I have not received the 3 items ordered on 3rd June 2018 (order no. TR[protected]. On as information available on reliance trends website the oder was to be delivered by 11th June 2018. Also the customer care no. is not working as they never answer your call. Waste of money and time as well as headache. Will Never to buy any item from reliancetrends.com as well as from the store.

Hi,
This is the second time i am raising a complaint on quality of orders delivered by reliance trends.

Order #tr06272049
We ordered for non wired padded bra of size 34c. But the delivered product is shaper wear of size 36c and there is no option to return or exchange under garments. Also, a cap which was part of the order has not been delivered and there is not status on it.

Trunk which i have ordered has not been delivered at all and expected delivery date shows as 2nd june which is 20 days back. No updates on this either.

Kindly do the needful to enable returns/exchange to ship correct products or cancel items to process refund.

I returned an apparel and was issued a credit note for the same in the form of a relianceone card.
Being very busy, I could only reach by' closing time' still Twice when I went, within the 3 month validity period, the card wouldn't read!!! There would be no time to broach the issue then as everything would be shutting down.
So next when I got the time I requested them to extend the deadline or the very least Transfer the credit to Reliance Fresh ( sister branch and also in same building)! Being swamped with responsibility I never even had the time to go shopping during that period. But they refused!!
It's a huge amount !!!
How can they be so nonchalant about their customer's hard earned money!!!
Even their customer service is archaic and stoic !! It anyways is the last on anyone's choice now it wont even be on the list!!!

ASAP I unboxed the products, I found wrong products and went back to delivery guy and asked him about the same. He said product codes are not matching so he can't do anything by taking those items back. The cost of the delivered items are less than what I have ordered.

You guys are # cheaters.. You have not yet refunded my full amount.. There is no way to contact you guys through call.. You claims to refund full amount but you have not even given me the half of it.. Out of 786 u gave some 300 bucks.., i have ordered a jeans however i returned the pack as it was not of proper size. I am still waiting for my refund.. I have tried so many times to contact you now i am surely gonna post it on social media and will approach to consumer court..

I ordered some 3-4 pair of clothes 5-6 days before from reliance trends online shopping website and i only got my 1 order on 12th june 2018 and not the rest. They also have messaged me telling your order has been delivered, but i didn't received it till now so please see to it as quick as possible

I was out of the town for a week amd when came back opened the parcel on 18/06/2018 night and there is something wrong. I have ordered for a kurti with palazo and a denim shorts with frayed hem but in the parcel there was a jogger track pant instead of denim shorts. I am sending the pics please check and replace the item asap.

I tried calling customer care from the last 3 days but not able to contact them. I’ve sent a mail to the customer care 3 days back and they replied that they will resolve it within 48 hours but still I am yet to receive any update from them

I have bought a pair of shoes of allen solly from reliance trend shop dwarka sec10 pinnacale mall.
On 16 june evening.
But the shoes expands in size it has increased to 2" after wearing 2 days.
Style was atsh3182297 (Tzau)

I have lost the bill, but i have paid bill by card.

2 orders (Order # tr06061986 and tr[protected] are undelivered from last 21 days. Complaint tickets (Com00207264, com00207270 and com[protected] were raised on 8th june but no response till date.

Tried to call customer care number [protected] several times in last 1 week but call doesn't connect with customer care executive as only recorded music keep on playing there.

3 days back, i sent email to your customer care email id regarding this concern and got auto reply that "we’ll get back to you within 48 hours or faster – whichever comes first" but unfortunately there is no response even after 72 hours.

I have purches a ac on sunday from burdwan reliance trend and they promised that the ac will be iinstalled within tuesday but still the ac not installed by their end and the behavior of delivery boy was very unexpected... They took the ac in front of the gate when we told that please put the ac to the up staired they informed the engenior will carry the same... Thats fine...
But my main problem is when the ac get installed by reliance trends... Very poor service...

Due to some problem of your reliance trends coupon i had been cancel that delivery but my amount not submitted in account so it time is so long. I have tried so many time to call your coustomer care executive but they cant receive my call. Call timing is more than 5 min or so long or your coustmer care officer only play background music during that calls i realised that your service is too worse in world. If you doesn't refund me with 48 hour i will directly goes to consumer court you will pay me more than my amount that include my time and also distraction, harassment in my simple life

I am dr anuradha krishnadas nair from trivandrum kerala. I had made a purchase of 10004.75 rs on 18.06.2018 at reliance trends keston road kowadiar trivandrum. The debit card which i used was swiped and my account was debited of the said amount. But the salesperson claimed that the realisation of the bill had not occurred and hence i had to use my card a second time and the same amount was debited again. I was told that the amount would be refunded but till now i have not received the amount. I am a first time customer at your store and this is what i am going through. I am going abroad in 2 days time and it is truly pathetic that i have to run behind all this. Usually when there is an issue of non realisation of the bill the amount gets refunded within 30 minutes. It is 2 days now and i am being caused all this inconvenience and mental stress for some fault at your store. I want the refund at the earliest.

I had ordered kids t-shirts and shorts and even men's wear total of 6 products were i was delivered only 2 products rest were cancelled after 15 days of order. Now i m trying to contact them about my refund policy and other queries but the hell with then they are not receiving my call since saturday... If the product was not in stock y they took the order. And after cancelling it how they are not picking up my call. This is really shameless of such reputed brand. Worst customer service i have ever came across. My order number was tr05989119. Order was placed on 30th may 2018 in the name of kushal agarwal.

Purchased 4 item from Reliance Trend Hissar Branch on16/6/18 containing one item NETPLAY SHORTS on which tag is 50% off and at the time of billing given only 30% off. I visited again on 17th and shown the tag but staff refused to attend my call.

Purchased one item on MRP
Another netplay tshirt on 30% off
Third Netplay shorts on 50% discount (i have tag with me) but store sales person deducted only 30%.

Next day ivisited the store and choose the same piecyof netplay short of same size i.e34 but color is diffwr because blue color is out of stock, and system was showing 50% off.

Sales person didn’t attend my call and told me i am lying inatead of commited his mistake.

I am a working person, i requested him to deliver parcel at my place after 4.00 pm on which he told that he can not come again and told me to collect it from his office which is very close to my residence i. E. Delivery address. Today again he called me at 11.00 am and told me to collect it and if i am not collecting it within 5 minutes he will cancel my parcel. I requested him that i can com to his office after 4.00 pm but he is not agree and scolding me very badly in kannada. His such type of behaviour is not acceptable in any case. It is requested to warn him for not behaving in this manner. Please instruct him to deliver my parcel either after 4.00pm at my place or let me collect from his office after 4.00 pm.

Updated by rssane1980 After continuous follow-up, finally dispatched my remaining order but pathetic part was content of that order was different. Just for our sake, order was dispatched then customer will cancel the order or ask for exchange. But they have no exchange policy. Only refund and it's just making customer full. Really very stupid service and pathetic experience.

I have ordered a shirt online which was mentioned as 100%cotton and on the shirt the tag is given as 100%cotton but it is linen. This is kind of fraud with people. As i tore the price tags and i don't have it i will not be able to return hence i am cheated. My payment was failed but amount was debited for refund as stated on website that money will be refunded in maximum 48 hrs but there is no refund even after 5 days and also I tried to contact customer care but no response call goes blank after automated message of transferring the call to their representative and also no reply of mail even after 48 hrs

I am surprised of worst service from such big company
