I have ordered some items using the coupon of 2500 and get a discount of 1000.
But dint get the exact product I have ordered. I got some other product.

I have sent mail to customer care don't get any reply on that.
Called several time to customer care number provided. The worst customer service ever.

I have returned the product but the courier service said that the returned product id and the return id is different.

But I don't take the product back. it is with courier service.

Though i got a message on 21st stating i did not receive their call which i didn't get it so how will i receive and hence they will reach me on the next business day which was friday, however i am still waiting for their next business day to come at the earliest.

I did not request for any return or cancellation as well.

I need my order at the earliest.

Kindly help to recover my worst experience ever.

It's been couple of months i bought two jeans priced around 2600... And yesterday was my first day washing one of the pant... And after the first wash it got discolored.. And i'm really disappointed with your quality. Thought by paying a high amount received a bad quality product... I even followed the washing instructions... I think you have lost may customer for that..

I bought Some items (Please refer the attached photo below) Order ID : TR06281120 from https://www.reliancetrends.com by Cash on delivery but the delivered item was entirely different from i ordered. color, size and even i got a T-shirt which was not in my order.
the girls top also was different one.

So i returned those items with Return Id: 00358045
and it was picked up for return, till date i didnt got the money back.

but my main Concern is that i ordered these items along with other items which was delivered correctly total for Rs. 2793 using reliance trends coupon of Rs.1000, it was the mistake from Reliancetrends.com so i f i get the money back as Trends credits Did i get the Discount of Rs. 919.40 (which is clearly mention in the attached screenshot below) which was got when i purchased below items.

"my time, my effort and my cash for puchasing those items was a waste and even that reliance trends coupon also was cheating one"

So please do favourable Solution for my issue.

I have ordered sweatshirt of worth 900 on 29 june. I have received a men's tshirt of worth 399. This is the 2nd time i have received wrong item and last time i didn't get the refund after returning the item. Last order was on 28 may. I paid through cod. I have called customer care so many times that i am fed up with that. They don't even lift the call. Why do u even keep customer care if you can't maintain it.

I had ordered clothes on 10th june for some kurtas and one legging. After 22 days and after 20 complaints and mails this order was shipped and reached me 2nd july2018. I found legging of xl size whereas i had ordered xxl. Now i would like to request you to please instruct one of your retail store of reliancetrendz at aundh pune from where i do my most of the shopping to change the size.
I am requesting this because otherwise your company will take 22 days more to pick wrong size legging and ship the right size ie xxl. The order can be confirmed and the size mentioned can be confirmed at your end. If xxl was not available at the time of shipping i should have been asked to ship any other colour.

Here i should mention before this i had ordered black kurta and quantity wrongly was put 2. I have received two kurtas of black colour for which i have requested to pick one black kurta. I got the message that the black kurta will be picked withing 48 hours and that on 25th june till now i am waiting for kurta to be picked or ship me another colour instead of two black kurtas. Your company is working in slow motion.
I should mention that in between the shipment delay i got a call from your bangalore office and i was given a choice to choose kurtas from selected items by your company i was given no choice but to select the kurtas. I now request that my second order may be cancelled as i will have to pay rs.1798 again. Already i have paid rs.2400 for wrong orders.

Change the size of legging from retail store.

I have done shopping of amount around 7000/- from reliance trends store ghaziabad in the month of june, 2018. On doing a shopping above 6500/- we got three coupons worth rs. 1000, 500 & 500.
All the coupons were having a code but none of the coupon was valid while using them.

Also, the expiry date of coupon was 31st june 2018, which is also invalid. So big company and making such mistakes.

I ordered three pairs of shoes on june 18, but shoes size was not fit. So items were returned one week ago around 26 june. I have paid through cash on delivery. My money was not returned to me. Please do the needful. I will be thankful when i got replacement instead of refund. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Total cart value 397 plus delivery charges.

Regarding disfunction of my led tv (Reconnect) i have lodged the complaint over phone to customer care as well as by personal communication to the local reliance trends sales office on 19th june 2018. It is still under warranty / guarantee period. Mechanic (Namely tanmoy) has visited and taken photographs. As per mechanic the panel is to be replaced. Because sounds are coming from the tv but no picture was coming. We are suffering a lot. If this is the status of service and care, how can we depend on goods of reliance trends of bardhaman town outlet, west bengal.
Expect your interference for an early repairing of the tv.

