Please ask someone to receive my call at reliance trends customer care. My order has not been delivered till yet it is showing as delivered. Please let me know where my item is right now. This is really pathetic service. Please help me out as soon as possible. I have attached the screenshot of my order which i have not received yet it is showing it has been delivered. I am getting no help in tracking n getting my item. I have to raise it in consumer forum atleast for cheating me and doing fraud with me.

On 29-apr-2018, i did a purchase of clothing worth rs. 3, 160.02 from reliance trends located at sapna sangeeta, indore, madhya pradesh.
For which i received 3 coupons. One of the coupons is for online purchase from reliancetrends.com. This coupon is applicable on purchase of rs. 2499 & above, which says coupon code as "cs01000". Now, when i am trying to apply this coupon on my online purchase of rs. 2597, it displays a message stating invalid coupon.

I would like you to do the needful as soon as possible as this coupon is only valid up to 13th june 2018 (Tomorrow).

I had placed order for 7 products in reliance trends site on 30th may '18. The entire order was supposed to be delivered by 6th june. But only 2 products have been delivered. I had tried calling their customer care twice but they dont connect to anyone and put call on hold for long time even more than 7-8 minutes which forced me to cut the call. Have emailed twice to their customer care but no response yet. Kindly look into the matter urgently.

I had returned online purchased cloths on 30th may and at that that i was informed payment will be credited within one week in my online account on their portal. First of all payment should have been credited to my bank account and second is why they need 7 days. Still i waited for 7 days and then contacted over phone and by email for which i got response that now payment will be credit ed with in 10 days i. E. Latest by 10th june. I did not received payment till 11th june so tried to contact over phone more than once but i was always on hold for 30 minutes and no representative was coming online. I also send an email but still no response.
This is unbelivable and unexpected business practice from such a reputed company. Looks like i have made biggest mistake of buying online from relinace trends because had never faced such problems from others like amazon etc. I am also not sure whether i will get payment or not.

Your staffs at nagarabhavi branch bangalore are very rude. They don't know to deal with customers. Yesterday as we visited to shop they said you are not supposed to park as it i 2 wheeler parking and asked us to park in the 4 wheeler lot questioning our eye sight. When we came to park there all 2 wheelers were parked on 4 wheeler parking when we parked at the basement door they repeatedly kept on announcing the care number asking to clear. If they could shout at us telling the rules as them to follow first. We don't want to shop in trends if staff is so arrogant. Close down your outlets if you can't respect your customer and if you don't dare to take an action then please close down the complaint and review sites too.

My parcel has been picked after cancellation but still not refunded tried to call no one is answering .after so many emails also no replied very dissatisfied 12 to 15 days gone still not get refund.always it ia shown as refund initiated but when.solve my answer my call . My 1st experience is too bad never trust on reliance . I[censored] cant answer customers call dont give numbers .

I recently made 6000rs purchase from reliance trends kanakapura road, bangalore.
For which i was given 3000rs worth gift coupons.
One was with coupon code cs01000 to be used in online site of reliance trends https://www.reliancetrends.com/cart during checkout.

The error on the website shows "invalid coupon code"

No only me many people are having the same problem with this coupon code

And the Aramex (Courier) he collected Rs. 444/- (which is for 3 pcs)

This is my request look into it.
I bought somethings from your shop reliance trends kammanahali, so the thing is i had 2 coupons of 500 from which you have to shop for 1000 and 500 will be off. Firstly, i asked 2-3 members that how it will work then they mentioned you have to shop for 2k then 1k will be off but at the time of billing they redeemed only one coupon, and its completely disappointment. I never expect this from your brand, i and my family are regular customers of reliance trends. How will i come to you again with this trust.
Please do the needful asap.

I have booked few apparels for the order number - TR05860454 and i have not received the order delivered so far. I have been calling the customer care and wrote multiple emails, however there has been no response to any of my queries. Kindly revert with the update on when the items will be delivered and if not if you can refund the return.

I have booked 1 tapered fit mid rise jeans and 1 kurti and due to size issue i have returned 1 tapered fit mid rise jeans on 18/05/2018 receipt no[protected]/reliance trends[protected] and order no. Tr05825983 despite of several email and telephonic call i still not got back my jeans.

You are requested kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue.

