Dear concern,

On 12th june, i have placed an order through your online website with order number tr06239173 which has also been cancelled by me on same day.
At the time of this order placement, i have used my credit amount around 700/- which is still not yet credited in my account, though i have cancelled this order.
Now, i want to reorder some more products through your website by using my credit amount.

Continuously tried from last so many days but no one can pick the call…i will not get the refund from you within 2 workings days, i will make complaint against you in consumer court and portal.

Please let me know, when can i get my credit amount back?

Order# tr05962777 i returned my product to relaince trend on june 6th still no refund and whenever i call them there is waiting for almost hour and the pickup the call and then they say it is wharehoues persons mistake then they say it is financial departments mistake we have raised a complaint etc etc every single time still no refund it’s only 448rs like seriously this relaince dose not even have 448rs to return on time.. Liars
Please help its a humble request give my money back asap

How much time do you take to refund amount. Now its more than 15 days whrn i returned some items. Also your coustmer care service is terrible. I waited for more than 7 mins several times but in last it got disconnect automatically. I want you to take actions as soon as possible. I will never suggest reliance trends to anyone for shoping. Worst experince ever.

I have ordered 6 products worth rs 2516 and applied coupon cso1000. Hence i paid 1516 as cod. I have received 6 products through 4 shipments.in the 4th shipment i have paid rs 621 and received 3 products.in that, 2 product are wrong items which i was not ordered. I have raised return request since there is no option for exchange. Please provide me the original products i have ordered once you pick the wrong items from me.

I have ordered 2 shirts and 2 t-shirts from reliance trends, shirts were delivered 10 days before itself. However got an email for t-shirts on may 30 saying it will be delivered before june 4. Today it is june 16 still i didn't got any update on the product. Even i sent email to reliance trends customer care and to the courier team so far no response. Even i tried calling reliance trends customer care but i hope they provided number just for a sake. A day i used to call 5 times but it will not get attended by any representative and it will get dropped off in 2 mins this is happening for past 5 days. My order id is tr05932096.
Will it get resolved or is there a way to file a case against reliance trends.

Hello,
I made an order in reliance trends online store on 26 may 2018, order no : #tr05920355. One product in shipment was not good and i returned the product rio-novelty print shirt with patch pockets. Return was picked on 6 june 2018. I got a message in my phone that return id is 00320618 and is picked up. I will get refund of rs 300 once product reach them. After that i didn't get any intimation or refund from reliance trends. I have sent repetitive mails to customer care of reliance trend and didn't get any reply. I tried contacting by phone, nobody picked it up.

Please help me getting my refund of rs300.

Now, when i placed an another order with order id tr06108729, they delivered a wrong product and partially cancelled my order (Did not deliver all the items). When i tried to contact them, there's no response from their side. Also, they do not reply to my mails. I feel if they can't handle their online portal, they should shut it down.

I ordered for 5 items. By applying the coupon code. I made payment via net banking. My money got debited. Order was also confirmed. But it showed that payment unsuccessful. So i was waiting that payment will be credited to reliance within 24-48 hrs. But suddenly my order got cancelled without even notifying me. Now i want my order to be delivered. Dear team, it is the 5th time i am giving my complain regarding the same issue. I am trying to contact the customer care no but it is always showing network busy. I had order some items from your network on 24th may 2018 but when ever i paid for it deducted the amount but could not able to place the order. But still after 7 days my money could not returned back. I tried to contact with my bank but they told it has been deducted from the company. From 31st may i am giving mail to the customer care but didnot get any response from your side. Atlast i got one mail regarding details of the order on 11th june 2018 but then after it is continuing the 4th day no response, no revert back, no refundable money i found. Kindly resolve the issue

What a pathetic site was that. Why do reliance trends give stupid coupons when its not working.
I tried for almost a month to purchase a product, but when i apply coupon code, the site don't proceed me to purchase. Rather the site hangs then and there.
Yesterday the validity of coupon is done. I need the product with the same coupon discount. The coupon code is cso1000. It has the validity of 13th june, 2018. It applies on the minimum purchase of 2500 rs.

They say that they are available from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm all 7 days a week, but even if we call within the specified timings, they don't pickup, the call gets disconnected automatically, fed up calling them. Neither they respond to the email within 48 hrs as they mentioned or above. Very very very worst customer service i have seen till now.

I have called 10 times a day from past 4 days. So frustrating.

I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for returning the item. No one has ever reached to me for the same. And neither customer care number is ever picked up. Shot so many mails. Worst portal to shop on. Cant even retrun this item in a nearby store stating that i have already applied return online. How do i return this product.. Product size is also way too large than normal. Frustrating. Want my refund back

I purchased online few items (Purchase id (Tr[protected] from reliance trends on 31st may 2018 and they confirmed delivery between 7 -9th june. They didn't delivered the items as they promised and have not recd any information from them till now

They are not responding to the calls and not giving any reply to the email sent to them. Nobody is attending the telephone calls, just getting automated messages only

Pls help me to sort out this, atleast get back my money which i paid

On 12-apr-2018, i did a purchase of clothing worth rs.3, 932 from reliance trends payannur, kerala
For which i received 4 coupons. One of the coupons is for online purchase from reliancetrends.com. This coupon is applicable on purchase of rs. 2499 & above, which says coupon code as "cs01000".
Now, when i am trying to apply this coupon on my online purchase of rs. 2597, it displays a message stating invalid coupon.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible as this coupon is valid only up to 13th june 2018.

My credit note is trashed in the rain water unfortunately. As it is know that bangalore had heavy rainfall and while i was returning from shopping my credit not got trashed. I solely confirm that the credit is not misused. I would request for alternate credit note now. The amount is approximately 800. I have returned rio black top which has layered sleeves and the colour is black and white minor checks. The bill was made on 28th april for the total amount of 3525 inr of which i have returned one top.

# TR05973902 which was supposed to be delivered between 7th - 9th June, has still not been delivered. And there is no response or track of the order from your side.

i called customer care toll free no, but no answer, I did mail the same to [protected]@reliancetrends.com, which gave me computer generated reply, after which no response or action is taken.

Look into this matter as quickly as possible and revert back to us.