I picked a kurti with 50% discount coupon attached to it. At the billing counter they said it is not 50% wen i questioned them.. They easily said offers changes from time to time.. Then for wat a # 50% is attached.. This is fooling customers. I am facing this issue only with trends. Every time i use to take it like dat or leave it. But this time really frustrated. My friends also faced this issue.. This is wrost kind of marketing.

We have purchased cloths above 2600 from r trends tumkur and they gave 1000rs coupon but when i tried to apply the coupon it showing error like u have to buy the 2499 and above worth of clothes, i need to why it asking like that. Today is the last day form applying my coupon
Note: — i called many times to customer support no but not even single time they didn't received our calls.

I did complaint about Reliance trends online Order# TR05969910 for non-delivery of products.As a response, products got delivered after 25 days but wrong products were delivered in box. I sent mails to customer care regarding exchange and arrange delivery of correct products but again there is no response and customer care number also don't work. So, i have initiated a return request and Courier guys picked up return for Order # TR05969910 but after 2 hours i got a call from the same guy that their inventory details are not matching with the Product details, so he has to return those products to me instead of sending to reliance trends because reliance trends didn't mentioned these is comments that these are wrong products delivered.

There is one more order # TR06452951 in which wrong tshirt is delivered and this time courier guys denied to pick up the return because inventory details doesn't match.

Request you to please help in arrange exchange/return for wrong delivered products.

I ordered 5 items (clothing) on June 5th using a 1000rs coupon and the expected delivery date it showed was 13th june. Two items were delivered within the said date. But the remaining 3 items were not even shipped. I tried reaching out to customer care, but no one picked the calls.finally when the remaining 3items are delivered today on 30th june, 25 days after i placed the order, i am so much dissapointed to see that the items which are delivered are not the ones which i've ordered. This is very bad on your part. How can you so carelessly send two wrong items. Now if i return those wrong products, i will get refund of a reduced price as I've used a coupon.and i can't use the coupon again. That means my coupon goes waste and i don't even get my products. I'm going to take severe action if you don't solve my issue. I want you to take the wrong items and deliver the right items to me. Tell me what to do.

Ordered 8items on 7thjune... delivered 5 products on 14thjun..other 3 items not delivered...I made complaint on 22nd June responded to my mail on 26th June saying that your complaint viewed and delivered the product on 30thjune... delivery done on 30th June but the delivered items different from my ordered products...I also make acomplaint from my personal mail morning... delivered product also transit pack not for sale pack... delivered same item in 3quantity... please respond as early...

I want to state that I purchased products worth Rs 1500/- at Reliance Trends Belgaum (above Nucleus Mall) and got coupon of Rs 1000/- which they said to be redeemed on Online Purchase worth 2500/ and get discount of 1000/ on www.reliancetrends.com.

I ordered for total 8 products worth 2500 plus online and applied the above coupon. I received one product on 29/06/2018 and today 30/06/2018 I received 5 products. One product out of 5 products which was delivered today was Wrong one. I ordered for "Tropical Print Slim Fit T-shirt with Hood." for Boy 9-10 years and __I received some Girl 9-10 years Skirt__.

I bought 2600/- worth cloths on 27th june2018 at kothapet. They gave 2 online shopping coupons. I logged in to trends and cart for 2600/- work of clothes and when i tried to apply the coupon it showing error like u have to buy the 2499 and above worth of clothes. What does it mean. I cart for more than this amount but it showing error. What should i do. Help me asap. Tmrw is the last date for coup apply.

Actually i ordered a product from reliance trends online. After delivered the product i initially return the product and i paid the product amount by cod and then i initiate the product the refund amount would be refunded to our store credit what the # is this i didn't want to again purchase a tissue paper from this #ing # company and i want my refund to my bank account

Sir, i had ordered some clothes on 10th june my order no. Tr06145587 has not reached to me till now. On approaching 20 times your executives now i was asked to reorder the clothes using rs.1000 voucher which i got after making purchase of rs.5000 from retail store of reliancetrendz aundh pune. I was not given choice of selecting clothes of my choice but the selection was to be done from the selected items shown by the executive of reliancetrendz. I would like to know was it my mistake of loosing my first order and after trying all the executives i was asked to re use coupon as if company is doing some favour for me.

I had ordered 5 kurtas for which again i had to shop for more than rs.2700 and now i am getting despatch orders of deliveries of one single kurta in each packet ie i had received two despatch orders of two kurtas. I would like to know whether i will get 5 deliveries of 5 kurtas. This depatch order is also not traceable on tracking side. Your customer care phones are even now go unanswered.

Please take some concrete action to solve the problem
