I have bought a cloths from reliance trends kollam kerala shop on august 11th, i want to exchange that product but original bill was missing. I was visited 3 times insame shop for getting duplicate bill. But they are not giving a proper service, it was very bad experience i have at kollamt retail store. Please take necessory action and give me clarification for return that item.

I have returned my items on july 14 2018. Still i am waiting for the return amount. I gave compliant on this. When ever i ask about the status your staff write an email and ask for two days resolve time. But still it is pending. Surprised i got an email on aug 27 and there mentioned the maximum resolve time is august 24. Please look into this.

I had a credit note of around 1300rs in my reliance card. As i was out of town in kokan region for a project, so i couldn't utilize the amount. When i returned i went to same reliance trend on 12th august when i came to know credit note as been expired on 8th august just 4 days back so they suggested to write an email. I did email they them the whole story to which they replied "credit note once lost or expired cannot be re-validated or extended as per the company policy". I again email them "such small time frame is not enough and it's a huge amount for common people like us and we have full right to get back our money. This type of money laundering from company like reliance is not at all expected. Before giving credit note it should have been mentioned on card it's valid for 3 months only, why it's written valid for lifetime. It was a genuine reasons for not using the credit note." to which they registered my complaint with no:2226287 and said it would get resolved within 7 days. So after 10 days i again send them the reminder for which they said "complaint has been resolved as per company policy it cannot be re-validated or extended." again the same reply. I did visited 3 reliance trend in mumbai and asked if such an issue was resolved in their branch to which their has been some cases where revalidation of credit note was done. It's my money and i have full right to get my money back. Please help.

Here we went for shopping seriously it's worst service... it's going to give a black mark to the reliance brand that's 100% sure..Accounting sessions is too bad they r not accepting card we went nearly 2 km for atm even after that they not giving correct billing. To calculate 6k they nearly took half an hour and 3-4 member calculate it 2 2 time... think once how slow they r...even management is also not looking towards it...

It's pakka going to give black mark to the trends brand...

My brother's lenovo laptop was brought from reliance trend, shillong, meghalaya. At the time we brought the laptop they said to give a free servicing. The problem i face now is that i give it to get free servicing but for two months we keep asking when it will be finished as my brother is still studying really needs the laptop for some project work. They keep delaying to fix the laptop. Till now they said it is not done. So, i want the laptop back desperately now with or without any servicing done to the laptop. Otherwise, i will go and give an fir to the police department for not returning my laptop back n delaying it.

We had done purchasing of rs 6980approx
On purchasing of rs 3449approx there was free milton casserole. (Scheme)
But none of the worker told about that what is yr choice.
Whether 2 milton sets on purchasing one more item.
They just gave 1set and coupons of remaining amount.
I want 2 milton set by diving the bill in two half's.

I have ordered a set of Kurta with Plazzo along with a jeans on 14th August and my ID is TR07108666. it is delivered today on 21st August in very small box. And I am surprised and shocked when I opened this small box, there were only two items one is my jeans and another one is the Pink kurta only and the Plazzo is missing. I mean how can Reliance be so irresponsible with its costumers. I have given a complaint in customer care and hoping for getting my Plazzo back. Reliance you have to be more careful and have to take the responsibility for good relations with your customers. I am really very upset with this and now today onwards I'll think twice to order something from RT. This is my first bad experience from up till now with any of the shopping site. Really very upset. Hope you'll short it out ASAP.

I ordered a kurta set consists of kurta and legging but only kurta got delivered then i called on the customer care number they recieved the compalint but not take any action again i called they said they will refund the amount for the legging that was not delivered then they gave a last date till 20th august i called again on 19th they said i should wait till 20th its already 20th they have given me no information on the order.

Jo store-person bill kar rahe the unhone humara bill miss kar diya or gali-galoch or misbehaving ki.
Agar staff se humara bill miss ho bhi gaya tha to bhi unhe humari help karni chahiye thi, per vo to ladne laga.
Humne 14 august ko 3 shirts li thi unme se 1 me manufacturing defect tha. Jab change karne ka process kiya to humara bill gum kar diya or koi help bhi nahi ki.

While i came for exchange of cloth within stipulated time for size different but same product then reliance trends manager mr. Amit kumar goon misbehave with us and told to us wait for at least 2 hour otherwise product can’t be change. Very rudely talked with us. I am very old customer of reliance trend. This is very bad experience for me. Kindly look into matter.

Hi my name is vipin and on 4th of August I shopped few clothing including a shorts.
I wore that first time on a office outing on 12th and I tore off from the back side from the stitches.
Same day I made call to reliance trends number and they assured me that they will change it as I'm a frequent buyer and it sounds like a product fault.
I visited store on 14 and they asked my to buy new shorts as they will replace the defective one but after few minutes they denied that they can't do this.
After a long argument they agreed that I have to shop worth 1000 more and in addition they will replace my shorts as well.
I'm totally shocked what kind of service it is.
I have been a frequent buyer but this is disappointing.

