I have ordered a shirt online which was mentioned as 100%cotton and on the shirt the tag is given as 100%cotton but it is linen. This is kind of fraud with people. As i tore the price tags and i don't have it i will not be able to return hence i am cheated. I want a proper justification, why are these misleading informations given and is this just to sell the goods and commodities???...

My payment was failed but amount was debited for refund as stated on website that money will be refunded in maximum 48 hrs but there is no refund even after 5 days and also I tried to contact customer care but no response call goes blank after automated message of transferring the call to their representative and also no reply of mail even after 48 hrs

I am surprised of worst service from such big company...

I have received 6 products through 4 shipments.in the 4th shipment i have paid rs 621 and received 3 products.in that, 2 product are wrong items which i was not ordered. I have ordered 2 shirts and 2 t-shirts from reliance trends, shirts were delivered 10 days before itself. However got an email for t-shirts on may 30 saying it will be delivered before june 4. I made an order in reliance trends online store on 26 may 2018, order no : #tr05920355. One product in shipment was not good and i returned the product rio-novelty print shirt with patch pockets. Return was picked on 6 june 2018. I got a message in my phone that return id is 00320618 and is picked up. I will get refund of rs 300 once product reach them. After that i didn't get any intimation or refund from reliance trends....

My first order with order id tr05845604 was cancelled from their end. Now, when i placed an another order with order id tr06108729, they delivered a wrong product and partially cancelled my order (Did not deliver all the items). When i tried to contact them, there's no response from their side. Also, they do not reply to my mails. I feel if they can't handle their online portal, they should shut it down....

I ordered 2 shirts from reliancetrends.com but due to some size and quality problem, i returned it to them but till now i didn't get my refund... I returned it on 8 june 2018, and today is 16 june 2018... Plz help me.. If from this complaint it would resolve my problem then it will be ok otherwise i will take strict action on it, by complaining this case to consumer court......

I ordered for 5 items. By applying the coupon code. I made payment via net banking. My money got debited. Order was also confirmed. But it showed that payment unsuccessful. Dear team, it is the 5th time i am giving my complain regarding the same issue. I am trying to contact the customer care no but it is always showing network busy. I had order some items from your network on 24th may 2018 but when ever i paid for it deducted the amount but could not able to place the order. But still after 7 days my money could not returned back. I tried to contact with my bank but they told it has been deducted from the company....

What a pathetic site was that. Why do reliance trends give stupid coupons when its not working.
I tried for almost a month to purchase a product, but when i apply coupon code, the site don't proceed me to purchase. Rather the site hangs then and there.
Yesterday the validity of coupon is done. I need the product with the same coupon discount. The coupon code is cso1000. It has the validity of 13th june, 2018. It applies on...

They say that they are available from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm all 7 days a week, but even if we call within the specified timings, they don't pickup, the call gets disconnected automatically, fed up calling them. Neither they respond to the email within 48 hrs as they mentioned or above. Very very very worst customer service i have seen till now.

I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for returning the item. No one has ever reached to me for the same. And neither customer care number is ever picked up. Shot so many mails. Worst portal to shop on. Cant even retrun this item in a nearby store stating that i have already applied return online. How do i return this product.. Product size is also way too large than normal. Frustrating. Want my refund back...

They are not responding to the calls and not giving any reply to the email sent to them. Nobody is attending the telephone calls, just getting automated messages only
