the pickup person is stating that the return product wasn't the same as what he has got to pickup. I ordered 1 sleeveless ruffled crop top and floral print twofer top.But what I was received is I have enclosed the attachment.want refund.Return id 00449213.Order ID is TR07070615.

It was all about yesterday. I want to gift some kurtas and laggie. I went to reliance trends, i wanted to exchange the two ladies kutas and one laggie... It is my first chance to exchange.. I don't know the procedure.."the watchman" made a slip of only two kurtas and told me to give the slip to "billing counter". The person who was present at billing counter tell me to leave the bag on the billing counter. When i came back to the billing counter again after shopping.. Then i saw that their were only two kurtas present in the bag... But i wanted to exchange one laggie also.
I was seriously disappointed with such a cheap behaviour on your staff. This is not a matter of money... By such an activities customers will lose their trust.
This cheating was in "dindayal mall gwalior"

I am milan choudhary living in udaipur rajasthan.
I have purchased a jeans from reliance trends at lakecity mall and i want to replace it because fitting is not good. Now when i have visited your outlet i didn’t get any option. I asked for the replacement from other outlet at sector 11 paras choraha but the manager over lakecity mall outlet denied. This is not fair and acceptable. Either get me the replacement from the other outlet or refund my money.

I purchased goods worth rs 3000 to avail a 2000 worth voucher. The online voucher is fine but the store voucher will not work because the store os closed down. When contacted customer service they had no idea about it. Other reliance stores are not taking the voucher. You should be aware that which shop is closing down and ehat will be the action plan. Atlease you should send an rmail to those who have got the coupons to lets us know that it is closing down and what are the options.
I want to log it as a complaint.

Reliance trandz offers 1000 off on shopping of ₹ 2500+, i shopped and got the offer but the jeans delivered to me was not in accordance with the details on website, larger in size.
Surprisingly there is no option on the website to replace with other jeans of correct size or to buy other product from the money, instead they refund only ₹629 against payment of ₹1000, making me devoid of coupan offer as well as my right to choose correct product.
I didn't expect such cheap practice from such a reputed brand.

Hi.. Today we visited ur shop in city center manglore... The staff did u take a shorts and trailed ww told no.. But it is missing staff told.. Later salw guy told i gave him only but we had not gone to that section.. And from of all started starring at us it was so embarrassing for others mistake.. We came to buy and they all treated is as culprits really felt very bad and insult.. When will see cctv then it will be confirmed.. They did not allow us to see theu saw and told its ok u go not u.. And made is wait so much time.. Instead of asking us they could chk for cctv rec and then ask the right person... Doing all this they did not bother to apologize... Very bad exp in ur shop.. Life fst time any shop ppl treated so bad..

On 3rd sept 2018 i visited reliance trends at 27/a jessore road, madhyamgram, 700132. When i came for billing (Tax invoice no_ t[protected]) after marketing only one counter was opened and the person engaged in billing counter misbehaved with me possibly the time was 9.15 pm. Besides that, i identified some other garments on that day which i kept at the store. They told that they will keep my garment up to 06th september. But when i went to purchase my garments today on 06.09.2018, they failed to give it. Please take necessary steps for such ignorance. I never expect such type of ignorance from reliance.

I received the two coupons of rs. 500/-. But when i came to shop for its redemption, your representative was not accepting for the redemption of hand bag; and telling that its comes under accessories. But such thing was not mention on coupons regarding hand bag comes under accessories.
Please be specific from next time. Its not the way to treat a customer

Today i. E. 04 sept 2018 i visited at reliance trends ara dist bhojpur bihar. After marketing when come 2 billing counter only 1 counter is open and he is busy in dealing a customer. After 15 minutes another counter open. 5 in queue for billing i am 2nd but not attended. He is avoiding me and asking others for billing. This is quite unprofessional behavior. After opposing he can't reply n sorry to say i have to leave the counter after wasting golden an hour.

Purchased an avaasa kurta from your outlet in thrissur, kerala. As i’m residing outside india had checked the kurta only now & found it to be torn. The tear is in such a way that it’s clearly visible and cannot be mended. Waste of money as such kind of a substandard product was not expected from a prestigious company like trends. Photos of the torn kurta & invoice is attached. I’m regular customer if trendz and do my purchases for my family every year i visit india. This is the first time such an experience and am extremely disappointed

I have been a regular customer of reliance trends for almost a year and a half now. This time i purchased 6 items and i wanted to return the other five items. I initiated return for one product when i got this notification from the website saying that i can drop the products at the store. Trusting this i went to the store only to find out that i wasted my time knowing that it’s only available in bangalore not in chennai.
1. Fake claims saying i can drop in the store only to waste my time.
2. The one product that i initiated return was cancelled from the other side. But it still showed “return initiated” in my account. So i initiated return for the other four products.
3. I returned all five products when the delivery guy came. But received receipt only for four. When i called to ask, the pick up guy said that one product is cancelled from their end but he’ll try to return all five if not he’ll return the one product back to me.
4. It’s been one and a half month since this happened and i have done all possible things. I have sent atleast 20 e-mails. I have called the customer care several times. I receive same message asking me to wait for two or three more working days. And then they’ll say the product is not picked up from my side. Same # again and again. The refunded money of four products is also in my trends account which is useless. Cuz i am never purchasing in reliance trends. Never again.
I want my money back.
