I had purchased a jeans of 1895 it was 50% off so got that for 947 size 30.
On 8th i went to exchange for bigger size like 32.
To my surprise i got an totally different texture/ pattern jeans, plus the cost increased to 1229 i had to pay rs.282 extra for just that you ppl didn't had short of size.

Is this the way to behave or handle customer, upon your cash counter ppl as say that is rule madam.

Highly disappointed. I would definitely will not prefer to purchase

I had selected items worth approx rs 2550/- from the reliance trends outlet in phoenix mall, pune. The billing staff informed me that in case i were to an additional shopping of rs 500/- i will be entitled to a gift voucher set of rs 2, 000/- with rs 1, 000/- for online shopping and rs 1, 000/- for in-store shopping. No other information was intimated.

To avail the offer i purchased three other items for an overall bill of rs 3, 749/- (Bill no c#60382872 dated 08/08/2018). Consequent to the payment i was directed to the customer care office where i was handed over the vouchers. On reading the terms and conditions it was evident that a further shopping of rs 4499/- (Rs 2499 online and rs 2000 in-store) is to be carried out to utilise the coupons.

Misleading information resulted in wastage of nearly 45 mins to resolve the issue. The details were conveyed to the store manager mr joseph who expressed his helpless and passed the blame on to the staff with a promise to ensure that they staff briefs the customers in details in future.

Conduct of this nature is unbecoming of a brand of reliance and amounts to cheap practises amounting to cheating by misleading customers.

I have purchased a trouser, it's colour had fade away i have complaint about it, staff are rude and bad attitude toward customer nitin kamble with no fear challenges me to compalint about him he shows his id card and challenges me to complain i have been following up about my trouser buy no response worst experience i would suggest reliance trends it's not worth spending time n money ahameful disaster ambani management

This is regarding service at reliance trends store in rae bareli up-229001. Two ajio brand shirts were kept in the section offering 60% discount, but when i reached at the payment counter the cashier refused to offer discount and told me that discount is not valid on these shirts. Then to clarify this he called ajio brand section team leader name - mr. Rishi, where he started making excuses and told me that the offer is ended, then i asked if the offer was he should have removed those shirts from there rather he started talking in a very rude and arogant manner, as a customer for me it was embarrassing. I was there for shopping not for embarrassment. If this is the service of employee’s towards there potential customer then its a matter of serious concern.
Its a request to do something for the betterment of customer service.

All there staff /sup./dm all staff are making the false commitments to the customer. My refund supposed to be done into my bank account but this wasn't done they are providing false transaction id which is not recognised by my bank.
I have been chasing them for almost 3 months now... No response
Pathetic customer service by reliance trends.

Every time i tried to contact customer care they give me an assurance it wil be done at earliest and all however its never done till now.

On my last call last month your call center lady said don't worry issue will be resolved and you will get your money.

Will get back before 6th jul'18. On 7th i had to call to the center again as there was neither any response nor any call back i received from reliance.

When i spoke to the staff again same old story was repeated please wait till 15th will get back before that...

Is that the only work left for me to do... They dont care about thir customer no body attends to the customer or to solve their query.

Its 90days already and still i am waiting for my refund to be done in my bank.
All are making false promises.

Worse call center customer service i ever experienced.

Is there any reason for not refunding the customers money??
Can one person tell me what is this??? Or
All are same making false promises to your customers from your agent level staff till the ceo of your company this company???

I'm here to complain about reliance trends showroom near basaveshwara nagar, bangalore.

I was near the showroom at 9 22 pm. I was about to enter but security stopped saying it's closed. As per their rules it's 9 30. The manager also dint respond to the customer on this issue.

If this is the service, definitely no one will ever visit their showroom.

I've shopped from reliance trends, puda mall, jalandhar, punjab. 1stly they were telling us that shop for rs.2, 999 and after that u will get rs.2, 000 coupon free. But during billing, they refused to give us so. They started giving us the silly excuses and moreover, they didn't give us so. Totally fraud has been done by the reliance trends.
Really had a very bad experience with reliance trends and its whole low minded staff...

Reliance trends are giving an online coupon while make a purchase from there. When i tried to redeem the code by following the instructions given by them.
We can't redeem the coupon. I tried with even the first product listed under the category reliance trends. It says this Voucher is valid on select merchandise and on or above ₹2490. Then I spend almost 1 hour to redeem this coupon in any manner. But no way this is just fake promise.

This is hema kumar madana i am a regular customer of reliance trends. Today i have visited reliance trends in eluru with my family members. When i was shopping in 2 floor, at the same time my wife is waiting in ground floor. One of the lady staff with bold person misbehaved with my wife unused vulgar language. This will be not good to maintain that such type of staff. I am requesting u please find out take an immediate action on her.