We have bought a cloths from reliance trends after paying money to cash counter we have received less item from the total paying bills after we went to complain to manager we have received missing item from cash counter we have complain against this issue to manager but we have got only excuse from them

So customer have suffered a lot to this mistake
And paid already twice transportation to resolve this isssue
Kindly do need fully to this matter and give good revert to client reply

I would like to share i visited kormangla store and i was shocked to see such kind of worse situation over there. I found the sales guy both (Male and female) in the trial room. I spoked to the other sales guy regarding this so they said the store manager is aware but he is not taking any action. And the store manager was video calling some person. It was really a pathetic situation to face in such a big format. Kindly look into this matter.

It was very bad experience i have at pathankot retail store i along with my wife went for purchase on 12 aug mr rohit thakur has spoken abusive language and even don’t stop speaking bad laungage i immediately called manager and told us about all this incidence but their was no other action has been taken by any of person.

I got very bad experience during my shopping at trends bikaner raj. Sales men informed me about the offer and discount. So that i choosed some clothes after spending an hour. But when i came for billing then billing persen denied to give discounts. I was so amberashed. And i could not complete my wish to purchase the selected clothes.
It was big harassments for me.
Plz. Take necessory action and give compensation for my harassment

I have ordered 10 products in reliance trends official website on july17 2018 but i receved 5 products only, suddenly i have raised complaint with customer care on july 23 2018, they aplologized and keepon apologizing till now but today aug 10 they closed my complaint without any transperancy they are saying all products delivered which is not i have submitted all the proofs i have but its all gone waste with this fraud group. Never go for bulk offer purchase with this group. Not trustworthy not responsible for my loss. They will simply apologize till your death.

Dear Madam/Sir,

I, Mrs. Debapriya Chatterjee, went to purchase some garments yesterday from your reputed business outlet named Reliance Trends located at Raghavpur more, PO+Dist-Purulia, State: West Bengal, PIN- 723101.

Yesterday, at about 8:00 p.m, I purchased a total of 16 No. garments, the net bill of which was Rs.6455.08 only. After then I returned my home and found one Palazzo, bought from your Reliance Trends, is deffective i.e. torned at 5 different places. As it was 9:40 pm, I could not able to step at your counter to change that damaged article yeaterday.

On dated[protected]next day of purchase) I went to the Reliance Trends again at about 2:00 pm to exchange the said defective Palazzo. At first, one gentleman, at counter, verbally assured me, that It will be exchaned by them and instantly issued me a token vide Sl No.677(photocopy attached herewith). I was then directed to meet at Customer Service at there. The duty person, observing the garment, directly denied and refused me about exchanging the same. His excuse was that, they never sale any torn garment, they check their garments at several points, it is not their fault; the entire fault is mine, I may have torn it while using or it happened due to rat-bite etc as per his logic. He actually wanted to establish that I am telling them a lie.

I then, went to the Manager, posted there, who suddenly agreed to exchang after discussing with the sales boy but unfortunately, within a minute they just turned 360 degree and refused to exchange. Instead they adviced me to meet another Manager who described me about the theoratical part of process of checking of garments. These all were just happened to establish that the fault was not from Company's part; its from my end.

I wondered; the incident, happend yesterday, was very much harassing to me, as well as dishonorable also.

Being frustrated, I launched a complaint today to your Customer Care Centre, desribing the incident happended yesterday. The Complaint ID is 2217310.

Now, I am expecting your kind intervention about this matter to establish the real fact, the truth, the reality.

Please note that, I shall compel to lodge a complain at Department of Consumer Affairs & Fair Business Practices in case of any non co-operation found from your end in this regard.

I have order product with Order Id: TR06965853 which was scheduled to be delivered on 9th August, 2018 and it did not get delivered. The unfortunate part is that I kept repeatedly complaining and informing with Reliance Trend Customer care that I am not receiving any call from delivery boy hence kindly trace the product but all they did was sending cryptic messages that product will get delivered by end of 9th August, 2018 which finally never happened.

This company seems to be cheat. Avoid online shopping from this company.

At trends gangtok, there was a kiosk (Online). As searching for products online i also opened other pages and started to browse. But as utter disgrace one fellow staff (Afzal khan) came to me and started speaking so rude. As a customer or as a indian we speak with respect to each other. He started like (Tu tya kar raha hai edhar). I was so angry but didn’t say anything as i didn’t wanted to create a scene. Please let him know that only through customers he is getting his daily needs and teach him some manners. Such a bad experience.
