Today I have visited reliance trendz show room and I have purchased 3 T-shirts worth Rs.3000.

At the time of billing I have informed that I am having reliance membership and asked the cash counter executive to redeem my points and Than calculate the total billing but he asked me provide physical card to redeem the points and I told him that I have lost my card pls tell me the process to get the duplicate...

Today I bought 4 kurti from ur reliance retail limited, nucleus mall, Ps lalpur circular road, ranchi Jharkhand 834001, from dat 4 kurti I hv asked ur staff MR MD REHAN, MS SULOCHANA, to kindly stitch hand on kurti but both of dem easily replied ( kal milega aaj nai ho sakta bahut kaam hai) widout looking to my clothes very bad behaviour both of dem, recently I bought some kurti from Kolkata same brand from ur shop only same situation but...

Shop displays 50% off... Then they say there is no off on the shoes which i have picked from 50% off display rack. After askong for other (left foot) pair of shoes bilal sale person of mumbai growels kandivali east comes saying other left foot pair is missing we dont have. After speaking with manager of same store who was least intrested outspoken and ill mannered gives the excuse of crowed at store around 10pm night which i can see filled...

Ive purchchased a girls top from reliance trendz begumpet and With the first wash itself all the threads of that top are coming out .Its not even used for one time . I would like to exchange the top and If the issue continues to be the same I would need all my money back becuase the top is unusable completely.Please imeedietly consider this complaint and give me a call at [protected] asap.

It's been couple of months i bought two jeans priced around 2600... And yesterday was my first day washing one of the pant... And after the first wash it got discolored.. And i'm really disappointed with your quality. Thought by paying a high amount received a bad quality product... I even followed the washing instructions... I think you have lost may customer for that.....

I bought Some items (Please refer the attached photo below) Order ID : TR06281120 from https://www.reliancetrends.com by Cash on delivery but the delivered item was entirely different from i ordered. color, size and even i got a T-shirt which was not in my order.
the girls top also was different one.

and it was picked up for return, till date i didnt got the money...

I have ordered sweatshirt of worth 900 on 29 june. I have received a men's tshirt of worth 399. This is the 2nd time i have received wrong item and last time i didn't get the refund after returning the item. Last order was on 28 may. I paid through cod. I have called customer care so many times that i am fed up with that. They don't even lift the call. Why do u even keep customer care if you can't maintain it....

I had ordered clothes on 10th june for some kurtas and one legging. After 22 days and after 20 complaints and mails this order was shipped and reached me 2nd july2018. I have done shopping of amount around 7000/- from reliance trends store ghaziabad in the month of june, 2018. On doing a shopping above 6500/- we got three coupons worth rs. 1000, 500 & 500.
All the coupons were having a code but none of the coupon was valid while using them.

I ordered three pairs of shoes on june 18, but shoes size was not fit. So items were returned one week ago around 26 june. I have paid through cash on delivery. My money was not returned to me. Regarding disfunction of my led tv (Reconnect) i have lodged the complaint over phone to customer care as well as by personal communication to the local reliance trends sales office on 19th june 2018. It is still under warranty / guarantee period. Mechanic (Namely tanmoy) has visited and taken photographs. As per mechanic the panel is to be replaced. Because sounds are coming from the tv but no picture was coming. We are suffering a lot....

I picked a kurti with 50% discount coupon attached to it. At the billing counter they said it is not 50% wen i questioned them.. They easily said offers changes from time to time.. Then for wat a # 50% is attached.. This is fooling customers. I am facing this issue only with trends. Every time i use to take it like dat or leave it. But this time really frustrated. My friends also faced this issue.. This is wrost kind of marketing....