Recently we have den shopping worth of rs.8000/- in jamshedpur showroom and after billing they started asking like a beggar rs. 5 or 10 for carry bag.
No where in other part of world i have noticed that it is being charged for useless carry bag.
Even, the quality of carry bag itself is absolutely hopeless and does not even last for a day.
Reliance being such a big company is asking like beggar 5 or 10 bucks for carry bag???
Its really disgusting and shameless that even after shopping for big amount these beggar is asking for carry bags.
Just before this we have done shopping just for 990/- in an another garment shop and they have provided a very good and attractive carry bag free of cost.
Please do stop this begging habit and provide good quality carry bags for customers.

Very arragont Behaviour by the staff at billing counter. I waited for a long time for billing, questioning on this..very rude behaviour by the staff, irresponsible answers.After all this hangama, purchased products were scanned twice and extra billing was done. Raising voice on this, I was asked by the staff to leave the products and go, which was very irresponsible behaviour.Reliance being a very reputed fashion brand, staff like this are black mark. This will be the last time I will be visiting that store and I strongly recommend others not to visit. Hope Reliance Trends concerned department will take strick action on this.

* products scanned twice and billed extra amount @ Kammanahalli branch Bangalore . On questioning on this issue, very bad response and In fact very bad behaviour with customer .
* being a reputed fashion brand we never expected this and hereafter we r not going to come to this store or recommend others too for the same .
* staff at this outlet are too arrogant and they were almost tended for man handling. This is a serious issue and we are planning to lodge a complaint at police station .
We hope reliance trends will take this very seriously.

My name is Yogesh P, I purchased Clothes on 22 Jun 2018 from ""Trends DB mall, Bhopal" and i was issued coupons with book /register Sr No 3126 & 3127 which had already been expired on 13 Jun 2018. i registered complaint in Trends Nagpur store, so I've recd one call from Trends 3-4 days back and I was asked to register on line complaint. Sir i am jyoti aggrawal.i often use your online portal of reliance trends for shopping.recently i have purchased many items for shopping.but alongwith the ordered items i had also recieved a product which was not ordered by me.every time i am applying to return it it is not accepted by ur site.furthermore when i try to call the customer care the no which is provided online says that the number is not valid.after being tired of all these things i have choosed this platform to convey my displeaure for your custome service .sir solve the issue.otherwise it will prompt many of the users like me to never shop with this company and left us with the felling of being cheated.

I kept my phone in the dressing room and went out to keep the shirt Back and then i realised my phone is nt there and when i came back to the dressing room after ten minutes i cudnt find it. I asked the Staff there but they did not corporate as much expected from them. I wanted them to tak efforts and help me out. I request to put some pressure on the staff for the same.

I purchased Lee Cooper shoe 41 size but my actual size was 40 so I returned it within 7 days I received my credit. I repurchased actual size shoe and time of payment I cancelled payment due to previous I used reliance coupon BT coupon money was not added in re purchase. Now my credit balance is showing 00 RS
Please solve this problem...

I have purchased 2 jeans from online site of reliance trends as the size were not comfortable I have returns those 2 items but haven’t received the refund amount back.

I have called up customer care and email to concern team but no revert is there as the deadline is ove.

Today I have visited reliance trendz show room and I have purchased 3 T-shirts worth Rs.3000.

At the time of billing I have informed that I am having reliance membership and asked the cash counter executive to redeem my points and Than calculate the total billing but he asked me provide physical card to redeem the points and I told him that I have lost my card pls tell me the process to get the duplicate reliance membership card.

Instead of educating the process he behaved rudely. Due to which me and colleagues have decided stop shop from reliance trends.

Today I bought 4 kurti from ur reliance retail limited, nucleus mall, Ps lalpur circular road, ranchi Jharkhand 834001, from dat 4 kurti I hv asked ur staff MR MD REHAN, MS SULOCHANA, to kindly stitch hand on kurti but both of dem easily replied ( kal milega aaj nai ho sakta bahut kaam hai) widout looking to my clothes very bad behaviour both of dem, recently I bought some kurti from Kolkata same brand from ur shop only same situation but da staff Dey took inicative to do and I hv seen lots of work r der but still Dey manage to do, but Ranchi is horrible kindly take some strict action on dem...

Shop displays 50% off... Then they say there is no off on the shoes which i have picked from 50% off display rack. After askong for other (left foot) pair of shoes bilal sale person of mumbai growels kandivali east comes saying other left foot pair is missing we dont have. After speaking with manager of same store who was least intrested outspoken and ill mannered gives the excuse of crowed at store around 10pm night which i can see filled with few peopl. Tried contacting callcentre of reliance trends they hangup the phone in middle of the talk!! Big disappointment from brand like this.