We recently received incorrect coupon from reliance trends store. Even after asking for another coupon we were given the coupon with the same code. Many complaints prior to this also states the they are giving coupon with same code that is cs01000. They say they have a bundle with same code...
This gives customer a very bad shopping experiance and showcases unliablity
Please stop this and help customers out with this...

I went to reliance trends perambur which is in chennai. It was a worst ever experience which i saw it on a parking area. There was a lady which she s a security it seems. She was doing a nasty behaviour with one of her colleague. I enquiries with one of the house keeping staff abt her name, she says her name is mary, this kind of a staffs will spoils the name of reliance. And we dnt like to shop with that branch. And we moved on. Better throw her from there and make sure if possible to put cctv camera over there in a parking.

Yesterday day we went for shopping at trends shop.
After purchasing clothes we visited at payment section where the staff is working very slowly. I was second in queue, after waiting 15 min i asked other staff member to make the payment as the earlier staff member is working very slowly but he refused to do so, i have to unneccessary wait 25 min for my turn, when my turns come he entertain other person who breaks the queue, i request them that i had urgency and need to go early because of bus booking but they ignore it and asked me to wait for making payment.
When my turn comes clothes barcode were scan and i given the coupons for redeem he just ignore the coupon, 2-3 times i had asked him to redeem the coupon after 5 mins he takes the coupon, i requested him to cut bag’s lock in order to take wallet outside, he refused to do so and says its not my duty to cut the bag lock ribbon and rudely tell us go to outside corridor person (Who was in opposite direction too far from payment section), an asked to make it cut and then came back to make the payments, i again told him its urgency please cut it so that we can proceed for payment, repeatedly request for same but he refuses continuously saying its not my duty. He even started an argument with me unnecessarily without listening to my issue. This is so pathetic behaviour from stafff.

We went to customer desk to register the complaint but no one was there and other staff redirected us to ground floor, when we went to ground for registering a complaint they said we are not putting trends complaint here please visit top floor desk, we explained them the top floor staff has sent us here to register the complaint, we asked them for form / register/ online portal over there for registering complaint they said we don’t have anything here, then i asked them to connect any supervisor or manager via telephone they said telephone are inoperable/ nonfunctional and don’t have any supervisior right now.

It was ridiculous behaviour from staff member unnecssary waste my time and money, behavioural etiquette are lacking in these people. The staff should be trained how to deal with customers and gives the proper respect and understand their urgency, should hire good workers rather than bad manner and slow workers. Premises should have proper communication and complaint and governance section. Its un satisafible to make shopping from trends due to pathetic behaviour from staff member. If they don't value the customer then why should people go those shops. i will never visit trends any more.
Worst customer service.

The online order id mentioned in subject is partially delivered on 22nd may and there is no update on when the cap which was part of the order will be delivered.

Even after many follow ups through mail there is no response.
Also reliance trends customer service number is pathetic which gets blanked out after 20 seconds.

Can i get an update on this?

I ordered a pair of trackpants on 20may and it was supposed to be delivered by 24may and it got delivered on 24may which is great but i did not like the quality of the material so i thought of returning it, since there's no exchange policy. The courier boy came in the evening on 24 may but my refund has not been credited yet my order id is tr05851242.

# tr05845604 which was supposed to be delivered between 25th-28th may, has still not been delivered. And there is no response or track of the order from your side.

I did mail the same to [protected]@reliancetrends.com, which gave me computer generated reply, after which no response or action is taken.

Look into this matter as quickly as possible and revert back to us.

Brand new t-shirt color faded, so i decided to exchange it, but the branch manager refuse to exchange, telling that it is not comes under discount, so i need to pay extra cash for that.. And also he didn't even explain what's wrong with it,. Pathetic service provided by branch manager and reliance trends staff's.. Next time how am gonna trust reliance??

I have ordered for heathered sleeveless kurta with printed overlay, m, grey, item code[protected] vide order no. Tr05787984. However, on 24.5.2018 i have received avaasa churidar kurta, l, pink vide invoice no. T9008kar[protected] dated 22.5.2018. Kindly arrange to deliver the material as per order/item in replacement to the wrong item delivery.

I have purchased clothes worth ₹1450 from reliance trends online website. But due to fitting problem had to return it. I had returned those clothes with immediate effect. But did not receive any refund money back. I had sent 7 emails but still not getting any positive response from them. Iam looking forward to get my money back within 24 hours only. Please look into my matter and refund my money as soon as possible
