I ordered 4 items through online on 13th june 2018 and 2 items got delivered on 18th june 2018. Lated got message from reliance as other 2 items will delivered by 22-23 june and suddenly today without reason cancelled order and sent mail.

I need reason why they cancelled my order and prior i tried to call customer care no but for long time they kept call on hold and sent mail but no response from any executive.

I need call back or reason why partially they cancelled order and refunding that too half of money not fully also as i ordered item of worth 899 and they sent as they wll return 552? But why?

Is this the way to respond with customer after shopping. Please revert me back asap.

I ordered men's shorts on 29th may from the reliance trends.com, still it is not delivered to me and on i can't cancelled product online due to their website issues. No one receiving reliance trends customer care number, i tried so many times. I mailed to their customer care mail id they replied that they will contact me within 48 hours but no one contacted me still

While shopping at reliance trends t rajkot, i was offered coupon of rs. 1000 which was redeemable till[protected] against online shopping of rs. 2500/- at reliance fresh.com, however while visiting the site no such discount is available, coupons only with value of rs. 500 & 400 are being accepted. There is no response at toll free no[protected].

Hi nazak hussain here, unfortunately a regular customer of reliance trends. Having a very bad experience with the orders received and also delay in the delivery.
I made an order on 23rd may but still i didn't receive my order. Amount of order was 1394 which was redeemed. Order tr05877564
Also made an order which order number is tr05877599 but received the wrong product.
I am keeping mila and trying to reach on [protected] but i am not getting many response.

I live in saudi and finding it very difficult to get my issue resolve because i am unable to get connect with customer care on call or through email.
Really very upset with your services.
Reliance my issue and i shall no more be online reliance trends customer. And will suggest the same to my friends and family.

There is no response from ur email id despite my repetitive mails.
This is regarding payment of an order, i have done for reliance trend order id #tr05966224.

I have paid twice for this, in which first payment done via mobikwik wallet was failed since transaction was aborted midway and second payment was successful (Done also via mobikwik wallet) and order was confirmed.

The problem is since i have paid twice, one payment amount rs 1499/- should be refunded. But it is not refunded back yet.
I contacted mobikwik and their cc team said that both transaction are successful at their end and both amount are credited to reliance trend account.
Please look into both payment details done via mobikwik below and refund one amount back:

I have ordered 5 items with the Order# TR05770713 on 11/06/2016 paid the total amount through credit card. I should receive all the items by 20/06/2016 as confirmed by your messages. But till now I haven't received three products and there is no update on this further. I have tried calling/emailing the customer care but there is no response. Can you please give me a confirmation on this as soon as possible.

Today i harassed by trends staff. Fact is today i went to trends with my wife and when she was in trial room i was standing just outside the trial room with my wife's hand bag, suddenly two women told me that you can't stand here, then i told them that about my wife but she was shouting then two staffs came there and told me that don't stand there then i told them that you should mention that men not allowed here then manager came and he told me some unnecessary word about my physiques and for me it was very insulting because i had no bad intention. I also inform you that my wife is a regular customer of jalpaiguri trends. So please take step against staff and manager.

I had returned my product 12 days back. But i did not get the refund. Very bad service. And delivery was also too late. No response from helplines. I have never seen such a bad online shopping services. And not giving any updates of my returned product. Quality of products was good but very bad online services, pls check and resolve my prblm soon!!

I have ordered magenta kurta of medium size, but what i recieve is navy blue kurta of size xs... Totally different stuff from what i've ordered and with different size... I[censored] have magenta kurta of m size then please exchange it or return it.. As soon as possible and resolve this matter

Yesterday was i purchased 3no (Rs:1399, 1499, 1599) peter england shirt and 3no indian terrain trousers (Rs:1899×3) but billed 4no of trousers and not provide additional 10% discount i asked that bill details quantity 1 more in this bill but answers 10% discount also counting our bill so bill was correct
Iam not satisfied in this shopping i need refund that mani...

My order number is tr06178270. It includes 5 items (Shipments). I received only two of them. My order date is june 9 2018. When i track the order it shows "we expect to deliver your order by 23 june 2018." the respective shipments shows the status of confirmed. I can't track each of them individually. This much delay in delivery gives a bad impression.

These all 5 items were costing an amount rs 2699 and a coupon discount (Reliance trends coupon) was applicable for a purchase of 2500and above from reliance trends online purchase you can avail a coupon discount of 1000 rs.
Hence i had availed the discount,
But m reciving the whole order seperately
First product is the same i order but unfortunately the next delivery which i received is having the same product bill outside but inside the product are totally different and having a bill of other costomer.
I was having an worse experience through this online purchase were in all took about 15 days of delivery time which was really pathetic from youre side.

I tried calling the toll free no ([protected]) also but it was shown ringing no one atttended the calls, i tried twice it was not picking by any one from youre side
Timing of calls from 1128hrs &1131hrs.

I have order 3 garments and these ppl delivered different garments of different size. No one from customer care responds inspite of calling multiple times.

These people ship different items inside the cover and on the cover they will provide the correct bar code but i[censored] see the inside bar code it will be different which helps them in a way that the goods once delivered will never get returned to them as per their return policy.
Very pathetic service by these people. I strongly recommend people not ro go with this online shopping service.

Staff of db mall relaince trend bhopal customer treatment is very bad.. Today o got a purchase from there and they inforces me that i have theft something from their shop while changing a top from there a small sticker stick to my cloth... After inspection they found nothing from me except that silly small sticker... They have not there ladies staff there at that time male staff touching a girl and inspecting the things is so disappointing and a very very very bad experience from there... Hated the customer treatment they do so

Instead of sending me the ordered item it was got cancelled and no refund has been done till date.
I need the refund of the cancelled item or avail me the product which was ordered by me or give me an option to purchase some other products of the same price either through reliance trends online or through the reliance trends store at kollam kerala.

I returned the product on 1 June 2018 but I didn't get my refund till now in trends credits. I continue tried customer care number from last 15 days but I think no one is there to attend the call..very disappointing service of reliance. I want my money back.
Why you people provide the customer care number, if you have no time to resolve the query. I need my money back...it's too long to back..

I have placed an order in reliance trends one month ago... Among the 5 items which i have placed, 1 product have not been recieved... So i cancelled that particular order and initiated for my refund... Till now i havent recvd d amount... I cant even reach to the customer care... Very poor customer service they have... Either i need my money back or the product...

You guys are # cheaters.. You have not yet refunded my amount.. There is no way to contact you guys through call.. i returned the pack as it was not of proper size. I am still waiting for my refund.. Order placed on reliance trend website, Payment made, after waiting for 15 days the order was cancelled automatically.
However, i have no clue where did my money go? The customer care executives never picks the phone. I kept waiting 20 minutes plus.

I tried the customer care number 5 times.

There is no email for customer support on the website.

I gt delivered the wrong product as i order a shirt worth 770 and i now got 4 item worth 100 above and i payed 770 itself.. That bill on the box is my name but on the other side of the bill there another one persons name and details and cam to know that they put wrong bill.. I cant return the product aince my product is not yet delivered in my account.. Plz help customer carw is not even picking up the call
